passed out for a couple of hours and when i woke up this was on my canvas

like I said "I will not explain myself". hope you guys injoy the brainrot on display

if it's not evident, I did not plan this at all

This started more like a sketch for logic to understand how to draw them and then i got bored and I started to doodle the other skills and this is what ended up

I want to learn how to simplify all of them in a cartoony style... it's not really working

these are 100% just for me but whatever

also thinking to draw some of the skills in cool clothing becourse I think that would be awesome

What's all of your most favourite things when you're able to take over control?

I mean there's the obvious things - but is there something/someone who keeps wanting or pushing to do specific things?

INTERFACING- We don't take over control, per se- none of us can commandeer the actions of Harry, so to speak.

ELECTRO-CHEMISTRY- About a month into sobriety, I really gave it an honest try. Couldn't do it! Turns out you can't completely override the motor controls...

INTERFACING- But when he accepts our suggestions and input and allows us to help him with a task, we couldn't be over the moon! I love playing with new tools and machines. It was the best day of my life when I convinced Harry to take apart that toaster.

VISUAL CALCULUS- I'm of the opinion Harry should really do more games of I Spy.

REACTION SPEED- Viscalc fucking lives for I Spy. I live for when Harry plays quick-draw games!

ENCYCLOPEDIA- Every time Harry reads a book or a magazine that contains some kind of fun fact, I savor it.

DRAMA- If he can slip in a little harmless fib here and there, I love it. Just a little, harmless, white lie, like telling the cashier at the cafe you have fun plans later when you really don't.

ELECTRO-CHEMISTRY- That's sad. You all know what I want. It would be redundant to say it. So I won't.

ELECTRO-CHEMISTRY- ...Except that I want Harry to just have one hedonist's day. Just one. Eat all he wants, smoke all he wants, fuck all he wants...

PHYSICAL INSTRUMENT- You may want to think about the order that those things happen in.

ELECTRO-CHEMISTRY- But I never get that! I just have to settle for him jerking off. Which is still pretty great. But still...

In December of last year, @mabbees and I gave a talk at Nerd Nite Tokyo about a genre of games that have been called "desktop simulators" or "UI games"—essentially, a narrative fiction that takes place entirely within an interface, whether it be a smartphone, an old school Mac, or an imaginary interface in hypnospace.

We called these types of games "Interface Dramas," as in, "telling dramatic stories through the use of interfaces."

We think this should be its own defined genre and should be something games can be tagged as on Steam, just like "point-and-click adventure" games or "story-rich" games.

Check out the transcript of our talk—it goes over what interface dramas have in common with other adjacent genres such as interactive fiction, visual novels, simulation games, and alternate reality games, and what makes them different.

I don’t think I’ve ever told anyone about that time I accidentally read rpf

Basically I was like 14 years old and trying to find something to read on Wattpad because it was the new hip thing. So I come across a story (I believe it was called “A Gay Disney Prince”) that I thought sounded fun. The main characters of this story were named Harry and Louis which my only thought about was “nice names”. By the time I realized it was a One Direction fanfic I was way too invested and that’s the story of how I accidentally read a super long rpf (I tried to find it to see how long it was but couldn’t)

#I mean it was good #very teen drama vibes but I was a teen at the time #I only ever read this and apparently bubbline fanfic I completely forgot about??? before forgetting about Wattpad #still a very nice interface for reading on a tablet
