i dont think i will ever be over nandor tying guillermos cape with such care and focus. that moment its possibly my favourite from the finale NANDOR ACTS OF SERVICE GUY MAKES ME WANNA CLIMB A WALL and the way hes putting guillermo on equal ground now makes my heart grow 3 sizes

and to be honest i dont think they can go back to where they were before. for anyone whos worried. like yeah he told him “now clean up the body” after he reverted back to human but to me that was more like nandors brain going like. “i cooked now you clean”. he went through such a tremendous amount of work to help guillermo. he had the empathy to recognise the problem. he thought it through concocted a plan. he got the robes and the candles and he painted and hung those banners. he held a fakeass ceremony with all their friends and elders so it looked official. he then also comforted guillermo when he couldnt do it and staked derek himself without a second thought. so maybe its was more of a. i pulled you out of a very hairy situation. can you take care of the body now? (also it IS gonna be hard to let go of certain habits so maybe some comments like this are gonna slip out next season, but that is just because they are useless and in guillermos absence the house fucking imploded in one year lmao… maybe guillermo is gonna teach them how to take care of it themselves next season so they can split the workload and cute shenanigans will ensue)

i just dont think it was mean spirited on nandors part tbh. LAZLO even offered to help. i dont think that was just to have him in the next scene i dont think an unusual detail like that could be just for convenience. i do FULLY believe they are gonna all be on equal grounds next season. and thats gonna be so fucking delicious to me specifically

I want the guys to spend weeks experimenting with Guillermos transition to Vampire and he's still not Fully Turning and then finally Nadja asks "Have you even Eaten Yet Baby?"

And when Guillermo admits he's not had human blood yet Nadja goes off on Laszlo, Nandor, Derek, and The Baron, for Starving Poor Baby Vampire Guillermo while they played their Science Games.

Then she takes Guillermo to a Gay Bar for his First Hunt.

With Nadjas supervision Memo gets Fed and Laid in the same night.

The continuous misunderstanding of Freddie as an episode and the finale confuses me, the Freddie fiasco was a “sleep in the coffin in the basement because you slept with Lilith", "you're a naughty bloody boy for shipping me off to go to the vampiric council alone", a "you're really leaving me and finding other clubs with Colin", the fandom was a lot more mad at the 2 Freddie situation (than Guillermo was, it was a lot more about him feeling like Nandor didn’t take him seriously and overstepping a boundary than actually being mad that Nandor fucked up THE best relationship of his life), Guillermo doesn't even blame Nandor for what happened after, he just doesn't want to be a familiar to Nandor or ever be perceived as one (it’s clearly not about whatever he has affection for him anymore he so clearly does, I don’t see how people interpret a clearly very emotional “I just don’t know how to quit you” as him moving on, S4 in some way was his version of S3 Nandor, desperate to seem detached and trying to be fulfilled by a relationship with another person).

The realization of the season is to put himself first, that he can't keep waiting for Nandor to decide what's gonna be of their relationship, like my man said “What’s next?” to him, he was genuinely waiting for his and Nandor’s next adventure (what made him decide that he wasn’t gonna wait was Nandor saying “idk lol”) but this time he’s the one choosing what’s next for them, that he can be in control of what’s gonna happen; THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT HE’S NOT TIRED OF HIM. HE’S TIRED OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP BEING CONTROLLED ONE-SIDEDLY BY NANDOR FROM A FAMILIAR TO A BODYGUARD TO A BEST MAN IT WAS ALWAYS NANDOR’S DECISION EVEN HOW AND WHEN HE WAS GONNA MAKE HIM A VAMPIRE. HE’S CHOOSING TO CHANGE BECAUSE HE WANTS CHANGE AND WANTS TO BE THE REASON THINGS DO CHANGE

As a Guillermo apologist first and a human being second, I am pretty sore that Guillermo is straight back to playing handler to the vampires with no real opportunity to be truly angry at Nandor, Nadja, and especially Laszlo. I’m currently clinging to the hope that they are genuinely laying pipe for him to be Up to Something (why the fuck does he wanna be accountant for Nadja’s club?
