A small group sit at a table chatting about anything that came up.But every 20 or so seconds Remus would stare of longingly as if she had seen the birth of jesus themself. The two girls with Rem stare at him clearly noticing the lost gaze.”Remus.” “hm!?” the gryffindor clearly terrified shot there eyes back up to meet the gryffindor blonde and the slytherin asian “hahaha whatcha staring at?”-the young slytherin asked “Staring im not staring at them even if i was staring at them they would never notice i mean sirius is just so- wait!”The curls on there head flopped down of there head in a clear attempt to hide the blush covering there face the two girls giggled in unison “Oh hunnie” the gryffindor girl giggled “I knew it i knew it!” the slytherin chanted joyfully clapping and giggling then “Hey Rem, what are you doing still sat down over here?come on get up get up!lets go!” the gryffindor as pulled to there feet and ran to the group of boys at the back of the field “Hey Jenn if they end up together-” she was cut short by the slytherin girl “I know!I know! I’ll owe you a fiver”

The last 2 nights. I keep getting dreams about an ex. Dreams of us meeting up again. The thing is I don't have my ex's # or any social media anymore. I have no contact. But I'm in a serious relationship. But I feel weird telling my partner about this. But I don't know what these dreams are trying to tell me.

Hey there anon. I’m actually right there with you on this.

Dreams are sometimes thought to have some sort of meaning. But, that’s not always the case. Dreams can be completely nonsensical and have no meaning beyond just that the way your brain was activated while you were in REM sleep happened to bring up certain thoughts.

Sometimes dreams do sort of show you things that you think about often though. So, maybe you feel you might have some unfinished business with your ex, or like you never got closure out of the situation and want that now.

Either way, whether these dreams mean something or not, if you feel like talking to your current partner would help, I’m sure they’d be understanding about it. Dreams aren’t something you control, so it’s not as if you’re purposefully dreaming about your ex, and I’d imagine that your partner knows that and would be supportive. Of course, I don’t know your partner, but if you’re with them and happy and secure in your relationship I doubt anything bad would come of opening up to them if you think it’d help you process your dreams.
