I imagine the L/N story being most similar to Splatoon3's main story

Mafuyu is a high-ranking sanitized octoling soldier, despite the Tenmas + Toya being from the Metro too, they don't know each other due to military ranks

Due to the metro being freed, Toya was not fully sanitized like Mafuyu, which is the reason I have come up with for his hair being like that

Akito has seen Ena go into the deepsea before and is very against the idea. Toya says it's probably a bad idea to go there so it must be horrible

Ena and Akito's dad does NOT like octolings and taught them not to since it's a thing a lot of inkling parents tell their kids.

⊱ Mail ═ How often do they text or call their lover? And why they do so?

Emu texts or calls you all the time when you're away from each other! You could say goodbye and go your ways 2 minutes ago, and she's already texting you! She usually doesn't even have good reason for it, she just want's to talk with you about anything or to hear your voice, or to exchange stickers! Anything is fine with her!

So that's why whenever she texts you, it can start on simple emoji and you really get no productive talk and yet, you spend 30 minutes texting this girl...

⊱ Lazy ═ How do they spend lazy days with their lover?

Lazy dates with Emu are rare but when they occure. On them you really just lay around covered in plushies as you snuggle into them and talk with each other or you listen to this pink hair girl ramblings.

There's also a high chance for cookies of hot chocolate if either Emu is feeling energetic enough but even if, she usually doesn't want to leave your side so it's most likely her sister might give you some!

"...and then we all bowed as the curtains closed and people were literally so so happy from that show!"

⊱ Perfect ═ What would their perfect date look like?

Emu definitely likes playful and exciting games! So things like amusement parks or carnivals are the right way to go! She loves to just go through all the attraction place has to offer with you and see what made you smile and what she should avoid in the future!

And she doesn't mind if place repeats either! You can go through all the attractions in Phoenix Wonderland for a month or more straight and she'd still enjoy it. Somehow she even manages to make every date different through chats she has with you.

"Y/N! Let's go on that attraction again! I know we've been on it many times but it always leaves big smile on your face!"

⊱ Romantic ═ What are the romantic acts that they like to show to their lover?

Emu likes to make people smile and that goes double for their lover! She literally has little notebook dedicated to write down things that made you smile and how big was that smile! But please don't look at it as anything creepy... she doesn't hide it from you and will explain to you that she does it because she doesn't want to forget important thing about you! But if it makes you highly uncomfortable then she'll stop and most likely throw that notebook away...

Either way, her goal is to keep a smile on your face! So she does her best to remember all the things and maybe also carries notebook with her that helps her with it. Be it an item, act or words, she'd try to deliver at least one a day to you! And it's also her way of showing you she cares about you and wants you to always be happy!

"Hey look! I remembered that you really liked this dish so I brought it so we can enjoy it together!"

Nene really texts you rarely but it's usually something important! It's often just asking you if you have time to hangout or whenver she has some important news to tell you!

But there are also times when Nene sends you screenshots from her games with new achievements she got! Just please praise her for that! She'll always reply saying how easy it was, but don't let that fool you because she'll reply like that even if the achievement was close to impossible.

Lazy dates are common occurrence when you're dating Nene! She's a big fan of staying in and just watching a movie or enjoying each other's company while you simply lay and rest after exhausting day. You can really just be laying next to each other or hugging, she doesn't mind either! She just appreciates the time spent.

During those lazier dates it's most likely you two are watching a movie or just having something in the background. She likes to have something playing as it erases possibility of silence bring awkward.

"I like this... I hope they're finding this silence as comfortable as I do tho..."

⊱ Perfect ═ What would their perfect date look like?

Now perfect date for Nene is something rather calmer... there are few things she enjoys but she usually prefers the dates to be calm and peaceful! Of course she doesn't mind more energetic dates but she definitely has preferences onto calmer ones!

But there are many things you can pick from! There can be home dates, arcade games, cinema dates and musical dates! She enjoyed them all really dearly! But if it's just begginning of you two dating then maybe let's not do arcade and home dates... sure, she loves them but home dates can be a bit awkward and she'll just be sorry if she'll keep beating you at games... that's not the case if you're close tho! She's feeling more comfortable so even silence or comforting you after losing can be comfortable!

As for cinema or musicals, they're really just safe option as it keeps both of your attention and she doesn't need to worry about making up conversations as you always have a topic after it ends, like telling your opinions about what you just watched!

"Hey so... there's a musical I'm really excited about and it'll be out soon... and... I happened to get 2 tickets so... would you want to go together? Maybe even we can count is as a date?"

Nene isn't the type to scream about her love towards you so she'll do quiet but meaningful acts. It can be a gift while mentioning she knows you like it so she bought it for you, or when she gently holds your hand when you're alone while she gives you a reassuring smile if she's feeling confident!

But mostly she's showing you she cares about you and this relationship when you two are in comfortable silence, she'll look you in the eyes before giving you adoring smile just to focus on what she was doing earlier with soft smile. It may seem like nothing but she tries to show you that she remembers about you being next to her and appreciates you staying by her side!

"Remember our chat like... 3 days ago? You said you had your eyes set for one thing for quite a while so... I got you it! I just... wanted to show you I care..."

Apart from urgent and important texts and calls of Rui's, there are also simple check ups and silly moments! He doesn't text as often but he doesn't text rarely either... he's just a hit above neutral!

He does check ups whenever he's curious on how you're doing or if he didn't made a check up for a long time. He just wants to make sure you're alright and that's it!

Ad for silly texts... they can literally be so random! You can just chill on bed and you suddenly get a text from Rui about how his invention exploded into his face and now his whole gave is black... or that a fly just got into his mouth and he swallowed it... those can really go from relatable to simply weird and most stupidest things ever... but at least he manages to make you laugh sometimes!

⊱ Lazy ═ How do they spend lazy days with their lover?

Lazy dates with Rui happen a lot. But they're usually when he's too tired or too burned out to take care of his inventions so he just lays in bed, on sofa or anywhere comfortable and hugs you close from behind and plants soft kisses on back of your head.

You really can do anything on those lazy dates as long as he can just cuddle you and spoil you a bit with his affections! His goal isn't to make your cheeks red but if it happens, he'll take it as his unplanned win!

If you're not feeling for this much affection tho, he'll simply cling onto your arm and who knows! Maybe he'll even fall asleep like that? Oh but you're not getting away... he's holding onto your arm for dear life...

"Just a bit if affection... I feel like I need to give it to someone and that's when my beloved partners comes in~ You don't mind it, right?"

Rui is the type to like exciting but not peaceful dates it that makes sense... He likes to visit amusement parks but not when they're crowded... so he usually thinks if something you can enjoy at home! Be it by creating new invention, thinking if captivating game you can play or anything else that can be interesting and bring you excitement!

But as for the reason why he dislikes large group of people... he just sees dates as something special and as much as he doesn't mind showing you affection in public, he wants for them to be special so he rathers to show you ut when less amount of people may be catched staring...

"You won't believe what I just prepared! Well... let's just say it's new invention and you'll discover more details once the right time comes, okey~?"

There are few ways of his but the most important one step acts of service! Aside from inventions Rui makes just for you, he also often plans your dates! He can spend hours planning them and making sure they're perfect! So that's also his way of showing you how much he cares and wants to make you happy. Although he'll never admit how much time he spent on planning them, he will admit that he but his whole heart into this with goal of making you happy in mind!

As for other acts... there's also cresting inventions specifically for you. He collects all the little facts he knows and tries to remember if you had any problems recently, and based on those informations, he build an invention with hope that it'll come in handy or just make your life a bit better!

Oh I have. So many thoughts. You asking abt it even made me get up off my ass and draw again. Putting everything under the cut to avoid having a mile long post.

When I first had the idea I really struggled on who was a weapon/meister but after deciding on wanting to pair ruikasa/emunene up I was like tsukasa and emu need to be the meisters bc 1) it fits with them being the founding duo of wxs 2) I really wanted nene to be a gun 3) fitting tsukasa’s goals into the SE universe worked better if he was a meister. I elected to make rui a whip first and then I realized I could fit a bloodborne reference in there and reference becoming potatoes with the cane. I’m not entirely satisfied w the first pass at designs for the universe (not super close to the SE aesthetic, I cannot draw guns, I’m not very good at character design, etc) but i kind of tried to pull inspiration from:

- tsukasa and emu’s happy Phoenix costumes (split colors on tsukasa’s coat, tsukasa’s boots, the corset/bell sleeves/little cape thingie for emu)

- for tsukasa specifically: piano (b&w colors and stupid long coat tails), his second wxs costume

- emu: bc I drew her last and it was getting late I did less searching and more winging it but I did try to combine the style of her wxs costumes (shoes, dress, striped socks) & general darker Lolita (for lack of a better word) fashion.

- nene: her gaming event card (weird energy ball device thing? Which I would imagine functions similar to dtk’s shooting soul wave lengths thru the thompsons)

- rui: his ugly ass coat (fond) he wears as his first wxs costume. Also becoming potatoes cane handle thing. Him being a trick weapon (bloodborne term, essentially a weapon that can switch between two forms) also kind of lines up w him being a tech genius.

Ok done talking abt the designs onto the in universe stuff

- not basing any au story off the soul eater plot bc it didn’t work out very well (too many pjsk characters) (going with the main story wxs plot w a soul eater spin. Kinda. Gonna have to think abt that a bit.) but if I did mafuyu > crona, miku & the kagamines > dtk and the thompsons. Would that make cfm lord death. Emu would fill a similar role to maka with mafuyu in that situation but in general (besides the surface level similarities btwn tsukasa and black star) nene is too different from soul, emu is way too different from maka, and rui is literally NOTHING like tsubaki so I can’t justify just swapping out emunene/tsukasa with soul&maka/black star&tsubaki. No equivalent to that fucking cat in this universe. & the pjsk characters get to wear clothes when they’re in the weird place weapons’s bodies go when they’re transformed.

- idk maybe the regular soul eater plot is happening/will happen/has happened but this is the Japan branch (oceania branch in canon?).

- vocaloids are professors (not the kagamines. Forever babies.) but if there needs to be a lord death equivalent making that miku would be so funny. Also the normal vocaloid personalities and not the WXS ones for conveniences sake. Uhhh first thoughts for M/W would be meister miku, weapon meiko, meister kaito, luka can go either way tbh, kagamines are both weapons but are each other’s meister.

- similar to how rui did shows on his own for a really long time I think he was his own meister for a while (like Justin Law was). He doesn’t have many souls bc dwma in this universe at least pretends to give a fuck abt student safety so they don’t want to send him out alone on anything dangerous (despite his talent) and he can’t resonate soul wave lengths with most ppl bc they don’t get him. He ended up giving up on finding a meister when he was younger bc of this & just worked really hard on his own. He experiences a similar isolation from his peers that dtk did (ppl find him intimidating/envy at his skill/etc).

- equivalent of him transferring in to kamikou (? Spelling) second year is the kamishiros spending ~10 years in America. He’s still childhood friends w nene he just moved away after they drifted apart and then came back. Mizuki probably did something similar just 2 keep the mizuki & rui connection still there.

- tsukasa’s SE universe goal is to be the best meister - he wants to protect & help people (inspired by saki. I’ll get to that) but the equivalent of tsukasa forgetting he wanted to make ppl smile & believing he just wanted fame would be tsukasa believing he wants to be the best meister for fame/power.

- saki’s chronic illness is a result of black blood due to an incident w a kishin egg monster when she was younger. I think she would be a weapon but along with the canon typical chronic illness symptoms (not erasing those) she struggles for a long time w controlling her ability to change in and out of weapon form. Tsukasa & her *could* have been a m/w pair & have compatible soul wave lengths but 1) he’s overprotective and I think he realized he would not be able to fight without being too scared of getting her hurt 2) saki’s illness means she can’t really enroll in the dwma (yet. She gets there eventually.)

- nene was in the not classes before the plot picks up bc she didn’t think she had what it took to be a weapon. In universe equivalent to her forgetting her lines would maybe be freezing when she was supposed to transform during an important test when she was younger? Not baby age like in canon (bc I know the DWMA likes child soldiers but 7ish is a bit much even for them) but old enough to be taking classes & old enough to be put into not classes as a result. Im not reading SE NOT! to understand how those classes work though so thank god she gets out of those classes

- nene *is* a really powerful weapon she just lacks the confidence and struggles to resonate with people (& unlike rui she can’t wield herself)

- on that note emu can resonate with just about anyone but she hasn’t found anyone that felt right yet, and Tsukasa needs someone who can keep up w the intensity of his soul wave length and hasn’t found anyone who can do that yet.

- ^ similar to tsukasa being a piano prodigy or whatever in canon tsukasa *is* a really good meister, he just needs a really good weapon. Bc his peers would need more training to get to that level

- I toyed with making emu dtk adjacent (daughter of death) (bc PXL -> DWMA) but that would be too complicated with her brothers/dad/grandpa so I disregarded it. Maybe I’ll come back to it. I think it would make more sense for emu to come from a long line of really talented meisters so she grew up training for the job and running around the dwma.

- emu approaches tsukasa and is like we should work together!!! We’ll do better on missions and be able to take down harder kishin & maybe witches!! & he’s like sure why not every star needs a sidekick (obnoxious laugh) even though emu could kick his ass without breaking a sweat (in line with canon). & like the angel she is emu is like (ignores his pre main story dickheadedness) wonderhoy!! (Deathhoy?) okie dokie we need to find weapon partners then!! (bodily drags him to class)

- tsukasa sees rui training on his own and is like wow he’s really talented! Fitting for a future star like me! & approaches him to ask if they can pair up. Rui is like on the condition that you can find my friend a partner in your class (wants nene out of the not classes bc he thinks she’s far beyond that skill level). Emu jumps on the idea and is introduced to nene who is placed in the higher level courses to accommodate this partnership. Idc if that can’t happen in SE canon I think the Otoris have a lot of sway and any potential issues w nene being less powerful (not the case but it’s the assumption made abt not students) can be made up by emu’s skill.

- emu is instantly very taken with nene and they resonate well. I know what u are dot jpg. Rui & tsukasa can resonate but struggle to unlock their full potential (similar to soul and maka struggling with using the witch hunter form) bc tsukasa needs to realize what his real motivations are.

- tsukasa assumes nene has a low skill level at first (similar to his issues w nenerobo. God I wish I could think of a way to fit nenerobo in this au. sorry nenerobo) but is proven wrong when emu wields her.

- equivalent to the climax of the wxs main story in this is nene freezing again during an important mission and the group losing an important target -> tsukasa gets mad and yells at her -> rui fights w tsukasa over this and tells him that he’ll never be a good meister if he cares more about fame and power than people.

- tsukasa chats w the death scythe kaito & realizes the Error Of His Ways -> emu is considering dropping out bc she feels that she fucked up all of their futures as weapons/meisters by putting this into motion but tsukasa has the heart to heart with emu and they agree to continue being a team -> emu and nene partner back up -> they approach rui who has gone back to working solo and he refuses to partner back up w tsukasa

- idk what a good equivalent to the lonely alchemist show would be. Tsukasa and rui need to resonate & work together to help emunene because they’re in peril or something? & rui through the resonance realizes that tsukasa is genuine? Some sort of hand wavey plot device is used to resolve everything.

- I think that emu & rui and nene & tsukasa are also able to resonate and they do occasionally switch it up just for funsies. Emu and rui bc they just get along very well and nene & tsukasa argue with each other but can still function as a team.

- I don’t think that rui & nene can resonate because. Put down the pitchforks please. *Because* similar to their dynamic in pjsk despite their bond and their care for each other there’s a lot of baggage that needs to be worked through. Too many things left unsaid. Etc. they could probably achieve resonance later on but there’s not really a need to given that they’re both weapons and both have meisters.

- Rui thinks it’s a great training exercise to fight tsukasa “how do you expect to get better if you don’t try fighting against a weapon without a weapon… I’m just trying to help you… (fake crying)” “I’m already good at fighting without a weapon!! This is never going to be relevant knowledge anyways!!! You just want to fight me because you think it’s fun!!!!!!” “(switching manipulation tactics) Someone who wants to be a star would want to be prepared for any situation no matter how small the chance is of it happening” “hm…that’s true… ok let’s do it!!”

- cut to them in the nurses office. This is a weekly occurrence.

- emu also thinks it’s good practice to use tsukasa as moving target practice but this is less dangerous and more just continuing tsukasa’s never ending torment (he is a willing participant in said torment mind you)

- like in canon emu pulls nene out of her shell and hypes her up constantly which is huge in getting nene to have more confidence in herself and her abilities. It’s also incredibly helpful to have a meister who will never judge her for freezing and will always meet her halfway.

- also like in canon nene is very helpful with reeling emu in. She’s a very helpful voice of reason/impulse control but one that understands that even if emu’s ideas are unconventional they still have merit (even if they need to be refined a little)

- similar to the soul eater main cast having the self preservation skills of very small stupid suicidal animals hell bent on getting themselves injured or killed (Liz excluded), emu and Tsukasa are very prone to charging in to a situation w/out thinking. Tsukasa is more reasonable but unfortunately his weapon parter is not and rui usually cajoles tsukasa into doing stupid shit. Nene is suffering.

- maybe someday I’ll design rui & nene if I ever go back and refine these designs but I’m really lazy.

- not really sure how I would go around incorporating the wxs arcs into the soul eater universe with regards to PXL selling out and stuff. Making peace with the witches maybe? Something will probably come to me eventually.

- unlike atsushi ohkubo I’m not a terminally horny freak so there’s zero weird shit in this au.

- initial thoughts on the other units: minori(w)/haruka(weapon that chooses to be a meister) + airi(m)/shizuku(w), kohane(m)/an(w) + toya(weapon who was trained as a meister before deciding to be a weapon)/akito(m), mafuyu(m)/kanade(weapon… don’t make her exercise) + mizuki(w)/ena(m), leoneed swaps pairs frequently but shiho & izuka are meisters + saki and honami are weapons. Open to debate for most of these I haven’t given them much thought.

What do you think the cards would look like for hoc’s secret distance and outcasts halloween events? I was mostly thinking abt costumes on the trained but scenes for the untrained would be cool too

aesthetically, i didn’t think the trained costumes would change much (for secret distance, i wish i was better at drawing/designing outfits, but please imagine how a masc-but-still-gnc version of the secret distance outfits would look. thats rui.)

scene wise.. ough

halloween:

rui - same as normal more or less, the scene of the “argument” with an (tsukasa in the original event), but probably showing rui a bit more.. unkempt, actively dissociating about it. that vibe

hoc!kaito - also more or less the same but retranslated, kaito len rui and mizuki at the rooftop sekai as he gives rui and len a talk about doing shows with the others

mizuki - rectifying the original halloween event making nene a 2* for some reason, i think mizuki’s card scene would likely be a scene with them and rui (maybe after they finish the knight show)

an - while i am a big fan of how goofy tsukasa’s untrained from the halloween event is, i think for her arc as a character it makes the most sense for an’s untrained to be the scene with her and saki following mizuki going after rui

saki - when i was working on what my hypothetical card rarity distributions would be i had her written down as a 2*, and she has a relatively minor role so i don’t know if i could say a specific scene, i guess if an didn’t have the ansaki scene for her untrained saki would

secret distance:

mizuki - same as the original scene, reminiscing over the trip the group took while the other three nap, with that solemn bittersweet expression in regards to revealing their secret (although in this case, the fact only saki doesn’t know)

rui - timeframe wise most likely like kanade’s untrained, looking at the cherry blossom tree, likely him standing with mizuki given what i had written with them

hoc!luka - either the scene of her arriving like with n25!meiko, or the scene with luka and mizuki in the classroom

an - getting the shit scared out of her by rui ala ena’s card you LOVE to see it get wrecked gaygirl <3 (silly)

saki - also got 2* status in my distributions but this case i have a better idea of when it’d be which is the scene at the shrine

Small update for everyone who likes random useless information!

The ones with the most amount of cards in the tournament are, unsurprisingly, Tsukasa and Mizuki, with 6 cards each! Ena is in seconds place, with 5 cards.

Akito, Kanade, Mafuyu and Nene have 4 cards each, while Haruka, Honami and Minori all have 3.

The group that has 2 cards includes Saki, Toya, Kohane, Airi, An, Shiho, Rui, KAITO and Rin. Ichika, Emu, Luka and Miku only have 1.

Finally, Len, MEIKO and Shizuku are Not Appearing in the Tournament. They had some cards submitted, but all of them were submitted only once.

In total, there were 154 cards submitted!

I saw someone on tiktok complaining about how we don’t need a new all male group because of how popular the 4 males in the group already are. They also continued to mention how we need more female groups.

Now I’ve taken it upon myself to calculate how many fanfics each character has, and total it up, to see if the male fanfic numbers add up the way the original stated.

below is the current list of fanfics as of 12/03/23

it is obvious from the totals, that the 4 males do have a lot of fanfics written about them. i have also taken it upon myself to write down each vocaloid's fanfic count (unfiltered)

now I've done the liberty of adding up all the male and female fanfic counts, and listed them below with and without the male & female vocaloids fanfic count included.

the thing to note is that even without the vocaloids included, the female is DOUBLE the male count.

now there is the issue of "what if a new all male group was added?"

if Prosekai was to add a new group for the 3rd aniversary, they most likely wouldn't only add one, there would be a chance of an all male group, as well as a all female group, and a mix group such as Vivid bad squad and wonderland x showtime. so i calculated the average of the male and female character fanfic counts and added them to the existing total,

the average for the female is: 1.549 while the average for the male is: 3.526, to make it more accurate, i changed some of the numbers for each character.

male 2: 2.356

male 4: 1.122

female 1: 2.585

female 2: 1.476

male 5: 2.324

these totals were of course calculated with the intent of if they were around as long as the original characters where, so if they just game out, the actual totals would be way less than the totals shown here. and even then, the female total would have way more.

the story behind all this?

there is no coherent reason why ProSekai should not add an all male group. And while the individual fanfic scores may be biased, the total score is not. :) also even if a all male group is added, the chance an all female group is added is way higher. so you guys have a WAY higher chance of getting more female characters than you think so stop complaining.

I'm probably gonna regret posting this because it's absolutely long as hell but fuck it I'm doing it.

So a while back I made a bunch of roulette wheels set up for Project SEKAI characters (initially just the Humans and Virtual Singers minus Miku, but now I have those plus one for each SEKAI name and one for each human member of each group). After I made them, I spun it to make a Unit Shuffle AU and this is what I have so far for each new unit.

A group of music lovers with different goals that share an end game. To be happy with the music they make.

Almost all of the soft spoken or introverted ones, and most of them had a big want to perform music. I had the idea that Toya was talking with Tsukasa near the girls school, saw Ichika with her guitar practicing and let Tsukasa go off to find Saki while he went to go talk to Ichika? And then Haruka heard them talking about starting a band or music group and then went of to talk to Nene (who I guess could have been a friend from before becoming an Idol because of the theatre troupe). I'd like to think their SEKAI becomes a song like "Doppelganger" or just becomes "Doppelganger" outright, with Miku and Rin as the first Virtual Singers in the SEKAI.

Group 2 - True Heart×Smile

A group of preformers at Phoenix Wonderland, with shows mostly about the "Happiness Rangers". The group of school girls hope to inspire people to smile and be themselves.

Literally just the story of Happiness Sentai SaniSani☆Wonder April Fools group but swap Haruka for Honami. Like I'm not even joking, 3 out of the 4 are in that group. Emu did not let the others name the group, absolutely not. Their SEKAI would also probably become a like upbeat yet dark song, like "Lost One's Weeping" or outright that song (100% Neru would be commissioned for it). Len and Miku would be the two Sekai Virtual Singers. (Also, when the person who was offering me help saw Len was the primary Virtual Singer after Miku, they said "he is too fruity to keep his masculinity with this group." Send help /j)

Group 3 - More Hope @ 23:00

A group that works under anonymity, normally posting right before midnight.

In this version, Ena and Kanade make a small group on Nightcord (that's the platform name they mostly talk on after all), but they're originally a 2 person team. Ena does all the visual work while Kanade does all the musical work. Unfortunately, Kanade realises that her newest song is best as a male-female duet and asks Ena what they should do. She literally leaves her room, drags Akito in and tells him to help Kanade out for one song. The next day, Kanade is out shopping and bumps into Airi, who's performing on the street to let out steam. Since in this version, Kanade's online school is run by the girl's school, Kanade recognizes the uniform and asks for some help. They then make their group and Airi drags Kanade to school events. Luka helps Miku as the Virtual Singers. No idea for a SEKAI song.

Group 4 - CantaTALENT

A group of people working as a mixed Idol group.

I have no ideas for this group besides Mizuki and Tsukasa almost fight Cheerful*Days until Minori stops them. The Virtual Singers starter pack for this SEKAI is Miku and KAITO.

Group 5 - Vivid/Future

An Shiraishi

A group of music lovers all working to help make a bright and vivid world for all.

After Saki is back from the hospital, she quickly reunites and reforges her bond with Shiho. After failing to reconnect with Honami and Ichika, Shiho takes Saki to Visit Street and the cafe that An's dad runs. She's helping out with the music that day, and Saki convinces Shiho to play with them to just have fun. They eventually agree to help An try and spread some fun times and maybe even beat RAD Weekend. Rui happened to see them struggling to move a whole keyboard and offered to help them in exchange for assistance with a few ideas he had. An and Saki agree instantly, and now Shiho babysits them all. Their SEKAI would probably become the song No Logic and they get helped by Miku and MEIKO.

I did it, be proud.

Oh yeah, I also made the unit costumes for Similar Divide.

mafuyu: my favorite in the whole game. its odd considering that i used to absolutely hate her. i hated her for the same reason that most ppl hate her. i thought that everyone was overreacting to her problems but then i realized i was projecting my own insecurities onto that so i started to love her. ill pull her mothers hair out in clumps

kanade: my second favorite in the whole games. i just relate to mafuyu more. her hair is nice. we both hate going outside ♡︎ idk how shes paying the bills but either way i feel bad for her she lost so many ppl she loves & shes trying to protect someone she loves & i want a friend like her but i dont think itd be healthy but do i care? not really. i love kanade i wanna give her a comfy blanket to sleep with.

mizuki: this was very hard to do cause i couldnt decide to put them or kanade in the number 2 spot. ig i just have the smallest bit of more bias towards kanade. anyway their such a good friend big w for telling your bestie to run away (/serious) ily queen teehee were both transfem she/theys who hated life also their singing voice is the best out of all the characters

ena: ok i wanna like her more than i do but i just hate the way she treats mafuyu its like she thinks mafuyus a burden for not having conventional feelings a lot of ppl ik irl are like this so i dont care for ena that much but she obv has her moments of clarity ig but shes better than shiho (not sorry) also she abuses akito idc what ppl say

(probably. very unlikely though considering it'd be like 26 x 25/2 which is a massive 325- though i'm crap at maths so may be wrong- and i don't even know what percent of number of trust ranks combos already exists)

oh it will definitely happen eventually. but like, really eventually.

miku is the only character to have completed kizuna. Luka is missing the least (only 3), and Rui is missing the most (15). There's currently 126 missing Kizuna ranks, which I've listed below the cut (edited Jan 2024).

I dunno why there weren't any kizuna ranks added at the anniversary, you'd think they'd add some for this year's mixed events. though maybe that means we'll see those groups interact again before they get kizuna. OOOOOO okay!!! I wasn't thinking romance at all when picking these, romance is entirely different question.

1. Toya + Tsukasa - THE BROTHERS EVER. The way Toya looks up to Tsukasa makes me SOB and Tsukasa loves him just as much. That one time Tsukasa says Toya is "his number two fan, only next to Saki" Do you realize how important someone has to be to Tsukasa to even be CLOSE to where Saki is???? I saw a comic forever ago where Toya accidentally calls Tsukasa onii to his face and about dies of embarrassment while Tsukasa acts like he has never received a higher honor. I NEED that to be canon. 2. (L/n) Miku + Luka - Would it truly be a practickles post without my favorite unit being glaringly obvious? I personally am a huge fan of all of the L/n vocaloids (personality-wise, Miku's design is a whole other story) Miku working so hard for Luka's approval is just so eiurvnkesgrnusjergsd and the way Luka is so caring and teasing towards her is so lovely.

3. Shiho + Tsukasa - It think it's so so funny that almost the entirety of their dynamic is Shiho going "he's too loud" and then Honami going "Shiho be nice >:(" The way Tsukasa is so completely oblivious too. He's so so appreciative of Leo/need and all they've done for Saki and for the most part, they return that appreciation, except Shiho, who sees and is happy that Saki has a good brother, but accepts that she'd personally rather not be around the guy.

4. Rui + Nene - I am a sucker for childhood friends. The 4koma where Nene comes to clean for Rui's birthday party because she knew he wouldn't do it himself kills me. They are so caring towards each other. Rui built what he considers to be one of his greatest creations (RoboNene) just to help her and make her life better.

5. Honami + Emu - The lovelies! The sillies! Despite not being a huge Emu fan, I love their dynamic. That side story where Honami buys a bakery's last apple pies and shares with Emu is so dear to me.

Mixed Event "close game/OFFLINE" Summary

Bonus Member : Nene Emu + Touya Akito + Miku WxS

Feature : WxS + Akito Touya + Miku Len Rin Luka WxS

Summary (Twitter) : Knowing there’s game tournament will be held at certain arcade, Nene decides to participate for the winning prize. However, around the same time, Touya was thinking of participating in the game tournament...

Summary (Mine) : Moreless same as above with additional info the game tournament reward is entrance ticket for certain esport and Nene Touya want the rewards. Nene for game while Touya for it’s main stage has a certain street music performing there...

PS : That tournament need to register as 2 person team, so NeneEmu team using a name “PicoPico Wanderhoi” (very lol) while AkitoTouya “柳と雲” willow and cloud, came from their last name Shinonome and Aoyagi.

And for anyone doesn’t know, despite from well born family without any experience with game since childhood, Touya really genius with it and mark his ID as top ranker at most game of game center in front of station.

Card Time and Place :

Card came from Touya playing at game center while waiting for Akito, Touya playing crane game and yeah he’s really good just like this card showed well tbh they just sounds like couple playing around though

Card came from 1st round tournament, suprising enough it’s photo booth stage. To surpass the stage they need to decorate the photo and explain it then getting the approval from commentator (lol)

Card came from 2nd round tournament, the next stage is Puyo Puyo (let’s just say tetris lol). This scene focused around Touya vs Nene, in the end Nene lose miserably and she vow to get her revenge someday so yeah expect these TouyaNene game scene happens again someday lol

Card came from last round tournament, the game resolve around virtual FPS with all participate team playing. The screen came from Touya POV and they’re fighting last battle for winner. In the end Nene win the last match

So NeneEmu win the ticket but after hearing AkitoTouya disappointment in the end the owner gave his reserved ticket to them... Happy ending (lol)

Rarity, must agree with this line up, appearance and rarity based on story.

PS : I kinda like the BGM song in this event ! Can’t wait to see the finished song ! Ah for anyone do not know, one event BGM back song in previous summer mixed event in the end become a group song later (Hoshizora no Melody) but as I checked the event again, seems it's event BGM change so I can't argue with it (lol)

can I even had any room to complaint about it’s card and arts ? Well if I can complaint then it’s about my sadness can’t get them with just 3000 gems (ah yeah I keep getting different *4) and it include as limited banner...

All after change arts are absolutely awesome ! Even *3 Akito looks very impressive and it’s even better than most *4 cards can do good enough it’s free *3 so I can admiring the arts ! Well EmuNene ears and Touya mask looks pretty similar to one from BRS though~

Let me post this *3 Akito card for my highest approval mark *3 about how awesome this card arts ! THANK YOU FOR WHOEVER THE ARTIST IS !

I’m thinking Rui4 will most likely be Rui/Tsukasa/Emu 4*. Due to the 2 4* per unit rotation rule.

Agreed, I think it's the most likely combo now. Rip Rin but she can always go on a 5th rotation banner. Nene's still missing a cool attrib 3* so you could put her as the 3* and then MEIKO as the 2*? Her last 2* was wxs but she's like the only vsinger that works for a 2* on the event. If not you could make Nene the 2* again and do a Luka 3*.

This event story is the fastest way for everyone want to know what’s really happened in VBS so far. Don’t ever worry even you skipped all VBS event story before this one (aside I add above) since this event explain the biggest part in their overall story~

Minimum Requirement : A little bit of all group main story

This story pretty good if you’re tired with their group only limited interactions but this better read after you read most event stories before this one for best enjoyment.

Minimum Requirement : Nigo main story or having knowledge about Shinonome siblings

Rating : 4.7/5 (for enjoyment)

Feature : VBS members + Nigo members + Shizuku Airi + Miku Nigo + Len VBS

This event story makes you understand Shinonome siblings better than their own group stories. Additionaly it tells their past and Akito reasons for choosing street music than painting

6. KAMIKOU FESTIVAL ! (Mixed Event) here

Minimum Requirement : None

Rating : 4.8/5 (for enjoyment & comedic scenes)

One of my personal recomendation to understand the reason Kamikou members are the best. So many comedic scene and new interaction between MizukiRui TsukasaTouya are reveal here

Minimum Requirement : Nigo main story (additionaly Nigo previous story here)

I can say this story one of two best Nigo event story so far ! The story tells about Ena breakpoint when she hit the wall, the plus point is Ena VA really came out in full force

Minimum Requirement : VBS main story

Rating : 4.9/5 (for enjoyment and suprise element)

Feature : VBS members + Virtual Singers aside Luka as she still not appear at that time

This story makes you look at different light on Akito overall and the best VBS story so far. New NPC which maybe took big part on VBS stories later appear here and how supportive Touya as Akito’s partner

3. 怪盗紳士のハラハラ！？ホワイトデー (Mixed Event) here

Date Release : 2/28-3/9′22 (JPN Release)

Minimum Requirement : Any knowledge about Kamikou member relationships are fine but to add the enjoyment read Kamikou Festival

Rating : 4.9/5 (for enjoyment and comedic element)

TsukasaAkitoMizuki comedic team trolling here ! I can say those three makes the best comedy team than everyone else so I really recomend to read this one

The best Nigo story so far, with leaving some big question at the end. As Mizuki is the most mysterious character in this game, they made us more curious to them with this story and we can see MizukiEna going strong here
