To create a long exposure using iPhone start by taking a photo in Live mode. Then tap word Live with the symbol at the top left of the photo. Options appear, Live, Loop, Bounce, Long Exposure. Tap long exposure & wait for it to process. U can leave it Live to see the transformation of the photo when swiping backward & forward in your photo APP but when posting it, it won’t be live. To turn off live in photo APP tap edit, then tap live button at the bottom right, then tap to turn off live at the top middle of photo. As long as the photo remains in Photos in your phone U still have the options to turn Live back on, switch back to Live or use the other features such as Loop, Bounce or Long Exposure.
