🍒 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐧 🍒 . Manchmal ist der Alltag anstrengend und dunkel... Wie eine dicke Regenwolke... Alles tut einem weh, der Stress Pegel ist hoch und alles geht schief. Ein typischer Tag an dem man sich die Decke über den Kopf ziehen will. . Und genau das darf man auch machen, wenn es einem danach ist. Solche Tage habe ich durchaus auch. . Aber an anderen Tagen, und diese überwiegen wie ihr wisst, will ich garnicht das Negative in mein Leben lassen. Denn ich finde das Leben ist zu kurz! Jeder Tag ist so wertvoll und auch wenn alles schief geht, oder alles Weh tut kann man sich zur guten Laune entscheiden. Und ich hab die Erfahrung gemacht: motiviert man sich selbst gut gelaunt zu sein, ist der Tag auch viel erträglicher. . Wir können das Schicksal nicht beeinflussen, aber wir können das Beste daraus machen. Es liegt an uns, unserem Kopf und Herz, wie wir die Tage betrachten, wie wir sie verbringen und vorallem ob wir lachen. . Schaut einmal tief in euer Herz und fragt euch: Wie möchte ich meine Tage sehen und fühlen? Am Anfang ist es ungemein schwer, aber ich habe mir zu dem Thema viele Gedanken gemacht, viel ausprobiert und beschlossen euch im nächsten Beitrag mit dem Schirm eine handvoll Möglichkeiten zu schreiben (sonst wird der Beitrag hier zu lang) die ich ausprobiert habe und die mir geholfen haben. . I helped out some of Ben's teachers at school today with making copies. I was there from 11am until almost 4pm when it was time to get Charlie and get home. I must have made close to a thousand copies and stapled half of all that together. How teachers would ever get that done is beyond me but they do!!! And that's amazing!! Teachers are amazing!! I am so thankful for the amazing teachers my kids have.
