Like, I'm screaming for several reasons, but one of them is that I've been the people-pleaser like Ted is, and for trauma reasons too (not his exact ones, thankfully). Given, I absolutely went with, "I'm just gonna say being honest is always good and fucking destroy people," which is not Ted's approach. But absolutely, "Swallow it down until there's nothing I can do but go off in some fashion." THAT'S what I've learned to stop. That's what Ted's learning to stop.

He's learning that you SAY THESE THINGS OUT LOUD before you can say NOTHING ELSE because if you say them before that, you have so much control over how you say them, rather than the fuse getting lit and then just exploding in every direction.

Hey y'all do you have any advice about setting up like those wildlife trail cam things? My backyard kinda backs up into a little bit of forest and deer come into the yard usually at least once a week, and I think my dad would like having a trail cam set up to see more of the deer, and maybe some squirrels or something? I (clearly) know very very little about this, but I think it would make my dad happy to occasionally get notifications from the trail cam like hey! deer alert!
