Lmao, what?! You're 21, that's practically a baby in adult years! (I don't mean that to come off as patronising, but seriously, idk anyone who had anything together at that age!)

i understand that there are good intentions behind the phrase, i do. i understand it’s meant to be comforting. but the idea that i have to reach a certain age before i find some semblance of stability and peace in my life is pretty heartbreaking. i’ve been supporting myself like an adult since i was 16, i moved out at 18 and have lived on my own ever since then. im a college dropout and have been working hard to build a career without a degree, and im ready for the waves to settle so i can just relax. i dunno, when my older friends remind me that nobody my age is supposed to have it together, or remind me that despite the hard work, im not meant to have any sort of stability anytime soon, it does hurt.

Thanks for the suggestion, I do that too; it’s just the principle of it, you know? Accessibility shouldn’t be an arduous task for the disabled, it should just be provided automatically by any decent person.  Especially when they don’t actually have to do anything at all: the default font is already the size I need, and it’s actually more work for them to make the tiny inaccessible font.  

 It’s not about aesthetics here, it’s about me literally not being able to participate in something that I love doing because of other people’s inconsiderateness.  (not yelling at you, just talking through it).

I think my fingers/hands just aren't the right length for crochet. Holding knitting needles feels easy and natural, crochet hooks are awkward and clunky and make my fingers feel weird.

YEAH! Not only that, but I can never freaking remember to chain another stitch at the end of every row and everything is always uneven and it looks HORRIBLE. I also can’t ever keep my tension the same; I’m a tight knitter, I always have been, I like things to feel secure. And it’s easy to do it with knitting. With crochet, I can never keep it the same tension, so this over here looks nice and tight, while this over here has holes in it and I CAN’T STAND HOLES OH GOD

I do have a WIP, and was tagged by my lovely child, @flannelandsarcasm through her writing blog, @lux-deorum. Go check her out, she’s cool. But, in the meantime, here’s the opening to my WIP, currently titled Fire in the Glen.

Lona woke up tangled in bed sheets, sweat sticking to the back of her neck. The nightmare still lingered with her: the burning town, the screaming, the heat. The feeling of sticks and dirt and rocks on her feet as she ran, as far as she could as quick as she could. Anything to get away from the fire.

Now, I’m not about to tag all that many people, so literally anybody who comes across this who’s a writer, this is for you! I’m inclined to believe that @ladykeldana, @moonywaitup, @of---dreamsandnightmares (who will never see this), and @needsmoreexplosions all are, and I think I’m forgetting some, but if you’ve got a wip, you’ve got my blessing to do this! And tag me! I’d love to see what other people are working on.

Hallucifer doesn’t even make sense anymore.

If Hallucifer had acted like Lucifer, then it makes sense to say that Sam is remembering Lucifer’s torture. How Lucifer was, what he did, etc.

But he doesn’t act like Lucifer, so it must be Sam’s mind/soul experiencing new forms of torture due to his trauma, right? How else would Castiel be able to siphon off the remnants of the Cage from Sam’s soul if it WEREN’T lingering power instead of memoriea? That’s what most fans theorized… Until Season 11.

Season 11…they made Lucifer act like Hallucifer. Which would mean Hallucifer was accurate. But then: Who the piss was the Lucifer of Season 5?

Hmm. Methinks either Mark P. or the writers forgot how to continuity. …Would not be the first time.

EXACTLY! Like my god, it takes me nearly two years to save up for conventions. I’m doing one next October, and I have no fucking clue how I’m gonna pay for it all. But it’s my last one for Supernatural, and the only reason I’m even going is because it’s in my state and I don’t have to travel all across the country for it. But my god, that’s gonna break my bank for months afterwards.
