He may become more affectionate than he is with you to try and get your attention, as well as constantly follow you around like a lost puppy, even though he does that all the time. He just doesn’t want to lose you!.

•He may try to guilt trip you into thinking you forgot about him and leave him for that other person or thing you were interacting with. He’ll try to guilt trip you by crying, yet his tears are mixed with manipulation and genuine.

•Italy is quite clingy with you, but his clinginess can reach new heights when he's jealous. He may become even more physically affectionate, constantly seeking attention from you. He will might spend everyday with you, like skipping training with Germany and Japan or just dragging you along with him to training, or just dragging him where he goes or following where you go just so he can be with you.

“Wait-a for me, [name]!”

• Expect the Italian to annoy you by constantly calling your name while playing with your hand (like that one scene with Italy and Germany when Italy was trying to convince Germany to play football (soccer) with him) or just annoy you just so you can pay attention to him. If you ignore him, it will only worsen it.

He may become easily irritated by anyone who shows even the slightest interest in you, and he may react harshly to perceived threats. He becomes a bit more possessive when jealous, wanting to spend more time with his love interest and keeping them away from others. He may suggest activities or outings (like walking his dogs with him or baking with him) that are exclusive to just the two of you, wanting to create a stronger bond just so maybe he can be your favorite person and be with him more often.

•If it was someone you were interacting with that got him jealous, he’s going to observe you and the person your talking with, and constantly keeping an eye on you whenever your around others. He’ll might even subtly intervening in conversations or situations to ensure that his presence is known. Though, Germany's neat freak tendencies become a little bit shown more when he's jealous. He may start cleaning or organizing things more frequently, using it as a way to distract himself from his feelings of jealousy. Despite his jealousy, Germany tries his best to maintain his composed and serious demeanor. He may struggle with expressing his emotions directly, often resorting to subtle gestures or small acts of affection to show how important you are to him.

•Another thing to mention, Japan's jealousy may create an internal struggle within him. On one hand, he desires you to be happy, even if it's not with him. On the other hand, his intense feelings make it difficult for him to accept the idea of you being with someone else. He keeps his feelings hidden to maintain his image and avoid scaring you away, making you feel weirded out by him, or making you feel uncomfortable by him. He might also use subtle manipulation: Instead of openly expressing his jealousy, Japan may resort to subtle manipulation tactics. The UN Secretary General made use of Article 99 of the UN Charta, which allows the Secretary General to notify the Security Council of events that the Secretary thinks might be a danger to world peace.

It doesn't actually have much more than a symbolic use, it's the UN's equivalent of a red underline and exclamation marks essentially, but because a Secretary General making use of the article is a somewhat rare event it is still supposed to be a drastic choice. The UN Secretary General's equivalent of going "I am really serious this time!" basically.

Which makes Israel's reaction to it even more ridiculous, as it isn't even a resolution or an action, but essentially a very strongly worded warning.

According to public german news broadcast Tagesschau btw the actual phrasing of Israel's complaint about this, posted by their Minister of Outer Affairs on Twitter, is :

" His [UN Secretary General Guterres'] request to activate article 99 and his call for a ceasefire in Gaza constitute support for the terrorist organisation Hamas and an approval of the murder of old people, the kidnapping of babies and the rape of women [...] Guterres' tenure of office is a danger for world peace"
