Chidi, when literally *anything* happens: this… this broke me
OH GOD I FIGURED IT OUT!
I finally figured out why the scene on the left (Julie & the Phantoms) looked so damn familiar! I know it’s not actually Janet (on the right, The Good Place), but GOD THAT’S WHAT IT REMINDED ME OF!
(This has been lowkey bugging me FOR WEEKS). 😅
Janet: 3/10. Depends on who she’s with, but she’s not usually very soft. I mean she was threatening to kill someone within 2 minutes of meeting them-
Lux: 5/10 Oki, he’s usually really “edgy” and pessimistic, but he can actually be really sweet and soft and his laugh hhhhhhhnnnn–
Omar: 4/10 Edgy boy, but he’s really soft around his little sister.
Skid: 11/10 hhhbnnnnnn this soft sweet baby boi I love him- I melt whenever I write him he’s just so precious!!
Pedro: 8/10 this little baby tries to act tough but he’s really just a soft child-
Second: 6/10 Honestly, he seems really tough and edgy, but he’s not. He’s just reserved and sweet. Soft boi when you get to know him!
Jacinto: 9/10. Just. Let. Him. Pet. The. Doggo! It’s really hard to get to know him, due to a language barrier, but this child is really sweet and he just wants to pet the animals.
Taylor: 10/10 Best Fatherly Figure!
“For a long time Eliot had had the theory that in Janet’s mind everybody was as judgmental of her as she was of them, and if thaf was true then the world must be a pretty scary place for her. No wonder she liked it out there by herself.”
-Lev Grossman, The Magician’s Land
“Sometimes Eliot wondered if Janet were a little bit sociopathic. How else could she possibly sound bored and casual in this situation? Though Eliot knew she had feelings, she just kept them in different places from most people.”
-Lev Grossman, “The Magician’s Land”
