We had hoped #BenNevis in June would be kinder than this, but the forecast was definitely not correct this day. We'd also hoped to climb an easy ridge but it would have been foolhardy to try, seeing as our stove failed to ignite the evening before and we had to eat today's food rations for dinner. Because of the wet and cold all our batteries died, but that didn't worry us, luckily we also had #ForceEight winds to accompany the rain so we could easily keep our kit charged.
