I'm obv going through it rn, but just a quick slap down list of IkeVamp boys that I think would be into period sex and a brief rationale. Feel free to send in thoughts~

Arthur

From an experimentalist standpoint and a medical practitioner standpoint. Arthur's willing to try a lot of things with you, and he already enjoys drinking from you during sex in general. And he may hear that orgasms could help with your period pain. Honestly it's a win-win to him, sexy time and helping you feel better.

Charles

Also from a medical practitioner standpoint, and he gives me HUGE experimentalist energy as well, much much more than Arthur. I also feel like he just doesn't care? Not in a bad way/ignoring you kind of way. I mean he's just so open to whatever in bed, he'll barely pay any attention until you either force his attention or he gets down there and goes "oh hey you're bleeding", shrugs, and continues on with what he's doing. Comte

The man loves you and every part of you. Idk he's just kind of a freak in bed, to me. Comte: It is well known that Comte has canonically said that he loves the idea of a woman who would step on him. He has the hots for them 100%! Though he knows that they are very much capable of doing things themself, he will still insist on pampering them in so many ways, but he will occasionally let some pampering come his way if they really want to. In the bedroom, I get switch vives from him. He loves to dom and take care of his partner, but he also enjoys them taking control and demanding things from him. He wants to be wanted.

Leonardo: I love the idea of him with somebody confident! He is definitely a very confident man in many aspects, but his power is a quiet, lazy type. It's there but is subtle, so I love imagining him with someone who has more of an outward confidence, the contrast is just *chefs kiss*. A lazy man, he will probably let you take control in the bedroom as well if that's what they want, but he def has some dom in him, and may just wanna power bottom every now and again.

Will: Will, I believe, isn't half as confident as he lets on. I find him to be deeply insecure. He loves their confidence, he is drawn to it like a moth to a flame, hoping that if he interacts with them long enough, that some of it will rub off on him. And I think with time, to some degree, it will! He is a total bottom you cant change my mind, tie him up. do it.

Theo: If game Theo is anything like IRL Theo, then he is a total sucker for strong women. His wife was a huge influence, turned him down several times before agreeing to marry him, and after his death, made sure that his and vincent's hard work wasnt for nothing, making vincent famous! This man loves confidence! His MC is one of the feistiest! Absolutely whipped for a confident and dominant lover. Though I think he would prefer to dom in the bedroom, he would probably be willing to negotiate.

Ikevamp headcanons on High Valyrian and House of the dragon

This was just floating around in my head and it feels like it needs to be released. Warning: Some spoilers for HOTD may appear. Also there may be route spoilers to the suitors who appears here.

General Scenario: Through the magical plot device of Le Comte giving MC a tech room on a weekly basis she has been watching (and just finished) House of the Dragon (like me MC is a show only viewer and has not read Fire and Blood) and has began learning High Valyrian through Duolingo.

Count de Saint Germain

He had already heard about Game of Thrones and ever since the two of you had your private wedding and had gotten even closer as a couple, you've eagerly shared with him all that you know so far.

After the release of the first three episodes and after determining that it seems that you don't need to be a super lore expert in watching HOTD you wait for the weekend when he was more free to watch it with you weekly (after you two binge watch the first three so that he could catch up with you from Episode 4 onwards).

He becomes interested in the story, particularly how family and politics are intertwined.

Its because this is essentially how almost every Pureblood vampire family does things. He was lucky enough that his family was at least in the side of being humane to humans and at the very least strived to not do them excessive harm compared to other families like Leonardo's and the politics in those groups.

"So George RR Martin's imagination of what extreme family politics is...that's just average politics to Purebloods?"

"Yes, I don't blame Leonardo for not wanting to be with his family and I'm lucky mine don't really care if I engage in political affairs since I tend to have a high profile status among humans."

"You don't exactly hide it either."

"And with you I don't have to hide it at all."

Just like you he eagerly begins learning High Valyrian (though more casually than you because of his duties as an aristocrat).

Yes, he made his own Duolingo account and you two follow each other on Duolingo.

He eventually got Leonardo and a few other residents into learning High Valyrian as well. But since so far you're the most advanced out of all of them since you began learning it earlier than they did, you became the High Valyrian teacher in the mansion.

Which is good because it helped you understand the grammar and to verify it first with Abel (who caught up with you in Duolingo sooner than expected) and while everyone else had wavered in learning High Valyrian, soon it became a language that you two would speak whenever you wanted to privately speak to each other in public.

On a mild nsfw note: Once both you and he manage to speak High Valyrian conversationally without consulting your study notes. He incorporates what you've learnt in the bedroom. Especially with the words "vūjin" (I am kissing), "majaqsa" (to admire - singular), and "rijas" (to praise - singular).

Arthur Conan Doyle

He revels in your excitement and from the premise has become intrigued by what the series entail. Having prior experience with historical fiction and from what he knows of the fantasy genre, he decides to give it a chance and joins you in watching it from the first episode onwards.

Is astonished by the writing and the political intrigue and the grounded story in a fantasy setting. While its not unheard of for stories to be based on history, it was refreshing to have a story in the fantasy genre that has a grounded feel to it.

"Wait, this is inspired by The Anarchy isn't it?"

"Yes Arthur, George just made it a lot more extreme and added a lot of incest and dragons."

"I will admit, when it was being taught to me it seemed like a boring footnote compared to the Tudors. But now I see the appeal."

When he heard that you and Le Comte began learning High Valyrian in Duolingo, he requests to have his own account right away.

Partly because of jealousy and partly because if you were going to learn a new language made for a fantasy series you both enjoyed, he was going to learn it as well.

He also couldn't wait to know what High Valyrian words he could use to flirt and seduce you with.

This is fortunate for you because now you've got two people in the mansion to practice High Valyrian with.

From a writing perspective he also notices some loopholes around the midarea of the season but gives it more as constructive criticism rather than as insults.

Although that doesn't stop him from occasionally cursing at characters every now and then (both of you have begun a countdown as to when Criston Cole either dies or recieves some sort of karma for killing both Joffrey and the only loyal counsel member to Viserys in Episode 9).

Unsurprisingly this inspires him to make stories (both with Sherlock and without him) that lean in to more political intrigue and its effects on common everyday people.

He has these stories checked in by you, Le Comte and by Sebastian to see if there is too much of Hotd or of George RR Martin before handing it to his publishers.

He eventually couldn't help himself and made a fanfiction story just for your eyes and the eyes of the residents on Hotd with essentially a self-insert character of himself.

You also are both surprised yet not so surprised when you see yourself in said fanfiction with the name you chose when Arthur asked what you would be called if you were in the world of westeros and what would be your position within it.

William Shakespeare

He notices that you were studying notes on High Valyrian and became intrigued by them.

This is when you tell him of your interest in this constructed language and the world where it comes from. You tell him that you were waiting for the Hotd and what the premise of it was.

Like Arthur he became intrigued on what the story entails and how the Targaryen civil war called "The Dance of Dragons" would play out. Having written tragedies and historical plays he has an idea of the appeal of the chase and consequences of power.

He joins you in watching from episode one, and he was hooked by the end of the episode.

"By any chance was this inspired by The Anarchy?"

"Yes it is. George RR Martin just added a lot more incest and a lot more extreme stakes."

"I will admit this has rejuvenated my interest in the subject that was only briefly touched upon my education."

"Oh I thought there was more emphasis on learning the details of the Anarchy?"

"Only with matters concerning the importance of a male heir. During my human lifetime, it was Queen Bess who was in power and her own succession crisis nearly overshadowed the succession crisis of the Anarchy."

Although he sees the inspirations from the Anarchy he was still pleasantly surprised by some of the twists and turns that happens over the course of Hotd.

His favorite scene was in episode 7 when all the adults were pointing fingers at who was to blame for Aemond losing an eye and the ethics of him claiming Vhagar, the dragon of Baella and Rhaena's late mother whose funeral opened the episode.

"Now they see you as you truly are." Was one of his favorite lines.

By the end of the season, he can now understand the merits of a television series since he himself understands that there is no way you could appreciate the nuances of this story within the time limits of a play.

"I can now understand why you find this appealling and why you want to learn High Valyrian so badly."

He only begins learning it after he finishes season 1. But the moment he's at least conversational enough in it he begins making poetry with what he knows.

The moment he becomes fluent in it he makes an entire play using High Valyrian.

He makes sure to only present it during the 21st Century time after Hotd updates Duolingo. You leave him copies of your High Valyrian notes before going back to your time. While waiting for you to appear in his life once again he spends the long time tweaking and refining it to be ready for it to be performed once the two of you meet again.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

He was actually more interested in the language than the story of Hotd initially.

Being a person who possessed Perfect Pitch when he heard you practicing High Valyrian phrases such as "Voktys ñuhys raqiros ojehiksa." (The priest/priestess is blessing my friend), "Kesy zaldrīzo lentor issa." (This is the house of the dragon.). and Daenerys' famous High Valyrian speech, especially the line "Valyrio muño ēngos ñuhys issa." (Valyrian is my mother tongue) he was intrigued by the melodic and rhythm of the High Valyrian language.

As someone who spoke multiple languages, to hear you practice it and even to hear the audio of people speaking High Valyrian was what drew him in.

He learns from you the Le Comte had also begun learning the language with you and he immediately requests to also have a Duolingo account so he could learn it and also learn it with you.

While the premise of Hotd and the general lore did intrigue him, he was mainly interested in how High Valyrian was used in the story. You told him that it was generally the language of the elites and the expats of Old Valyria.

Initially he only watched the scenes of Hotd that had High Valyrian in it, but after wanting more context he secretly watched all the past episodes in their entirety before he admitted to you that he was hooked on the story of morally gray characters on each side.

The episode that moved him the most was episode 8 with King Viserys struggling to move to take his seat on the throne for the very last time to help Rhaenyra.

After finishing season 1 of Hotd, he has become inspired to progress quickly in learning High Valyrian and to compose an opera using High Valyrian. He only presents it after the first season of Hotd has finished airing in the 21st Century and once he has met up with you once again in the 21st Century after you leave him copies of your High Valyrian notes.

Until then he was also inspired to compose an opera with more human characters with most of the main characters having both flaws and sympahetic characteristics.

Kiss Me Goodnight

Will comforts the reader after they wake up from a bad nightmare. Fandom: Ikemen Vampire Rating: G Tags: Fluff, Nightmares, Comfort, First Person Word Count: 1,433

Tossing and turning in my sleep, I snap awake from my nightmares. I find myself in a familiar place. Will’s favorite soft silk sheets are beneath me, and I carefully turn over to see him sleeping next to me. I sit up in the bed, trying to clear my head. I can’t recall what exactly happened in my nightmare, but it made me feel absolutely terrified like I had been swallowed by a black abyss, never to escape. I take a deep breath and try to lay back down.

A few moments later, my body viciously shakes me awake. I am forced to lay awake once again, but this time, Will stirs awake. A soft sigh escapes from his lips before he stretches and grunts. He isn’t sure what awoke him. Regardless, he puts his arm back around me, signaling me to lay back down and curl up next to him. I easily do as I am told. Pressing my ear against his chest, I love hearing the rhythmic thumping of his heart. He mumbles in his sleeping voice, “What happened, my precious one?”

I quickly whisper, “Nothing, just nightmares again.”

His discolored eyes flick open as he becomes fully alert. His glaze focuses on me. “What haunts thou at such a late hour? The only thought that should stuff our small heads is the blessed silence of sleep or if we are lucky, the holy land of dreams, but never shall thou be cursed with nightmares, not under my roof nor under my arm.”

His sweet poetic words carry the truth, yet they are far from it. I find myself haunted by my past. I left my time period so long ago; however, my past or the upcoming future taints my every waking moment.

I have spent the last three years with Will after moving out of Comte’s mansion. I decided on a whim to give up on my dream of getting my Ph.D. in America. Well, it was never my dream. It was some idea passed down onto by my parents. I was halfway through my bachelor’s when I went to study aboard one summer in Paris, and I followed a strange man through a time traveling door. The rest is history.

I do not regret my choice. I am much better off here than I was there. My passion has always been in the arts, and Will recognized that. He saw my love for creative writing and acting. Under his wing, I became a successful actor in his troupe, and I have even begun writing manuscripts for stories of my own.

Right now, it does not make sense why the past haunts me so. I should be happy and carefree with everything that has happened to me. I am with the man of my dreams for Christ’s sake, yet some part of me feels as if I am burden in this time period. Will often joking teases me that I am not fit for this time. Even after three consecutive years in the nineth century, I still stick out like a sore thumb.

I look up to Will. “It’s nothing now. I can’t recall what even happened.”

He stares at me for a moment longer to look at the truth within my eyes. His expression relaxes while he gently strokes my cheek. “There is a cloud behind thine irises. A rainy day, no matter how small, can still ruin a party, and the last thing I wish is for thee to be tortured by the pains and chills of harsh rain. I want thee to suffer no storm alone,” Will whispers to me.

His ostentatious words convey his care. Before I can form a reply, he sighs and hugs me, “If words cannot depict the horrors within your fragile mind, relax into me, my darling.”

“I think… it was a nightmare about my past. People were upset and angry with me that I left everything on the flip of a dime. They demanded that I return all the happiness I somehow stole from them. There was a points system and everything. It didn’t make much sense. Heh, my university was after me as well because of my unpaid tuition I still owe them,” I carefully pieced together what was bothering me, “Look, I don’t regret staying at all, but sometimes, I can’t help but wonder what is happening back in the future. Other times, I worry about what would have happened to me if I choose to go home or if I didn’t have the wonderful opportunity to meet you and all the other residents at the mansion.”

Will sympathetically nods, “Please do not fear what is no longer reality. I know it is one thing to say and another thing to do. I am glad that thou stayed in a realm different from thine own; however, I understand that it seems like a sacrifice on nights like this. Thou owe no one any emotion nor are thou required to pay debts with points and trials.”

I stare at the blank ceiling as the room is swallowed into a shallow silence broken by soft breathing. The words fall to come to my lips, but I let out a small chuckle, “yeah, I just worry. I worry a lot over the small reasons regardless of if they are real or not, ya know that. Heh, this reminds me of the first nightmare I had coming here about a vampire who bite me, and Sebastian warned me not to give anyone my heart or my destiny.”

Will follows along with the story. “I do recall someone running off in fear, and that is how I found the beauty in front of me. Time is a collection of random tragedies and comedies, my dear. Nothing ends how we want it to, but all’s well that ends well. As thou hast seen, time travelers are not free from the hands of chance and fate. Thou did not give up thine heart nor destiny; instead, thou followed thine heart and destiny.”

A smile slips across my face. “Thank you, Will, for being here and being there for me. I know it’s hard for you to grasp the reality we live in as well. You woke up from the 1600’s and got thrown two hundred years into the future while for me, it was getting tossed two hundred years in the past. Two sides of the same coin of troubles you might say. Forgive my ramblings, but I deeply appreciate you, Will.”

I lightly tap his nose. “In fact, I love you,” I tease him as I echo the same words he has heard over and over again, but I still mean it just as strongly as when I said it to him the first time. He pinches my nose in return. “I love you too, Juliet”

“You prick!” I jokingly yelp at him while softly smacking him with my pillow, “If we are but a fleeting, teenage romance to you… well, I- I… I don’t have a comeback for the Bard of Avon.”

He sticks out his tongue while laughing. “Like Romeo, I was at death’s door for my love, but unlike the fool who plays with the strings of love, I came to you because I heard the music. My words utter no false ills. Our romance was not the end of us. It was a new beginning in a new era.”

I can never match his mythical language, but I could quote his works back at him. “If music be the food of love, play on.”

Will puts on a fox’s smile, “a writer should know better than to quote another author so blandly. Thou did not do the line the justice it so rightfully deserves, but alas the adorable look you wear makes it worth it.”

I completely forgot that I woke up because of a nightmare. Will had his magical way of distracting me. Exhaustion sank into my bones as the moonlight came through the window. I settled down, pulling the covers back up.

Will pouts, “I may be a tease, but I wish thou would kiss me goodnight.”

I hold his warm cheek in my hand, and I press my lips gently on his forearm. “Goodnight, William. May the land of sleep bring thou dreams instead of nightmares plagued by false lies and promises. Tomorrow, we will wake up to a new day, but for now, we must rest.”

He steals a kiss from my lips. “Now, this bard can sleep happily with his love in his arms forever more.”

hi there! deaf anon here! i don't know if you still write for ikevamp, if not, ignore this! this may be a self-indulgent request, but could i ask for a fic/drabble/headcanon/whateveryouwant with shakspeare (my beloved), and mozart with a deaf MC who experiences the world through touch & sight? deaf culture is very different than hearing culture, and deaf people usually tend to be very physically affectionate, bold/confident, loud (cuz we don't realize how much sound we're making), proud of our deafness, funny, and can be impulsive. maybe MC teaches them signs/about deaf culture? sorry if this is a lot hehe, i love your blog.

It's been a while since I've written anything for Ikevamp, and honestly I've never really vibed with Mozart, so I hope you don't mind that I just went with William.

William would be absolutely fascinated! He's seen so many kinds of people and loves to learn about them all! He could listen to you talk about deaf culture for hours on end. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he took notes, and I also would not be surprised if you inspired him to create a play surrounding a deaf character.

I think he would love how physically affectionate you are! He definitely is big on physical touch! And he doesn't mind you being loud at all. Have you ever met theatre kids? Those fuckers (affectionate) are some of the loudest people on the planet, so he is definitely used to it.

And oh my goodness, he would love to learn sign!! communication is his life, his career, he would love to learn as many ways to communicate with people as possible! I bet he would even start to hire an interpreter for his plays!

Overall, he's very understanding, and loves to learn anything that you're willing to teach him!
