I wonder since Tony and Ziva were lucky enough to get their own spin-off series, what are the chances the same could happen for Kensi and Deeks?

At the very least I would be very happy if Densi made a guest appearance and got to meet Tiva. That would be awesome! I think I would probably die of happiness if that happened.

Come On Barbie

The bright neon colors flash across the screen as his wife snuggles closer into his side. He couldn’t fight the grin on his lips when she lifted the armrest between them and curled around his arm a few minutes ago. It’s only been a few months of her with the added hormones and he can’t deny how much he loves her clingy faze.

Sure they held hands and kissed in public before but it’s a whole new level when they’re out and about. She’ll sit in his lap when they’re having dinner at a friend’s house or work. And there’s even the occasional kiss right in front of Killbride which is quite hilarious especially when he cowers away if Kensi even gives a hint that she’s about to reprimand him.

He’s barely even paying attention to the movie. So transfixed on her hand that rests on her belly permanently now right next to his. Only drawn out when she barks out a laugh. He can’t fight the smile and places a kiss on the top of her head. Sunshine and Cocoa Butter. How is it possible for someone to be this happy?

Figuring he better watch the movie he turns his attention to the screen just at the right moment to suddenly be sent back to the past. “You remember the trunk of college stuff I told you to never look at?”

“Y-yeah?”

“Full of outfits like that.”

“Neon shorts and vests?” She tilts her head back, the curiosity in her eyes illuminated by the pictures dancing across the large screen.

“No, leotards and legwarmers.”

She can’t help the bark of laughter that escapes her lips which earns her a pair of devilish eyes from the young boy turning around to scold her. “The movie’s that way.”

The blonde has to fight back his laughter as the boy sends her one last glare before turning around. Never a dull moment.

Deeks finds himself leaning against the wall after seeing more pink than he’s ever expected to see in his life when an idea strikes him. His lips curling into a smile as Kensi walks out of the restroom.

She closes the distance between them, brining her lips to his for a quick peck. “What’s got you so smiley?”

“My beautiful wife is pregnant. We just had an amazing time watching a cinematic masterpiece and…”

“And?”

“I figured out our Halloween costumes.”

“Okay, but only one condition.”

“I go as Barbie and you as Ken?” His eyes light up in hope.

“It’s like we have one mind.”

Placing a kiss to her temple, he wraps his arm around her shoulders, leading her outside. She agreed when he said this feels like ten years ago but right now it feel like they’re teenagers. A smile plays at her lips. Tipping her head back, the brunette’s fiery mismatched orbs lock with her husband’s cerulean blues. “Beale and Nellverine’s costume contest winning streak comes to an end this year.”

“WOOOH! CRUSH CREW IS IN SESSION!”
