I think how it began was... Sarah told Malanite that she liked her, but Malanite was emotionless. So we sorta just.. ignored that for a while. Instead, we focused on the fact Malanite was tryiNG TO KILL LARA- like seriously theres so much death and murder in this story-! Well- to explain... Malanite cast a spell on Lara, so that she couldn’t read anything from people telling her she was gonna die. That day ended in Sarah and Pae working together to save Lara, and Lara ending up with Pae. They’re actually the longest lasting couple in this whole story, they’ve been together all five months we’ve been doing this. Then Malanite gained emotions, btw i’m just gonna call her Mal it’s easier. Malanite fell HARD for Sarah, and they were together. Then on the third day, this (WARNING BIG BAD WORD) motherfucker named Shadow came along. He is-...”was” a level ten asshole. I still don’t trust him but whatever sure he had a redemption arc. He was just a bitch, ALLL the time. But he has this ADORABLE WHOLESOME BEAN OF A BROTHERRRRR HIS NAME IS PEARLY AND HES A LOVE AND THE EPITOME OF 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺!!!! (Btw we’re still in the first three days of this story) And then... Abigail comes along. This bitch is my depression. (This is about five days in) They wake up, and Mal RUNS to Sarah. “SARAH I NEED TO PROTECT YOU- SHADOW- HE WANTS TO HURT YOU!!” Sarah’s like- “ye ik” but NOOOO NO SHE DIDNT!!! SHADOW WANTS-....ED TO STAB AND *KILL* SARAHHHHHHSGSJDGHWHEEEJEJGEHE!!! ASHAJSHSJDHANAN DO YOU SEE WHY I DONT TRUST THIS BITCH???? So ANYWAY- Sarah’s like “oh shit- well who cares i still love him sTaB aWaY sIr” and like- in the side world, if you break a promise, you get VVVVVVV injured. And MAL HAD PROMISED TO PROTECT YOU SAR DO YOU FUDGIN WANT YOUR GURL TO DIE????? And so Mal did- and like either way this ends badly so i’ll let you guess what happened. Sarah’s like “no❤️” and yeah- we all basically forgot after?? Like- Shadow went “yeah❤️” and Sarah’s still like “no❤️” so Shadows like “YEAH❤️” and Azriel comes along for the first real time around Percys sides and is like “uno reverse bitch” and THEY try to stab HIM????? So like- KNIFE PARTY FUCK YEAH- but anyway, that’s when they learned Azriel, Gracinas, and Zee’s past. See, they were sorta like the LOV. Except worse. They had everyone together and were like.. basically torturers???? They were horrible people. I’m not going into details, but image.. the worst possible people. Hawkman 13 review

After the first 12 issues, Robert Vendetti brings us a single issue describing how Hawkman is being resurrected through time and space. On the planet Nebulen we see him as C'tarr of the H'gris and a few years later Kettar of the Malanites. This battle is fought for centuries until he decides to give peace a chance. And lo and behold, peace is archived once he meets Sheera.

Cut to the present day, we read as Carter goes to the planet Nebulen with all its modern buildings and advanced science. Seeing the statue of the kneeling soldier who offered peace.

What i find interesting is that in the story, once Carter finds Shiera (Shayera) peace, love and advancements happens.

Thanks to Robert Vendetti and guest artist Will Conrad for giving us this installment of the new adventures of the winged wonder. Can't wait for the next issue
