How about the glorious, god emperor of mankind as asshole uncle who is a the best leader but sucks as a parent and uncle
Tumblr media
Ah, a fine choice... for a corpse on a throne
The God-Emperor of Mankind would be an interesting choice, but sadly does not meet the requirements for Jaune's Family. However, there is the Jaune the Lost Primarch AU if you'd like to indulge in RWBY Warhammer crossover pieces.

"And great warriors saved them all."
"Mama, are they real?"
She smiled weakly, "do you think they are?"
"Yeah, yeah I do. I hope they come for us one day..." Her mother held her hand as the caged walls separating didn't allow close contact between parent and child. All her siblings held their mama's hand as they slept.....
"I-its okay...m-mama's here..." She choked as her children cried, holding her hand from the cage as she struggled to breath, barely able to see them as her bruised swollen face from their master's beating. She looked away as said Master, an four armed reptilian xenos, was being beaten by an white armored Giant. The master begging for mercy as the giant kept beating him, each fist covered in purple blood.
"Avez-vous montré sa pitié ?!" ("Did you show her mercy?!")
Bring down both fists onto the master's face, caving it in as blood splattered onto the warriors armor as the master went limp, arms falling to the side as he stopped moving. The giant looked at her, she held her children's hands as she feared the worst. But he didn't raise a hand against her, kneeling down to her as he took off his helmet, she gasped as she saw a face like her people. With the color of blue sky she saw only once in her youth in his eyes, his eyes were warm as she placed his large armored hand out for her to reach. More warriors came in,
"Est-ce qu'elle ira bien ?" (Will she be alright?) He asked one as a small light washed over her from a machine on his arm.
She watched as the warrior nodded to him as the warrior slowly and carefully began to lift her up, she held onto her children's hand tightly as they did. Her children screaming for her, but the warrior smiled at her, a reassuring smile as she let go. She watched as he gripped the cage doors and effortlessly ripped it off, kneeling down to her frighten children as he too extended his hand to them, they were hesitant till her brave child walked forward.
"Are you the warriors our mama told us about?" He didn't speak their language, but he smiled at her and slowly each child accepted his hand. Carefully and slowly picking all five of them up as she carried them in his arms. Some climbing to his shoulders or head as they left.
She looked, the best she could see as more and more bodies of the slain masters laid strewn about. More giant warriors walked by, followed by smaller warriors as she heard small explosions and screams of her masters fill the halls. She saw her fellow slaves, women and their children as they were led out of this place...
Eventually they neared the exit, something she hadn't seen since she was a child, all were nearly blinded by the light as they hadn't seen the sun in so long, but as their eyes adjusted, ready to see the warships of her masters that filled the skies before she was thrown down here. The huge flag that waved way off distance in the capital above the Palace, but she didn't. No. She saw something else, huge warships she's never seen before! Hundreds of them in the sky as she watched one of the masters ship slowly fall from the sky, exploding as it crash landed in the distance.
The warrior looked at her before they were all gestured to look at something he was pointing at. Soon a giant face of a man appeared in yhe sky above, he had long hair that was the same color as the sun with the same colored eyes as the warrior that held her.
"Les gens de ce monde ! Vous ne me comprenez peut-être pas, mais laissez mes actions vous montrer, vous montrer que nous ne sommes pas là pour des conquérants ! Mais en tant que libérateurs !" (People of this world! You may not understand me, but let my actions show you, show you that we are not here to conquerors! But as your liberators!) He spoke as the flag that once reminded them all who their master's were fell,
"Tu es libre!" (You are free!) He exclaimed, holding the Symbol the Emperor of the master's, it was nothing but pieces as it fell from his hand.
"M-mama! The warriors! There the warriors you told us about!" Her daughter exclaimed happily as the people around them began to weep, falling to their knees. She too crying as the warriors around them began to cheer as well.
the surviving xenos of the World known as Rylk were being rounded up, brought to their knees as their Emperor was dead. Slain by the Primarch Jaune arc. The 11th Legion had freed another world from the darkness, their sacred duty as the defenders of the weak will never cease.
Been listening to this was inspired

"He hides the true reason behind their creation well. Our brothers don't see it nor does my father, but I do. I know he's questioned what happened to the 2nd and their legion. Those questions led him to learn many things apparently, so much so that he had these "Iron Dragons" created not just for siege and Frontline breaking but out of fear. Fear of the legions being turned onto him and his people. So he created Astartes meant to fight other Astartes. Learning in the war games we all took part in, learning various ways to combat his own allies, to fight his brothers if need be..." - Horus to Abbadon

The Fall of Remnant Ⅰ
Tumblr media
"Get up! We have to keep moving!"
"Get to the shuttles!"
"Oh brothers! I don't wanna die!"
"PLANET WIDE EVACUATION! PLANET WIDE EVACUATION! ALL CIVILIANS TO DESIGNATED EVACUATION SHUTTLES!"
"SHIELD WALL! Don't let a single one through! We will protect our people until the evacuation is finished in this sector!" Captain Alec commanded as he and his marines used their shield to create an impenetrable wall to keep away the attacking legions of the Loyalists that besieged their world. Bolter fired ricochet off their Shields as a Space wolf rushed forward, only for Alec to stab him through his mouth, killing the space wolf as more followed.
A Remnant Knight firing nearby, only for that location to explode from artillery, Alec seeing the dead knight partially covered in debris. He looked back, seeing people flee behind another shield wall to the shuttles,
"HOLD! WE WILL SHOW THE LOYALISTS WHY WE SONS OF JAUNE ARE NOT TO BE UNDERESTIMATED!" He yelled out as he fought back more space wolves and White scars.
Captain Alec and his squads were wiped out in the heavy artillery barrage that followed moments later, only half of the Civilians in the sector were able to escape...
So! There is a project I have in the works called the Fall of Remnant, takes during the Great Scoring, in which the Imperium launches a retaliation strikes against the Traitors, while the others began to flee to the eye of terror, Jaune returned to Remnant to enact his plan to save as many of his people as possible,

Our planet was our jewel. Our people our pride. We were their champions. Their defenders against the darkness. Their sentinels of light. But we failed them...
our home defenseless....
Our people massacred...
Those that survived or were off world were taken as slaves. To pay for crimes they never committed. To pay for our sins.
No. We will scour the galaxy, planet by plant, city by city until all of our surviving people are returned home!
Our Father has given us the power to do so and if the Galaxy must burn to achieve this...then it will...
There will be no mercy for those that stand in our way!

Jaune always ensures his dreadnoughts see their homeworld, walk among the people, see the mountains, the green hills, the snow, and the sky. To experience the seasons and hear the sounds of the oceans, to hear their world. He never wants to ever forget what any of that is like, he never wants them to regret never seeing their home again.

Emperor: SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME, THE INQUISITION AND A FEW ASTARTES CHAPTERS HAVE TRIED TO DESTORY JAUNE'S SECTOR?
Magnus: Well system, Jaune never did colonize out past his system for this very reason. Huh, and here I said he was being paranoid...but yes! But each attempt has failed disastrously for them however.
Dorn: ah yes, I remember the failed "Remnant Crusade" I don't know much information but I heard multiple chapters were severely depleted.
Emperor: HEY YOU SUNSHINE, TELL ME ABOUT THIS "REMNANT CRUSADE".
Kitten: yes of course, the Remant Crusade was an attempt on 765.M37 to puncture through the cosmic cloud that protected the system.
Magnus: ah the cosmic cloud, see they probably would've been able to do so if Jaune hadn't weaponized the thing.
Dorn: Weaponized?
EMPEROR: EXPLAIN MAGNUS.
Magnus: I can't get into too much details buuuttt Jaune's young friend at the time, The wannabe Tech priest Ruby, devised a plan to weaponize the cloud that surrounded their system by creating a defensive network within the cloud. To put it simply, it's like an energy minefield in the cloud where nothing surives unless you know the only safe route in and out.
Kitten: Ah so that's why so many ships were lost. They just tried to brute force their way in and well they were destroyed by said minefield. Huh. And a "wannabe" tech priest did that?
Emperor: I KNOW OF THIS RUBY, SHE WAS HIS BEST FRIEND WAS SHE NOT?
Dorn: yes, she didn't like the Mechanicus's worship of technology and sought to break that behavior within the 11th. She succeeded but was targeted by the Mechanicus for it but continue the previous topic.
Kitten: Of course, the crusade called upon five chapters; The Ruby Warhawks, The Lunar tears, The Battle heralds, The Iron Cohorts, and the Shields of Vaas. Both Ruby Warhawks and Shields of Vaas were utterly annihilated while the others suffered such severe casualties to the point the survivors formed one chapter to make up the losses. The Battle fleets also suffered intense losses due to the 11th's Flashship, "Juniper", engaging the fleet before disappearing back into the cloud. Primarch Jaune issued only one warning; "Leave". After that, all attempts were ceased by Order of the High Lords.
Magnus: Yet the inquisition still tried. Over and over and over again. Failing at every moment due to the fact they are trying out smart the one Primarch who rivals that of the Lion and Guilliman in tactical planning and strategies.
Emperor: IT WARMS MY BARELY BEATING HEART TO KNOW HE KEPT BRINGING THEM DOWN A PEG.
Magnus: Oh yes, it was quite nostalgic to plan a few of those with him.
Dorn: You still speak to our brother?
Magnus: I mean, yeah. He's my little brother, of course I'm gonna keep tabs on him! Infact, we were in the middle of a conversation when those blue berrie fuck nuts threw me in that box!
Emperor: MAGNUS, DO YOU STILL TALK TO HIM NOW?
Magnus: No, in the palace I cannot as I was using a powerful conduit that he and I created so we can exclusively talk to one another. I ensured that Tzeentch could never learn of it.
Emperor: DAMMIT, WELL THE YOU AND MY CARETAKER HERE WILL BE LEAVING SOON.
Kitten: Um...to where my lord?
Emperor: TO REMANT, TO BRING MY SON BACK TO MY FOLD ONCE MORE!

Something that is canon in lost primarch au,
Jaune, Magnus, and Perturabo are known as the three pillars by those by the common people of the Imperium;
Magnus, the Pillar of Knowledge.
Perturabo, the Pillar of Creation.
Jaune, the Pillar of Hope.
Due the close bond These three shared and the impact they left on worlds they brought into compliance, worlds that were rebuilt to the point as if the battles that nearly destroyed them never happened. The people given access to vast amounts of knowledge to better themselves and their planet. Hope instilled with them, hope for a better future. Hope to fight for the peace and all they were given. To protect their worlds and never to fall back to their dark ages.

"You think we would blindly follow your orders? That We would let you take our Matriarch and their children to Terra? You are solely mistaken cousins. You came here thinking we would bend our knee to an Emperor who hides on his throne world? To Primarchs that send their Astartes to our world when our father is not here to defend it? No. We Remnant Knights, sons of the 11th lord, no longer acknowledge the Imperium! My brothers! Wipe out these cowards from our world!"

Arael Darax is considered the first born son of Jaune by many. He is literally what Jaune always wanted to be when he was young, and he greatly admires him as such. Arael admires Jaune for all the obstacles he's overcome to become he who is now. Admires Jaune for his endless love he has for his legion and humanity. When Jaune told his legion his dream, the dream of a era of true peace for humanity. Where when one looks to the sky, it is not of fear if war will come but one of wonder and curiosity. Where a child can wake up and see the sun rise everyday on a new day. Where warriors like them, are no longer needed and can know what peace truly is.
Tumblr media
That dream became Arael's dream. The Legion's dream. Arael wants to see that future his Primarch envisions, a future where he is no longer needed. Where they can lay down their bolters for the last time. Arael is Jaune's true successor. His true heir. He has the strength and determination to lead his brothers should their Primarch ever fall, to achieve the dream of a true peace.
