Concept idea: The Corridor of Elders episode but instead the last fight is Garmadon vs Chen.

And it’s just the second half of the Kratos vs Heimdall fight.

By that, I mean Garmadon just beats the breaks right off Chen and it just makes the fights he had with the Ninja look like child’s play.

He’s only beating Chen so hard because Chen injured/almost killed Lloyd in battle. (Lloyd was too angry to think during the fight, he got knocked out and began bleeding when Garmadon saw him while the others were being pushed back by the Cultists and not able to reach him.)

The last thing Chen barely gets out is “you… haven’t changed.. one bit” and he just dies underneath Garm’s hold on him. The Anacondrai Cultists see he’s gone and Garmadon standing over him looking more monstrous than them with his blood covering him and they try to retreat only to get caught.

And the Ninja see he never needed the Devourer venom to be violent and are mostly glad he’s on their side now.

i love this weird lego show

OH ALSO FIRST TIME DRAWING SKYLOR AND GARMADON!

anyways i’m thinking about how this wasn’t garmadon actually planning on hurting skylor to be cruel, it was a strategic move to persuade chen. and well like yeah obviously,, but!!! this shows the difference in garmadon vs chen.

garmadon threatens skylor because he has a child himself, and he knows he would do anything to protect lloyd from getting hurt. he is assuming chen feels the same about skylor and that chen will immediately let them go to protect her. when he doesn’t, this is when audience is first shown that chen never really cared about skylor, and only really needs her for her power. idk just something about garmadon thinking that he is threatening chen with something he has to give in to, knowing exactly how he would react himself to protect lloyd, but instead discovering chen’s cruel enough to not care about the life of his own child.

Of course, there's more deleted concepts, but these are some that I often think about, especially Echo Zane(my precious baby) turning out to be Mr. E(would've been so cool), Lloyd killing the Overlord by himself after Garmadon's death, and Nadakhan coming back. Imagine Jay seeing Nadakhan again? Him having flashbacks would've been lit. I also think about Ronin's daughter- actually, I think I made her design like last year in my mind(since she was never introduced). I'll see if I can re-design her if im in the mood, all I remember is that I made her red head. Red heads are rad. Dunno if I should consider her as an oc, even if Ronin DID mention his family in Way of the Departed, im still not sure if its canon or not.
