why i made this account: an old friend of mine kept sending me cool gifs and photos on this old forum we used to talk on. i asked her where she got them from one day and she told me it was from tumblr. now here i am almost ten years later ahahha

favorite instrument: i feel like i am obligated to say violin (because i play that) but i also love harp and guitar

aesthetic: all over the place? it depends on my mood honestly. i’d say usually i’m sort of a mix between vintage/thrift/art/grunge ???

favorite animal noise: oh now that’s a hard question !! probably the sound of birds chirping in the morning. although i really love the sound of cats purring as well.

random fact: since a few weeks back i started to re-read all of the hunger games books, i’ve been kind of into it again. so one day i was watching the first hunger games movie (my personal favourite) and about halfway through, my mom joined me into watching it. i spoke a bit about what things were left out in the movie but were important elements in the books. well anyways, my mom got kind of invested and she enjoyed herself ! since then, we’ve watched catching fire and mockingjay part 1 together and she has been liking it !! she never cared about it much when i was truly obsessed with it (back in like 2012) but right now, with me telling her more about it, she admits it’s not bad hahah. ALSO i fully understand why i was so damn in love with peeta mellark, he is like. perfect. precious. i love him so much still <33

the badflower experiment:

today in my classes, i had decided that i did not want to do any of my work and so, i conducted an experiment. this simple experiment consisted me of texting my closest friends, asking them a lyric from my favorite badflower song, x ANA x and logging their response. also i am not aware if you can find discord accounts by just the username, please do not go looking for my friends! disclaimer: i was given permission to screenshot the exchanges! tags: @luv-ya-hun, @and-shes-calling-a-cab, @piper-koko-barnes-rogers, @heyy--adora, @trans-witch-cauldron, @thatsmycigarbutyoucanborrowit here are the results:

first up is my dear, innocent friend, derp: i give her response a 7/10. i’m surprised she said yes and but at the same time i’m not because she doesn’t even know what most drugs are. so fair. plus it was funny to see her messages after being confused.

then we got my main man bonk: 5/10. i was expecting more enthusiasm considering bonk is my ride or die bitch. but that’s okay. ily bonk.

the riley hair doesn’t have a clip so I am going to assume you mean the Peyton hair since it was released in the same month. It wouldn’t really be possible to do Peyton without the clip since it has a part of the hair going up into the clip. Without it there would be a hole and if the hole was filled in it would still look weird since the hair would be going up into nothing. I’m sorry <3

i may be feeling lonely and low at the moment, damn moods come with the wind, but in 2017 i met an incredible amount of amazing people who, through the course of the year, im lucky enough to call my friends! and that is a bond that will carry on through this tumultuous and sometimes terrifying year, and im so grateful to have these people in my life who i know i can depend on 💖

the beginning of the year was spent delving into literal magic and meeting the SQUAD through fantastic beasts, @zinfandelli (so kind and excited about everything unapologetically, and TALENTED as all heck!!) and @cryingbilldenbrough (mac is my BOI and such a fucking ray of light in my life, fierce and bold and so soft and sweet and FULL OF HEARTBREAKINGLY GOOD WRITING its. incredible, luv u mac daddy), @nightcircus who isnt on here much but who im blessed to get to HUG IN MY ARMS and watch her draw and make my face hurt smiling, and my very favorite thoughtful and talented monster-fucker @hikasho , who ive also been lucky enough to spend time with in person and who's enriched my life and been a true confidant, supporter, and amazing friend 💖 (quick shout out to ezra miller for bringing the three of us together into our unbreakable coffee & credo crew!!!)

then as the year crawled along i fell ass-first into kylux and while unexpected, being in this corner of fandom for the good part of this year has not only made me more creative, bolder and more adventurous in my artistic/writing endeavors and led me to discovering things about myself that I'll carry with me on into the rest of my life, its brought me to some truly INCREDIBLE people that make my life better every day 😭💖

@moonwalkingcrab and @lady-starkiller are always so willing and excited to let me scream with them about fluffy techienician boys or my rarepairs or dear sweet deer boys, and you guys make me excited to open tumblr every day!!

@theweddingofthefoxes has become such a glowing, positive warmth in my life, a fireplace i can curl up to and share secrets with, and our daydreams and fantasies help me breath a little easier, walk a little taller. Eva, im so thankful i met you 💖

and finally, who could forget dear ratboy, @droneshard , madison herself. just, wow. i did not expect going into this kinky masochistic star wars ship that id find a soul-twin, someone who clicks with me so utterly its like we're parts of a whole, but then maddy wiggled into my ao3 comments and my tumblr notes and it was like galaxies colliding, smashing together and spinning out into something even more beautiful and breathtaking than before. maddy has made me a more confident, loved, validated, excited and passionate, and all around better person in the short time ive known her and god, im just so lucky, every day.

there are SO MANY MORE people that are such wonderful friends and who i dont talk too as often as id like but who i cherish, anyone ive interacted with here im sorry if i didnt name you but all of you, every single one in different ways, make my life so much more meaningful and vibrant, and maybe its because im alone and emotional but have all these words because im not the same person i was a year ago and i cant wait to see who ill be next year, with all of you beside me 💖
