Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - Henry Lee ft. P.J Harvey
오아시스 노래만 주구장창 얘기하는 것도 지겨워서. Red Right Hand를 좋아해서 다른 곡도 찾아봤는데 이거 좋다.

i don't know if anyone has ever asked you this but, could you recommend some songs that you find interesting musically or lyrically?? not necessarily because the song is very complex, but because there is just something that catches your attention every time you listen to it.
idk if i am explaining myself right, but for example lady grinning soul by david bowie is one of those songs for me.
Hm, I did make a list. I'm not sure this is what you were thinking of, but it made me go down the memory lane. It seems I like the songs that tell a story. There's a lot not on that list, but this is all that came to mind now.
Bridge Over Troubled Water - Simon and Garfunkel
Piano Man - Billy Joel
Ballad of a Thin Man - Bob Dylan (and almost everything from his 60s and 70s albums in terms of storytelling)
Is That All There Is? - Peggy Lee (because it comes the closest to how I see life)
Have A Cigar - Pink Floyd (this one is for the lyrics, but musically I'd pick the entire discography)
Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters - there's plenty of known Elton John songs out there, but I find this quintessential, like a signature
Henry Lee - Nick Cave with P.J. Harvey (for the lyrics again)
Famous Blue Raincoat - Leonard Cohen (always for the lyrics, there's few in his league)
Modern Love - David Bowie (I could have chosen any Bowie song, but this one is so visual, perhaps because I associate it with Leos Carax's Mauvais Sang)
Purple Rain - Prince (I have this on vinyl and it's an experience, especially the guitar solo)
Silver Springs - Fleetwood Mac (the drama, the feelings, an entire affair in one song)
