I have found that most people i communicate with who do not eat veggies just say they don't like the taste and hadn't furthered a deeper relationship with veggies n fruits by trying out all the diversity out there and making it work for them.
There is a million ways to eat and cook any earth food you come across.
We are not living in education system that teaches us to trust our own choices (will power) and to listen to our body/gut (intuition) when it comes to eating, or quite anything.
No body at lunch time ever asked me to close my eyes and to envision what my belly was telling me it found really tasty nutritious and healthy to eat.
Has anyone anyone told you that your body has the wisdom to know for itself what it needs?
Truth is,
This is the time where humanity is getting closer and listening, looking deeper and seeing, that our body is the road map of divinity.
Now let me ask you
Who's telling you that you do know what's best for you?
Who is telling you to trust the vision of health you see for yourself?
Who's telling you to go with what makes you happy?
Only you truly are, once you become aware of it you can start guiding these choices and making ones that meet your unique specific needs and wants.
The more you listen to your own gut and intuition that happier and healthier you will be!
Go with what feels good for you inside and for the planet, outside🌍
