✗ the two of you are constantly covering for hajime whenever the inmates in cell 13 get out, (not that either of you mind, it’s quite funny). 

✗ without a doubt, he will be loudly showing you off to ALL of his co-workers, talking about how amazing you are, (they all love you, but they’re annoyed because you guys have been together for years and they’re tired of hearing it from him 24/7). 

✗ it’s hard to be sad and mopey when you’re around mitsuru, especially since he’s a giant goofball. without him even knowing it, he will be cheering you up just by saying a couple of words. 

✗ expect to get teased by him a lot, especially if you’re flustered. 

✗ he’s always consistently coming up behind to either loop his arms around your waist, or to cover your eyes and yell loudly about how you need to have your guard up more. 

✗ you are consistently getting calls from the other supervisors about how you need to manage mitsuru because he’s being too loud. momoko is also yelling at you to control mitsuru, because he keeps on teasing her about hajime and she’s embarrassed. better go save your man before he gets smashed into the floor again. 

✗ he’s always narrating everything that’s going on, and talking about “viewers at home”? he’s never explained it to you, but you get quite confused about it sometimes. 

✗ this man has absolutely no shame. he is shameless, and he will kiss you wherever, even in front of the warden, who promptly throws the two of you out of her office, (mitsuru will be teasing you about how flushed you are). 

✗ he’s definitely the type to have a motorcycle, so on the rare occasions that you guys are on japan’s mainland, he will take you for rides on his motorcycle, (don’t ask my why i think this, i just think it fits him). 

✗ he will give you gifts under the guise that they “reminded him of you”, and then when you open it, it’s probably a toy snake or cockroach. don’t worry though, he will give you actual gifts from time to time, just be very cautious when opening these, because you never know what’s inside of them. 

✗ he will give you lots of compliments for everything you do, even if it’s really tiny things. even though he’s very loud and playful, he genuinely cares about you and wants you to know that you’re doing a great job. 

✗ when the two of you are alone, he’ll be a lot less rowdy and be more of a boyfriend, as opposed to the random loudmouth that’s always near you. he’ll be showering you with lots of kisses and affection, since everything has to be kept professional when at work, (a rule that even he follows). 

✗ this relates to what i said before, but back hugs. literally all the time, no matter whatever it is you’re doing. you’re making breakfast? he’s giving you a back hug and his face is buried in your neck. you’re doing paperwork late at night? his face is buried into your hair, mumbling about how you should really go to bed and get some sleep. 

✗ if you guys are ever at an amusement park, he will go on all of the rides that you want to. roller coasters are definitely his things, so if you’re into that, you two will be screaming and laughing your asses off on every roller coaster. if they aren’t your thing, then mitsuru will still be going on them without you, but he’ll go on other rides that you’re fine with going on, (sorry, but he would definitely do that). 

✗ you know how nanba literally has skiing slopes? yeah, he’ll try to push you off the slope so that you fall, (in the most romantic way of course). 

✗ this man will be just splayed across the entire bed, and it doesn’t matter to him you’re on said bed. he will full-on lay on you and will pretend to be asleep so that you’ll be stuck under him. 

✗ mitsuru does actually really like cuddling with you though, as much as he jokes around. his arms will be permanently around your waist anytime you guys are cuddling, and he’ll probably tease you a bit by moving his mouth really close to your ear, and then saying, “i love you, candice”. we know where that’s going, right? seriously though, he will hold you really tight and will play with your hair and aks you about your day, (he’ll be making jokes about anybody, depending on who you mention).

✗ he’ll be pulling your cheeks out a lot if you start telling him off about something, talking loudly about how need to speak clearer or he won’t be able to hear you, (he’s an ass sometimes, i can envision it).

I couldn’t stop this, it just happened. I am not sorry. It’s my first time making a comic of any sort and it was fun! I actually want to keep practicing and get better so I can make cute nanbaka comics with baby Jyugos in it <3 The beginning scene to a fanfic I’m writing where the reader is the mother of cell 13 and she’s announcing that she’s in a relationship with the bane of their existence, Hajime. Nico is not present because he’s a three year old and he’s taking his nappies.

Nanbaka: Upa x Nico’s Hyper Sister! Reader

Ever since my brother Nico and I got separated into different prisons Ive been escaping every single one trying to find him. I mean we would escape together before that, but that's because the medication were needles. I don't do well with needles and my brother Nico doesn't like them because it hurts him. Over the years I've lived in random apartments from time to time until the police caught me again and usually the only way the catch me again is because I get caught stealing anime merch, or even killing people for rare merch that comes out. Especially if I don't take my meds soon enough. In a way i'm like my brother except i'm shorter and almost a year younger. 11 months to be exact.

ANYWAYS! Remember how I told you I killed people for anime merch. Yeah well that just happened and i'm currently being sent to Nanba prison that is located in the middle of an ocean. Yeah you heard me! It’s quite literally on a giant rock somewhere just off the coast of Japan. Everyone said that it's supposed to be a prison for boys, but they didn't really know what else to do with me. I've already escaped the top security prisons on land, so the police just ended up talking to the warden of Nanba prison. Obviously she decided to make an exception for me. I had to meet her about a week ago so that way she could approve of my prison sentence there. She told me that I had to go on birth control just in case, because most of the inmates are perverted. I was just told by the guards on the helicopter with me that my inmate number is 24 and i'll staying in block 5 cell 8. I wonder how big it is?

(Third p.o.v)

"Cell 5! You're getting a new cell mate!" Samon yelled as some of the other guards walked in with a prison bed and set it down for you. 

"Wait who?" Liang asked curiously.

"I don't know I just know that they are some kind of escape artist. Oh! and apparently they like anime a lot." Samon spoke closing the cell door once the guards were out so the three inmates inside wouldn't leave.

"Nico!?" Upa shouted shivering at the thought having to share a cell with him.

"No. you wouldn't know them. The inmate is coming here on a helicopter right now." Simon answered Upa's question. 

"So is the inmate nice?" Qi asked finally speaking. 

"I don't know." Simon spoke again. 

"Is he good with fighting skills?" Liang then asked. 

"I don't know." Samon said growing irritated by the questions at this point. 

"Is this inmate going to be annoying?" Upa asked making Samon officially explode in anger.

"I said I don't know! I already told you everything I was told!!!" Samon shouted at the boys before storming off.

“Damn. What crawled up his ass and died today?” Qi asked like he didn’t just annoy the hell out of the supervisor. 

(YOU POV)

Once I arrived I gasped in suprise at how amazing the prison looked. I suddenly noticed this monkey looking guard waiting for me to get off the Helicopter. He had a tail and everything!

"Hiya! OH MY GOSH! Are you actually part monkey!? Is your tail real!?! You're like a real life anime character huh!?" I shouted trying to grab his tail. surprisingly it swayed away from me before I could even touch it. 

“Hey! Don’t you know its rude to walk up to someone and touch them without permission!? Who even are you anyways!?" The money looking guard asked a bit rudely. I just ignored his irritation. 

"Oh, I'm (y/n)... The new inmate? Where you not informed of me?" I suddenly said confused. He looked at the men who brought me here to see if this was serious. They just nodded and he turned to me clearing his throat. He blushed in embarrassment. 

"Very well. Right this way... My name is Samon and i'm the supervisor for block 5. I’m also the assistant for the warden." Monkey man introduced himself and starting to escort me to my cell. or well I assumed.

"That's cool! So you'll be watching me, huh?" I asked not realizing how creepy that sounded. He just nodded before saying. 

"Sorry about how i reacted to meeting you. It's just this prison doesn’t have any girls and. i DO NOT! Like my tail being touched." I noticed we turned into a hall with a bunch of cells. 

"Oh its okay I totally understand!! It's not every day a girl is in this prison especially an inmate." I answered paying more attention to the decor of the prison than the actual conversation.

"So is there anything I should know that the warden might not have told me?" He asked. I thought for a few minutes. 

"Um.. I need to take meds every day or I go crazy and out of control. Also the warden said I need to take birth control just in case." I stated as we stopped walking infront of a cell. He just said a simple “Okay” before opening the door. 

"Well here's your new cell mate boys!" Samon shouted to the inmates that were already in the cell, gaining their attention. The three boys looked at me in complete shocked. They were all pretty cute, but there was one that stood out the most. His green hair and pale white skin made him look like a porcelain doll.

"Hey! And no funny business!!" Samon yelled as a reminder before closing the door and leaving. They were all staring at me still. I felt a bit embarrassed now so I decided to say something. 

"Hi! My names (Y/n)! What are yours!?" I asked enthusiastically. The older one in the room shook his head smirking while putting down whatever it was he was smoking and walked over to me. He grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it. 

"How rude of me to not introduce myself to such a lovely lady. My name i-." He got smacked upside the head by the Green haired boy. 

"Sorry about him. My names Upa. That's Liang. And this trash is, Qi." He said clearly annoyed by the other male. Did he just call him trash? I stiffled a laugh not trying to seem rude.

"I could have introduced myself!" The two other boys yelled glaring at the small male.

"It's nice to meet you all." I said with a sweet smile before going over to my side of the room. Once I finished putting up my stuff on my bed and night stand I stood on said bed in triumph. I was only allowed to have this stuff because I forced them to let me bring it. What really grabbed my attention was the fact that Upa was now floating. I gasped and jumped onto his bed that he was floating above.

"Can you teach me how to do that!!? I want to float too!" I shouted. He looked at me slightly annoyed.

“You can’t just randomly jump onto my bed!! It’s my personal space!! and its not floating its called Qigong!” He answered me. I ignored his statement about personal space and got super close to his face.

“Please, please, please teach me!” I begged him with puppy dog eyes. he sighed and looked away from me with a blush on his face. 

“I suppose I could try to teach you.. but that doesn't mean you'll be able to do it.” He said. 

"I can totally do it!" I shouted with determination. 

"You’re actually really cute when you're so devoted to something..." He mumbled. i don’t know if he meant for me to hear that, but I did. A small blush covered my face. 

“What?” I whispered just enough for him to hear me.

"I.. I mean! Its very nice to see you with determination!! I dont think you’re cute! no way! Its not like I like you! How could i? I don’t even know you!" He said a little too fast.

"Would you two stop flirting? I'm trying to concentrate on learning some new moves." Laing directed over to us. 

"We're not flirting!" we yelled back at him. Laughter was then heard from Qi as he said.

"Yeah sure." I was about to say something when I realized the moves Laing was trying to learn.

"Wait! I can do that!" 

"Really?" Laing asked suddenly interested in what I had to say.

"Yes I learned it from an anime!" I said totally serious. The boys just started laughing making me pout a bit. They thought i was joking. Suddenly there was a loud bang and four different inmates fell onto the floor of our cell. 

"See I told you I saw a girl inmate!" The boy with black and red hair yelled. 

"A girl!" Two of the four boys yelled together. 

"What are you doing in our cell!?" Upa shouted. 

"We came to see the girl inmate that Jyugo saw walking with the monkey." A boy said with blonde and pink braided hair. I wasn't really paying attention though because I noticed something. The boy with green hair was my big brother!

"Baby sis/Big brother!!!!" We screeched to each other. I jump in his arms and he spun me around. 

"I missed you!" We yelled in unison again. Everyone was staring at us in silence. Upa was the first to break it. 

"She's your sister!?” Nico and I just nodded while giggling. 

"We were separated into different prisons because they thought we would stop breaking out afterwards." Nico said happily clinging to me. 

"Yeah, but we obviously didn't. So the judge's plan didn't really work out." I explained some more. 

"So why are you in this one!?" The one with a pink and blonde braid asked getting way too close to me. 

"Um... Well I kind of stole and maybe killed a man for rare anime merch. I trespass a lot, but only because I like wandering. Plus if I don't have meds I go crazy like my brother here." I said getting out of my brother's hug and stepping back so the guy wasn't so close. 

"Except she is worse." Nico started. The three inmate's that came in with my brother shivered in fear. 

"So you’re saying she’ll bite us if she doesnt get her meds?" The black haired boy with red at the end of his hair said. 

"No I bite. She will probably try to rip your leg off." Nico said. Everyone looked terrified, but Nico and I acted like it was the most normal thing which for us it was. 

"Baby sis! Let me introduce my friends. The boy with black hair is named Jyugo, The one with the braid is Uno, and the purple haired one is Rock." Nico said smiling introducing everyone. I smiled at the boys.  

"Do you like food?" Rock suddenly asked.

"Of course!! Food is literally life. If I had an endless supply of food, anime, and drinks I would be good for the rest of my life!" I yelled energeticly and giving them my adorable smile. 

"Why did you never tell us you had a sister?" Upa asked. 

"A beautiful one at that." Laing add. Nico stared at Laing intensely. I could tell from the look on his face that he wasn’t too happy Laing was flirting. He has always been overprotective. 

"Because it was a sensitive topic and.. she's my baby sister." He said the last part a deadly aura around. 

"I-I can tell." Laing said putting his hands up defensively. Upa was suddenly right by me and I jump a little not excepting him to be there so quickly. 

"How did you do that!?" I asked astonished because he was on the other side of the room only seconds ago. 

"I don't know what you're talking about." He stated with a small smirk. 

"Is it that Qigong thing you do?" I asked. My brother turned to Upa and picked him up. Pulling him in a tight hug him. 

"Master!" He shouted happily. 

"Put me down!" Upa yelled at my brother. 

"I wanna hold him now!" I said taking him away from my brother and snuggling him like he was a teddy bear. 

"Oi!! I didn't say you would pick me up either!" Upa yelled. I just snuggled into him more.

"Baby sis! Put him down." Nico tried to command me. 

"Aww. But I don't wanna. You get to hold him and I don't. Thats not fair!" I said pouting. 

"I'm not a damn baby!!" Upa yelled trying to get out of my arms. 

"That's because i'm older and I don't want my baby sis hugging boys, no matter how cute and innocent they look." Nico said trying to steal him away from me. Upa stopped squirming and glared at my brother. 

"I am not cute! And I am most definitely not innocent!" Upa shouted as everyone else was just laughing at the situation or being jealous that I wasn't snuggling them.

"See! Master isn't innocent more reason to put him down." Nico stated. I sighed in defeat and put him down. 

"You know i'm the only girl in this place besides for the warden right, big brother?" I asked. 

"The warden is a girl!?" Uno suddenly got heart eyes. I nodded before saying.

"She's the reason i'm here. Since I'm a super good escape artist and all. Honestly I think she has a thing for someone named Hajime because she was fantasizing about them when I met her." I stated only for Uno to fall flat on his face in disappointment. 

"OI! What are you four doing in here!?" I heard the guard Samon yell stomping over. "Doesn't the gorilla know how to keep you in your cell!?" 

"We came to see the girl inmate! Only to find out she is Nico's sister!! How crazy is that!?" Rock said obviously happy to meet me. In a shorter way to say they ended up having to leave with the help of Samon. I turned to Upa and smiled before picking him up again. 

"You are totally cute by the way." I said holding him to my chest again. Upa's face turned bright red and he pushed his face away from me before shouting. 

"Geez woman! You're going to suffocate me." 

"Put him down before I come over there!!" I heard my brother yell from down the hallway. 

"How did he know...?" I asked more so to myself before putting Upa down again.

dating jyugo: headcanons

❧ masterlist

✗ when you and jyugo first started dating, he was never really sure what to do with you, or what you wanted him to do. he never really thought that he would ever have a girlfriend, much less somebody as amazing as you who wanted to be by his side, so he wanted to make sure that he didn’t mess up and do something wrong. it took a lot of reassurance and coaxing to get him to open up more to you.

✗ once he’s more comfortable, expect to be used as a human shield whenever anyone is teasing him, (uno and honey mainly).

✗ will try to impress you by saying he’s going to set a new escape record, (he gets dragged back by hajime fifteen minutes later).

✗ since he doesn’t really have a lot of interests besides breaking out of jail, he will usually be doing whatever you like to do. you want to watch anime? jyugo’s right next to you, watching. you want to read manga? he’s helping you read some of the kanji. 

✗ despite what you might think, jyugo is a very good singer, (i.e. his character song) and will sometimes hum a tune if you ask him to, (warning: he will be very flustered and embarrassed).

✗ if you can’t sleep, he’ll sneak the two of you out onto the balcony to look at the stars. he doesn’t really know anything about astrology, but watching your face be lit up by the light from the sky was enough for him to want to be there with you forever.

✗ will break the two of you out to walk around to get some actual sleep in the guardroom, even though the two of you will get chewed out by hajime the next day. he likes to be able to cuddle with you without the constant noises from the others. 

✗ he will protect you with his life. a constant fear of his is that he won’t be strong enough to save you, and that you’ll get taken away by elf along with the rest of the people important to him. during the building five arc, he was consistently holding onto you, making sure that you were alright. 

✗ cuddles are usually his arms loosely wrapped around you, with him as the big spoon. he just wants to make sure that you’re safe, and having you in his arms makes him feel reassured of that. on days when he’s not feeling the best, his head will be buried in your chest, his arms wrapped tightly around your waist. 

✗ he doesn’t really care either way about pda, so it’ll probably just be whatever makes you comfortable, but if you kiss him in public, he will get very flustered, and may malfunction. hand-holding is a must for him; he loves the feeling of your fingers laced together with his, it makes him feel like you genuinely care about him. expect a lot of headpats as well, especially if you did something impressive. 

✗ before the new year’s tournament, he was scared about what you would think of him if you ever found out about his shackles. he figured that once everybody found out, it would be over for him, and everyone would leave him. this is why it came as a surprise when he came back to cell 13 and was actually accepted. the fact that you stayed with him and still loved him after finding out about his shackles made him burst into tears again, (he was teased mercilessly about it later by uno, rock and nico).

✗ “i’m sorry i’m such an idiot...i don’t really know how to be a good boyfriend, but i’m going to try my best.” </3

✗ in conclusion, jyugo has been through a lot, please don’t hurt him.

dating nico: headcanons

❧ masterlist

✗ he’s always going to be holding your hand, dragging you to wherever because he wants to show you something. 

✗ watching anime and reading manga with him is a must! those are your dates with him, so expect for there to be lots of snacks, courtesy of him annoying hajime. 

✗ if you’re really into videogames, expect him to ask you to teach him how to play your favorite games! he wants to be able to play with you, so he will spend hours trying to master whatever it is you teach him. 

✗ you’re the only person allowed inside of the infirmary when okina is doing his check-ups on nico, mostly because you aren’t rambunctious and allow him to actually do his work, but also because it’s quite obvious that nico feels a lot safer whenever you’re around. 

✗ he absolutely LOVES it when you do his hair, and bonus points for you if it’s a hairstyle from an anime!! he really likes it when you put his hair in a braid though, since you always tell him about how pretty he looks!

✗ if you’re even feeling a little bit under the weather, he will be scrambling to take you to okina to figure out what’s wrong. he wouldn’t want his beloved s/o to get sick!!

✗ expect to be gifted a lot of plushes from the claw machine! he worked really hard to get all of them, (he learned a lot from uno). 

✗ if you’re somebody who collects manga, expect to be his idol! he’s super impressed and amazed that you were able to collect so much, and he makes you promise to show them all to him once you all get out of prison. 

✗ he’ll always be trying to order anime dvd’s or merch online without hajime’s knowledge, and will usually enlist your help. of course, you always accept, but in the end, the two of you get hit by hajime. 

✗ if he ever needs help with redoing his bandages, he’ll ask you!! he feels safest when you’re doing it because he knows that you would never do anything to hurt him, (also because you’re really gentle with it, but also tie them really nicely). 

✗ when he first told you about his past before he got into prison and his second personality, he was expecting you to be somewhat afraid of him, since he knew that the other him was known to be very violent. he was super relieved when you said that it didn’t matter to you, and that you loved both parts of him, (he still wasn’t sure what the other him thought of you though). 

✗ nico doesn’t really care about pda, mostly because he just loves you so much that he doesn’t care about feeling insecure about it. he’d been deprived of his childhood for so long, so it felt great for him to finally have somebody who he loved, and who loved him back. with that said, he will definitely be giving you a lot of cheek kisses and hugs. 

✗ he’ll always be curled up next to you whenever the two of you are cuddling, but he will also always have his fingers laced together with yours, (it makes him feel a lot safer). 

✗ when you first meet nico’s other personality, it’s in the middle of the night because he forgot to take his meds before he went to sleep, which he usually never did. you weren’t really sure what you were expecting from him, but it went better than you thought it would. as it turned out, he really liked you too, although he wasn’t really as much into the hand-holding as nico was. overall, a decent experience with him after you gave him his medicine. 

✗ he’ll lay his head in your lap a lot, especially if he isn’t feeling the best. bonus points for you if you play with his hair while he starts to fall asleep. 

✗ one might think that his hair isn’t that well taken care of, but this is completely false. he wants his hair to be super nice and shiny like the cool characters in anime, so he asked uno for advice on how to take care of his hair. now, if you ever need something for your hair, you just have to ask him. 

✗ nico will do absolutely anything to protect if you are in any sort of danger. he’ll start to recall the way that upa and liang fight, and he’ll start to copy them so that he can get rid of any threat!! (he also wants you to tell him about how cool he looked). 

✗ sometimes, he’ll ask if he can do your hair because he thinks you look awesome with your hair done. even if you have short hair, he’ll figure out a way to put in a small hairstyle for you. 

✗ if you’ve ever been to a convention, he will start asking you so many questions about it. was there cosplayers? did you take pictures with them? was it super fun? he’s super curious about what a convention is like, and the two of you will make a promise to go to one once you get out.

dating uno: headcanons

✗ is your biggest supporter and will show you off to all of his friends, especially honey.

✗ will be very clingy, but also will respect your boundaries. if you’re not in the mood for a hug, just tell him and he will back off, (he’ll probably ask you if anything is wrong). 

✗ is very sensitive to your emotions, and will immediately notice if anything if wrong with you, even if you are a master liar. remember, uno is extremely perceptive in canon, so he probably knows all your habits and tells for when you’re lying. he won’t force you to tell him, but will remind you that he’s there if you ever need to talk about anything. 

✗ he doesn’t really know how to fight, but he can definitely throw a solid punch, so he’ll try his best to protect you. 

✗ will talk to you for hours on end about everything he loves about you, and will definitely tease you if you get flustered by it. 

✗ is the type that will order for you at a restaurant if you’re feeling anxious, although he will sometimes make you do it, since he also wants to push you to get over your fears. will take you away from a large group if you’re starting to panic, and will help calm you down. overall, he is very protective of you, and wants to make sure that you are comfortable. 

✗ he’s also great with an extroverted s/o, since he is a fellow extrovert. the two of you will loudly joke around and gang up on honey in the gameroom, challenging him to a game of darts. you’ll also probably pull pranks on jyugo, rock and nico a lot, and get chased around by hajime whenever you escape. 

✗ almost all of your dates will probably be in his game room. he’ll challenge you to any games there are, and he’ll teach you all his tips and tricks that he uses when he’s gambling. ✗ it will take him a while to even give you a hug. he’s so used to being closed up and on guard that it probably take a while for him to open up to you, and even when he is, he will be a huge flustered mess. 

✗ he’ll probably get teased a lot by qi about his relationship, and you’ll also get asked a lot of questions about upa from qi. in all honesty though, he’s just happy that upa found somebody who makes him happy; he definitely deserved it. 

✗ this is a bit of pattern with everyone, but upa will definitely protect you. it doesn’t really matter to him if you’re excellent at fighting or not; he knows that even the strongest people can be taken down when their weaknesses are targeted. 

✗ he’ll always tell you that you’re annoying him, but don’t believe him. he just says that because he’s flustered and he doesn’t want you to see, especially since it’s incredibly easy to tell when he’s blushing because of his pale complexion. 

✗ you’re the only person he will let directly touch his cactus. nobody else. nobody. 

✗ will unconsciously be a lot more soft and less harsh with you, but if anybody points it out, he will immediately deny it. 

✗ if you’re ever just watching him meditate and you lift up the talisman on his forehead to look at him, he will literally explode. you would probably be able to see the steam coming out from his ears. bonus points if you compliment him when you do this. 

✗ is forever annoyed that you’re taller than him, (do not tell me that you’re very short so you’re shorter than him, boy is literally 135 cm at fifteen years old i-). he will float using qigong so that the two of you can be at the same height sometimes. 

✗ pda is a huge no for him. he prefers to keep that sort of thing private, but cheek kisses are alright. even in private though, he will be super flustered with any sort of affection since he’s never really experienced it before. 

✗ is definitely really awkward with cuddling at first, but he’ll get used to it after a while. upa is the type to hold your hand when the two of you are asleep, just so he knows that you’re there. his grip is really tight even when he’s asleep, so good luck getting up if you need anything. 

✗ will tell you a lot of his secret thoughts since he trusts you a lot. 

✗ “i wish i could go back and see my family…” “qi isn’t actually trash, but he’s selfish because he never thinks about how everyone else would feel if he died.”

✗ there are times when upa will genuinely try to give you a compliment, but then sometimes he will be the smoothest mf you have ever seen without him even realising what he’s doing. 

✗ you’ll probably find out by accident about the scar he has on his stomach. he won’t tell you exactly what happened, but it’s pretty obvious that he doesn’t really like the way it looks. when you say you don’t mind, he doesn’t show it, but he’s extremely relieved. even though he knows you’re the type of person to not judge about that sort of thing, he couldn’t help but wonder…

✗ when you guys first started dating after the new year’s tournament, he was so scared to touch you, even though he knew that he physically could not ignite. he couldn’t help but fear that there was a chance that he would hurt you; that maybe the chip would malfunction. he even personally talked to okino and kazari and made them give him an absolute confirmation that he would not be able to create any fire. even then, it took a while for him to feel safer when touching you </3

✗ if you ask, sometimes he’ll tell you about his favorite things he learned about when he was in university, (he gets super into it whenever he talks about it, so get prepared for an entire lecture).

✗ you’re the first person he’s yelling for when there’s a frog, and if you’re both afraid of frogs, then you’re both panicking and spamming the emergency button. you both get an exasperated scolding from kenshirou about the use of the emergency button. 

✗ because he can’t see, he’ll be touching your face a lot, just to feel you and possibly invision how you look, so don’t freak out if he suddenly just reaches out and brushes his fingers against your facial features. 

✗ when musashi was still in the underground cell, you asked kenshirou if you could share a cell with him. he said no, but allowed you to instead be able to visit him under supervision from himself or a guard. you didn’t really like that there was going to be someone watching 24/7, but there wasn’t really much you could do about it. 

✗ the way he looks down at you with a small smile while patting your head is very therapeutic. any sadness is instantly cured.

✗ musashi is a pretty chill person in general, so he doesn’t really feel a need to show a ton of pda, although he doesn’t mind if you’re more into it. i wouldn’t say that he really gets jealous either; he trusts that you won’t do anything that would make him question you, so he doesn’t really have a problem with you hanging out with everyone else. 

✗ however, if you’re getting on hit on by someone, (ahem, trois and honey) he’ll probably be able to sense that you’re uncomfortable with their approaches and will take you somewhere else. if it happens a lot, he’ll probably just wrap his arm around your shoulder and make it obvious that you’re taken. 

✗ when you heard that musashi can handle his alcohol, you challenged him to a drinking contest. spoiler: you lost. it’s that german spirit, am i right? 

✗ like jyugo, he’s thinks about how someday elf might come after you. the thought scares him, especially since he doesn’t really have a way to protect you anymore since he can’t light up. nevertheless, he will be doing his best to try and keep elf from getting his hands on you. 

✗ his cuddles are great, especially in the winter when it gets chilly. he’s always really warm, so he’ll definitely offer to hug you if you were cold. 

✗ he loves when you lightly trace the tattoo on the back of his shoulders. he thought it was a bit odd at first, but he grew to love the soft touches, (or basically just any touches) from you. 

✗ he thinks it’s hilarious when you get all flustered, especially since it’s evident in your voice when you are, so it’s easy for him to tell. 

✗ he’ll help you learn how to read in braille, since he wants you to be able to read some of the interesting books that he has, (i have no idea where the books come from, so let’s just assume that you can’t normally ask for books, yeah?)

✗ he’s hesitant to do anything like holding your hand in the beginning because he doesn’t want to pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable.

✗ he is the definition of a gentlemen; he’ll hold open doors for you, make you lunches, and he’ll do acupuncture for you if he notices you’ve been more tired than usual.

✗ he’ll tell you lots of stories about his sister, and silly things that they would do when they were younger.

✗ you were nervous meeting his sister for the first time, but after the two of you had talked for a while, you realized that there was nothing to be afraid of. she was so sweet to you, and even baked little pastries for yourself and houzuki. she’s glad that her little brother has found somebody who can make him happy, and she also thinks you’re amazing!!

✗ since houzuki has a lot of piercings, he probably knows how to do a good piercing because he watched people do it so many times. if you ask him for one, he’ll be nervous about it, but he’ll still happily oblige! (as it turns out, he’s really good at it).

✗ he’s probably very knowledgeable when it comes to chinese medicine, so if there’s ever something wrong, he probably knows some sort of remedy for it, and will immediately make it so you can feel better.

✗ when you first met him, you thought that he had dyed his hair and eyelashes, and you were super surprised to learn that it was the natural color of his hair. he’ll let you gently brush the pad of your finger over his eyelashes, (you’re so impressed by the fact that his lashes are this long, how did this even happen??)

✗ regarding pda, he will keep things professional work, mostly because if you were to do anything, he would become very flustered and would probably get teased by his co-workers. when you guys are off, he’ll hold your hand and will give you forehead kisses. anything will probably have to be initiated by you, unless he’s feeling particularly brave.

✗ he’ll probably do well with an extroverted s/o, especially since he’s a fairly shy person. if we had a very shy s/o, and a very shy houzuki, nothing is going to happen and they will be pining for each other until the end of time.

✗ he’s always very polite, even when he’s just on a date with you. he’s always minding the way he speaks to others, since that’s what noriko taught him to do.

✗ because of your relationship with houzuki, it would merit that you are also on friendly terms with samon. he doesn’t really make it noticeable, but he keeps a closer eye on houzuki than everyone else, mostly because he’s slightly worried about him and how he would do with his shy personality. like noriko, he’s glad that houzuki has somebody watching his back, and somebody that he can open up more too.

✗ when you first saw houzuki’s eyes, he was really confused as to why you kept staring at him. he wasn’t exactly uncomfortable per say, he was just wanted to know what you found so interesting. in all seriousness though, his eyes are gorgeous, especially with the piercings he has around them.

✗ cuddling with him is usually your face in his chest with his arms wrapped around you, holding you close, (he’ll usually have a hand on the back of your head). he knows there’s a low chance of anything really happening, but he wants to make sure to be there for you and be close if anything were to happen, (he regrets not being closer to noriko, and sometimes feels that if he had stayed closer, she wouldn’t have died).

✗ he will definitely give you kisses on the top of your hand, and you will definitely get very flustered. the way he looks up at you when he’s doing it…!@#$%^&*()_+|”{:}?>:<>?:brainisgone

✗ when it’s colder outside, he will make you tea to help and warm you up, as well as the occasional hot cocoa, (his teas are really great though, he buys very good quality tea).

✗ i get the feeling that he has really good ceremonial grade matcha, and will make you matcha tea every morning before the two of you leave for work. he will also make you breakfast, and it will taste just as amazing as it looks.

✗ will share his umbrella with you when it’s raining, and will make sure you don’t stay out too long so that you don’t get sick.

✗ when you do get sick, he will take really good care of you, and will give you his medicine. he’ll take the day off from work and will spend the day making food and making sure that you fever is going down.

✗ overall, a really great boyfriend, 10/10.

✗ when jyugo first learns of your insecurity about yourself, it’s by complete accident. he had discovered it when you all had gone to the artificial beach that mitsuru had requested, and he noticed that you were taking a really long time to come out of the changing rooms.

✗ he walked up to the door and was about to knock on it to ask if you were alright, but then he heard something. crying?

✗ the closer he listened, the more he was sure that you were crying, so he swiftly knocked on the door, asking if you were dressed. you obviously weren’t expecting him to be there, so out of shock, you said yes, immediately regretting it. jyugo burst into the room, (almost about to reveal his blades in case there was anybody there) asking if you were alright, and were you hurt?

✗ to his surprise, there didn’t seem to be anything wrong, but you were still crying, so now he didn’t know what to do.

✗ “ahm, what’s wrong (y/n)?” his voice was a lot more timid, and it was pretty obvious that he didn’t know what to do in this situation. or, maybe it’s because he was having a hard time even looking at you now because he was trying to contain the growing blush on his face from seeing you in a swimsuit.

✗ his question just made you feel even more terrible; you didn’t want to burden him with your own problems, but now that he had seen you like this, what excuse could you possibly make?? more tears started to slip down your face as you wrapped your arms around yourself, wanting to just disappear.

✗ “wait! don’t, uh, don’t cry, alright? i don’t know what happened, but everything’s alright, okay?” jyugo will send you a nervous smile and timidly open his arms up for a hug.

✗ his arms seemed like a really good place to be right now, so you accepted the hug. you guys could hear the others calling for you, but you couldn’t even hear them, and there was no way in hell jyugo was going to be moving anytime soon until he knew that you were alright.

✗ you probably confided in him about it later that night after the incident. he was genuinely really confused on why you see your body in such a negative manner, because as far as he can see, you were absolutely perfect in every way. you’ll probably think that he’s just saying that to make you feel better, but no, he truly means it.

✗ so now, ever since he found out about it, he will be doing his absolute best to make you see yourself in a positive light. he’s really determined to do so; he’s never felt this way before about anything. he’d never felt as strongly about anything else that he did about this.

✗ he will be giving you a lot of compliments on how you look everyday, (he’s going to be blushing a lot though; he’s not used to giving anybody such words) and he’ll be trying his best to make sure that you’re happy and feeling good about yourself.

✗ if he ever sees you looking at a magazine model for a bit longer than you should, he’ll casually point out that everything in magazines is photoshopped and staged, (he knows this because he probably shared a cell once with a men’s magazine model who had also worked with women).

✗ he’s not going to say that you’re not allowed to be insecure, but he doesn’t think that you should be to the point that you hate to see yourself in a swimsuit, (quite frankly, he thinks you look absolutely amazing, and he’s said it to you a lot).

✗ he might even convince mitsuru to make hajime take you guys to the artificial beach again, partly because he wants to see you in the swim suit again, but mainly because he wants you to see how nobody else is going to judge you for how you look.

✗ jyugo can and will fight anybody if they make weird comments about your body, and he’ll even bring out the blades for this. nobody gets to talk about his s/o like that, and he’ll be damned if he lets them, (he’ll get beat up by hajime for trying, but hajime will most definitely punch whoever said it because he drinks his respect women juice i think).

✗ might ask uno for some ideas on how to get you to see yourself in a better light

✗ honestly, this boy just loves you so much, and he doesn’t want you to feel bad about how your body looks, because he thinks that you’re absolutely perfect just the way you are <33
