Characters: All the current agents besides Breach because I just really couldn't write him sorry

He is also pretty full of himself and would regularly flirt with you Nobody thinks too much of it because this just seems to be his character but with you, he was actually trying to win you over He cheekily asked you if you would give him a kiss if the next mission was a success You kind of waved him off not really answering Believing it to be one of his antics again and nothing would follow When he came back from the mission successful he went over to you Before he could open his mouth to say anything you leaned in and kissed him on the cheek You cheekily pulled away and then just went to the others talking about what exactly happened on the mission Chamber was slightly flustered but would cover it up, and follow you trying to talk to you Maybe you were more interested in him than he thought Sova

You were worried about the next mission believing it to be very risky

Sova comforted you telling you that everything would be fine

You calmed down for now but of course, felt nervous again while the mission was going

Finally, the team came back and you went straight to Sova wrapping your arms around his neck and giving him a quick peck on the cheek

He was surprised when you suddenly just ran into his arms but he enjoyed the affection

He was surprised by the kiss but he probably won't have that big of a reaction in front of everyone

Maybe a light flush on his cheeks and a smile on his lips but inside he is feeling way too much at once

He really likes you and hopes that soon he can ask you out

Gekko

I think Gekko is normally affectionate with you and would come to you after your missions to hug you and stuff

So you bought about also doing that for him so this time you waited for him to come back and just jumped into his arms when you saw him

You would welcome him back and give him a kiss on the cheek while he continues to hold you

I could imagine him being a bit more shy when he has a crush on you because he doesn't want you to find out his feeling

In total though he thinks that you two should really start doing that for each other after every mission, even if you went to the mission together

With his outgoingness, he is gonna tell everyone about how you decided to give him a kiss

Even if someone tells him that a kiss in the wheel isn't special he will not listen to them

He just loves any kind of attention from you that he can get

When you heard them arriving you got up and quickly spotted him

Jett didn't specify where you should kiss him so you pressed your lips to his cheek quickly

He is just so smug about this kiss and will start teasing you

Just talking about how you really missed him so much and couldn't wait for him to be back

I think under his exterior he is quite flustered but he wouldn't want anyone to know about that so he covered it up with teasing

Maybe this is even the perfect opportunity to ask you out on a date

This mission a hyphen just saved everyone and you really wanted to thank him for that

You went up to him and kissed his masked cheek telling him that he was amazing

It would take him a second to register what you did but the lingering warmth on his cheek showed him that this really just happened

That was unexpected and he would chuckle, thanking you for appreciating his work

He is happy that the mask doesn't let you see how much this little gesture actually affected him

But you can hear how happy he is just from his voice

It was a spur-of-the-moment thing, you just leaned in and gave his cheek a kiss

Omen as we all know isn't really one to show his emotions outwardly

It seems like he doesn't really care but he does thank you and the is just some sort of tenderness in his voice

He could become embarrassed if you kiss him and then also give him a lot of praise for doing so well

If you know him well enough though you would be able to hear the embarrassment in his voice though

Brimstone

We all know Brimstone is the more professional type and I don't know how well he would take to public affection

You two are probably already very close because otherwise, I don't think he wouldn't have the most positive reaction

But if you two are close then maybe putting aside that you kissed him on the cheek in front of everyone

He would use the kiss to motivate himself and just know that there is always someone proud of him and his work

Also, I can imagine some agents cooing when you kiss him just to embarrass you two even more

You just were happy to have KAY/O back so when he came up to you to talk you gave him a quick kiss on his cheek

So KAY/O is sentient and everything but I don't really know if he can feel you giving him the kiss

Harbor has such a positive energy who wouldn't want to give this man some affection

He would have such a radiant smile on his face when your lips come in contact with his cheek

The affection and praise would fill him with joy and he is someone who will give you affection back

The valorant protocol when their s/o is so good at cooking

Valorant protocol (boys ver) x any gender!reader

Tw: fluff and crack and someone has probably did this before but idgaf this is my take. Small smut because these men are just down bad for you.

(chamber, yoru,kay/o, phoenix, brimstone, breach, cypher, sova ,omen)

Chamber

He often cooks for his own meals and he doubts that anyone would ever cook for him out of the blue.

It was probably at morning he first tasted your meal, you, at the corner of his workshop with a bowl of Cream of mushroom soup for him, he was surprised at this sudden gesture and was held back at the strong aroma of it.

He took a bite and the way the flavors swirled in his mouth, he often eats at luxurious restaurants but your cooking is infinitely times better than what the others can offer.

He enjoyed every bite and wanted to taste every delicious delicacy that you can give, he'll provide you with a credit card with no limits, telling you to use as much as you need for your cooking appliances or ingredients as such.

Chamber would gift you some cook book recipes at random times, just open your cabinet and you'd see a shopping bag with french culinary cook book with literally every recipe. (If you do use that cook book, he'd be delighted and would want to be the first person who tries your food)

When he's busy though, he'd just quickly munch on some treat you made and would kiss you goodbye, tasting the whip cream on his lips as he goes to work.

Yoru

Much like chamber, he won't ever cook for anyone in the protocol other than himself and you, he lives off instant ramen and tonkatsu like a broke ass college student but yeah he's at an average level when it comes to cooking.

When he first tasted some dessert you mafe for him, preferably tiramisu, he savored every bite but his pompous ass can't set his ego aside to compliment your skills.

He'd sometimes watch you cook in the kitchen and hide in the corner of the room, admiring how you absolutely handle the spatula and every ingredient with elegance and deft. (However, if you do catch him sneaking around he'll quickly run away and won't face you until you bug him and would make a shitty excuse that it wasn't his intention to watch[it was])

Yoru sometimes teases you that you cooked food for him because you're so in love with him and so you shut him up with a spoon of cake you made.

Kay/o

He can't eat or smell food so sometimes he'll just watch you eat the food you make and watch you make it.

Even though he can't eat it, he likes watching you cook and would offer to help you prepare or make some dishes if you'd like.

Kay/o thinks the dishes you make are a work of art because it looks aesthetically pleasing and even if it doesn't, he knows you pour your heart out everytime you decide to cook some food.

Sometimes he'd ask you what your food tastes like so even if he can't eat it, he'll have an idea of how good it tastes.

He once tried to cook food but he accidentally spilled water in his hard drive and malfunctioned as you just froze there not knowing what to do, kay/o wanted to impress you too but instead of that he got a lecture instead, and some kisses. (Metal kiss yay)

Phoenix

Everytime you cook for him when he's stressed or just hungry, he feels like he's more down bad for you because I think he's the type to find people who are good chefs very attractive.(not all though, just you)

When he tried their cooking, he was absolutely hooked and would be begging for seconds.

If his s/o could bake, he'd ask for some small snacks like cookies or macaroons if they could; I can see him that when he's busy like in a mission, he'd take out a small snack that you made from his pocket and eat it so he could calm down.

He'll definitely be the type to brag to the others that 's/o made me this, that blah blah blah' to no end because he's just so smitten with you and proud of you.

When you visited his family, you cooked so much food his mothers were literally asking you if you were phoenix's lover, phoenix had to resist the urge to call you his wife/husband because you're just perfect in his eyes.

Brimstone

Oh boy, in his days before, he tasted a lot of good food whether it was travelling or with his friends in the past, he's tasted a lot but it seems like decades worth of food isn't as delectable as yours.

He'd be quick to praise every bite of the food you offered him and even asked if you would like to be some sort of protocol's chef. (He'd pay you good but if you'd like, he'd pay you in other cough cough ways.)

I don't know but I think I saw some voiceline of cypher ranting to brimstone that they run out of that specific drink and how the rest of the protocol seems to be drinking all his expensive tea and telling brim to buy their shit so the others could stop; brimstone is like the father to the protocol and fixes most of the problems, and if you were to tell him that oh you run out of ingredients he'd be coming back to the base with literally trucks worth of groceries.

There are times he'd stop his work and just stare at you with love-struck eyes while you did your work in the kitchen, the other agents however either teased you or found it cringe on how you guys look like those old couples.

Breach

He's a criminal for fucks sake he lived in the underground for probably a long time now and he's tasted some good food sometimes but would just eat easy-to-make food that wouldn't take too much time. (And also why would you spend an hour making meals when the police is at your tail, coulda spent that hour running away from them, he says)

But he'll encourage you to make more food since it's too good and that you shouldn't waste that talent of yours.

Like kay/o, Breach would help you in the kitchen whether it's just cutting up some onions or frying an omelette, well if he can't help you with that he'll just help you with cough cough other ways. (Y'all nasty)

He thinks you're a better chef than jett and when she found out she was butt hurt from his comment, like she's a god damn sous chef but don't worry they're both aware you're probably one of the best, if not the best chef in the protocol.

I can see he's the type to do tiny gestures like small kisses or quick hugs when you brew him coffee or cook up some swedish meatballs after or before he does workout training with the others.

Cypher

I wanted to mention an angst like you cooking like a fucking chef god and it reminds him of his wife, his old family eating happily together but that's not the point.

Cypher loves your cooking, it makes him feel so warm inside and, like the rest, would praise you about how amazing your culinary skills are.

He once made a joke that you should open up a restaurant and that he'll be the first one to eat there, but if you really did, he'd eat there regularly.

I can see him as someone who has a sweet tooth so if you were to make like Moroccan desserts like, meskouta orange cake or Baklava, god damn it he'll literally get pumped up in his work and would work harder, almost like it was the most intense energy food ever.

Cypher would be the type to take pictures of your food and would put it in some photo book and surprise you with it and label some of it with sticky notes like, 'dessert 1: tastes delicious but you taste better', you smacked him in the forehead after though.

Sova

When he was younger, his babushka would make the most mouthwatering meal he's ever tasted.

Once sova has took a bite of yours, he thinks that your skill level is literally on par with his babushka's. (Remember, grandmas are literally the best chefs idc what y'all say, someone telling you your cooking is like better than their grandma's is the greatest compliment ever)

When you're cooking in the kitchen, expect him at the counter just watching your every move and patiently waiting for you to finish so he can take a bite of it.

After he finishes his meal, he'll kiss and hug you, telling you that everything you feed him tastes wonderful and how he'd want you to be his wife/husband.

If you're open for some suggestions on what to cook next, he'd make a list of food like russian food or new combinations you could try and would be the first, like the rest, to taste it.

Everytime you just give him a warm smile and try to feed him with some pasta for example, he has to resist the urge to not take you here and now because god damn that pasta looks tasty as fuck but you both know what's tastier. (Wink wonk)

Omen

Like kay/o he can't eat or drink but let's say hypothetically he can, he barely eats because he doesn't have to, he can't explain it properly that he's not hungry but he's craving for the meals you make, and your's only.

It's just that he feels happy when he eats it, he thinks it tastes good and the smile on your face when you watch him savor every bite makes him enjoy it more.

Both yoru and him do watch in the shadows/corners of the kitchen room but the difference is he's not shy when he gets caught, he'd knit you a tiny hat with little food designs because he thinks you'll like it while intently watching on how you concoct the greatest 3-star Michelin dish made.

While you cook in the kitchen, he'd wrap his arms around your waist as you both watch some food literally spinning in the microwave.

He lied one time to you that he actually needed to eat just so you could cook some food for him regularly, but when you gave him someone else's cooking he said he didn't want it and that's how you found out he lied.

Brimstone

Chamber is not stupid. He knows what’s a compliment and what’s grossly inappropriate.

Seeing you freeze up dislodges something within him

One rendezvous by you, one by them. The catcaller gets a voice right in their ear. “That’s no way to speak to anyone, let alone someone like her. A grave mistake.”

Before they can respond, a flicker sends Chamber right back to you, now standing between you and the caller. His back fully to the guy, he turns to look at you

He’s putting a brave face on it, but you can see the rage prickling quietly behind his eyes. “Let us go, ma belle. They are not worth your time.”

He brings you in for a chaste kiss, arm encircles your waist, and uses the rendezvous for a speedy exit.

The caller will get a shock when they get home to find a business card lodged in their jacket. On the back in an elegant font are the words “fuck off”.

Cypher

With the passive programs he’s constantly running in any public place, Cypher knows the catcaller’s IP address before he turns around.

Having lost loved ones before, Cypher is hyper-alert around you in public. His eyes fix yours, and instantly he sees that this has gotten to you as much as you’re trying to hold it back. His arms go up almost involuntarily to hold your shoulders for a second, makes sure you’re safe, then he turns around to face the asshole

“You should not be talking like that while you have left your second wife Vanessa to look after little Billie and Charlie while you went on a -shall we say- business trip my friend. I am sure Kingdom would not take to kindly to one of their regional branch managers using work time to sleep around in a different city with a younger woman.”

The catcaller is speechless. He looks like he wants to cry

Cypher continues by rattling off his three previous addresses, bank account number (including offshore redirects) and social security number. “The walls have ears my friend. You should shut up more and listen to them.”

He hurries you home after this, and practically doesn’t leave your side for the next week, peppering you with kisses and holding you close at every opportunity

KAY/0

For a moment, as bad as you’re feeling you would have thought Kay/0 had short-circuited. It almost distracts you from the initial shock of being cat-called.

Then you can almost hear his internals whirring as he processes the gravity of the situation. The visualisers start to turn red. You don’t know they did that.

“Uhh… Kay? You doing okay?”

“Negative. Hostile spotted on visual sensors. Preparing to engage.”

“He was just catcalling, I don’t know if…” you trail off. It was pretty shit, actually. This seems to snap Kay/0 out of his spiral for a second, and he takes a moment to grab you and assess your disposition.

Kay holds your shoulders. “Negative. That kind of behaviour is hugely damaging and objectively bullshit. Nothing about that is justifiable. He needs to know, and he needs to never do it again if he values his vitals. Unless you say otherwise, I’m preparing to engage.”

Happy enough for Kay/0 to do his thing at that point, you lean into a quick hug, and watch as the caller starts to bolt it as a literal giant killer robot starts marching towards him. You don’t think he’ll do it again.

Omen

Ohohoho. Ufufufufu. You’re not an easy target, you’re a highly skilled agent. Omen marvels at the fact that people feel entitled to say shit to you, just because you happen to be pretty.

Instantly, his voice is in your ear. “Did you want toooo, or should I…?”

When you don’t offer your usual dry remark, it gets his attention. ‘Shit, this really got to her.’ It almost hadn’t occurred to Omen that you’d be bothered by anyone so insignificant, but as soon as he sees your frustration he’s ready to make it hurt.

He flickers and whirls around you for a second, cupping your cheek in his hands. “A moment please, then.”

Fade may be the resident haunting expert, but Omen is the OG. Suddenly, the catcaller’s world is dark. There are voices in his ears, ranging from whispers to screams. He’s caught off balance, and can’t really do much but stumble around and apologise.

Omen offers a sharp kick to the back to send him on his way, materialising by your side.

“I don’t think he’ll be doing that again, my love. But let’s eat in and have a quiet night tonight.”

Phoenix

“Nah cause did he just say that?”

Phoenix turns to you. “You hear this guy? He said that?” Seeing your deflated expression, this man is pretty livid.

Phoenix’s first instinct is to wrap you tightly, shielding you from the catcaller and calming your racing heart a little. It makes it a whole lot easier to block out the rising stress when your very own solar core is right there.

“Want me to go over there?”

You think for a moment. “Mmhm. Please, if you can…”

Phoenix reluctantly releases you from the embrace, and strolls towards the guy.

“I’m gonna give you ten seconds to give me a good apology that I can relay back to her. Uh-uh, not an excuse. A proper apology. Go.”

The guy legs it, and Phoenix comes back over to you.

“Hey, you right? I got you, yeah? No one talks to you like that, not ever, and especially not on my watch.” He doesn’t stray far from your side after that, getting you back home and ordering in your favourite for a chill night of movies and cuddles.

Sova

Oh you just know that Sova’s keen eyes and hearing have located this guy before you can even comprehend what’s going on.

Immediately, he tenses and looks over to you. Seeing you tense up and grit your teeth only serves to reinforce the quiet rage bubbling up in his chest.

“My love.”

“Sasha”

“This man should be taught a lesson, no?”

“…I think so, yeah.”

“One moment please.” He gives you a quick kiss on the forehead and turns to walk over to the guy.

Towering over the catcaller, he very simply says; “not her. Not anyone. You never know who might be watching.”

This guy is absolutely not going to try your tall, beautiful partner. He bolts.

“Now come, my love. Let me look after you this evening.”

Yoru

So remember how Breach was voted one of two most likely to start a fight? Yeah, here’s the other one.

As soon and I mean as SOON as Yoru hears any kind of bullshit coming from that guy’s mouth, you practically have to hold him back.

“Yoru, my sweet boy, listen to me. You remember what happened last time you got in a fight yeah?”

“Hmm? Yeah they dealt with the hospital.”

“Yoru, Brim dealt with the bill.”

“… So? This guy said shit, you think I’m just gonna stand there and watch you take it? Worst comes to worst, he dies. Back soon.” He presses his lips to yours, brushes your hair out of your eyes, and then jogs over to the guy with a none-too-friendly look on his face

God forbid the guy try to square up. If he does, Yoru has him on the ground embarrassingly quickly.

Satisfied with his work, Yoru brushes himself off and flashes back to you. You can tell by his heaving shoulders that he’s still furious, and when you wrap your arms around him he draws you into a fierce hug.

The two of you let your heart rates settle back in, as Yoru slowly relaxes back into your embrace

“Ryo..? You doing okay there buddy?”

“Yeah. I just… hate that people think they can talk to you like that. I’ll make sure it never happens again.”

how you spend some time with your colleagues throughout the spooky season.

a.n: happy halloween, everyone! here's a special episode for you all– it'll be hc's + oneshot scenarios, enjoy!

jett , phoenix , yoru

oh boy, this trio.

they knew you were one who's easily startled and gets scared easily and they just had to take that chance this halloween season.

pheonix usually tries to scare you but would often get just a jump or flinch.

"oh, phoenix! didn't see you there, sorry."

made the man upset cause you think he wasn't trying to scare you

jett and yoru points and laugh

"guess you're not as scary as you think you are, huh, pretty boy?"

jett and yoru were like tag team partners

they scared you so bad one time at least three other agents rushed to where you guys were.

"Uhm, hello?" You laughed nervously. "Who's there. . ?"

You just switched the lights off and saw a silhouette by the end of the hallway, it was just standing there eerily and that immediately started your heart pumping fast.

You switched the lights on again and your eyes widened and jaw dropped down to the floor.

The figure just disappeared and the hallway was empty.

You looked around your surrounding with disbelief written across your face. Placing a hand on your mouth.

Calm down, (y/n).

Maybe you were just seeing things? You didn't get a full night's rest last night so maybe your mind was playing tricks on you?

Yeah, yeah that must be it.

You swallowed thickly before testing out your conclusion.

Closing the lightswitch off again, you felt your heart drop, the figure was there, but it seemed. . . closer.

"So-Sova!" You cried out for your help. "Sova get in here!"

You unintentionally switched the lights off again and gasped, seeing the empty hall once again.

You looked around the room once more, it was just you, usually Sova would come walking in right after you called him but. . .

"Fuck, Sova, where are you." You could feel your heart beating hard against your chest and an eerie chill sent shivers down your spine.

"S-Sova. . .?" You called out once again, your eyes not leaving the hall as you held against the lightswitch.

You swallowed thickly, you wanted to leave, but at the same time, there was this stupid curiosity on what would happen if you turn down the lights again.

And you did.

A blood-curdling scream broke through the air and alerted agents that were nearby.

Sova– who was being held back by Jett earlier to enter the room came in first, his face full of worry and fear from that terrifying scream.

"Gaia?!"

As soon as Jett let him come inside, he immediately saw you still screaming with your eyes shut tightly and hands on either side of your head with thorny vines sprouting out of your hair. In front of you was Yoru with his mask on.

The second agent to come in was Reyna, her eye orb was out and was ready to kill anything on sight.

"What is it, what happened?!" She demanded.

And the third agent was Brimstone, who immediately recognized your scream–dropped his coffee, and came busting through the door in panic.

"Gaia?! Kid, what's wrong?!"

Ah, let's just say that Brim wasn't too happy about the two scaring you off and the two received quite an earful from the captain.

Sova got you some ice cream and played barbie on t.v

Also– Cypher got it all on video.

cypher , kay/o , neon

after your previous scare, these three thought it might be a good idea to do it again.

originally, neon was against the idea but fell victim from cypher

surprisingly, the same goes for kay/o

neon just wanted others to experience it as well

it felt unfair that the hacker fucker got her

unfortunately, the unlucky victim was you

you just got in the lounge area together with chamber

the three knew chamber wouldn't be fazed by the scare

but you?

"C'mon, try it!" Neon said with a glint of mischief in her eyes. "It's a very easy game."

You raised an eyebrow before sitting down infront of Cypher's laptop.

"Is it like a maze game?"

There was a simple maze on the screen, you assumed you just needed to get the dot to the other side and so you did, prompting the new maze to come up.

"Oh wow, this is easy."

Cypher nodded, "Yup. It's an old game I scavenged, apparently, it was made years ago."

"So is it like vintage?"

"You could say that."

"Just make sure you don't let the dot hit the surfaces of the maze, otherwise you lose." Kay/o informed.

"Ah, so it's like that wire game?"

Neon nodded, "Exactly."

Chamber, could already tell where this was going, he knew what was going on a mile away and was about to break the news to you but Neon elbowed his side pretty hard and gave him a sharp look.

The next maze had narrower surfaces, so when you accidentally hit the dot to the side. . .

You flinched terribly together with a screech as a scary image flashed in front of the screen, making you lean back to 'get away' from the monitor and throw the mouse wherever.

Ah, poor you.

The three started to laugh at your reaction, but when you suddenly raised your hand to cover your eyes, a vine erupted from the ground and pierced through the laptop's screen.

The three fell silent and looked at you in nervousness.

"You guys are so mean!" You whined, hands still covering your eyes. "I almost had a heart attack!"

The three still gaped at you, wondering when you'll realize that you just broke the laptop.

Chamber let out a handsome laugh, helping you up from the chair, and soothed your back.

"Hush now, nevermind them, ma chérie." He gave the three a stern look, squinting his eyes, "Trust me, it'll come back around."

The three looked at eachother, before simultaneously thinking the same thing.

"Shit."

Cypher lost his hat the next day and found it again with cat ears stitched on top of them– whenever he'd remove it he'll lose it again before finding it in the same situation as before, Neon would often fall victim to jumpscares from "random" videos that would be sent to her by "someone", and Kay/o received broken toasters in front of his room for at least three days.

raze , killjoy , omen

two words. movie night.

probably the chillest moment you'd have this spooky season

the three of you would have a sleepover on the lounge area since sleeping over in another agent's room was prohibited.

so Brim granted the lounge area instead.

planned to binge all horror classics and slasher films

it was originally just you, raze and kj

omen suddenly came in and the three of you invited him over

Now there's the four of you

omen was pretty intrigued with the movies

"So do you kids think you can survive a horror movie?" You asked with a small smirk as you ate your popcorn.

"Ooh, I don't think I could survive the nun." Killjoy answers before Raze gave her a look.

"The nun? Girl, you don't even go to church! How could you even be in that situation?"

"Oh right." The three of you shared a laugh.

"Okay, okay, but honestly?" Killjoy said. "I think I won't survive the ring."

Raze nods eagerly in agreement. "Now that makes sense."

You let out a laugh, "Oh that's so true, you're so nosy in the internet you'd probably watch the video till the end."

"Actually!" Killjoy laughs along before throwing back the question to you.

"How about you, Gaia? Oh! Do you think you'd survive It?"

You thought for a moment. "Probably not, I'd come running to him myself if the It is Bill Skarsgård."

"Ah, the titan's greatest fall. A man." Raze shook said in a playful tone, shaking her head. "Couldn't be me."

"Oh please!" You giggled, "You're saying you won't go running to the predator out of invetor's curiosity?"

"Ah, touché"

"Oooh what about Omen?" Killjoy raised and the three of you looked at the man on the couch, knitting before looking up from his work.

"Me?"

"I think the killers and ghosts altogether would be running away from him." You joked.

To this Omen tilted his head, "That could be fun."

"See?"

Raze laughs, "Freddy kreuger has nothing against our Omen."

"I'm sorry, Michael Myers who?" Killjoy giggled.

"The devil could never!"

"They're all fools." Omen added. "Both the victim and attacker."

"Ah, to that we say Amen, my friend."

It was a pleasant night for the four of you, and when you, kj, and raze eventually fell asleep. Omen carefully covered your bodies with blankets and closed the television before placing his knitted products next to each of you. He made Killjoy a knitted frog, Raze her killer roomba, and you–

Omen gazed down for a moment at your sleeping face. You were the one who invited him to come and join your group earlier and he was thankful. You made him feel like he's apart of something and treated him normally like he was. . .well, a human.

It felt nice.

Omen then placed a knitted totoro next to your head.

"Thank you."

sova , chamber , sage

surprise surprise, brim decided to have a halloween dinner party within the protocol.

you volunteered to make the food

and sage too

it was going well and smoothly

until chamber peeked into the kitchen

"Be grateful, ma chérie. The best cook has arrived to aid you."

you could say that the feast later on would be diverse

now there's three of you

chamber is hella graceful in the kitchen, what the hell

this man is literally just cooking and yet he had such poise and. . .elegance in him.

chamber with his sleeves rolled back?

you couldnt help but stare in awe at times

of course, he'd catch your staring and smirk

"focus now, eyes off me."

you'd playfully answer back to him

"but I can't, mon cher. you look absolutely irresistible."

you wink, and he'd shy away from your view. your comebacks are definitely something he doesn't expect. probably because you're the only one who plays along with it.

sage points and laughs.

"chamber, are you blushing?"

". . .mind your cooking."

It was finally time to bake, your favourite part. You caught your reflection from a glass and you sighed.

"Ugh, I look terrible." You uttered. "But at least the food looks good."

"To that, I agree with you, Gaia." Sage expressed as well, and as you turned to look at her, you let out a soft giggle.

"You have flour on your nose." You point

"Oh!" Your fellow colleagues' cheeks went red, laughing sheepishly. "Sorry."

You shook your head, "It's no problem, come here, I'll wipe it off."

Taking a clean paper tissue, you wiped the tip of Sage's nose.

"There, all good." You smiled

"Thank you. . . " Sage tucked a hair behind her ear, peeking at you through her lashes.

"Is everything going alright over here." A new voice entered and the three of you looked at the door.

It was Sova, adorably peeking his head to the side– at least from your perspective.

"Sova!" You beamed. "We're doing alright, but come!" You gestured him to come inside and he obediently did.

"Do you need any help?"

"Actually, I do."

the two of you looked so domestic as you worked, it was making a certain one irritated within the kitchen.

he doesn't seem to mind as soon as he saw your bright face

man tied his hair in a bun and you short circuited for a sec

oh no, he's rolling up his sleeves as well

you steal some respectful glances to him at times

chamber a little salty

"so did you just come here to help her?"

sova would chuckle as he mixed something in a bowl, "The best cook doesn't need my help, no?"

you gave chamber a sly look

"aww, chamber. are you jealous that Sova's helping me and not you?"

It was finally the dinner party, Brimstone made a rule that everyone must strictly wear a costume, and most of the protocol happily obliged.

The common area is where the party was being held, raze and killjoy absolutely did a wonderful job in decorating the place.

"Alright, that's twenty." Yoru smirked mischievously as Jett hesitantly handed him money.

They were betting on what the agents would wear, and Yoru just won for betting that Sage would dress as a witch.

"I hate your face." Jett slumped against the chair, arms crossed. She's dressed as Aang, a cartoon character from an old show called Avatar.

"I thought your arrow is the only thing that's supposed to be blue, why the face too, hm?" Yoru relentlessly teased.

"Think you're gonna win this huh?" Jett sat up properly, puffing her chest. "We still have more to go!"

Yoru pulled up a smug expression.

"We'll see about that."

Raze went as Frankenstein with colored patches of green and stitches drawn artistically on her skin, whilst killjoy went as Frankenstein's bride. Having drawn stitches with two locks of white hair extension on either side of her hair in an updo as well as a short whited puffed dress.

Sova surprisingly went as Dracula, clad in all black together with the high-collared cape and had his beautiful blonde hair down, Chamber walked in dressed in a black suit with a long coat hung over his shoulders, golden rings decorating his fingers; apparently he said he was the Don of the Mafia.

Next came Omen who literally only had cat ears on, then Cypher who dressed as a plague doctor, Phoenix came as prince Naveen from a Disney movie called The Frog Prince – not gonna lie, the royal clothes and crown suited him very well and lastly. . .

"Man, let me join in the bet!" Phoenix complained after hearing about the bets that jett and yoru were having.

"Sure," Yoru agreed with an overconfident smirk. "I like being rich."

"No fair, you called dibs on the easiest guess." Jett groaned. "For sure, Gaia is gonna dress up as a fairy."

"A fairy?" Phoenix questions. "Nah, I'm calling goddess, she'll dress up as a goddess for sure."

Yoru nudged his head to Jett. "Your guess?"

The agent hummed thoughtfully, her hands pressing on her temples.

It was kind of predictable on what you might dress up as– that's just judging based on what they're used to seeing you wear which is pastels. Something magical or fantasy-related, or perhaps something "soft."

"I'm gonna say. . ." Jett squinted her eyes before deciding on her answer. "Angel, possibly an angel."

As soon as those words left Jett's mouth, you arrived just in time to the room.

"Sorry I'm late!" You apologised as you entered, "I had no costume in my closet so I had to improvise."

All eyes fell on you and the room went silent for a moment.

"What the. . ." Phoenix's mouth went agape as he saw what you came in as.

"Oh my gosh. . ." Jett uttered under her breath whilst Yoru almost dropped the cup he was holding, looking at you in shock.

There you stood in a long black silk dress that hugged the shape of your body beautifully with spaghetti straps and a high slit on the side that exposes almost all of your right leg. Sheer black gloves adorned your arms, and your hair was styled in messy waves flowing on your back. On the corner of your mouth was fake blood dripping down to your throat and chest.

You went as a vampire.

This was probably the first time the protocol saw you in a such revealing outfit, you usually had yourself wrapped around in your comfortable oversized fit or pyjamas, and like earlier said, often wore pastels.

Who knew you looked so ravishing in black?!

You definitely gave them a new side of you that they will probably never forget.

"Why are you all staring at me like that?" You questioned awkwardly, before pointing to your mouth "This is fake blood okay?"

That seemed to snap them out of it.

"Gaia, you look spectacular!" Sage complimented as she approached you, followed by Astra, then Killjoy and Raze, all of them showering you with compliments.

"This may sound crazy but I don't even mind that I lost. . ." Yoru comments, still in a daze after seeing you.

"Yeah. . . Same here. . ." Jett replied, rasing her cup shakily as the aftershock dawns upon the agent.

"That was eerily divine. . ."

As the ladies finally left you alone, you sighed in relief. You honestly didn't expect that reaction considering you were just panicking moments ago about what to wear. You were so preoccupied in the kitchen that you forgot that you didn't have anything to dress up as, but thankfully it all worked out in the end.

"Gaia." You hear your call sign and you turned.

"Sova." You smiled before noticing his costume. "You dressed as Dracula???"

The man chuckles softly, "Indeed."

"Oh my gosh, we match!" You exclaimed gleefully as you gaze into his eyes.

"A wonderful coincidence, no?"

"You look beautiful." You complimented.

"As do you." Sova gave you a warm smile. "You're breathtaking."

Another voice suddenly joined in.

"Funny, I was about to say the same thing."

You turned and saw the french man.

"Chamber," You greeted with a smile. "You clean up nicely as always, monsieur."

The man smirked before taking your hand with his.

"You flatter me, mademoiselle."

Leaning down, he placed a kiss on the back of your hand. "But my looks must yield to you tonight, you look exquisite, ma chérie."

You rolled your eyes playfully, taking your hand from him.

"Always the smooth talker, Chamber." You scoffed with a smile. "You should try that line with Viper, who knows, you might get a date." You joked before turning your body to the side.

"Anyways I'm gonna go get candy before Jett stashes the sour patch."

"I'll go with you." Sova offered.

"Oh sure, you have big hands. Help me stash them before Jett does." You giggled mischievously. "Happy Halloween, Chamber."

The two of you went your way but not before Sova gave the Frenchman a quick glance, and to that, Chamber could only chuckle to himself.

"Happy Halloween indeed."

Heya! may I request some headcanons about brimstone, sova, phoenix, omen and if possible kay/o cuddling in bed with their s/o on morning (or maybe still sleeping with them in a tight embrace) and someone of the protocol runs into their room because of an URGENT matter (your choice of what exactly) and having a shock seeing them like that, because their relationship wasn't known at all until now. It's completely fine if you don't feel like doing it, have a great day! -kay/o anon

This man is conked the fuck out until his S/O wakes him up to deal with what ever popped up. Goes about his day entirely forgetting it until Jett brings it up, asking "Sooooo was that something casual or.....". His only response is, "Shit" before he has the schedule a briefing with Jett to not tell anyone but he knows its hopeless and just waits for the flurry of emails calling him a hypocrite.

Sova is flustered but ready for action when Sage rushes unannounced into his room for a recovery mission. He doesn't speak of the incident until he is called into a meeting to discuss it. Sova is VERY professional when confronted about everything and makes a point to mention you two have been a thing for a while yet he has never shown fault. The other agents really find it quite difficult to really try to enforce the no fornication rule with Sova since he can easily site his abilities never even slipping up once. Everyone ultimately lets it go in the end. Sova does confide that he was very stressed and anxious over the whole thing. He hated having to practically gloat about his abilities maintaining themselves despite being with you. There is a very obvious wave of relief when Brim starts acting like a protective dad at you over Sova.

Phoenix is one of the loudest and proudest agents so it really wasn't a matter of if his relationship status got out but when. As such when Killjoy runs into his room yelling about them needed him and sees you two asleep he is much more concerned with her seeing him in his underwear than with you. He is awkward but owns everything getting out, being almost cocky about it. If or when he is eventually scolded he takes it in typical Phoenix fashion then blows off any warnings or threats of punishment thrown at him.

Omen is typically ready to act before others are so he was missing from the room when Neon barged in and found you blissfully asleep. She didn't have time to react before she was radioed that Omen was already at the drop ship so she simply told Sage before they left. Omen was INCREDIBLY embarrassed but started scolding Neon over not even knocking as well as thinking he wouldn't be at the top of his game and alert. After his lashing out at Neon everyone pretends to be blissfully unaware he is in a relationship. He does also get onto his partner to not sleep in and try to make it to their room next time

The only words out of Kay/o's mouth when Phoenix came into your room, where you were happily asleep in his lap, were "Don't speak". Kay/o kept telling Phoenix he didn't see anything, was shrugging off the other agent as trying to be funny to the others, and even at one point just told him to shut up. Afterwords Kay/o is VERY shy and if he could blush he would, the only thing keeping him together is the fact no one believes Phoenix in the first place.

congrats! (regardless of your age) you're the little sibling in the protocol family! :)

responsible older siblings: brimstone, sage, sova, skye

these people will always be looking out for you and your best interests. they're not really the type to allow you to get into trouble and are serious about setting a good example. this doesn’t mean they don't have fun with you (sova definitely does with archery and his owl drone), it's just that their idea of fun is a lot more restricted. they'll let you get away with a few things at most.

skye only allows you to get into trouble with her creatures. if she catches you doing anything you're not supposed to (or if she just chooses to invoke her power as an older sibling), she’ll probably make you take her woodworking class and participate in her morning runs.

sova and skye are more lenient than brimstone and sage, as you could probably guess.

if you pester him enough, sova would eventually give in with a heavy sigh and try to keep you from getting caught if you're up to something. he swears he won't let it happen again… until you give him puppy dog eyes, exploiting his one soft spot.

older siblings who do not care/are too busy to: viper, chamber, and (bonus) omen

nuff said. jk, they just…have looking after a younger sibling on a much lower priority than most other things, whether it be experimenting in the lab or working on gun design. that, or they just don't care in the first place. don't expect any family bonding time from them.

honorary mention: omen, but idk, he just kind of seems like a hit or miss with a younger sibling. he would probably be too preoccupied with figuring out his whole situation to take care of someone else. he may not even know how to express his consideration outside of knitting them something.

teasing/immature older siblings: phoenix, cypher, breach, jett, raze, astra

they relentlessly pick on you (in a lighthearted way), but at the end of the day, you're still their younger sibling. they'd never let anyone else outside of protocol talk to you like that. they do a lot of dumb stuff with you and pretty much enable tons of idiotic stuff. even though they're not the best role models, they sure do let you have fun.

cypher makes sure you eat well and keeps you out of trouble for the most part, but he'll bend a couple of rules for you. like sova, he'll keep you from getting caught, but sometimes, unlike sova…he’ll just partake as well.

phoenix, jett, and raze all must have babysitters of their own when watching you. they cannot be trusted.

cool older siblings: cypher, reyna, killjoy, yoru, astra, fade, neon, jett, and (bonus) phoenix

they let you get away with most stuff, and they end up being that sibling that you want to model yourself after because you're just so amazed at everything they do.

killjoy is mostly working in the lab (and in that way kind of goes in the ‘too busy to care’ category), but occasionally, she appears and gives you little robots to keep you company. then, she blips out of existence for another year. jk, she tries to spend time with you and teach you everything she knows in her lab, even if you don't understand half of what she's saying.

i was gonna put yoru in the teasing/immature category, but he's really just the teasing part of it. he's kind of ruthless with it. he wants to look cool and succeeds most of the time, and he’s not as immature as some of the people in there (phoenix in particular).

a normal conversation between you and neon is you saying, “wow, that was so cool, ate (older sister)!”, and her replying, “oh, uh, thanks?”

honorary mention: phoenix, but only because he wants to look cool but fails miserably.

i mean…how could you not find astra cool? she literally controls the cosmos

protective older siblings: cypher, reyna, omen, yoru, kay/o, neon, fade

the other agents would certainly stick up for you, but these are the people who would kill for you if it came down to it…that may be a bit of a stretch for some, but they’ll definitely take all precautions when it comes to your safety and would go a step further when actually defending you.

kay/o MAY go in the category with viper and chamber, but honestly, after losing brimstone (who he was obviously very close to), i would imagine that he's learned how to care and have close relationships with others, including a familial one with you. and he doesn’t want to lose you too.

neon may not seem like she's on the same level as the other people here, but she is still really passionate about her family and may not be able to control herself and her anger when it comes to you.

yoru can obviously fight, and if he finds out that someone other than him (and the protocol, he guesses) is being mean to you, they're getting those hands.

cypher and fade are definitely going to be revealing all the secrets and fears of people who hurt you. only if you want them to, though.

omen, as i said, is a hit or miss, but if he does care, he cares deeply, and he’ll do everything in his power to give your enemies a nightmare.

The sun cast a warm glow upon the serene park, where laughter and the rustling of leaves filled the air. Among the bustling crowd, three agents, Chamber, Omen, and Kay/O, found themselves enjoying a rare moment of respite. Little did they know, fate had something extraordinary in store for them.

In a secluded corner of the park, hidden among the trees, a chase unfolded. Y/n, gifted with the ability to shapeshift into a cat, darted through the underbrush, desperately trying to outrun their pursuers. But a misstep led to a painful injury, hindering their escape. In their moment of distress, they instinctively sought refuge behind a trio of strangers.

Chamber, known for his stoic demeanor, was the first to notice the injured cat. His keen eyes scanned the surroundings, searching for any sign of danger. With a silent nod, he motioned for his comrades to remain alert, their hands ready on their weapons.

Omen, shrouded in an aura of mystery, tilted his head as he noticed the injured feline. His ethereal mist seemed to whisper secrets to him, revealing a peculiar connection to the creature before him. He approached cautiously, his curiosity piqued by the enigmatic presence the cat exuded.

Kay/O, a robotic sentinel brimming with unwavering loyalty, detected the reader's presence through his advanced sensors. He analyzed the situation, his circuits processing the urgency of their condition. Without hesitation, he stepped forward, shielding the reader from any potential threats.

As they surveyed the scene, their eyes were drawn to the your face, now transformed into your natural form—a beautiful boy with delicate features. The trio stood in awe, captivated by their elegance, as if they had stumbled upon a rare work of art. Their astonishment slowly transformed into protectiveness, a newfound desire to keep this ethereal being safe from harm.

Chamber's stern expression softened, revealing a hint of compassion. Omen, his usual aloofness replaced with a gentle curiosity, extended a hand, the wisps of darkness swirling around his fingertips. And Kay/O, his metal frame warmed with empathy, emitted a soothing hum.

Hello! To those who sent their requests before this im really sorry but im lacking motivation to write smut at the moment and the amount of recs my god (;ŏ﹏ŏ)

The valroant protocol members were having their break until brimstone called all of them to meet a new agent they recruited, as the lights flickered and the confusion that set in because they were not informed of the new agent, usually the higher ups would say they have a new recruit in advance so they became even more curious when you stepped in. You entered in the room with such refined elegance as they gaze onto you, not too human and too different but it was rude to ask too much questions, he becomes more curious about you and wants to break that facade of yours.

Kay/o

When he first met you, he was also very curious about you just like the others.

You were different, it was like you weren't human and you were too knowledgeable of many things, even things kay/o cannot answer himself.

His suspicions grew bigger when you had a hard time understanding such human concepts like he does, but you were quick to adapt so he must've thought you were just a sheltered kid who never had social interaction.

One day, some members were training and you were put up against each other to practice, the rest thought you'd never beat him, he had metal armor that cannot be broken quickly and his ability to neutralize radiants.

In the heat of the battle he threw his knife next to yours, hoping you won't be able to strike back with your radiant but you managed to accidentally use your deity powers, though it wasn't too strong but the ones who witnessed had so much questions in store for you.

It was then he knew you weren't any ordinary radiant.

Then he started falling in love with you, he didn't know what he was feeling so he asked his trusted friends in the protocol and kay/o finally understood what he felt for you.

But being a deity, you knew everything there is in this earth; you knew exactly how he felt and you let him get shyer and shyer around you just to see the cybernetic's reaction.

Out of nowhere, when you didn't expect he showed up to your doorstep to confess that he grew fond of you, your personality and just everything you have in store for him.

You hesitated for a while, you've certainly loved humans decades— no, centuries ago, but... He's a robot and he could surely live long with you so you accepted.

Romantic hc cut!

After that, kay/o would often make small metal trinkets for you, he's an AI so he's very deft with such things.

He becomes shy with you but becomes more confident after a while, well he wants to ask you about your true self but he feels as if, if he asked, it would destroy the relationship so he chooses not to.

He'd remember everything you say, everything you do for him and would remember the tiniest details about you, going as far as putting each memory of you in different hard drives he's stored so one day if his hardware malfunctioned, he can just put the chip back in and he would still love and remember you.

Though one day, you decided to stop hiding secrets from him, your fingers ghosted his metal hand while he asks you in confusion of what you're doing.

You confessed that you weren't a human, no, you weren't even a radiant at all.

You explained to him about how you gifted the earth radianite in hopes of helping them but it made things worse.

You thought he'll hate you, for abandoning the earth when they're in trouble for what you've done and the lives taken because of what you did but surprisingly, he empathized with you and tells you it's not your fault.

A robot could love and care for you more than a human can and you're too greatful he understands you, he didn't rat you out and even defended you when problems arise against you.

He's kind and he just wants to be with you, now you both aren't humans and can't do activities such as ahem, intercourse but you're a deity and can create anything so im letting your imagination do the doing. (Do what you want with this information)

Kay/o would cook something for you even though you both don't need to eat, a powerful deity like you don't starve and a robot like him who only needs to charge but you both certainly like the idea of enjoying meals together.

When you get tired of doing deity works, like personal work out of the protocol, he'd try to massage you but his fingers are cold to the touch and hard, metal pieces so it would hurt if he did and when you did complain a little, he stopped and never again.

Well you tried to convince him to try it again and made soft padding thingies glued to his hand so his massages won't hurt.

He's not one to ask too many questions because he thinks it'll annoy you but you assure him that just ask away and you'll gladly answer.

If you kiss him, and joked about that he should be grateful a deity like you kissed someone like him, he'll be happy the entire day and if someone asks he'll just say, "I got a kiss from them, I got a kiss from them, I got a-" he definitely did short circuit.

Everyday kay/o would also leave tiny flowers he found on the garden and write a simple note saying, 'how are you today <3?'

You're two different beings but he's so down bad for you, and gets confused with sudden affection first but when he realizes it, he becomes a malfunctioning, stuttering mess.

Omen

The moment he set his eyes on you he just knew you were not a normal human, nor a normal radiant and he sensed danger from you.

Omen wouldn't trust you, he seemed to be annoyed with your presence at first, for him, you being in a room is suffocating.

Omen laughs to himself of how gullible you are for thinking that you can get away with pretending to be a mortal when he himself can sense you aren't.

But it didn't age well, you just accepted he knew you weren't human and just told him what you are and what's your purpose here, there's no use of hiding it from him.

But, the more he's with you the more safe he is, he thought you were playing with his emotions but his eyes can see that your feelings for him are genuine and whooo you guys are dating now.

Romantic hc cut!

Since you guys aren't humans and more like supernatural beings, when he feels stressed he comes to you and he asks for your help because his soul is always hurt with the never ending pain, you tried your best to help him though.

He's not shy, he just doesn't have experience when it comes to showing affection so he relies on your intellect on how to properly handle emotions such as love.

Omen loves being close with you, when there's no one around he'll become clingy real quick, wrapping his arms around you while not saying a word.

He admires you for being kind and deciding to take an active role on earth despite being the cause of all of the catastrophies.

He'll often ask what kind of animals or designs you like so he can knit something nice for you.

Omen often stares into the abyss when he's not with you and the other members think it's scary, he's just thinking about you and how he misses you after not seeing you for 2 minutes.

It might be stalking but he doesn't care, he's just curious on what deities does and would stop if you wanted.

When eating together, he'll spoon feed you as a joke but someone witnesses it and they tell the others, the teasing never died down.

He likes taking you out on dates where there are few people or even none at all because he thinks superior beings like you shouldn't be with those... Humans and he also can't show himself in public.

Omen doesn't have lips but let's say hypothetically he does; He would cradle you in his chest and pat your hair gently, taking your hands and trailing soft kisses to your wrist.

He's inlove with how perfect and how understanding you are, maybe it's because you're a deity?

Omen definitely asks you about his past life, bribing you with a shit ton affection if that's even possible, even though you won't give any information he won't love you any less.

Like the rest, they all don't give a fluttering flying fuck that you're a deity, they just love you for who you are.

Cypher

He's naturally curious about you, the way you're immune to kay/o's skill and it seems like you were immortal.

It didn't help that you were quiet about it and never said anything about what you truly are made him frustrated.

He'd go as far as putting cameras on your room but you always managed to find them in a heartbeat.

Though despite his stupid antics, he slowly falls in love with you, you were different and you understood his struggles, you were like a shoulder he could lean onto and he needed you.

Before you dated it wasn't about finding what you are, it's like that but it isn't the priority. His priorities were to make you happy and he courted you in secret though someone rat you both out.(guess who)

Every morning while you both lay in bed, he'd trace his fingers on your face softly, thinking you were so ethereal that cypher thinks he doesn't deserve you.

Cypher would treat you like a god, I mena you are one but he thinks you're too precious to be tainted.

You're a god but cypher treats you like you're made out of porcelain, he's overprotective of you too because it's just his instinct, he lost his family once and no matter how powerful you could be there's still a chance he might lose you.

I can see him as someone who writes love letters to them, Shakespeare type of writing and it's all about you, he'd subtly slip them beneath your door.

Cypher honestly doesn't care if you're a deity, it just means that you won't die, but he will so let that sink in.

He's an absolute helpless romantic and only for you, he shows his love in acts of service and spending time with you, for him the best way is spending his time in bed with you while you happily snore against his chest.

When cypher say your true form he was in awe, you were nothing like he expected, you were better.

He'd stare lovingly until you snap him out of it and he's speechless, he's so confused on how he has someone like you and if he even deserves you.

He tries to reassure you that he's not using you for your powers and your riches, all he ever asks you if you could spend time with him because it gets pretty lonely in his workshop.

Cypher would do anything for you, fight me about it if you disagree.
