Are there any interesting references I’m missing in any of the Lilithmon cards maybe?

Hey! I've been thinking a lot about that too. Lilithmon doesn't have many cards, though. There's BT3-091 which depicts her on a throne. Usually with such explicit backgrounds, it feels like it would be a reference to something, but I haven't been able to find anything yet. There is a figure of Lilithmon on a throne (don't know if it's oficially liscensed though), but that is based on the card, not the other way around. There is also the Alt Art by Kenji Watanabe with skulls and roses as decorations. I don't think there's anything beyond the allusion to beauty and death in that. [also there's a filling mistake at her thumb and it's driving me nuts]

Then there is the BT11-087 card. This set has many Xros Wars Hunters cards, and as such Lilithmon has the Bagra Army trait. The glowing hand is probably supposed to be her move Nazar Nail. Otherwise I couldn't find anything. Also with just being a rare, there has been no Alt Art for this card yet.

And recently in Japan we got EX6-057. While there isn't anything specific tying this artwork to the games or anime, as far as I can tell, there are many butterflies featured on this card along with flower petals.

Now butterflies have multiple symbolic connotations. In Japan, butterflies are often associated with death, and or souls from the dead. Some theorize this originates from people in ancient times seeing butterflies gather around dead bodies (to sap), while other assume it's due to the metamorphosis akin to to the cycle of life, death, and rebirth. Butterflies are also used as a symbol of beauty and womanhood, in this case the metamorphosis is compared to a girl growing into a woman. They're often used as decorations for women's kimono or yukata. This combination of death and womanhood obviously works well for Lilithmon. Her X Antibody form fully embraces this as well.

If you were to look for it, you will be able to find many similar usages of the butterfly in modern media, for example with Bayonetta and her Madama Butterfly.

The EX6-057 card also received an Alt Art as a part of the Seven Great Demon Lords matching art, which I plan on delving into in its own post.

Limbus Tamers 2

Time for a part 2 of this unlikely crossover ! This time around I've given partners to the rest of the limbus crew and to some bosses. I might do some of the NPCs as well as rework Rodya and Hong Lu's partners since I wasn't wholly sastified with these. For part one go here

First off everyone's favorite amnesiac clock. I felt there was no way they wouldn't have Clockmon somewhere in their line, as for the rest: any rookie that was listed could have done the job but lego Agumon won my heart, Mamemon 'cause it's kinda goofy and CatchMamemon because gatcha.

For Charon I focused on transports with Locomon being the first one that came to mind and worked from there. Though with the Beach event you could make the argument that Submarimon could have made the cut.

Ol' man Vergil being our guide to hell I felt like giving him a hellhound would be appropriate and his ruthlessness made Plutomon more fitting than Anubismon (Yes this is the same line as in Digimon Survive). Though imagining this monster of a man with this Olympos XII adjacent mon sending the goon squad with rookie level mon to deal with the retrieval of golden boughs is even more hilarious.

Now for the first "boss" well since Canto 1 is mostly Abnormality fights and we don't have that much info on Hermann&co I fell back on Old G Corp Bugman. There's not much to be said, bug digimon for a bug man. Funnily enough Olg G Corp man is the first "major" non abnormality fight in canto I and Kuwagamon is the first threat in the digital world for the digidestined in the OG Adventure.

Now unto La Muralla de Canto II Aida. Same as above as there were Abnormalities boss fights, I had no idea for Sonya (yet) and Tingtang boss. Ponchomon was the first mon that popped to mind because, you know, mariachi then I remembered that Togemon X antibody also rocked a sombrero/poncho so elicited to put both, even though it's regular Palmon that evolved into it but hey, and BanchoLillymon is there because she's Syndicate boss.

For Guido I choose beefy and knightly looking Digimons. Craniummon is there because it's evil looking plus I gave Kromer LordKnightmon (aka Crusadermon) and they were both part of the antagonist faction in Cybersleuth.

Speaking of the bitch devil I made two lines for her. Base Kromer got a bunch of holy/angel digimons plus Crusadermon to go with "holy inquisition" theme plus LordKnightmon is known to be a dick amongst the Royal Knights. As for the distortion-like form I considered that she's so juiced up by the golden bough that her partner goes straight to Apocalymon with Ladydevimon being a steppingstone for it once we reach the "realm of darkness" phase of the fight, probably with her fighting us with "only" Angewomon on phase one and then it falls to Ladydevimon. I amsp considered giving Lilithmon because Kromer looks like a lust pecatula but Apocalymon is more messed up looking. Either way this means Demian pulled up with some powerful stuff to one hit kill Kromer.

For Dongbaek I focused more on the Spicebush E.G.O than the Sunshower one with Renamon paying lip service to it, though I imagine it'd go along the traditional line with or without the color swaps, with Lotusmon represented the fully manifested E.G.O with the two previous forms appearing as she steels her resolve before that.

Dongrang's line is disjointed because I tried to combine both his distorsion and his E.G.O.. Nohemon is for the farmer and scarecrow imagery plus the fact his achievement are fake, OG Falcomon is to contrast with Yi Sang's 06 Falcomon also I didn't find a cow rookie (plus the K Corp infinite chicken hack), Jyagamon continue agricultural theme being a crop ( a potato if the reference book is to be believed) that kinda look bovine-ish (?) to represent his distorted form and finally Machinedramon ... not really linked to the Farmwatch E.G.O. but I went with the angle of "I'll burn the past and anyone to pave MY future!" and what better choice than a giant death robot lizard ! .... ok Parasimon could have worked too, still it's messed up that this potatomon can turn into both. If I were to hazard a timeline for the evolution I'd say he would have Nohemon as a permanent champion kinda how Gatomon is in Adventure and 02 while Falcomon only appears in the dungeon for flashback part then both the ultimate and mega forms for both boss fights under the influence of the golden bough.

And that's a wrap. I'll do other NPC when inspiration strikes me again though maybe not full lines for everyone.

What Digimon Partners Would Disgaea Characters Have?

((I seem to be on a Disgaea craze topic right now. Honestly, I’m surprised it took me this long to come up with this one, but here we are. Just so we’re clear, while this may have some similarities to the pairings I made for my Smash verse, this is a separate list and as such characters might end up with different Digimon, especially since I’m trying to keep duplicates to a minimum. And you’re always free to discuss whether or not you agree or disagree with my picks. That being said, I’m going to start this list off with some personal hills that I will die on.

Etna. I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t see Etna with anyone other than LadyDevimon with Lilithmon or Lilithmon-X as the Mega. Especially with her bond Flonne which I will go over in a bit. Yeah Etna will no doubt get internally pissed about her Digimon having a much bigger chest, but you can’t tell me they wouldn’t sass the hell out of everybody around them together. Especially Laharl.

Flonne. Just like how Etna gets LadyDevimon, Flonne should get Angewomon. Remember, Etna does genuinely care about Flonne and the two get along pretty well together, so their bond leading to the DNA Digivolution of Mastemon isn’t outside the realm of possibility. Aside from that, I feel like the mega form would depend on which version of Flonne we’re talking about. If it’s Fallen Angel, especially with her overload, then the mega is LovelyAngewomon without question. Archangel Flonne however, would get Ragnadramon considering her fondness of kaijus and summoning dragons.

Goldion. Obviously, this guy is getting Leomon as a champion stage and I can hear arguments for any of its megas, HeavyLeomon, Leopardmon, Bancho, even Saber. It just has to be a form of Leomon. Not only is Goldion a literal lion demon, but he’s a powerful martial artist hero that many demons look up to only for him to get mind controlled into joining the dark side and then presumably die after getting freed. THAT’S LEOMON TO A T DOOD!!!

Valvatorez. I know one obvious pick would be Myotismon for him because well..he’s a vampire, but unlike guys like Dio Brando or Demitri Maximoff, I don’t think Myotismon is the best fit for him. If it was Tyrant Valvatorez, then maybe, but how he is now, I think Plutomon would be a better fit, given his pride of Hades and wanting to re-educate the human world. That and the both of them can really get into a good fight once they can feel their blood boil.

Fenrich. With Valvatorez having Plutomon, it only makes sense to give Fenrich Cerberumon in its X antibody form since Cerberumon is only an Ultimate level Digimon. Yeah, I can hear arguments about Garurumon for being a werewolf, but I think this is a better suited dynamic for the duo.

Lamington. He’s getting Seraphimon. There is no argument here it is in the name, they’re both the leaders of angels, Seraphimon has fought Lucemon, it just fits.

Adell. Starting off with the rookie level, he’s getting Flamon, a fire beast man Digimon. Adell is a fire pugilist and was mistaken for a wild tribesman. Sticking with the main line, champion form is Agunimon, a guardian deity Digimon that can increase its the power of its strikes with is flames, which is similar to how Adell fights. The power of a passionate soul. The ultimate stage is Aldamon, another fire pugilist. What’s interesting about this guy is that it’s a Demon God digimon that converts negative emotions like fear or anger into its fire and uses it for righteous justice, which would be another hint of Adell actually being a demon. And its mega would be Susanoomon. I picked this over EmperorGreymon due to this mega still being mostly a fist user. That and the fact that it has the power to both create and destroy network systems (my guess would be the Digimon equivalent of universes), which would be a reference of Adell killing everyone in the worst ending after getting possessed by Zenon.

Seraphina. She’s getting a Venusmon. Venusmon is based on the Roman Goddess Venus, who is based on the Greek Goddess of love, Aphodite. And out of all the main characters, Seraphina is definitely the one that’s most known for attracting men to her side, though granted hasn't shared a bed with one nearly as often. Aphrodite is also known for acting aggressive toward any woman regarded as more fair than her, and we all knows how envious Seraphina can act toward anyone that tries to get too close to Killia. It also helps that Venusmon can only Digivolve from Angewomon and Seraphina pointed out that her dad used to talk about her having the beauty and charm of an angel.

Melodia. Given the fact that her main goal is to get a happy ending by marrying a “prince” and how willing she is to fight for the sake of everyone else’s happy ending, it only makes sense to give her Weddinmon. I can see Weddinmon being among the very first people to plan and organize her wedding and always ready to jump the gun when she feels like Zed is finally up for it. Hell, it even works when you consider her sister, Naive getting Reverse Weddinmon as her partner. As for the Mega stage, there’s not a lot of options to go off of, but I think Junomon would make the most sense, as it’s based off of Roman Goddess Juno, who is based off of the Greek Goddess of marriage, Hera. Though unlike Hera, Junomon actually has a healthy relationship with Jupitermon.

And now we get to some partners that I’m personally fond of, but not fully convinced on for one reason or another.

Yukimaru. Unfortunately there aren’t really any ice ninja Digimon at least as far as I’m currently aware of. That being said, I am going to give her a Frigimon, which would help represent her statement of having a warm heart despite being an ice demon as Frigimon are pretty docile and friendly. Not to mention neither Frigimon or Yukimaru are actually fond of fighting unless if they really have to. And I making the ultimate stage KendoGarurumon and its mega Lobomon due to her swearing loyalty to Adell as well as her chivalry.

Fubuki. As for Yukimaru’s brother, I’m giving him Chackmon. Why would a ninja have a digimon carrying a rocket launcher? Well, as Fubuki said himself, “Why limit yourself? A ninja will use any hand.”. It’s ultimate stage would be Korikakumon mainly due to Fubuki using an axe as his mean weapon most of the time and its mega will be AncientMegatheriummon.

Zeroken. Now for those concerned about me not giving Fenrich WereGarurumon, don’t worry. Because I’ll gladly give him to Zeroken. Hell, I’ll give Zeroken the whole main Gabumon line, except for one difference. Instead of MetalGarurumon, I’m making the mega stage Baihumon. It didn’t really sit right with me for Garurumon to become more machine like at least when paired up with someone like Zeroken.

Artina. I can already imagine someone wondering why I didn’t give Orphanimon to Flonne and that’s mainly because I feel like Artina would be a better fit despite being Flonne’s underling. Personality wise it makes sense giving Artina’s kind and caring nature and while she is a money collector now as an angel, she’s only doing so under Flonne’s orders to help restore Celestia’s economy. If she could think of any other option, she would probably do so, and before anyone says donation, if that was easy then Celestia wouldn’t have this problem to begin with because making offerings to churches and shrines is a form of donating to the higher power you worship. Artina may be a thief, but deep down, she’s still as sympathetic to others as she used to be when she was alive and definitely believes in the merciful side of God.

Laharl. The OG himself. See, my original idea was to give Laharl Lucemon because of his arrogance, the fact that they both have rings on their arms, their dangerously hidden potentials, and the fact that they fought Lamington and Seraphimon, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized a certain other Digimon might be a better fit. I’m talking about Shoutmon. While I’m not all that familiar with Xeros Wars, I DO know that Shoutmon’s main goal is to become the king of the Digital World, like how Laharl fought for his title as overlord. That and the fact that they’re both loud as hell. Poor Etna’s never gonna be able to sleep again. It even works with Laharl’s female form as she has a good signing voice.

Sicily. As for Lucemon, I decided it would be better to give it to his little sister, Sicily. This is only because she’s the only nephilim main character in the series so far, which would work with Lucemon’s champion form. It would be interesting to see if Lucemon would try to corrupt Sicily overtime or if Sicily would bring Lucemon closer to the lighter side, both of them literally tip toeing back and forth from light and dark.

Killia. This one was tricky. My immediate thought was giving him Renamon. His calm, collective nature is practically perfect for Renamon. Problem is, its evolutions, more specifically its main line, not really so much. Kyuubimon is fine being a nine tails fox, which is a monster class in Disgaea 5 and Killia does know 1 fire skill, but Taomon and Sakuyamon, not really since they’re more magic based and Killia’s a fist fighter. So instead, I’ll make the ultimate form IceLeomon since Killia’s an ice demon and trained under Goldion, and the mega stage either Achilliesmon due to his desire to improve his craft but never boasting about his power, or BanchoLeomon because again, a student of Goldion and main goal of protecting innocent people from Void’s army.

Almaz. Unlike Izuku, I can totally see Almaz having a hackmon. Almaz’s goal is to become the next great hero after all and unlike Izuku, Almaz is a swordfighter. Plus his relationship with Mr. Champloo is more like hackmon and Gankoomon’s in comparison to Izuku and All Might.

Mr. Champloo. Speaking of Mr. Champloo, yeah give him Gankoomon. Unlike All Might, Mr. Champloo is definitely the kind of guy that would give the more “tough love” training, given how intense his chaos kitchen fighting style is. He is the Gordon Ramsey of Disgaea for a reason.

Sapphire. I’m just going to give her the whole Lunamon main line, straight to Dianamon. Not only would Sapphire love Lunamon’s rookie stage given her fondness for anything cute, but she also have some ice powers with her virgin innocence skill and a few gun skills, and she has a Mythical Beast for a companion, further helping her somewhat ties with the moon.

Mao. I’m giving him both Tentomon and its champion, Kabuterimon to start off with, because like Izzy, this guy’s a big nerd. Unlike Izzy though, Mao takes things to the extreme, so instead of the main line, it’s going to have Vademon as its ultimate and EBEmon its mega with the ability to go even further with its X-Antibody form. I can also see potential arguments for Datamon though.

This is all I have at the moment. What do you guys think?))

This Digimon's personality only slightly changes once it turns to it's Antibody form, as it takes on a more female-presenting body and more feminine clothes it becomes slightly more sadistic than before

Certainly takes the opportunity to be manipulative given her looks, able to easily trick and trap those she wishes to prey upon much easier

Sometimes she enjoys playing a bit longer with her little 'toys', lulling them into a false sense that she won't harm them and will certainly find a place for them before she ends up treating them like all the rest, taking pleasure in their begging cries

One with a Tamer may end up being far more playful with them than anything, instead of sadistic ways she would pull more pranks, though some may be of a dangerous persuasion and with that she wouldn't understand what's so wrong about it and why her Tamer is so terrified of playing along with her

Once informed about how humans can't handle such things like other Digimon, she may become more docile with her Tamer. Mephistomon X will still pull a few lesser pranks and tricks, along with gently bonking her Tamer on the head with her umbrella, She enjoys listening to them make noises when she does so -- something playfully sadistic she does quite often

Hums soft, eerie hymns while twirling her umbrella when she's bored and doesn't have any poor victims to toy with. Also does this when she's approaching a potential victim

Exodus Lore: the Legendary Warriors, Holy Angels, and Great Demon Lords

So, since this will be relevant to any Warrior, Holy Angel, or Demon Lord muses who chose to interact with either of my Exodus (blog main) verses, I wanted to put this out there and clear up the exact history of these important figures in the history of Exodus, and Lucemon’s relationships to all of them. I will touch briefly on the Knights, as well. But as we have less set in stone for them, their lore is much looser and more open.

As in Frontier, Lucemon existed long before the Warriors did. They were one of the first beings to come into existence aside from the those who existed in the primordial soup of the Digital World (while this does include the data that makes up the Warriors, they did not exist in their individual forms as we know them, so Lucemon as an individual entity is older).

Lucemon is the youngest in an original Pantheon of angels which included such beings as the Holy Trinity, along with some less historically preserved characters such as Bagramon.

These angels were a product of Drasil wanting a justice system for the Digital World. This is the group who was charged with ending the Human-Beast War, the resolution of which was most heavily credited to Lucemon. But due to several defecting in various ways over several centuries, the majority of the original Pantheon was culled, the strongest seven being branded with the Seals of Sin. These are the mons who would go down in history as the Seven Great Demon Lords.

The two exceptions to those strongest mons who were branded were Bagramon, and Rasielmon, as they were the first to be cast out for distributing the X-Antibody throughout the Digital World during the X-Death era, and were not among those who took part in the first Great War of Heaven.

The Royal Knights were made to compensate for this massive loss in security programming, with far less free will than the Angels ever had, to avoid another mass rebellion. The Holy Trinity (second generation) of angels was re-created, as well. Though they served more as a symbol of the Light in the Digital World and figureheads of peace, and had little actual duty to the Digital World as a whole aside from their appointed role as “peace keepers.” All of these new mons were individually less powerful than the original Pantheon, as well, to avoid any one of them growing too strong. However, this does make any one-to-one fight against one of the Fallen entirely skewed in the Fallen’s favor. This is why the Knights were created to function as a unit.

The Warrior Ten did not come into existence until well into the Demon Lords’ campaign against Drasil, at which point they were not called the Warriors. They were initially theorized by some to be a product of the Sovereigns, but while they both seemed to emerge from the same raw data of the world, the Warriors showed no servitude toward them as the Devas did. So common Digimon as well as the Demon Lords and related mons were left without a proper explanation for these unique and quite powerful new Digimon.

Perhaps surprisingly, at first the Demon Lords and the Warriors did not have qualms with each other. The Warriors saw themselves as protectors of the natural world, and the Demon Lords saw themselves as protectors of the spiritual world. And unlike the Royal Knights, the Warriors had no obligation to Drasil, and hardly interacted with it at all. As long as their World was not threatened, the Warriors had no reason to fight with the Demon Lords or anyone else.

The conflict arose after Bagramon’s disappearance from the Dark Area at the hands of the Royal Knights. Lucemon, the youngest but most ambitious member of the original Pantheon, was crowned King of the Dark Area, and given the role of ruler in Bagramon’s absence. With their progenitor, a mon they considered the champion of those cast away by the world at large, missing at the hand of Drasil’s underlings, Lucemon was beyond enraged. They vowed to take down Drasil by any means necessary, even if that meant becoming a god themselves.

Lucemon set on a mission to become the strongest and wisest Digimon in existence. This started with a war to conquer the entirety of the world itself, which progressed with terrifying success on the part of the Demon Lords. This is when the initial concern began among the Warriors. However, they did not escalate into full-out warfare until Lucemon began to devour parts of the world to feed their power-- threatening not only what they protected, but their very existence.

They fought long and hard against Lucemon, and were the first enemy to truly slow their progress. With Lucemon’s immense following and ever-rising power, the Knights were no longer any match. They had long achieved the title of strongest individual Digimon in the Digital World, and were slowly attempting to rise above their god status to take on the Core Kernel. And along with this overflow of power, Lucemon’s sanity began to wane as they took greater and greater risks. The Warriors knew not of the finer workings of Heaven, and only that their home was being destroyed, and the curator of all this destruction needed to be stopped.

But then, they hit a plateau. They were able to stop Lucemon from devouring what was left of the world, but Lucemon had far surpassed their power and was getting closer and closer to attacking the code of the universe directly. With no other options, they reached out to legends of old. it had been told that the Sovereigns had become gods through the partnership of humans-- beings from an entirely different world. And with the entire world on the line, the Warriors sent out a desperate plea for help. A group of children answered the call, coming to the Warriors’ sides in battle, and aiding them in achieving their utmost power.

It all came to a head when the Warriors confronted Lucemon as one unit. Lucemon had been planning their final attack on Drasil, despite several of the Demon Lords defecting from the cause due to Lucemon’s growing insanity. And when the Warriors confronted them, they were caught completely off-guard. How this was achieved has been lost to history. But the fight went down with the Warriors having the advantage of preparation. To give them even more of a leg-up in the battle, Lucemon had long been neglecting their physical and physiological needs for favor of absorbing raw data, and they had grown unsteady. However, this did not take away from their godly power, the affects of which would leave the Warriors severely damaged, some being mortally injured in the battle. Lucemon was only brought down when the children merged the Warriors’ spirits into Susanoomon, who was finally able to defeat Lucemon and lock their data away in the Core of the Dark Area - the condensed heart of the Digital World from which Yggdrasil's roots grew. Lucemon was damaged so severely in the battle, that the data they had stolen from the world left their form, and returned to the Digital World, making it whole once again.

However, many of the Warriors did not survive the battle. All except AncientGreymon and AncientGarurumon perished in the hours after the battle ended, and their spirits reverted into totems which the two remaining Warriors kept very close to them. These two would be the ones to send the children back to the Human World. They would remain for several more decades, acting as the world’s Last Guardians and bringing down a few other major threats who arose in Lucemon’s wake while the world rebuilt itself. Then, once their lives were also spent, their spirits reverted into totems, as did the others. These totems were later sought out and gathered by the Royal Knights, and ordered under lock and key by Drasil to prevent anyone form gaining access to them.

As for the other Demon Lords, the ones who remained to fight were scattered about. Belphamon was knocked down to one of his lower forms, and disappeared some time after the battle was over. Lilithmon vanished before the battle started-- an occurrence Lucemon blamed on the Warriors. Leviamon was sealed in a cavern in the deepest ocean by AncientMermaimon, left in eternal darkness. Daemon abandoned the fight mid-battle, seeing that Lucemon would lose; he has planned to absorb Lucemon’s data, but was prevented from doing so when the Warriors sealed them away. Barbamon was defeated and slunk off to a cave in a mountain in the far reaches of the Digital World, where he grew his hoard and avoided the average populous. Beelzemon had left long before the battle started, wanting to part in Lucemon’s tyrannical conquest. Many of them remained trapped for eons before eventually being released by one method or another. The rest simply remained in the shadows, the fallout from the lost battle so great that they knew the world would never accept them.

Lucemon remained in the Dark Area for four thousand years, and was presumed dead by most of the world. Drasil would rewrite and retell history several times over the course of the years, going as far as to hard reset the world and erase the memory of everyone on the mortal and sometimes celestial levels, as humans continued to find their way into the Digital World despite its best efforts. The Dark Area and the Core within, however, were immune to these resets, and the denizens therein would remember everything. There are very few Digimon who can recount the history of the Digital World as it really happened, and even fewer who are willing to talk about it. This has left most of the world without a proper history of the Digital World. A Monoshiri book dictating events prior to the culling of the Pantheon does exist under Belphamon’s possession, but was left in Old Heaven and was only recovered when Lucemon took back that location during the war. Belphamon used this time to add events he had been recording from the past several eras to the book, before it was once again wrenched from his hands. The book has been lost ever since, likely hidden away somewhere in the ruins of Old Heaven-- a location not considered to exist at all by the Digital World at Large. A copy of this book does exist in the hands of modern High Scribes (such as Bokomon), but this is not the original book. If you ask and of the original Pantheon, you will get accounts from varying viewpoints which vary wildly from what commonly circulated history books say.

The shifting of power and intrusion of humans continues to this day in the Digital World, the latest being the rise of eaters in the Digital World. Drasil has blamed this on human involvement, and remains adamant that humans do not belong in the Digital World.

-/ I’ve only seen Lilithmon’s, Lucemon’s and I think it was Daemons? so far Lilithmon’s is favorite, along with Beelzemon’s (I know he’s not new but I still love it).

Honestly, I was expecting all of the knights to get their X forms before they added more X Demon lords though. But so far their all pretty cool \-,

It was suppose to be a happy day, her sixteenth birthday. She was with the others when tragedy struck. The screaming echoed all around them and Angel ran toward it with the others trailing behind her. She was smaller so she moved quickly. But what she saw chilled her and her voice fell silent despite the want to scream. Her parents laid there, her father holding his wives' head. Their bodies.. She cried and sobbed and she held her father's corpse and she buried her face into his chest. She wanted to wake up from this nightmare. Her mom, her dad, dead. Their blood staining the ground. Their X antibodies gone. She jeard the others walk up, and felt her older sister pull her away and she struggled. Her vision blurring from the tears. She reached out for her father and the older ones were looking down and they all cried silently. Xiomara, the child of Lilithmon, held her sister tight and the pair sobbed. Angel's hands covered in her father's blood. Unlike normal Alphamon he couldn't come back because Yggdrasil made it where he can't... "Dad...come back, please don't go yet"  Through her blurry vision she crawled back over and the blood was all over her as she pulled his dagger out of it's holder. She was shaking now and she removed his wedding ring and her mother's. She gave them to her older sister and they all began to dig. Soon two graves were dug and the group lowered the bodies into the graves and covered them with dirt. Angel's eyes were red and she hiccupped and she wiped her face. She set down lilies by their graves and the group looked at each other. Her head wings were lowered and she put the dagger in the holder on her hip. Her father’s too.. "what do we do now?"  'Angel, that is up to you, I know little sister it's a lot, but you know Dad would want you to lead'  Angel paled and she shook her head and the rookie angel was shaking more and she pulled her wings close to herself. She hugged Xiomara tight. The Lilithmon picked her little sister up and she hugged them tight. She soothed her and Angel mumbled into her chest. Angel soon calmed down and she pulled away and she wiped her eyes and she had the gather around.  "we have to choice but to disappear...we need to try to find a place where Yggdrasil or no hunter can find us."  The older children looked to each other then back to the rookie angel and nodded. They gathered their stuff from the house they all shared. Angel decided to tell them.  "We get a pair or three and we must go our separate ways. I wish we didn't have to come down to it but we must, we need to ensure our survival for our parents."  She isn't a child anymore, she is a leader. Angel wiped her eyes and she  straightened up and she looked to the graves and she nodded. She looked to the older kids and they all hugged and picked their groups. They all said there goodbyes and soon walked in different directions silently promising themselves and the group they will regroup someday. Angel went with her sister and she looked up at her older sister.  "did I do the right thing Xiomara?"  'I think you did Angel, you made a tough decision and you know that we will be okay.’  A few weeks have gone by and the young angel barely slept or ate because the guilt was to much. They were camping out and Angel stared at the fire and her eyes were red and puffy and she was wrapped in Xiomara’s robe. The young rookie angel had nightmares over and over again. This one was her parents dying and the words ‘you failed’ echoed through her head and her wings and head wings were tucked in close to her frame and Xiomara watched and she went over to her younger and she knelt.  ‘Angel you know they wouldn’t want you to starve yourself or to perish.’  “b-but it was my fault..I suggested to go in...”  She was broken inside and she cried again and Xiomara sighed and she sat next to he sister and she carried the guilt too. She couldn’t protect her sister from her demons now. The pair sat in silence and Angel at least ate all of her dinner now and she snuggled close to her sibling and she looked up at her.  <I don’t want to sleep, I will see their corpses again, feel their blood on my hands..>  ‘I am right here Angel, I will protect you from the nightmares’  Angel believed her older sister and she started falling asleep and once she was asleep Angel looked up at the sky.  ‘Dad, I wish you were with us, I don’t know if we made the right choice, am I doing the right thing in..?’  Xiomara sat there and she stared at the fire and guarded herself and the young child who saw to much and who was forced to be leader to soon.
