🥰 A fic that gives you warm fuzzy feelings... Oh, we're gonna have to go with Ever After featuring Marcus Pike by @quica-quica-quica - Rated Mature (allusions to sex, undressing, kissing, making out) but heart-meltingly SOFT and sweet and just perfection. Comforting and sweet and lovely, and I just want to live inside of it forever. Like if you turned a gorgeous gourmet cupcake into a fic... *sigh* 🧁

💯 A fic that makes you think #writergoals... Don't make me choose! There are so many!! (I will be happy to answer this question like 200 times if people play this game with me that many times.) I'm going to go with the PATS series by @oonajaeadira because of the layers and the deep characterization and the fact that I know I don't use language the same way that Adira does and her writing style is just so... SO good. So good. This series is #writergoals because I still haven't figured out how exactly Adira uses descriptions, turns of phrase, layers, characterization, and tension and she surprises me each time but still keeps it all in-universe and realistic to the world she's built. It's like with a lot of writing I can kind of take it apart and see how it works inside, this one just blows me away so much that I can't even see the pieces working together but I know that they're there. She's like a magician. The mechanics of the writing are invisible to me and it makes me crazy wanting to figure it out from the writer side of things, but then as a fan of the series I just fucking sit back and enjoy the ride... does that make sense? I don't know... but yeah... PATS. ✏

👌🏽 A fic someone else recommended to you... I probably have like 15,000 of these, but the one that pops to mind right now is Pizza Comes Third featuring Marcus Pike by @whataperfectwasteoftime that @javierpinme recced to me a few months ago. Rated Explicit, Reader's nipple clamps fall out of her purse in front of her FBI co-worker, and it turns out that "boy scout" Marcus Pike does in fact know what they are and how to use them. 😈

💖 What do you like most about your own writing?

i think i like my progression of the story and development/backstory of the characters. aside from really short drabbles/timestamps etc i really focus on building the storyline. i can't have the characters just arrive to some conclusion without a good buildup.

✏️ Do you write every day?

it might be surprising but yes, yes i do aim to write daily. even if it's not something complete, i try to add in a para to a draft or outline a new wip. usually when i am waiting for my food to heat or cool lmao.

⏰ Do you spend more time reading fic, writing fic, or do you do both equally?

i READ OBSESSIVELY. if i am in a class, chances are i am reading a fic AND listening to the prof. when i am eating, i am watching a drama AND reading a fic. i read so much, i made two seperate blogs for fic recs help. but i write a lot too. per day, i spend 4-7 hours reading fics (sometimes actively or passively) and i write for around 3 hours (only fics).

at the moment, probably armour by christinahosetti! it's a botw fic focused on mipha & revali (tags say eventual mipha/revali, which normally i prefer them platonic but honestly im fine with the romance in this fic bc this author GETS them.)
