*Deep breaths* I shared three four outfits for the LBB shape for this months Garden of Shadows theme, Fashion is for Everyone / Unfinished Business. I've teased these in some gameplay pics, and they've been done for months, but I never uploaded them...until now! Link here, details under the cut!

LBB Athletic Tank w/ Lucilla Sneakers

This first outfit is the oldest and quite literally the reason I learned how to use Milkshape. I wanted an LBB athletic outfit with the Uni tank, gym shorts, and sneakers and damned if I didn't nearly lose my mind making it. But that's exactly what it is. The LBB uni tank comes from @julietoon-ts2 LBB Tank PJs, the shorts are from Godlimpingby's Christmas in July set, and the shoes are from this 4t2 pants conversion by @lucilla-sims. I could've mixed and matched colors all day, but you get these seven. Categorized for everyday and athletic and contain both fat(!) and preg(!!) morph - that's how you know how old these are, I hadn't learned my lesson yet.

LBB Tank w/ Skinnies and WBP Sneakers

Next we've got another really old outfit - a casual outfit using the same tank, G-Knee's skinnies (which I got from Julie here), and these great sneakers converted by WeBluePeace. Six tank colors, the shoes are the same for each. Categorized as everyday, also contains fat and preg morph (this would be the last time).

LBB Sleeveless Hoodies w/ Vans or Sneakers

Lastly, I'm combining two outfits because they are the exact same except for the sneakers. These are Fanseelamb's Playful Sleeveless Hoodies with Shorts with either GLB's sneakers OR  ImaginaryBoutique's 4t2 conversion of Darte's Vans Old Skool. Same recolors, I simply couldn't decide between the shoes so I made both. No morphs! Everyday and Athletic.

Self aware moment: I know there is some texture repetition across these outfits, and truthfully I was very torn about even uploading these because some players may not like that (or maybe would prefer separates). But, 1). I originally made these for myself, 2). Separates for All is currently broken for me, so I'm using more full outfits again, 3). downloaders can pick and choose what they like and 4). if uploading the first functional mesh you ever made doesn't count as unfinished business, I don't know what does :)

Functionality

These mods are not technically in the build but are needed to have mods (syboulette's crossfit and aira's rice cooker specifically) functional.

Vehicles

Technically, the two vehicles used for this build use the the Breeze Motors 2018 Mercedes E-Class Wagon and the 2020 Maserati Quattroporte as their base. I won't link to the download page as its a perma-paywaller and I fundamentally disagree with how Breeze Motors is handling their patreon personally. I will leave it to you to decide if you want their CC and how you acquire it if you choose to do so.

For my personal game, I have edited and stripped down my copies of these two cars and modified them so that they work with Simnation Travel. I have a pinned patreon post that is not paywall locked here explaining that more in depth and include the required files HERE.

I should note that in addition to lacking the door open /close options of the original as those were stripped down, the textures were redone with simlish for a more maxis match look in game.

Mods for this Build

These are not technically required for the build to function but this build was built using overrides for both Sim Realist's SNB Bills mod as well as Simnation Travel vehicles. You shouldn't get any weird errors if you load the build in without those mods but if there's an exception caught by MCC related to that, it's probably just reconciling that the override the lot was built with is not in place in your game. It should only be a one time alert the first time the game loads in if it happens and should not cause any issue other than MCC making a noise at you about it noticing weirdness.

(The SNB provides the High Speed Internet trait to the lot and I think it will just set that trait to empty if its loaded without but I haven't personally confirmed it, hence the note here. ) Additional Note

I'm pushing this to live today just to make sure it hits my tumblr the same time as I pushed the build to my gallery but I will be going back to add links into the list. There are just a LOT to track down and it might take me a day or two to finish that part.

CustomDNA within the standard color bins

I don't have shower thoughts. I get these random-ass thoughts when I'm trying to go back to sleep when I wake up too early.

Say I have a 4 shades of green hair for plantsims.

If I bin it with the hair binner, it gets gen & townied and they all get connected (so when you click on the black one, then switch to blond it's still the same style). (Property Set/GZPS > hairtone)

I can BSOK it to pin it in the catelog. (Property Set/GZPS > version & product)

I can go back through and un-townie it. (Property Set/GZPS > flags)

Can I also change the inheritable value like with Ove's CustomDNA? (HairtoneXML/XHTN > family)

Well, turns out I can change it and everything still shows up in Bodyshop instead of disappearing, but will it do what I was hoping it would do?

My hope being having the plantsim hairs all binned but only inheritable if a parent has a plantsim hair. (I don't want sims with the standard 4 colors giving birth to green-haired babies.) Instead of having 4 different greens in however many styles filling out custom bin. So like, having a customDNA section within the regular hair color bins.

I gotta make some more green hairs so I can test this.

(Ignore the eyebrows, I picked one of Skell’s custom plantsim ones to see how they went with all the colors I picked before I decided to take pictures. They change with the color bin as intended.)

How you can "help"...

I've had lots of people ask how they can help with this whole cowbuild nonsense and so I'm going to try to give y'all some actionable steps that might help. 1) Report to patreon. Here's an article on how to do that: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/204914235-Report-content-that-violates-community-guidelines You can also message Patreon Support directly on Twitter. (@patreonsupport) 2) Tweet at the EA, The Sims, The Sims Gurus, and any brands/businesses that these creators have been name dropping and/or stealing models from. In the case of Cowbuild the main brands we have found she's been stealing from have been Covethouse (which knows and is contacting their lawyers), Queebo, Minotti, Ralph Lauren, and Frato. If you can't find them on twitter or social media, they do have contact forms. Let them know that their rights are being infringed. Bergdorf has been using lots of fashion houses such as Versace and others. Not to mention Bergdorf's own name is a play on Bergdorf Goodman.

Here's an example of how you might tweet something to a brand... 3) Reblog, Reblog, Reblog, and SHARE! Reblog all of the important informational posts from @simbelene and @littleblackbooksims, and share them in whatever spaces you share with other simmers. Retweet them, post them to instagram and other social medias, share in simmer discords and facebook groups. The more people we can let know about this, the more we can help find victims and keep people safe. 4) Speak with your wallet! If you are a patron of any of these creators, let them know that you don't want your info shared by ending your pledge. And in the comments on why you stopped pledging, let them know why.

5) Do some investigating of your own! I'm sure that what @littleblackbooksims found was just the tip of the iceberg. Look into what Cowbuild and company are putting out, and see if perhaps any of those items are offered as 3D models elsewhere. Nolo contendere. Good, free advice to all comers. So went the smack talk (supplied by his ex-paralegal sister-in-law.) At the height of his powers, the only real challenge for Carlos Contender was himself.

Of course, all the greats must topple...eventually.

Added fat morph to LBB for...reasons. Doesn’t exactly match generic morph because I wanted it to look like someone who doesn’t realise he’s not quite as fit as he once was squeezing into the old trunks.

AM (Maxis)

Thought we’d seen the last of Harry Barnes...but I could not bring myself to just pluck out a random sim with no other relevance. So, before he was the Chestertons’ chauffeur, Harry Barnes was an up-and-coming prizefighter who had won and then lost James (Stella’s father) a fair bit of cash. But never let it be said that James Chesterton holds a grudge. When Harry’s rising star crashed and burned, James gave him a job...driving his kids around.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT (as the past inches toward present and future potential)

It wasn’t until I decided to go ahead and do the women that I realised separates would work best. And in the process I got a notion to use my Fight The Power sequence, but being my first dance anim it was absolute crap. So I started over from scratch until *ding-dong* I remembered that I still don’t actually need it right now. So this is as far as I got but I’m much more hopeful for the end product by the time I get back to Desiderata.

Also co-opted this outfit by SweetAmberkins and put ‘em on the needlecream boots. Only these 6 of their original 16 colours, though, because they matched pre-existing boot textures. And here you can see the rest of my accessory gloves’ colours.

Gavin and Vi were the natural choice for my teen pugilists.

Which meant Ginger and Rick got dragged in and put to use modelling fat morphs.

And, finally, the boxing gloves are derived from a TS3 object. All male full-body outfits come with and without the gloves meshed on - no chance of hands poking through. Only black and red, alternating on the 4 maxis trunks colours.

The accessory gloves work for all genders, Teen through Elder. The mesh has a natural curve and bone weights to curl more with balled fists - so it looks crazy in Bodyshop & CAS, but the fist overlays on DeeDee’s posebox work well for keeping all digits unseen in play.

Comes in the light maxis red and also blue, yellow, green, & black.

Ignore that, I’ve just been working on this in theory since November, and working on it intensely for the past week or so, so I’m pretty excited to finally be posting these!

OK, so, what you get in the zip- 8 sets of 4 texture referenced bodyshape combo skins (linked to the default skin texture files, so whatever defaults you use will show up on them), for a total of 32 skins. Each set features one of the three male shapes paired with one of the three female shapes, so if you just want, say BB paired with Ren, or LBB paired with CPU, you can just grab that folder plus the meshes and delete the rest. The only exception is LBB+AG, which I left out because Morganna already did that one here (though it uses a different AG mesh than I used).

All skins are geneticized and townified because that's how I use them in my game, and I don't have the patience to make other variants unless someone specifically asks for them (feel free to ask! I generally don’t mind requests!).

All skins except the Ren v.2 sets have EF slaved to AF instead, for accurate underboob shading. EF RenGals seemed to have reasonable shading with EF textures.

BBCPU, BBREN, SBBREN, and LBBREN all require ChrisHatch's CJH-BoysBody-MESH for toddler and possibly baby male sims (you will get floating heads when your boy toddlers are naked if you don’t have it). All SBB skins require the teen LBB files, because I couldn't find a teen SBBv2 separated mesh. AG and teen AG use Pierre NC’s Athletic Queen and Athletic Princess edits, respectively, because I like them and also I prefer the realism of sims with nipples.

If you have G-Knee's edited BBv2 top mesh, please delete and replace with my fixed version- hers had broken comments which I have fixed. It has been renamed to reflect being fixed, and therefore won't overwrite automatically.

Credit for meshes goes to marvine, SynapticSim, Cynnix, Kielen, G-Knee, Pierre NC, ChrisHatch, warlokk, gothplague, and JulieJ. All meshes are included in the zMeshes folder, including CJH-BoysBody-MESH.

This set includes five meshes and eight recolors for all ten of the original sizes (AM, LBB, SBB, BB, and HBB for men and AF, AG, BBG, FitChick, and Rio for women).
