🙏मार्कण्डेय पुराण (गीता प्रेस गोरखपुर से प्रकाशित पृष्ठ 237) में श्राद्ध के विषय मे एक कथा का वर्णन मिलता है जिसमें रूची नामक एक ऋषि को अपने चार पूर्वज जो शास्त्र विरुद्ध साधना करके पितर बने हुए थे तथा कष्ट भोग रहे थे, दिखाई दिए। “पितरों ने कहा कि बेटा रूची हमारे श्राद्ध निकाल, हम दुःखी हो रहे हैं।" रूची ऋषि ने जवाब दिया की पित्रामहों वेद में कर्म काण्ड मार्ग (श्राद्ध, पिण्ड भरवाना आदि) को मूर्खों की साधना कहा है, अर्थात यह क्रिया व्यर्थ व शास्त्र विरुद्ध है।***

♦️*श्राद्ध आदि शास्त्रविरूद्ध क्रियाऐं झूठे गुरूओं के कहने से करके अपना जीवन नष्ट करते हैं। यदि सतगुरू (तत्वदर्शी संत) का सत्संग सुनते, उसकी संगति करते तो सर्ब पापकर्म नष्ट हो जाते। सत्य साधना करके अमर लोक यानि गीता अध्याय 18 श्लोक 62 में कहे (शाश्वतं स्थानं) सनातन परम धाम में आप जी

का आसन यानि स्थाई ठिकाना होता जहाँ कोई कष्ट नहीं। वहाँ पर परम शांति है क्योंकि वहाँ पर कभी जन्म-मृत्यु नहीं होता।**
