Tempted to start an ask michael afton blog but it's a time travel au with him stuck as his 13-15 year old self (however old he was around the time of fnaf 4) and he's trying to stop all the deaths and the people giving the asks are ghosts/voices in his head

You’re not going crazy, like it or not, you have a second chance at life. Now, perhaps setting some goals will help? What are 3-5 things you want to do here? Not vague things like “prevent ____ from dying”, but more specific.
Second chance...
I-
I have a second chance.
I can change things.
I want to kill William. No. Thats too far.
I want to fix my relationship with Evan- like, stop being cruel to him and actually be a kind and protective brother. I want to help my mother divorce William. And I want to- his is going to sound stupid.
I want to pay more attention when I go back to school... maybe find some new friends

Glamrock Freddy Through The Ball-pit AU
Tumblr media
It’s a twist on GlamMike, time-travel fix-it, cc lives blah blah so on and so forth. It’s long so it’s under the cut :)
At some point after Security Breach (the Vanny ending where he gets disassembled) Glamrock Freddy falls into a decommissioned ball-pit an a storage room. His AI is tuned into a light blue lightning bolt charm and lands on the other side.
About a week before the cc(Evan)’s bday party, Michael(13) is in the ball pit and finds the Freddy AI charm. He sticks it on a string and wears it cuz he thinks it looks cool.
Freddy in the charm works sort of like a ghost and Mike starts hearing random whispers of Freddy throughout the week leading up to the party. Over that week, Freddy is working on where he is and how he can communicate with Michael.
Freddy has been catching glimpses of the outside world through Mike’s eyes through the week, but never tried to take control until Evan’s head was about to be shoved into Fredbear’s mouth. Recognizing the danger, Freddy shoves his way to the front and takes control of Mike’s body.
Freddy stays in control until that night, keeping an eye on Evan(7). Mike freaks out when he finally has control back and locks himself in his room to figure out what the heck happened to him. Mike and Freddy talk a lot over about a week in self imposed isolation.
The events of FNAF 4 (Evan’s nightmares) happen the week after the prevented Bite of ‘83 while Mike had locked himself in his room. It’s actually his terrified screaming that draws Mike/Freddy out. By then the two have come to a shaky agreement to share control of their body and try (mostly Freddy) to comfort Evan.
With Freddy’s influence, Mike is nicer to his siblings. The kid is influenced a lot by the people he hangs out with, becoming a bully with his bully friends (who don’t talk to him much after “he chickened out”), then being kinder with Freddy in copilot seat.
Evan is around them the most, ever since they helped him with his nightmares. He can easily tell the difference between Michael and Freddy. Freddy is more upbeat and wears brighter colors, while Mike is quieter and prefers darker colors.
Freddy doesn’t really know much about the history of Fazbear Entertainment so he’s not much help with any future perspective. Mike(Freddy) can occasionally be heard humming or singing songs that haven’t come out yet though.
Charlie Emily(11) is killed a couple months after the foiled bite, locked out of her own birthday party. She goes on to inhabit the puppet.
Elizabeth dies about a year later at Circus Baby’s at 9 years old. She haunts Baby.
Over the next year, William kills five kids and stuffs them in the suits, his Remnant research underway.
When Mike turns 16, they take a now 10 year old Evan and run. William had been distant ever since Elizabeth “disappeared” and Freddy is suspicious. It isn’t hard to convince Michael that he could take better care of the brothers away from the Afton house. They hole up in an empty house on the outskirts of Hurricane, ruling out Henry Emily on the basis that William would look there first if he went searching for them.
Freddy takes driver seat a lot of the time, getting Mike a job at the nearest grocery store. He also helps Mike homeschool Evan.
Mike gets his first Freddy job at 17 in ‘87(fnaf 2). There he meets Jeremy Fitzgerald(19) who is working day shift and needs a place to stay. Freddy thoroughly vets him before they offer him a room at their house.
Freddy tells Jeremy to be careful around the animatronics. Jeremy is still bit, but it’s his shoulder and he promptly resigns, picking up a different job as a pizza delivery boy to pay for the motorcycle he wants.
When the pizzeria closes, not long after the bite, Mike starts searching for William while going back to the grocery store.
When Mike is 24 (‘94), he sneaks back into the Afton house and finds suspicious notes about the Sister Location. He gets a job there.
Freddy is unable to stop them from being scooped, but due to being fused with his AI for so long, Mike isn’t as affected by Ennard. He’s still missing some organs, he’ll never age past 24, and there’s no way he’ll be eating ever again; but he doesn’t decay and is able to eventually heal, it just takes more time than is normal. He’s covered in bandages for almost a whole year after that incident.
A few years later (‘96) Evan takes the night shift at Freddy’s Pizzeria (fnaf 1), and later (‘97) Mike takes one at Fazbear Frights (fnaf 3).
Mike does take the job at the Pizzeria Simulator (fnaf 6) which I’m setting closer to the early 2000s (‘04 maybe?). He takes the exit route Henry has left open and returns to Evan and Jeremy with Helpy in tow.
Security Breach is set closer to 2010-15. Freddy isn’t sure how he feels seeing his former self on stage again, especially as he’s explained to Mike that they need to find Gregory before Vanny does. Mike is pissed the pizzeria fire didn’t end William like they thought it did.
Gregory goes through the night with them and the animatronic Freddy, going home with them while the Pizza Plex burns down.
Other random notes:
Freddy pushes their hair out of their face, often pinning it back, while Mike tends to let it flop in their face. Freddy has been known to pull it into two little ponytails and call them his bear ears
Tumblr media
Mike already had his ears pierced, but Freddy got one more to match the one he had as an animatronic.
Mike is nearsighted and needs glasses, but Freddy doesn’t so Mike refuses to get glasses, instead having Freddy read anything far away if he needs to.
Mike’s eyes are blue-grey, when Freddy is driving his eyes turn an electric blue. The glow in the dark slightly.
The Freddy’s charm glows blue very faintly when he’s talking to Mike when not in control.
They randomly twitch and stutter, due to one of them being a robot. Mike tries to hide or suppress it most of the time, but Freddy doesn’t bother with hiding it.
Mike chews gum almost constantly, to distract from the fact he can’t eat, and so he doesn’t chew on their nails (painted electric blue and black).
All the Aftons are neurodivergent. Evan’s autistic, Elizabeth had ADHD, and Michael is AuDHD. Haven’t decided on William yet but he ain’t neurotypical.
Mike has a different mother than his younger two siblings, and he’s half Mexican. His mom is never mentioned (she didn’t die, just left after Mike was born cuz she didn’t want kids) and Ballora is made for William’s second wife, Clara.
Mike is 5’9”, Evan ends up being 6’0”, and Jeremy is 5’11”.
Mike doesn’t physically or mentally age after being scooped, but it takes them a while to figure that out since Freddy’s never aged in the first place.
Evan has glasses.
Mike always refuses to wear the black pants that comes with the security guard outfit, instead wearing his trademark hole-y jeans.
While they both dislike being shorter than Evan, Mike sees it as one thing he doesn’t have in common with William. Freddy just sees it as a hindrance in reaching the top shelf.
Jeremy is a gay trans dude, and has a mullet and dyslexia.
Mike is queer ace. Freddy’s doesn’t particularly care about any of that(being an AI), and they use He/Him and They/Them pronouns because they’re two guys in one body. They also tend to refer to themselves as ‘we’.
Evan’s aroace. He’d much rather figure out the secrets behind his father’s robots.
That’s the scoop!

When he forced his way back in time and back to life, Michael Afton was ready for anything the world threw at him. This time he would be better, he would fix things, hed save everyone and himself from tragedies yet to happen...
What he didnt expect was to land in a timeline that didnt need a hero, a timeline where fixing wasnt necessary, and especially not a timeline where his father was kind, loving, and trying his best to be a good dad

summary: When Evan's older brother leaves him all alone in the pizzeria, Evan gets a little help from a kind stranger who looks oddly familiar.
word count: 3054
au: time travel au
...
He– He hadn’t thought Michael would actually do it.
It was the only thought on Evan’s mind as he rocked back and forth with his knees pressed against his chest, keeping his body held tightly to stop anything else from leaking out of the cracks and shattering him further.
‘Evan! I’m not telling you again. If you don’t leave us alone…’
But what else had Evan been meant to do? All the– All the screaming kids and the blaring music and the sharp tones from the arcade machines hurt, they slammed and scraped against his ears and they were too loud, and it was too crowded– he couldn’t move without someone bumping into him and knocking him over or knocking his bear plush, Goldie, out of his arms.
Michael had kept telling him to go find someone to play with, but Evan couldn’t. The other kids looked at him weirdly when he went up to them, and then he’d try talking and the words would get stuck in his throat until they burned, and his chest would go tight and he wouldn’t be able to breathe, and– and–
…No one wanted to play with a crybaby.
Evan just wanted to go home.
But he couldn’t ask because Mikey wanted to hang out with his friends. It wouldn’t be so bad if he could be with Mikey– Mikey’s friends were so big that no one would accidentally run into him, and he wouldn’t have to feel so lost and alone if Mike was there, even if Mike didn’t want to talk to him– but he couldn’t do that, either.
‘If the wittle baby doesn’t want to listen, we could always just go somewhere else. He can’t annoy us if he can’t find us.’
Evan had walked around the pizzeria three times before he realized Michael had actually done it. He hadn’t thought Michael would really leave him all alone here.
He hadn’t known what to do after that.
Father and Mr. Emily weren’t there for him to ask for help. Maybe he could have called and asked to be picked up, but Evan didn’t know their numbers.
He could walk, but one look out the window had told him that the sun was already setting. Evan knew the way home, but not in the dark.
He didn’t have any option except to curl up under one of the tables, keep his hands pressed over his ears to block out how loud it was, and hope Mikey would come back for him.
Evan wasn’t sure how long he sat there, rocking back and forth.
Long enough for all the sounds to not hurt his ears so much anymore.
Long enough that the gaping wound in his chest from being left behind had faded into a dull, numb ache at the realization that Mikey really wasn’t going to come back for him.
No one was going to come for him.
Slowly, Evan’s hands fell away from his ears and picked up the golden bear that had fallen to his side.
The bear’s glassy eyes peered up at him with a gentle smile that did nothing to soothe the ache inside him.
Come now. It’s okay.
The child’s head thrashed back and forth. No, it wasn’t okay!
Oh, Evan. I’m still here for you.
Evan hugged the animal close, whimpering.
He wished that were enough for him. He wished he didn’t want Mikey or Father to be here instead.
A plushie couldn’t get him home safely, could it?
Don’t be so sure. Your father may not be around, but someone must be in charge here.
Evan frowned down at Goldie’s gentle smile. So what?
And that someone might have your father’s number. Your father owns this place, doesn’t he?
Evan peered nervously through the white tablecloth keeping him hidden. He didn’t know what time it was. If it was Showtime…
The sooner you find someone who can help, the sooner you can get home. It’s not very nice under this table, is it?
The child’s head slowly shook. Aches slithered through his body from sitting all scrunched up on the hard floor for so long; it wasn’t very nice at all. But at least it was safe.
You’ll be okay, but you’ll have to get up now. Run and find someone in charge.
Joints groaned in protest as he slowly unfurled and reached for the tablecloth. With Goldie’s arm clutched tightly in one hand, Evan moved to stand. His legs wobbled dangerously under him for a frightening few seconds before Evan reached out for the table to steady himself.
His chest moved slowly in and out with a deep breath, and Evan waited another few moments for his legs to feel a little less like jelly.
Where was he meant to look for someone in charge? There was an office in the back where Father would work when he was here. If Father stayed there all the time, maybe the person in charge when Father wasn’t here would stay in there, too. If they weren’t, then… then Evan would try somewhere else.
Releasing the table keeping him up, Evan turned and dashed his way out of the customers' area, and to the hallway that would lead to the back office.
Or, he tried to.
He didn’t make it very far before he stumbled on his feet.
Fredbear stood directly in front of him, and its big, empty eyes were looking right at him.
The giant yellow monster’s hand was larger than Evan’s head, and its clawed hand lifted as the monster took a menacing step forward.
“NO! Don’t!” Jerking backward with enough force his small body almost tumbled to the ground, Evan turned on his heel and ran in the other direction.
His feet skidded over the colorful carpet as Evan took off. He ran past arcade machines, bumping into people as he went, and he kept going past the table he had hidden under previously. When Evan was sure he had run far enough that the monster had lost him, Evan ducked under another empty table.
It was a booth table this time, one set up against a wall. Evan curled up against the wall and placed his hand over his chest like he might stop the frightened, exhausted sobs from rocketing through his torso if only he pushed down hard enough.
It didn’t work.
Nothing ever worked.
No one else was scared of them. Father hated that he was scared of them, and Mikey did too. So why couldn’t Evan get himself to stop crying?
Trembling fingers reached out for his bear plushie only to come back empty-handed.
He must have dropped it while running from Fredbear.
“No…”
Evan’s knees snaked up to his chest again and turned his face further toward the wall beside him. A crisp chill crept across his skin from the cool concrete wall. Evan’s eyes slipped closed as the child tried to pretend that he was anywhere else. He was a fox buried inside a nice, cool burrow. Or a normal kid playing a normal game of hide-and-seek, with his chest shaking as he struggled to muffle his laughter so he wouldn’t be found by his normal, nice older brother. Or a rescue worker trying to save a cute little kitten that had run into a small tunnel.
Or he was a stupid little kid that had been left lost and alone. He was a joke.
…No wonder Michael had left him behind.
Evan trembled against the cool kiss of the concrete pressed to his skin as another whimpering sob shook his core.
“Um.. h-hey, kid.”
The child’s eyes snapped open with a gasp.
The silky white tablecloth didn't completely reach the ground, but hung down by a foot or so– just enough to obscure the figure kneeling down beside the table. Evan tried scurrying away, blinded by the fear that Fredbear had seen him duck under the table after all, but was quickly reassured by the lack of golden yellow.
It was just a person. Though, the only thing Evan could make out were black slacks and the figure's masculine voice.
Still, Evan tucked himself further against the wall. No one had ever approached him while he was under a table like this, except for when Michael would drag him out and tell him not to be such a baby.
The– the stranger wasn't going to do that too, was he?
"I think you dropped something…?"
The wariness faded from Evan’s eyes as the stranger's pale hand slid a small yellow plushie under the table.
"Goldie!"
Evan’s hand drifted to the bear, but froze with his fingers still grasping at nothing in the air. Memories of Michael stealing his toys and pretending to give them back, only to rip them away again at the last moment flashed through Evan’s mind.
But the stranger's hand drew away from the plush, leaving Goldie’s smiling face waiting for him. Evan quickly snatched his toy back and held the soft plushie close.
"Th-thank you…" Evan whispered.
The stranger shifted from a kneeling position to sitting criss-cross applesauce. Evan stared at the bottom of the man's button-up shirt, equal parts curious and nervous.
"Of course."
The child’s nose wrinkled. Didn't this man know that the proper response to a thank you was 'you're welcome?' Everyone knew that.
It took Evan a moment to realize what the man meant. 'Of course, I'd give you your bear back,' he’d said, as though doing something so silly for someone as pathetic as Evan was the most obvious course of action in the world.
Evan sniffled as the aftershock of another sob ripped through him.
"Hey, are you…" the man hesitated. "Are you okay in there? What– what's wrong?"
"I-I'm okay," Evan whimpered. "Noth– Nothing’s wr-wrong."
"Don't… you don't have to do that, okay? Whatever's– bothering you, it– it clearly matters to you. Otherwise, you wouldn't be crying under a table. So, don't lie."
Fresh tears built in Evan’s eyes. The man sounded upset. Past experiences had taught Evan that no one wanted to hear him cry, but– had Evan upset the man by not saying anything?
"I… I don't like th-those things out there. But they're everwhere. I h-hate it here, and Mikey left– left me here, and I c-can’t– I can't get out or go home or anyth-thing…"
“Your brother left you all alone here,” the stranger murmured. “I-I’m so sorry he did that. But, you don’t have to hide under the table, okay? The animatronics are gone now. I swear.”
Evan shook his head. “It’s n-not safe out there.”
“Listen, it’s your choice whether or not you want to come out. But I am not going to let anything happen to you. Okay, little guy? I can– I can even help you get home, if you’d like.”
“...Really?”
“Really.”
Evan frowned down at Goldie for a moment before his gaze flitted back to the white tablecloth obscuring the stranger’s upper body. “...Why?”
The man didn’t say anything for a long moment. Evan had enough time to be scared that the stranger had decided against helping him entirely before the stranger finally spoke. “...Because you don’t deserve this. You never deserved this.”
Evan’s eyes stung with tears at the man’s words. They almost didn’t seem real. “You– you promise that n-none of them are near?”
“Yeah. You’re safe now.”
Evan shot one last nervous look at Goldie, but the plushie seemed just as confused as he did.
You can always duck back under the table if he’s lying…
He nodded at the plushie before scooting his way to the table’s edge. Then, hesitating briefly, Evan peeked out from under the tablecloth.
The man didn’t look how Evan would have expected.
Dark bangs streaked down the man’s face, and his brown hair cascaded down his neck and shoulders from a ponytail. He was pale, but with undertones that suggested his skin had once borne a tanner hue. His sharp, blue-tinted gray eyes held a gentle kindness as they looked down at Evan from above his crooked nose, but there was something sad and tired drowning in his murky eyes and etched into the lines of his face. There was something else about him, too. Something… almost… familiar.
‘...Father?’ The question slipped soundlessly from Evan’s lips, because he knew even as the question rose in his mind that the curves of this man’s face were too soft and young to be his father’s.
Maybe the man had heard him anyway, because he froze in place, and his eyes went just a little too wide as he looked at Evan.
“Sorry,” Evan whispered.
The man swallowed audibly, but he smiled down at the child. “You don’t have anything to apologize for.”
Evan glanced down at Goldie’s glassy black eyes.
He’s… strange. This is strange.
Evan gave Goldie the smallest nod. This was strange, but… it didn’t feel bad.
“C’mon, little guy. Let's get your face cleaned some before we figure out how to help you get home.”
The man shifted back to a kneeling position before reaching his hand out to Evan.
The child’s gaze flicked nervously over the stranger once more. His eyes settled on the silver “SECURITY” sewn onto the shoulder of the man’s purple button-up before relaxing, and he slowly placed his hand into the man’s comically larger hand.
The man rose to his feet and simultaneously helped Evan up as well. He looked down in surprise when Evan didn’t immediately let go but rather held onto the man’s hand and stood close to his legs like a clingy child hanging onto his mother’s skirt.
By the time they left the loud play and dining area for the more muffled ambiance of the bathroom, the heaving of Evan’s chest with each shaky breath had slowed, though his sniffles hadn’t.
Grabbing a paper towel, the man wet the paper square in the sink and kneeled before Evan.
The child stood still, awkward and more than a little embarrassed as the man wiped the paper towel down his cheeks before finally patting at the snot under Evan’s nose.
“Watch this.” The man moved his arm back and forth as though preparing to throw the paper towel before launching it toward the trash can on the opposite side of the room. It arced through the air, bounced off the tiled wall, and fell promptly to the floor three feet away from the trash can.
“Oh.” The man frowned. “Well, close enough.”
Evan’s hand floated up to his face and shyly hovered over his mouth as he giggled.
The man sucked in a sharp breath as he stared down at Evan, and the laughter died on Evan’s tongue. “D-Did I– do something wrong?”
“No,” the man whispered. “You didn’t. Sorry, I just… Sorry.” Clearing his throat, the man smiled down at Evan, but the child couldn’t help but notice that his eyes shined a little too brightly, and the corners of his smile wobbled a little too much. “Now, how are we going to get you home?”
“It’s not far,” Evan said. “I know how to walk there, but…” Shoulders hunching, Evan ducked his head down and looked at the tiled floor beneath his feet. “I-It’s dark out…”
“Yeah, you shouldn’t be walking home alone in the dark.”
Evan thought there was something hard in the man’s voice, but when he looked up, the man’s face was just as gentle and soft and sad as it had been since Evan had first laid eyes on him. “My father might be home. I thought… My father owns this place, so… maybe one of the workers here would have his number…”
‘There.’
Was Evan imagining it, or had the man’s eyes darkened for a moment?
“That’s a great idea, little guy. There’s a phone in the back office we can use to contact your father.”
Evan’s eyes lit up. “You know his number?”
The man nodded. “Uh-huh. He’s… he’s my boss, after all. I’ll go call Mr. Afton. Wait right here, and I’ll be right back, okay?”
Evan nodded back, grateful that the chance to go home was finally within grasp. “Thank you, sir.”
The man’s nose wrinkled. “Let’s… lose the sir, yeah? And between you and me…” The stranger looked around as though checking no one would overhear. “When you go to sleep tonight. Jacks, Legos, toy cars, toy soldiers, whatever you’ve got– you leave those around your bed tonight, okay?”
Evan looked up at the man like he was crazy. Maybe he was– Evan didn’t have any other explanation for why he had gone out of his way to be so kind to a little baby like him. “Why would I do that?”
“Just… humor me, okay?”
“Okay,” Evan said, a curious and confused smile gracing his lips.
“Good.” The man stood and made his way to the bathroom door.
“I hope your night gets better soon,” Evan called after him.
The stranger froze. “What was that?” He asked, turning to look at the child.
“You seemed kinda sad, too.” Evan shrugged. “So, I… I hope things get better for you, too.”
“Oh. Um. Th-thank you?” The man looked at him for another second, but the sadness never left his eyes. “You’re a good kid, Evan. Like I said, you stay right here, and I’ll be back.”
The man raised his hand in a wave, so Evan lifted up his plushie and waved Goldie’s paw goodbye.
“You have a good night,” The man said.  When he walked out the door with one last sad smile, Evan leaned against the sink counter with his plushie held to his chest and waited for the man to come back.
After a long while of waiting, Evan’s hopes soared when the bathroom door creaked open, but Mr. Emily was the one to cross the threshold. Evan tried asking about the man, but Mr. Emily said that he didn’t know anything about the worker who had called him to take Evan home.
Evan didn’t see the kind man again that night. But his thoughts turned back to the nice stranger when he woke up late in the night to Michael yelping in pain as he walked barefoot into Evan’s room with a Foxy mask and the ruined hope of frightening his little brother in his sleep.

My FNAF Hyperfixation has inspired me!
So I've been reading a bunch of FNAF time travel fix-it fics. If you don't know what I am referring to, they are basically fics where Michael/William/Henry/basically anyone else finds themselves in the past by some circumstance. They then try to fix the future.
Now that you know what I'm talking about I can actually get to the point. I have decided to write a FNAF time travel fix-it fic. It is tied to an AU, so don't come at me about "canon". Here is a sneak peek at it.
-
Michael wished he died in the fire. Well, technically he was already dead. He had no pulse and he couldn't breathe. His brain had long since stopped working and he got his energy from Remnant rather than digesting food. In all reality, he was a stubborn spirit trapped within his own corpse.
Michael hadn't died in the fire that Henry had set. Hell, his body was barely harmed. All he remembered was passing out before waking up in a random alley. Michael realized someone saved him, but now he was even more alone than ever before.
When the Mega Pizzaplex opened on top of Michael's old restaurant, he knew there would be trouble. Sure enough, there was. Michael took a job as a security guard and found that, while they weren't murderous, the animatronics weren't quite right.
Michael also found his fellow guard, Vanessa, to be a little shifty. She turned out to be way more than shifty when she pushed him into the daycare ball pit from a height that would have maimed or killed anyone else.
Michael's afterlife only got worse when he emerged from the ball pit and found that he was back in Fredbear's Family Diner in 1980.
-
This short introduction obviously doesn't tell you all the fun little headcanons that I have for this fic. I guess you'll just have to read it to find out. Of course, I haven't written in yet. But! I am so hyped about the movie that I think I'll probably finish the first chapter before twenty-four hours have passed.
[Edit: My entire document on Microsoft Word deleted itself from reality... RIP. So... I'm rewriting the first chapter all over again. :> And trust me, I looked through all of my files and drives. Let it be known, I have turned on auto-save cause it sucks to rewrite dialogue, and know for a fact that it's not the same as it was. Also, I lost a doc with half of my headcanons for a different fnaf au. Sadness.]
Real quick, I do have only a little bit of important information for anyone who wants to understand the timeline. (Also so I can remember the basic timeline I made for myself.)
Original Timeline
1968 - Michael is born.
1973 - Elizabeth is born.
1974 - Charlie Emily is born.
1975 - Evan is born.
1980 - William discovers something called Remnant.
1981 - The Missing Children Incident happens and Fredbear's barely stays open.
1982 - William begins to create the Funtimes to harvest Remnant.
1983, March - Elizabeth dies at her friend's birthday party, three days after Circus Baby's Pizza World opened.
1983, August - Evan dies a week after the bite of '83. (FNAF 4)
1983, August - Mrs. Afton [Yet to be named] dies after driving her car off a cliff.
1983, October - Charlie is murdered by William at her own birthday party.
1986 - Michael goes to college to get away from the tragedy and gets a little therapy.
1990, April - Michael receives a letter from his father asking him to find Elizabeth.
1990, June - Michael dies in the Sister Location. (FNAF 5)
1991, January - Michael assumes the name 'Fritz Smith' and works at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria before being fired on his first day. (FNAF 2)
1993 - Michael uses the name 'Mike Schmidt' and works at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. (FNAF 1)
1993 - William dies in the Spring Bonnie suit
2000 - Michael works at Fazbear's Fright. (FNAF 3)
2010, Late December - Michael opens Freddy Fazbear Pizza Place. (FNAF 6, Pizzeria Simulator)
2010, Early January - Henry sets the fire, and Michael survives. (Still FNAF 6, Pizzeria Simulator)

For Charlie’s death, I bet if you’re paying attention and at the diner that day you could prevent her from getting locked out?
For everyone else I’m not sure. And I feel like burning down Fredbear’s won’t actually be that helpful.
I guess that could work, I just don't know what day she got murdered
It might have been her birthday?
Maybe if I start going to the restaurant with Henry, or just, all the time
But I don't know if I could handle it
And, what was that last part?

Afton family history:
William Afton left England at 18 (1966) to get away from his parents and go to collage in America. He’s studying engineering.
William and Henry share an apartment and a love of machines. It’s not long before they’re plotting to open a restaurant with animatronics. The sketches and beginnings of Freadbear and Springbonnie begin.
William meets Carmen Hernandez in 1968. Carmen is en route to becoming an actress. She introduces Ada Jones (later Ada Emily) to Henry later that year.
Carmen gets pregnant so William marries her, and Michael Fritz Afton is born in 1970.
Carmen leaves Mike and William in 1971, a couple months after Michael’s first birthday, not wanting to be tied down with kids before her acting career even starts.
William and baby Mike move in with Henry and a now pregnant Ada. Ada watches Michael while William and Henry get Fredbear’s Diner up and running.
Ada introduces William to Clara Durand in 1973. They get married a year later. Mike is 4, Charlotte “Charlie” is 2 and a very cute flower girl.
Elizabeth Adeline Afton is born in 1975.
Evan James Afton is born in 1976.
Ada and Claire are in a car accident, hit by a drunk driver and die in 1978. By now the diner is booming.
