I’m really confused??? I thought bi people like both sexes equally or could be easily happy with either one?? How can someone be bisexual but say they barely have any attraction toward men but are super attracted to women? Wouldn’t that just be a lesbian?

From what I’ve observed, bisexuality is a spectrum. You have bisexuals who prefer women, bisexuals who prefer men, and bisexuals who are more or less in the middle. The bisexual person in the middle will, like you said, be pretty much equally happy with either sex. But some bisexuals like myself heavily favor one sex over another. It wouldn’t be entirely accurate to label ourselves as gay, straight or lesbian since by definition we are still attracted to both sexes, however skewed that preference might be. I find most men repulsive and women are objectively more attractive to me for the most part. But I still have the capacity to be attracted to a man, so it would be dishonest to call myself a lesbian.
