Holy shit just got done watching 4x13 of Gilmore Girls I've never related to a fictional character more in my life??? I think???

Like, in Spn I relate to Dean but it's weird cus ya know his problems have to do with the world ending.

But Luke, well, he's Luke. He just wants a happy family and he *knows* that's not going to happen ever and he keeps trying to tell himself to stop trying to fix things but he can't! He wants to fix everything so badly and if he can't do that with people he'll do it with things!!! When he was DRUNK he went over to Lorelai's to fix her window!!! He wanted to fix things with everyone and couldn't, so he's fixing the things he CAN fix, like windows, the gutters, shoveling Lorelai's walkway- He cares so much about people and Lorelai; even if there's nothing to fix he FIXES! He wants a family so bad I am -

I could say so many things about this completely bonkers scene straight out of Bonkersville. I decided to rewash it tonight. But two special things stand out to me and I had to gif them. 1) the quickness with which TJ flips that book out of Jess' hand. Like that book does a fucking graceful somersault in the air and 2) the way Milo's Pre-Emo hair flippy-flops when Luke grabs him :)
