(This is part 1 of the story, Tumblr said it was too long of a story to post all at once)

Upon arrival, guns ready for any fights were now oddly given no targets to be shot at. The place was quiet as if life no longer existed there to even begin with. Continuing forward the sight was slowly becoming gruesome. Blood marks were all over the walls and puddles on the floor, corpses could be spotted every few feet and the smell was overwhelming. By how some bodys appeared on closer inspection it seemed as though the murders were committed not to long ago but their injuries were beyond repair and they all are showing no signs of being alive. The halls were dead silent and the whole building wasn't well lit and only were the emergency red lights the only thing lighting up the area.

*L7814-tp looked dissapointedly at the area. And put his guns away*

"If someone was going to make me to a fetch quest, then they should've said so! I'll have a stern, 'talking to' to my client after this..."

*He said as he wondered (while looting some bodies. Shiny things always catch his attention-) along. Taking in the scenery, he pondered if the thing that did this was still here, and he had to fight it. He shivered at the thought of it. Killing people in general is one thing, but a giant monster is another. He started to remember his experiences with Kragons... Which ended up with him hiding every single time...*

The speakers gave off a slight ring for only 10 seconds before it stopped followed by a slight giggle, sounding like a little girl was there. But searching around there appeared to be no one. The voice sounded so close to their location, the fun of the place having speakers and microphone systems.....

Deeper into the structure there were more and more chambers as if this place was a true lab. The viewing glasses to each one were shattered while only the few that remained in place had bullets holes, blood, and claw marks all over them. Again more corpses around the place....

One wall near a shattered glass frame had blood writing again but this time it said something different.

"It's a monster..... bullets... don't work.." the writing reads. "Get out"

"Well..."

*L7814-tp said out loud*

"... Shoot..."

*L7814-tp didn't like that. Since he doesn't like melee stuff, and he's a sniper. Like this dude has a semi-assult sniper rifle with him. It's epic. So, he's basically helpless. But, he came here for a reason, so he isn't leaving anytime soon.

Other than the blood writing, the shattered glass makes him uncomfortable. What could do this much damage? Obviously not what he's used to. He then decides to distract himself by thinking about wether or not to get a new coat of paint. Or maybe get new equipment later on*

The speakers rang again this time the giggle was a bit louder. The more they traveled the place the more bodies continued to pile up. Within a few minutes of looting and exploring the corpses were not only just humans anymore. There were now Krakens, skags, all kinds of Pandora creatures now dead from the "monster".

As if the moment couldn't become anymore terrifying, a loud clang emitted from a nearby office that was blocked by a jammed door. Screams could be heard from the other side and blood soon splattered through the opening of the door and onto the cold metal floor.

The speakers soon came to life again this time a song played quietly.

"Don't come crying to me.

Don't come crying

Don't come crying

Crying"

Soon static erupted from the system and the song stopped, giggles following again before the click of it turning off once more.

More writing under one of the speakers.

"I can't believe we created such a thing.....it's not safe.."

*Social Anxiety.EXE Activated*

"Cheese and Rice... Cheese and Rice..."

*The bot kept saying to himself. This is not good. Not good at all. He pulled out his rifle for comfort as he continued*

"Cheese... And... Rice..."

*He was shaking in fear, he should of requested for a human to chaperone him! Then he would have someone say, 'There's nothing to worry about stupid robot' to him. Of course, it would make him mad, but at least it would distract him from the monster he's stuck with*

"Cheese... Rice..."

The jammed door soon creaked, a massive claw emerged from the small opening. Grabbing the door and appeared to be trying to pry the door open. The metal of it cracking and bending from the force

*L7814-tp jumped as he hid behind a corner. Obviously regretting to even take this mission in the first place. He sounds like he's sobbing*

"Cheese and r-rice-e! What did I get my-ysel-lf into-o-o!!"

*He sobbed louder... Which should be the opposite of what you're supposed to do when a monster is forcefully opening a door*

Suddenly it all went silent. The creaking of the door stopped and no longer could the snarls of the beast be heard anymore. Now the place was dead quiet once again like before..... no sounds at all anymore.

*The quivering robot decided to take a small peak over the corner he's hiding in*

"W-what happened...!?"

*He was holding his gun tightly now. If anything were to pop out of nowhere, he would go in reverse the heck out of the place. He wants none of this monster crap*

A loud bang sounded as the same claw burst through the center of the door, covered in cuts and blood but not seeming effected by the injuries. The massive claw turned and gripped part of the door and within a second the large door was pried off it's frame. Sparks shot through the air and the emergency lights flickered making everything go black for a second but what felt like minutes or even hours. When it all cleared the door was on the ground and whatever had busted through it was out of sight. When seeing the door they could see it was at least 3 feet thick in width. How it busted through and broke it was beyond thought...

Clanks of metal sounded from the depths of the darkened hallway. Scratching could be heard but whatever it was sounds like it was moving away from L7814-tp's location

*L7814-tp sighed in relief*

"Oh thank goodness it didn't see me... But what the truck!?"

*Investigating the door on the ground and squeaked in pure fear*

"Cheese and trucking rice! I need to get what I need to get and get the truck out of here!!!"

*He said as he went through the metal frame, stopped, turned back to the door, and turned right around*

"I'm not following that thing... I'm NOT following that thing... ... I'm following that thing!"

For a claptrap that was fearing for his life a second ago, he decided to go reverse and follow the noises of the beast. Why? His mind is an ignigma. That's why*

@iv-tr4psblog ever since I found out that you used to watch My Life As A Teenage Robot too, I couldn't get this scene out of my head. So, Happy Holidays!

I sadly couldn't find a oc and/or character that could fit the bill with Krackus's character... So Krackus is still there XD

I also forgot the part where the two of them eat Chinese food. But, other than that, I'm really proud of this! I hope you enjoy your present!

(Part 3)

*L7814-tp jumped out of his box form, screamed, and "ran" away from what was behind him. After getting a good 18 feet away, he turned around to see who did that. While going back to being a shakey box. This time, he closed his eye. He does not want to see it. And he won't*

"Aww aren't you adorable when you're scared" the voice spoke. Not from the speakers, but from in front of him. A deep chuckle echoed through the room as it laughed at his terrified form, for it he was amusing to watch. But truth be told.

"Relax kid, I'm not gonna kill ya." They continued. "As long as you don't try anything now. Wouldn't want another claptrap to pass away."

*He opened his eye for a second before closing it again*

"J-j... Just-t... Gi-ive... Me a mi-inu-ute..."

*He decided to pull down his antenna to loose connection. Making himself blind. Then, after a long few minutes, he came out of his box form. Less scared, but still scared. Without his antenna connected, the little green diamond in his eye was gone. So it was just red*

"Okay..."

*Thanks to his long arms, he could sense the ground around him, so he doesn't run into something by accident*

"Going blind aren't we?" They said joking before going over to him.

The sound of it moving was familiar, like it didn't have feet but a.... wheel?

A thud was soon heard and the being playfully flickered L7814-tp's head, leaving a small dot of blood on him.

"To scared to see what the idiots of human being made accidentally?" They asked sarcastically before laughing again.

"Yes, thank you for asking. It's a strategy for uh... Not shutting down out of nowhere from fear... Or just being useless in general..."

*He said as he remembered some... Not so good memories... He did go reverse again by one foot. Just for setting up a boundary. How he works when it comes to space is: if something can drop something on him, they're too close. No matter if it's blood*

"Wait a minute, 'a-another'!? Did you just say you've killed comrades before!?"

The monster went silent for a moment, before they burst out laughing again this time the whole room shook again but more violently.

"You really think I'd go kill a comrade? Oh how silly you mortals are!" They laughed.

Another flick on the head before anything else could be said and he could tell they were too close to him again just by that as well as another puff of hot air onto him. The air recked of corpses and the blood covering the place, who know what else the thing as killed there. How was it even breathing anyway? Or what it even looked like was quite a question.

*L7814-tp backed up again*

"Nnnrg!"

*He said while wiping his head a bit. He stopped for a moment, and started to think...*

"... ... ... WHAT TO HECK!?!? YOU'RE ALSO A COMRADE!?!?"

(Part 2!)

The hallways remained dark with only it's faint red lights giving off some ability to even see what's around him. Everything still appeared as though the count of bodies would never end at any point. Scratching of metal could be heard as the monster resumed down a path possibly leading deeper into the facility. Claw marks were on right side of the wall and a trail of blood was following in the same direction as the marks, indicating it may be dragging someone's dead corpse along with it.

As they got closer the noises of the beast became more clear, why it did all this there was no hints....

All they could know was that it had some crazied thirst for violence. Either that or it lost it's mind.

The path soon ended revealing a massive control chamber, the room was almost as big as Concordia. It was even more well lit compared to all the other parts... but despite the large open clearing, the beast was no where to be seen.

"Where... W-where did it go!?"

*L7814-tp said out loud as he went into the room. It was better than the dark hallways, but it still unerves him that there's still a monster that could smash him to bits in an instant. Luckily, he can distract himself... For only a minute. And for that minute he thought of nothing but the color green. Don't know why, but he did*

>Hello and welcome to our mutations laboratory! Please wait for a staff member to guide you or if you are trespassing than prepare for a cold dea- ERROR DEFENSE TURRET OFFLINE< the system was cut short and static filled the audio only before the lights flickered once again.

>Oh dear, it seems we are having some technical difficulties. Please stand by while we- bzzt - Hello? Is anyone out there? If you're hearing this message than that mean something bad has happened. Please I'm begging you whoever you are to leave it's not safe here when one of our creatures has gotten loose. I- Bzzt -<

"Why do I make stupid decisions all the time!?"

*The bot yelled as he regrets to not get something (not that it would help) to sort-of-maybe defend himself with. Oh, and he regrets following the beast too I guess.

But, he was frozen in place he did not turn around and leave, or even continued forward. He just stood there. Shaking. This is the most frightening thing in his life!*

The speakers rang once again but this time there was no automatic voice, no fear in it, nothing....

"Oh you have no idea how stupid some decisions can get." A voice spoke over the announcement system. It was deep and there could even be heard a few snarls or growls in the voice. "You and I my friend..... aren't so different now..."

"Eep!"

*He did NOT expect a answer. Dropping his gun, he essentially callapsed into a box. Only his eye and wheel exposed. At this point, with the shaking and being a box, he's as cowardly as any claptrap unit. He slowly went reverse to the entrance of the room. Assuming that there's no one behind him. Essentially anything could be behind him because that's his blind spot. Even though he was frightened out of his mind, he just had to ask-*

"What do you mean by, 'Aren't so Different'?..."

The voice giggled at small one's reaction, it was the same little girl laugh from before. "You and I aren't so different you know. We're both into the human killing and vengeance actions. Why do you think everyone in here is dead? They did things to us that can not be forgiven, I was created by their faults and dump choices." The voice seemed to grow deeper and a bit agitated for a moment before laughter erupted from them. Causing the whole room to shake until their laugh stopped.

"I know about you, L7814-tp. I knew you were behind me the whole time on the way to that room. I'm not blind."

"How the heck do you even know my name!?"

*That was what was conserning him at the moment. Of course the beast knows he was following it. Why wouldn't it? He's louder than most units at times. Or all times.

*But, how would it know his name? He isn't super popular, he is friends with a Sc4v-tp that was left behind to watch an exit of the abandoned scav base. And maybe have a crush on a unit at Moxxie's bar, but other than that, he's not popular among the humans... Nor his clients really. Most of his past clients won't even look at him and he uses his human name, Livia, so a client doesn't shoo him off. So, it's very freaky that this thing knows the right name...*

"Well...." the voice continues. "Let's just say I was created by things everyone has. No matter how they are."

The voice sounded like the was starting to more then one speaker in the room.

"I'm just a part of the mind, except it was

"What I'm formed from was so strong it created a completely new beginning. Since I'm a part of the mind I can tell what makes a being scared even guilty." Another giggle.

"Seeing you coward the way you are now is something that I enjoy. Also the other way I know all this..." the voice began to echo as it continued.

"I'm closer than you think."

A puff of hot air hit L7814-tp's back the second the thing stopped talking

(Part 4)

*He connected his antenna real quick. To try to understand something. And, of course, froze up again*

"Of course" they chuckled "We're both claptrap units aren't we?"

"..."

*L7814-tp thought to himself again. Actually seeing what this monster looks like made him confused. But, then again, humans are very bright... So anything could happen*

"Well..."

*He then disconnects his antenna again. He was programmed to want to know other claptrap units better. He just can't look at this one because it frightens the ever hell out of him, and he doesn't like to stay in one spot for a long time*

"G-good to know... Well, um, since you already know my name... What's yours? It's always great to meet a comrade... Even if they're a giant scary monster!"

"I was never given a complete name when I was created, so due to my behavior and what I am made from, I'm called by Insanity." They replied.

"Ah"

*Was all L7814-tp could say. It is fitting. But just has his gun on his mind. Not to attack Insanity, mind you, but because apparently his semi-assult-sniper-rifle is his comfort item. Probably because it's big, green, able to shoot multiple times per reload, and has a nice scope. But, he doesn't know where he dropped it, and he is blind so he'll have to feel for it*

"Looking for something?" Insanity asked with a smirk in her voice.

The sound of clicking sounded, like someone flipping a rod of some kind. She twirled it in her claw like arms and inspected the gun.

"I see you're into sniper rifles as well, not a bad choice may I add. They are best for safe distance and making the kill almost anonymous." She continued. "Wonder how long you had this for."

"I just got it a few weeks ago actually. A human of mine (and my only human friend) friend that shows up on Concordia once and awhile gave it to me out of the blue."

*He said turning to face Insanity. Crossing his arms*

"Can I have my gun back please?"

Although he couldn't see her, Insanity made a playful mischievous smile and hand one arm hold it just about above her head and playfully laughed.

"Oh I don't know..." she said sarcastically. "Try to get it from me then?"

"How dare you."

*He said sternly. Even though he couldn't see, he could understand what's going on in context. He's had this happen to him so many times, it's not funny. And with the fact that he can't look at her without freezing and that he's shorter than her. It's almost practically impossible to get it back. He was thinking to himself as he explored the room (all while feeling the floor to know where he's going) to see if he can find anything to get him into the high ground*

She just chuckled at L7814-tp stumbling around and knew all too well that he wouldn't fix his eye and why.

"Kid, you haven't even much of seen what I look like. You have only seen my one claw and that was it." She corrected

"And I'd rather keep it that way! Do you know how long it takes for me to boot back up after shutting down? 3 days! And that's if someone happens to leave a cooling fan with me. Too much stress overheats my system!"

*He tripped on himself as he said that. But he got himself back up*

She bursts out laughing when he tripped. Before taking a deep breath and replying.

"Okay, let's try this." Was all she said before a sound of a flame burst emitted from where she was standing. Then she rolled up to him and without saying a word somehow reactivated his vision for a moment.

She looked like a normal claptrap unit, near his height with a navy blue paint job, eye was a slight pink and nothing appeared out of the ordinary when facing any other normal unit, no blood stains, no scars, no claws.... nothing.... they looked completely average.

"How's that?" The unit asked

"How- Much better actually..."

*{How the heck did she do that!?} He thought to himself. But then the thought got overruled*

"Now give me back my gun!!"

*He then reached for his gun furiously*

A red light flashes in front of him and L7814-tp falls straight to the floor. Did he just warp through her!?

A giggle was heard from a few feet away and the unit was standing

"Ok, ok I'm done playing!" She laughs.

Going over to help him up and handed the gun over.

Still unable to contain her laughter.

*he grabbed his gun and hugged it tightly before putting it away. But he was mad though. He couldn't believe he got fooled by a comrade so easily. But then again, Insanity is different than an average comrade*

"Thank you... But damn you..."

*He said angrily*

Insanity only laughed before have a hologram wink emoji appear in front of her.

"Hey, it's better than killing you slow like how the manager here died. Believe his death was slow and cruel." She remarked.

"Consider yourself lucky that you are even a comrade. Or else fate could have dragged you the same way as that guy." She pointed to a man's corpse, which appeared that his insides were ripped out and his intestines were wrapped around his neck tightly, choked and hung there.

"He was awake for the whole thing, in case you were wondering."

*{Cheese and rice!}*

"You're right on that..."

*And that's when he remembered something*

"Oh wait, the mission! I got a mission to do!"

*And for the next few seconds, he tried to pick up the coordinates, but nothing showed up. He adjusted his atenna a bit. Still nothing*

"What's the mission about?" She asked

"If it's after some crystal heart found from the Helios crash, then I can help in a way" insanity continued. "But sadly you can't have it."

"It was very vague... But it didn't say anything about a crystal..."

*After slapping the side of him a couple time he picked up the signal*

"Ah! I got a sig-"

*in L7814-tp's view, and a green diamond was on Insanity. And then a rechord of L7814 and his client was triggered. L7814's voice was a bit altered to sound a human... And maybe a bit feminine too*

"Livia": ""Yo, I heard you needed help with something?""

Client: ""yeah, we're trying to recover... something from the crash, but there are Scavs everywhere. And we need you to wipe them out so we can retrieve it.""

"Livia": ""How do I know that you're not a bandet. Hmm?""

Client: ""I'm not! You can trust me!"

"Livia": ""... Okay. So, what are you trying to retrieve?""

Client: ""That's classified.""

"Livia": ""So, not even a quick peek?""

Client: ""Not even a quick peek. But, I'll pay you handsomely!""

"Livia": ""Okay, I'm in.""

Client: ""Oh, and are you... Ya' know... Alone?""

"Livia": ""If I know where this is going, and I know I do, yes. But I'm not doing it.""

*The recording cut off there*

"I should've known it was some random guy trying to steal something..."

Insanity just shrugged, she may have never been outside yet but she knew some people are tricksters and try to get others to do their bidding.

"Maybe whoever sent you here knew about the outbreak here." Insanity said

"Although this place isn't known well some towns may have figured out about all the chaos. Maybe the just tried to get you killed."

"Yeah..."

*He turned off the coordinates. He's been duped multiple times before. So it's no surprise obviously. But he knew that this client was suspicious. But he took the job anyway. That was one of many instances of no thoughts, head empty sort of thing. But that still leaves one thing...*

"What's a crystal heart?"

"You haven't heard of it?" Insanity said surprised. "Man they really kept that hidden better than I thought."

The unit looks confused but also dissapointed, folding her arms before looking back at L7814-tp.

"The crystal heart pretty much speaks for itself." Insanity continued. "The heart is also said to contain power energy within, similar to the vaults power levels. It can create and destroy things in the world like a computer but in truth it's reality that it's summoning things into and out of within moments. Something like that is highly valued and everyone would be after it if found out."

"I see. So-"

*Then L7814-tp had a call coming in. He took it imediatly, in speakerphone of course*

"Hello?"

"Hey, it's the client, are you done yet? I'm on a strict skedual. And I need to get that thing before anyone else- er... Before it falls on the wrong hands... I'm at the entrance. So?"

"I'll uh..."

"Well?"

"I'll call you back."

*And then L7814-tp hung up on them*

"We have to go stop them if the heart is what they're after." Insanity said sternly. "It's not safe to go and retrieve it, the thing is heavily guarded and the outcome could be fatal for reality."

"They're at the entrance."

*He took out his rifle and reloaded it (he doesn't load his gun until after a fight starts. Weird, yes, but that's how he gets his "fun" before killing everyone with precision.)*

"Should we kill them?"

What would it be like if Insanity teamed up with ShadowTrap? Would she just play him like a puppet or is she gonna help him get revenge?

Oh that's something that came to my mind occasionally. I guess Insanity would somewhat mess with him without Shadowtrap noticing but also she would definitely want to help him get his revenge in any way necessary.

You've probably read what happened when L7814-tp first met Insanity and all the stuff she had done at the beginning. So it may be clear to kind of guess all the stuff she may do to help Shade get his revenge.

Yet there's still a chance she is gonna abuse this opportunity somehow and get her way. It's how she ticks, the other thing that could happen is that she won't just help Shadowtrap with revenge but probably also help him with other plans.

With Insanity, you just can't fully know what's her plan.
