12 Skyrim questions! finally getting round to doing this after being tagged by the beloved @choilacanth <3 uhhh i tag @shyzarr and anyone else who sees this and wants to do it :3

I’ll be doing Sif for this and i’ve put it all under the cut ^-^

1. What's your OC's favourite tavern?

I hate to say it, but The Ragged Flagon. Its where home is now and its where all her friends hang out and its where she can get jobs and free drinks

2. What about their favourite beverage?

Plain simple Nordic mead, can’t go wrong with it. She’ll spit in a bottle of Black Briar mead however.

3. Who do they travel with?

Sif mostly travels alone because I get annoyed when companions get in the way. But story/oc lore wise she has travelled with an oc Argonian companion until they died and Lydia until she sent Lydia back to Whiterun after (Lydia) getting injured when Sif got scared that Lydia would die too. Sif doesn’t like the idea of anyone dying for or because of her so she tends to stick alone but when quests have called for a companion, she will begrudgingly accept the help.

4. Are they wealthy? How do they make money?

I like to think Sif is always a little low on gold on person but most likely has a stash somewhere hidden that shes saving for when she can run away to retire. She mostly makes money by doing jobs for the Thieves Guild but occasionally earns septims via Dragonborn jobs such as Dragon removal. (She prefers however to stay clear of the Dragons after Alduin)

5. Do they worship any aedra or daedra?

Sif belives in the Nine, including Talos due to her Nordic upbringing. She belives and knows the Daedra are real so she assumes the Aedra are too. She isn’t however a religious elf and very rarely prays. Sif is interested in learning about the Gods of Tamriel, especially the Bosmeri Y’ffree but she can’t pronouce their name to save her life.

6. What is their biggest fear?

Probably dying. She feels like so many people depend on her, she has a whole world to keep safe and her friends and family. If she dies, who saves them? Its why she can be ‘bit of coward’ as she will choose to preserve her life and run rather fight what she can’t take on.

7. Any pet peeves?

She can't stand loud walkers? Why must they walk so loud, why are they proving a point to be heard? People who breathe loudly near her can make her uncomfortable too.

8. Do they like being dragonborn? Or do they see it as a burden?

Sif *hates* being dragonborn. Its the worst thing that ever happened to her - after all, why would a thief want to be in the spotlight? But aside from that, she has experienced a lot more racism since coming out as the ‘wood elf’ dragonborn, a lot more expectations and death and doom and the changes dragon souls can do to oneself. She wishes she never found out.

9. Favourite Skyrim faction?

As co-Guild leader, the Thieves Guild has her whole heart but she also has familial ties with Companions after growing up around Whiterun and alongside Farkas and Vilkas. Being Dragonborn she has ties with Winterhold and the College but she rarely finds herself that far north.

10. Any object they carry with high sentimental value?

Her amulet of Talos. She knows it can get her killed if the wrong people see it but it was a gift from her (adopted) father and its all she has left of him and home.

11. What about hobbies?

Sif’s actually quite the artist! She loves creating art but there isn’t always time to do it. She also quite enjoys a silent hunting trip through the forest and camping but thats become more of a part for every day life. She’s the type to say she’s too busy to have hobbies.

12. Favourite Skyrim city?

Toss up between Whiterun and Riften. Whiterun was where home was, where the farm was, where mama and papa were and where Farkas and Vilkas are. It was home but home isn’t there any more so the city has become painful. She finds more comfort in Riften now, the Guild is there and it’s members, the forest is there and it doesn’t have everything else but she’s made a life there after everything that has happened. She’ll say Riften but her heart say Whiterun. this made me miss sif thank u if u read it all lmao

I like the little detail of Loki's screwups being included in God of War in that every time Loki makes a mistake or screws up in some way, the way he solves it ultimately gives him and his allies something good in return.

In the og myths, Loki fucks up a LOT. But he always manages to get something positive out of it as well. He gets drunk and chops off Sif's hair? He gets Mjolnir for Thor. He convinces the Aesir to agree to agree to the stone mason deal to build the wall only for them to nearly be forced to marry Freya off to him when it backfires? He gives birth to Sleipnir and gives him to Odin.

Atreus released Garm and he's tearing through the realms? Atreus gets to reunite with his family and even manages to put Fenrir's soul into Garm, giving them a huge wolf that is totally loyal to Kratos and Atreus who can open tears in between realms which ultimately saves them all in Ragnarok. Atreus disobeys his father and runs away to Asgard? He not only makes allies in Thrud/Skjoldr that help out later but also gives him knowledge and put him in conflict with Heimdall which then pushes Kratos to kill him early, giving them control over when Ragnarok starts. Atreus seeks Freya out without Kratos' knowledge and almost gets murdered by her? He ends up giving her the information about realm travel which eventually leads to her deciding to work with Kratos to get her freedom, delaying her revenge and setting her on the path of moving beyond her pain to fight Odin. Atreus ends up going to Ironwood on accident and is missing for two days but refuses to tell anyone? He learns soul magic which he later uses to stop Odin, creates Jormungandr who is the reason they got anything done in God of War (2018), and he makes an invaluable ally in Angrboda whose knowledge and disobedience of fate help them survive Ragnarok.

Loki is the vehicle of change in every story he's in. Without Atreus doing what he does, acting out, causing chaos and being Loki, Odin and Asgard would've won the war. Every mistake Loki makes ends up doing something good in the long term. He is the one that pushes Kratos to get involved and to open his heart to others' suffering.

Without Atreus, nothing would've changed and Odin would've won.

Natural Satellite [ch 9]

An In Stars and Time AU. In ch 9, Siffrin & Isabeau cover their tracks. Start from the beginning here.

Isabeau heaves a sigh. “I’m sorry, Sif, I swear I’m not trying to tell you what to do here, it’s just… You’ve already had to hurt so much. Doesn’t it make sense to share it around a little?” “No.” “But you—” “No!!” He doesn’t understand. You’re here because this is where the Universe wants you. But Isa… There’s no reason for him to be here. He should never have got wrapped up in this in the first place. “I won’t— I just. Don’t want you to do that.” “Aw, Sif,” he says unhappily. Insult to injury. He died for you and now he’s sorry for you. “I’m sorry, okay? I honestly really get it. But I can’t just stand there and let you hurt yourself.” “I can’t stand there and let you kill yourself!!” “Yeah, totally. I mean, same.”

Wow. Ow. That was way worse than Sif made it sound, and it already sounded pretty crabbing bad. How long have they been doing this, to feel like it doesn’t matter? Or is that how they felt from the start?

Isabeau rubs the side of his throat and decides not to think about it.

You jerk awake with blood and bile bitter on your tongue. Isa, Isa, he— Why would he do that? You were about to say it!! It was right on the tip of your tongue and you were, you were going to say it and instead Isabeau—died. He died. He was alive and alive and then dead. Steadfast then bleeding and dead. It wasn’t nothing to him. He wasn’t unafraid. You could see the terror in his eyes right before he made the cut.

He probably thought that it would happen instantly. The looping back. Instead you watched him gasp and squirm for whole minutes before the Universe wiped it away.

You swipe a wrist roughly across your eyes. Why would he do that? You’d almost said it! You could almost— And then Isa was in front of you and on the ground and bleeding and it was, real. It was real. He was real and he really died.

Because of you.

It’s your fault. But of course it’s your fault; when is it ever not? Isabeau died so you wouldn’t. You wouldn’t let him save you so he died.

“Hey, Sif.”

You jerk around to find Isa standing over you, hiding behind a wincing little grin.

“Haha, wow,” he says wryly, rubbing the back of his neck. “That was way worse than you said!”

Before you know what’s happening, you’ve already flung yourself at him. Literally. Your feet leave the ground from at least a meter off. You collide with his chest like something launched from a trebuchet, tackling him clear off his feet.

“W-Woah!” he yelps, belly-up against the grass. Even with you crouched over him like a wolf guarding its kill, you can still feel him trying not to touch you. “Sif?? Are you okay??”

Ugh. You hate him. You want to blinding kill him. You want to squeeze him into a diamond and wear him over your heart, where nothing will hurt him again. You want to keep him in a fishbowl and feed him the finest, most vitamin-rich flakes. You want to tuck him behind your ear where nobody will ever ever find him.

In the background, you’re vaguely aware of Mirabelle coming down the path. When she spots you, she lets out a little squeak and bolts. It doesn’t matter. You can fix it later.

“S-Sif????” Isabeau squeaks. Still trying not to look at you.

“Don’t do that,” you growl, glaring down at him. Loop already told you it was bad, ending a loop like that. People aren’t supposed to carve themselves open just to save a little time. That’s what monsters do.

“I didn’t want to!! I just— You were hurting yourself!!!”

“So you hurt yourself worse?”

“Yeah!! Yeah!! Yes, actually!!”

You lean down to examine his throat, running your fingers up and down over a wound that isn’t there. There’s no scar, not even the faintest hairline seam. (But of course there isn’t. You knew that already. That’s not how it’s ever worked. Why are you being so weird about this?)

Isabeau even has freckles on his neck, where you’d think the sun would never reach. Half in a daze, you find yourself tracing a line from one to the next. Throat to chin, chin to jaw, jaw to the soft skin just behind his ear. It's not until you feel a tremor shudder through him that you realize what you're doing.

Oh. “Sorry.”

You sit back on your haunches, pulling your hands away from his neck, and then realize that you’re still sitting on him.

“Sorry,” you say again, twisting off of him and reaching down to pull him to his feet.

“D-Don’t worry about it???”

Before he can get too comfortable, you yank him down by the collar and slam your forehead against his. It’s more of a headbutt than a friendly bump.

“Don’t do that again,” you growl, digging your fingers into the back of his neck. “There’s no point if I can’t protect you.”

Not even an eyelash away, Isa’s eyes startle wide. Somehow you can feel him holding his breath.

(You could kiss him. You think he might let you this time, what with the adrenaline, and all the dying. You flick a glance at his mouth and listen to his breath hitch.)

…You let him go.

Isabeau lets out a breath like someone stepping on an accordion. More wheeze than air.

You tilt your head, innocent. “Isa?”

“Fine!!!” he shouts. "T-Totally super fine!! I just—um—w-will you just, um, give me a second?”

You shrug agreeably. You’ve got nothing but time.

Isa turns away and covers his face with his hands. He takes a deep breath, in and out, and then shakes himself off. “Um. I’m… sorry?”

“Okay.” He should be. He died in front of you. Weeping, gasping, choking on his own blood. You had a plan. He promised to cooperate.

“A-And it’s—I mean, it’s not like I don’t get it, it’s just that it’s… literally the same thing you’ve been doing this whole time, so I don’t see why…”

You narrow your eyes. “Do you want me to start doing it again?”

“No!!” he gasps. “Change, no, obviously not! It was just… You were hurting yourself!!!”

You’re aware of that, yes.

Isabeau heaves a sigh. “Ugh. I’m sorry, Sif, I swear I’m not trying to tell you what to do here, it’s just… You’ve already had to hurt so much. Doesn’t it make sense to share it around a little?”

“No.”

“But you—”

“No!!” He doesn’t understand. You’re here because this is where the Universe wants you. But Isa… There’s no reason for him to be here. He should never have got wrapped up in this in the first place. “I won’t— I just. Don’t… want you to do that.”

“Aw, Sif,” he says unhappily. Insult to injury. He died for you and now he’s sorry for you. “I’m sorry, okay? I honestly really get it. But I’m not just… I can’t just stand there and let you hurt yourself.”

“I can’t stand there and let you kill yourself!!”

“Yeah, totally. I mean, same.”

But that’s a false equivalence. Dying isn’t dying, for you. You’re not even sure that you can die anymore. But Isa…

You shake yourself off. “I need to talk to Loop.”

“O-Oh? Can I come, or—”

“No.”

“Aw, what!! Really??”

“Really.”

“Okayyyy,” Isabeau sighs. “I, um. I trust you.”

Does he, though? After everything he’s seen? Well. That’s his mistake. Pretty soon he’ll know better.

“See you later,” you mutter, and disappear into the trees.

each full moon drew me closer to klaus. it was undeniable; a strong, stubborn bond that i could not shake, no matter how much esther insist i must. the call of my own yearned to be near him, to raise him, to teach him. i waited for the day he may trigger his curse & need me, but that day never came. the pack was never complete without him. i was never complete without him. i should’ve done more.

born two minutes & seven seconds before his twin sister, and rest assured; he never let goldiva forget. cadman stood with the confidence of an alpha before he could even truly understand the meaning of the word. i watched him lead soldiers into victory after victory, and he did so with a valiance not even i myself possess. he did not marry nor have children, and he believed that made him a stronger warrior for it gave him nothing to lose. perhaps he was right.

and should anyone ever doubt goldiva’s place on the battlefield, they certainly never lived to make that mistake twice. my daughter was born with fire in her eyes & a wolf in her heart / claws already sharpened for war. she embraced the change on her eighteenth birthday, underneath the blood moon and standing side by side cadman, neither ever truly apart from the day they arrived. i fear cadman struggled without her when she died at mikael’s hand and he did not. it turns out he had something to lose after all.

HARRISON OSTERFIELD as RICMANN ( RIC ) ANSELSON

ricmann was a quiet child and he remained so throughout life. the boy seemed more interested in nature than people, whispering words to the injured birds while nursing their broken wings. he would spend hours in the gardens, tending to vegetables. though his name meant the power to rule, he grew up a gentle soul, burdened by the weight of the moon in the sky. i could see the pressure he felt to follow in his sibling’s footsteps. i hope he knew i would’ve loved him regardless.

UNSEEN IN THIS GIFSET as BEOWULF ANSELSON

our littlest wolf. beowulf came to us as a miraculous surprise, born on a cold winter’s morning, with sif clutching my hand. we loved him dearly in the short time we had together as a family, and though i know he struggled to remember us as i watched him grow from the other side, i do not regret dying to ensure his survival. my approach distracted mikael long enough for brida to run, beowulf tucked safely in her arms. i died knowing he was in safe hands.

What Norse myth books have you read already? I need new recs x

I don't think any of these are particularly new. Trying to make a list of all I've read. And granted, my attention span has gotten worse over the years.

The first book featuring the norse pantheon in any form I read was Neil Gaiman's "American Gods".

There's Diana Wynne Jones' "Eight Days of Luke" which served as inspiration for "American Gods", according to Neil Gaiman. Children's book.

There's also "Odd and the Frost Giants" by Neil Gaiman and his "Norse Mythology" retelling. Children's book.

I LOVED Louie Stowell's Loki: A Bad God's Guide to Being Good, if you have children or trouble getting through books, get this! It's hilarious and smart. I enjoyed it as an adult. Diary of a Wimpy Kid meets Norse mythology.

I enjoyed the first two books by Joanne Harris as a teen, "Runemarks" and "Runelight." The first two (esp. the first) are fun and I love the Bart Simpson-esque portrayal of Loki. Unfortunately, the quality of later books focusing on Loki is terrible.

I unfortunately read Joanne Harris' "The Testament of Loki", first chapter is interesting, but he's unwillingly sharing a body with an annoying teen girl, and the way Harris deals with eating disorders is really bad. It's awful. Don't recommend.

I think Lyra Wolf's The Nine Worlds rising series are an easy read. I think she has a great comedic voice and the books are worth reading just for that, and I like the toxic Odin/Loki relationship. I do have complaints about them, such as the anachronistic language (e.g. Loki knowing what a Chihuahua is), and that Sigyn doesn't have flaws other than caring too much for her no-good brother. She also has the women are either saints or evil witches dichotomy going on in terms of portrayals of goddesses. I think the stakes are good in these books so that you keep reading them.

I enjoyed Cat Rector's "The Goddess of Nothing at All" A LOT. While it doesn't have my ideal morally gray portrayal of Sigyn yet, it did make Sigyn more complex than others have. I also like this book mainly because I am a sadist and I love whump and there's a lot of suffering on it. It's so sad you won't be laughing at the myth!Loki memes. I would avoid this book if you don't like whump. I do have criticisms about it, such as her Loki was a bit too nice for my taste and could have been worse (making him justified for cutting Sif's hair feels forced; he can still be a loveable and tragic asshole, you know?). But my tragedy-loving self loves this!

I was looking forward to Genevieve Gornichec's "The Witch's Heart", it has a cute start of Loki giving Angrboda her burnt heart, but she criminally made Angrboda and Loki boring as fuck. Angrboda conveniently doesn't remember anything and just fumbles her way inside a cave for a large portion of the book. And she is the POV we're following. WE ARE STUCK IN A CAVE SHE WON'T LEAVE. Loki's portrayal in this is one of the most cisheteronormative I've seen yet, and it's surprising the author managed this in a story where Loki is impregnated by a horse and wears a dress (he impatiently yanks off because he felt emasculated). The author thinks having a lean build and no beard=queer. Loki only shows interest in women and feels emasculated while wearing a dress. I also happen to hate Skadi and her weird castration fetish in this book. Bitch wouldn't shut up about it. The good thing about this book is that there's no anachronisms, and I liked Hel's portrayal.

So confession, I had Kindle Unlimited trial briefly, and I read a bunch of Loki books, such as Lyra Wolf's.

I think(?) I read A.B. Frost's "Father of Monsters". It was quite short, but has nice illustrations, and Loki's endearing, even if a little shit. That both takes one for the team and also endangers the team.

I read (partially) some book about Loki escaping his punishment early and rejoining the Aesir, but it was criminally boring (it never described how Loki got out of situations and the prose was incredibly VAGUE) and seemed geared towards Norse pagans(Which I AM NOT). Had a spiritual conflict-avoiding vibe. It was called "Loki" but forgot the author's name and I accessed for free by Kindle Unlimited. I also didn't like that it referred to cops as "Tyr's warriors". FUCK COPS.

I have not finished reading Mike Vasich's "Loki". I think the man thinks MCU Loki is accurate to Norse mythology, because that's the only Loki I could picture (and he was adopted by Odin). And man spent way too long describing sensing "power levels" that I ended up getting bored and stopped reading. I've also seen some amusing excerpt from another of his books I have not read. But, if you're an author, don't spend a lot of time describing power levels, FFS! You'll bore the fuck out of your readers.

Imagine if Björn starts to have nightmares with the Ghost of Sparta, but one night he dreamed that he was being brutally spanned, hit, tortured to finally being killed by the Ghost of Sparta that slayed the entire Greek pantheon.

Then he wakes up screaming then gasping and crying, because man that was so scary (it would be even more chilly if Rage of Sparta plays in the background—) and Thor and Sif wake up to find him that way, so they comfort him saying that they won’t ever let Ghost of Sparta hurt him.

Even Thrud wakes up and she swears that if Kratos ever raises his hand towards him, she would make sure that Kratos won’t have anymore offsprings even if he wanted to.

He was running - eyes wide like a rabbit that was in pursuit of safety from the persistent hunting of a wolf whose jaws were already dyed crimson from previous hunts - his feet covered in sandals clicked upon the stone floors of the hallway he was darting down, praying to get away from his pursuer. Björn looked behind him and saw the pacing shadow of his pursuer with a background of blood, and his panting grew as he turned his head again and crashed into a wall before running along it and darting to the right of the corridor. He could hear the screams of the people that this wolf had already killed, some being for mercy, others praying for salvation, while the latter of them were cursing the wolf for all eternity; after what the bear saw, this wolf deserved to be in the depths of Hel a long time ago.

'Someone! Anyone! Help me! I don't want to die!' Björn's screamed in his mind for he lost his voice to actually call out; nothing but hot air came out as his heart pounded against his chest and his legs were burning as he saw a door at the end of the corridor. He increased his speed and burst through the door, only to stop when he almost went over the red cliff. He looked below him, bodies littered the ground, the fire burned all around, and blood rained from above, he turned around to run back in but his eyes were met with the gleam of a blade that shot out from the shadows of the doorway and slashed him across his chest, causing him to scream in pain before clenching his chest as blood leaked through his fingers and hit upon the ground - the ground was so red that he couldn't see where his blood fell. The lightning and thunder roared as the figure walked from the shadows of the darkness and the bear's eyes widened at the sight of how it was.

The Ghost of Sparta - In all of this prime glory.

A white-skinned man with piercing golden eyes glared into Björn's eyes that began weeping from the pain in his chest or was it from the fear of the situation. This man was dressed in unknown clothing with a golden armor plate on his right arm and the blades, they were burning alive. Kratos grabbed his blades and glared at Björn with pure hatred while Björn looked for something to defend himself with - in the distance, he saw a sword but when he made a move to grab it, Kratos' Blade shot out and cut his calf, causing him to scream and fall into a knee before it returned to its' master. Once the blade was back in his hand, the Ghost of Sparta slowly walked over to Björn, who tried to rise but fell upon the blood-soaked ground. He tried again but soon the foot of the Ghost found itself on the open wound of Björn's calf - making him cry out - before he was kicked in the side and rolled over.

"The time of Gods is over and it doesn't matter how puny you are - your blood makes you my target." The Ghost growled at Björn who tried to move from under Kratos' foot on his chest.

"Please... Don't! Don't!" Björn pleaded but soon his pleas were met with the blades plunging into his chest, draining his blood, and stealing his life.

[Asgard - Björn's Room]

"AHHHHHHH!" Björn screamed out as he opened his eyes and clenched his chest - it was hot and tight with pain - he looked around and he was in his room in Asgard. Björn slowly rose into a sitting position as he held his chest before he looked down at his sheets. He pulled the fabric of his tunic away from his chest to see if he was hurt, he saw a thin red line going in the same direction the Ghost had struck him in the dream; dreams were so real and they left their marks. Björn placed his hand on his chest just as the door opened and Thor, Sif, and even Thrud ran into the room with their weapons drawn, ready to defend their Bear Cub from any danger.

"What's wrong, Brother?!" Thrud asked as she looked around with murderous intent with anyone who hurt him.

"It... It was a nightmare." Björn embarrassingly said as he looked at the ground with his hand still on his chest, Sif looked at him and walked over to him, removed his hand, and gasped when she saw the scar cause her son's chest.

"What happened? Who did this?!" Sif asked as she looked at the bear cub, who looked at the ground before he opened his mouth and spoke about the nightmare of the Ghost of Sparta, the killing, the torment, and his death. Thor's glared deeper with each word his son spoke.

"That's it. I'm killing that bastard for plaguing my son's dreams and hurting him to the point it really happened." Thor said as he lifted Mjolnir, sparkling with lightning.

"No, My Love. We can't just kill him because he gave our son a nightmare, even though I wish we could." Sif said as she looked at Björn, "Little Bear, we won't let that dream come true. - the Ghost of Sparta will not touch you for we will protect you."

"And you're a skilled warrior, Son, I know that you won't let him hurt you without a fight and you will win that fight." Thor said with a proud smile on his face.

"Besides, if that bastard tries to hurt you, I'll make sure he can't have kids anymore," Thrud said as she punched her fist into her hand.

Björn chuckled at his sister's antics before he was engulfed in a hug by his mother, followed by his father, and his sister. He rested his head on the surface of his mother's shoulder and closed his eyes - feeling peace for the first time in a long time.

Personal take on Other Pantheon Gods if they appeared in the Show besides than Greek/Roman Gods. Starting with the Norse Pantheon.

Loki

The Norse God of Mischief and Fire. Loki was the Son of the Jötunn Farbauti and Laufey. He was also the Brother to Byleistr and Helblindi but later on became a Blood Brother to Odin by Blood Oath. Often Described being a Cunning Mischievous Trickster, according to the Eddas, he is mainly known as the "Source of All Fraud". Loki also had Three Wives (Glut, Sigyn, and Angrboda). Sigyn bore Loki their sons (Narfi and Vali) while Angrboda bore the Trickster God his Monstrous Children (Hel, Fenrir, and Jormungandr). He was also the Father of the Eight-Legged Horse named "Sleipnir". Throughout Myths, he does go on Adventures with Thor as he was the reason that Thor has his own hammer only because he cut off Sif's Hair and in exchange for gifs for the Gods from the Dwarves, Thor received a Hammer while Sif (Thor's Wife) received New Golden Hair. As many myths tell, he is mainly the Bad Seed of the Aesir Gods known for stealing Freya's necklace and even causing the Death of Baldur. For punishment, he was tied to a rock with a Snake dripping venom all over him when he was turned into a Fish as he tried to escape the Gods but One of his Wives (Sigyn) was there for her Husband to catch the Venom in her Bowl. In Ragnarok, Loki somehow escaped and joined the Giants to battle against the Aesir Gods.

SBSP Universe

Loki is The Trickster Norse God of Mischief, the Son of Farbauti and Laufey and even the Brother of Byleistr and Helblindi. He is also the Adopted Son of Odin and even the Foster Brother to Thor and Baldur. He is the Father to Hel, Fenrir, Jormungandr, Narfi, and Vali and even the Husband to Sigyn. After when Odin killed his Family, Odin adopted Loki when he was very young. Growing up with the Aesir Gods of Asgard, Loki grew up to be a Mischievous Prankster to the Norse Gods for he was the Black Sheep in the Family. He is very disgraceful, sly, mischievous, and intelligent for he enjoys a good laugh of fun pranks. He has an On and Off relationship with Thor as Thor hates him for his pranks, but at times when the Two go on Adventure outside in the Mortal Realm, they do help each other along with Other Travelers. When Loki met his First Wife (Glut), it was love at first sight for the Two did the most mischievous pranks on people. However, Loki ditched Glut as he only used her for helping out his own crimes. His Second Wife was a Female Jotun (Angrboda). Although she did wanted to eat him at first, Loki wooed her heart with love quotes as the Female Jotun instantly fell in love with him and bore him his Three Monstrous Children (The Goddess, Hel, the Giant Wolf, Fenrir, and even the World's Serpent Jormungandr). Odin feared of a terrible prophecy from his dream about Loki's children as he ordered the Gods to take his Foster Son's children away from Him (thus, separating the entire family) as the Children never grew up together as a Family with their own Parents. A Random Fling that Loki once had was the Horse "Svaðilfari" for Loki transformed himself into a Horse to distract the Pet Horse of a Giant that was building the walls of Asgard which lead into Sleipnir. Although Loki didn't care about his own horse child, he had nothing to do with the Young Foal as Sleipnir belonged with his Foster Grandfather. Lastly, his Third and Final Wife was Sigyn (The Goddess of Victory). Before Angrboda became His mistress, Loki and Sigyn knew each other before as the Faithful Goddess had genuine feelings for him, despite the trickstery that he does most in his life. Although Loki did like Sigyn, he never put any pranks on her as his life was mainly focused on tricking everyone else with his own Evil Pranks. Before Ragnarok, Loki was punished for putting Baldur into a curse as he was forced to be tied down to a rock until when a Venomous Serpent pours venom in his skin as Sigyn was always there for Loki to save him with a bowl. After when Loki served punishment and humiliation, Sigyn became his Wife after admitting the truth that she loved and cared for him. Thus, she bore him their Two Sons (Narfi and Vali). But when Ragnarok came, Loki joined in the Giants as he battled the Aesir Gods during the Final Norse Myth. He often loves making people to cause their own pranks on others in the Modern Era. He's not a fan of Neptune and Poseidon due to his own pranking to the Other Pantheon Gods as he could get along with the Flying Dutchman or Plankton.

Thor

The Norse God of Thunder, the Son of Odin (The "All-Father") and Jord, and even the Half-Brother of Baldur, Hoor, Vioarr, and Vali. Known for his Mighty Hammer, the Mjolnir. His Wife was Sif (The Norse Goddess of the Harvest) and his Children are Thrud, Modi, and Magni. His Animal Companions were Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr (who he would later eat) and he's also a Step-Father to Ullr (Sif's Child). In Norse Myths, Thor goes through his wild many adventures and even sometimes travels with Loki. Loki's reason for the Hammer was because He cut Sif's Hair off as Thor threatened the Trickster God to break every bone in his Body so Loki asked the Dwarves to make Gifts for the Gods as Thor received his own Hammer that the dwarves gift to him. He was a famous Giant Slayer known for being the Enemy of the Giants (his Arch-Enemy was the Giant Serpent of the World, Jormungandr, even for one time when Thor went fishing with Tyr's Father, Hymir). One time, his Hammer was Stolen by the Giant Thrym, for the Giant wanted to marry Freya but Thor disguised himself as a Bride as he went along with Loki to get his Hammer back as he tricked Thrym into thinking that he was Freya. He even smite the Master Builder who was revealed to be a Giant and in Another Myth, he was even challenged against the Giant King (Útgarða-Loki) through his Trials. In Ragnarok, he slayed down Jormungandr as his Sons survived the End of the World.

SBSP Universe

Thor is the Norse God of Thunder, the Son of Odin and Jord, and even the Step-Brother to Baldur and Loki.He is the Husband to Sif and even the Father of Thrud, Magni, and Modi and even the Step-Father to Sif's Child (Ullr). When Odin got to rule Asgard, Thor was the first born from Odin's First Wife (Jord) but when Odin divorced Jord, His Father remarried Frigg and had a Half-Brother named "Baldur", but when Loki came into their lives, He and Thor go through many Adventures in the Mortal Realm despite their On and Off Relationship. He is very hot-tempered and unpredictable, he extremely hates the Giants as most of the Giants fear him because of how Thor slays Giants with his Mighty Hammer. His Pet Goats were Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr (that were Baby Goats received as a Birthday Gift to Thor when he was Young) as Thor would often ride his Chariot with his Own Goats pulling his Chariot. When Loki pranked his Wife, Thor threatened Loki to fix his Wife's Hair or else, He will break every bone in his Body. The Dwarves then receive Thor his own Gift of a Weapon which was his own Powerful Mighty Hammer that the Dwarves made for Him. He generally loves his beloved Wife and even their Children as he often teaches his Kids to be Vikings and Mighty Warriors like his Father. His Arch-Enemy is the Serpent, Jormungandr (his Foster Nephew from his Foster Brother). After Odin threw away the Serpent in the Ocean, Jormungandr grew into a Gigantic Serpent in the Ocean as the Snake threatened a lot of people, even the gods but Thor was no scaredy cat as he protected the Lands from the World's Serpent. When Ragnarok hit, Thor took down Jormungandr and threw the Monster to Helheim and even rescued his Entire Family and fought against the Giants. He doesn't mind Neptune although he dislikes Poseidon because of his Vanity, he's very cool with all of the Other Pantheon Gods. SpongeBob even reminds him too much of his Brother (Baldur), due to both Guys who have Pure Hearts.

Sif

The Norse Goddess of Harvest and Fertility and even the Wife of Thor (The Norse God of Thunder). She’s also the Mother of Thud (Her Daughter with Thor) and Ullr (Her Own Son) and even the Step-Mother to Magni and Modi. She is often depicted as a Beautiful Woman, known for her Long Golden Hair since her Hair is meant to represent Wheat. Although she actually did lost her Hair once when it was cut off by Loki due to one of his Pranks, Thor threatened Loki to fix something about that situation as Loki went over to the Dwarves to ask them to make Gifts for the Gods and as for an award, Sif received New Hair. Her Husband engaged in a Duel with Hrungnir (A Jotunn) for the Giant’s Desire to kill off the Gods with the exception of Sif and Freya but Thor quickly kills him. Thor even got into an Insult Contest with his Father (who was in disguise) as Odin once bragged to his Son that Sif could possibly cheat on Him. In the “Poetic Edda”, when Loki roasts all of the Gods, he even roasts the Goddesses including Sif that they cheated on their own Husbands.

SBSP Universe

Sif is the Norse Goddess of the Harvest, the Wife of Thor, and even the Mother of Magni, Modi, Thrud, and Ullr. She is very Vain, Sophisticated, Generous, and Calm. She’s often very Sassy but as the Goddess of Grain, she can be Hard-Working to grow the Plants on Earth and even Caring to Others like her Husband or her Children when she needs to be. Before Sif met Thor, she was once in love with Aurvandill as she bore him Ullr but after a mysterious disappearance of her First Husband, Sif and her Son moved to Asgard where she met Thor. Although they didn’t fall in love with each other at first, they somehow began to adore each other as Sif finds Thor the most strongest God on Earth. Unfortunately, Jarnsaxa (the Giantess that was obsessed with Thor) was jealous of Sif and wanted Thor as her own Husband but as Thor refused when Jarnsaxa kidnapped Sif, Thor proceeded to smash her and she saved his new Lover. They even engaged themselves at Valhalla where they wed as Thor became Sif’s New Husband and even the Step-Father to Ullr. A Few Years later, Sif bore Thor her new children (Thrud, Magni, and Modi). One time, she lost her Hair by Loki as Thor threatened Loki to give his Wife new hair or else he will break every bone in his Body. Soon after, the Dwarves received the Gods new gifts as Sif received New Hair, but for Loki’s punishment for cutting off her hair was to have his Mouth sewed rather than the Dwarves keeping his own Head. Sif often hates Loki as the Trickster God always accuses her as a Cheater (either for cheating on her Former Husband or Thor) as it really annoys her a lot as Thor would always punch someone in the face for accusing his own Wife as a Cheater. She’s often very cool with Other Pantheon Goddesses as she does enjoy hanging out with Other Female Deities besides her own Pantheon as she’s really a Good Friend to Ceres and Demeter. She does happen to like SpongeBob as she gifts the Krusty Krew her own Harvest Wheat for Krabby Patties.

Odin

The Norse God of War, Wisdom, Knowledge, Poetry, Runes, Magic, and Death. Known as the “All-Father” of the Norse Gods. He is the Son of Borr and Bestla and even the Brother of Vili and Ve but later a Blood Brother of Loki. He is the Leader of the Aesir Gods of Valhalla and a Man who is often associated with Black Crows or Ravens. He is the Father of Thor, Baldur, Vioarr, and Vali and even the Husband of Frigg. He’s also one of the Famous Mythological Figures that Inspired Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus). His champion is Sleipnir (the Eight-Legged Horse who is the Horse Child of Loki). During the Beginning of the World in Norse Mythology, Odin and his Brothers defeated the First Giant named Ymir as the Brothers took charge of the World as they created lands for each of the World and even gave the World its own Dominated Species (the Humans). Odin wanted to learn about knowledge and magic so he sacrificed his eye to Mimir’s well as well as hanging himself in Yggdrasil with a Spear through his Body in order to gain knowledge of Other Words. Thus, he became the smartest God in all of the Aesir Gods. Odin also made a Blood-Pack deal with Loki as they became Blood Brothers. When the Dwarves received gifts for the Gods after when Loki pranked his Daughter-In-Law, Odin received his own Spear as a Gift from the Dwarves. Odin even feared that one day Loki’s Children would bring chaos among the World so he ordered the Gods to track down his Children from the Jotunn Mistress of his Blood Brother (Angrboda). Odin threw away Jormungandr (who grew up to become the World’s Serpent as a Giant Snake), he even made Hel in charge of Helheim where she took charge of the Dead but for Fenrir on the Other Hand ended up becoming a champion to Tyr. But as Fenrir grew big like his Brother (Jormungandr), the Gods tied Fenrir with Magical Chains made from the Dwarves. When one of his Sons (Baldur) was killed thanks to Loki’s trick, all the Gods cried for Baldur’s death except for Loki who served punishment as Odin ordered the Gods for Loki to be tied to a rock as a Snake could poor venom down to the Trickster’s skin. In Ragnarok, Odin was swallowed alive by Fenrir during the End of the World.

SBSP Universe

Odin’s first lover was Jord (The Norse Goddess of the Earth) but when the two split, Odin took Thor with him and re-married Frigg. Soon after, with Frigg, they had Baldur. Odin was responsible for killing Loki’s Parents as he adopted the Young Trickster. After the mistake happened when Loki pranked Sif, the Dwarves received each of the Norse Gods some Gifts, for Odin, he received his own Spear. For Hel, she had to be in charge in Helheim for the Dead For Fenrir, he became a Pet Campion towards Tyr, but when Fenrir grew up, he became the most Dangerous Beast in all of Valhalla so the Gods had to lock Fenrir up in a Cage in the Mountains. When Baldur was cursed in a Sleeping Spell because of the touch of the Mistletoe in the Spinning Wheel, He ordered his Son (Thor) and the Other Gods to track down a Magic Healing Spell to undo Baldur’s sleeping curse. After Baldur was woken up by Nanna’s true love kiss thanks to the Magic Mistletoe, Odin gave Loki a punishment where Loki was forced to be tied to a Rock while embracing the Dripping Venom on his Skin. When Ragnarok came, Odin and the Aesir Gods fought the Giants including Fenrir when Loki betrayed the Norse Gods. He happens to be a friend to both Jupiter and Zeus as he does like Neptune but he thinks that Poseidon is very foolish of himself when he’s not doing a great job taking over his Kingdom right.

He’s also a Sky Emperor as he’s part of the group, The Seven Emperors of the Sky.

Sigyn

The Norse Goddess of Victory, the Wife of the Trickster Aesir God, Loki, and even the Mother of their Sons (Narfi and Vali). She doesn’t appear in a lot of Norse Myths but she is described being the Unfortunate Wife to Loki. In the Poem, “Voluspa”, a Volva tells the All-Father (Odin) that amongst the things that she has seen, she saw that Sigyn was sitting very unhappy and unbound with her Husband under the Hot Springs. In Prose Edda, Sigyn was married to Loki and blessed him with their own Children (Two Boys). Fortunately, Loki and their Sons were captured by the Gods but Vali was transformed into a Wolf and rips the Guts off of his Brother (Narfi) but the Guts of one of their Sons were turned into iron as the three stones of their Father which Skadi (Njord’s Wife) places a Venomous Snake above Loki as the serpent drips its venom over his face. Only then would Sigyn have to protect her Husband from the Snake by having the Venom be dripped into the Bowl but whenever Loki screams in pain of the venom, it causes earthquakes. In Another Version, “Lokasenna”, When Loki is in the bound with the Gods with the Guts of His and Sigyn’s Sons, it’s mentioned that one of their children have been turned into a Wolf until Skadi punishes Loki with a venomous snake like in the First Version of Loki’s Punishment in the Prose Edda. In Ragnarok, Sigyn still loved Loki despite many of the awful tricks that he has done such as killing Baldur, she still remained loyal to him but when Loki escaped his punishment, Sigyn was too unfortunate of herself, for she could not choose to be with either her own Family or the Man that she loved.

SBSP Universe

Sigyn is the Norse Goddess of Victory, the Mother of Narfi and Vali, and the Wife to Loki. She is very Faithful, Kind, Independent, and Thoughtful. She loves her dear beloved husband (Loki) and even though he doesn’t prank on her, He fully respects her as he offers her generous gifts as they are very faithful towards each other since She was the Yin to his Yang. She also has OCD, due to the fact that she mainly tends to study and focus on her organizations for her God Title. Sigyn and Loki knew each other when they both met as Adults, although at first they didn’t have any romantic sights at each other, Loki found her boring when he had no ideas on how to prank her but he generally liked to tease her for fun which doesn’t distract nor insult Sigyn but his Teasy Pick-Up lines make her Laugh. Despite most of the backlash that Loki got over the years, she had genuine feelings for him as she cared for Loki for she felt sorry for him being overshadowed by his Adopted Brothers since he was often the Black Sheep of the Norse Gods. When Loki served punishment for cursing Baldur under a sleeping spell, Sigyn had to protect him from the venomous serpent that dripped venom on his Skin as she used the Bowl as a shield for Husband whenever venom poured. After Loki had faced the consequences of his actions, Sigyn comforted Loki as she admitted the truth that she truly loved him since she was the oddest goddess to stand out for him out of all of the Gods of Asgard Valhalla. Being a Sly Devil Ladies Man the Trickster was, Loki accepted Sigyn and made her as his wife where she bore him their Twin Sons. During Ragnarok, when Loki joined the Giants against the Gods, Sigyn had to comfort her Husband once again to stop the War and return back to their Family. Although he didn’t listen to her when the War ended as the World was reborn, Sigyn begged to the Gods not to hurt Loki but would promise to keep him out of Valhalla as Sigyn and Loki had to stay living in the Mortal Realm forever. She’s a very Good Mother towards her Own Sons and Step-Children. She’s very calm around Other Pantheon Goddesses that she does tend to befriend with some of the Other Gods like Proserpina and Persephone for instance. She also doesn’t mind Neptune and Poseidon.

Warnings: childhood friends to enemies to adult lovers, slow burn, Santi is an idiot, sadness, heartbreak

Life went on. Your heart burned every time you saw Santi. Thankfully he worked in the other building. Your first day consisted of board and security meetings. The FBI found new evidence that pointed to a competitor. He had it out for the company since the beginning. Mister Dawson was roughless some say even corrupt. Olivia describes him as a vulture or a black hole swallowing everything he wants to. The problem was, Dawson hides behind a hoard of lawyers.

Your day was uneventful. You signed papers, wrote new contracts, interviewed a potential new employee. You were bored out of your mind. You stood up from your office table and went to the door. You were on your way to the when you ran into something. You looked up and came face to face with solid muscles. Your eyes wandered further up till you are met with startling blue eyes.

“I am so sorry. I wasn’t watching where I was going?” You chuckled at the man, “No, it was my fault. I was distracted and ran into you.” Both of you stared into each other’s eyes before falling into a fit of giggles.

The stranger pointed into the direction of the coffee kitchen, “You want to grab a coffee and talk a little?” You nodded and smiled. The stranger with the enchanting eyes clapped his hands, “Great! By the way, my name is Andrew.” You smiled and told him your name.

“So, Mr hot asked you on a date?” You nodded eagerly while Sif was wolf whistling. Benny waggled his eyes at you, “Well finally. You deserve it. Who was the last bloke that dated you? Daniel? Something with a D. Can’t remember?” You laughed, “David. He had to go on a journey to find himself. Now he is giving Yoga classes to soccer moms. I think he is dating one of his clients.” Benny and Sif made a face of disgust. “Thankfully you aren’t together anymore.” You nodded before taking a sip from your beverage.

Frankie came into the bar and sat down next to Will. The blond man moved a bottle of bear into his direction. Frankie pointed with two fingers to his temple before pointing them away from his face, “Gracias, amigo.” Will nodded.

Benny turned to his friend, “Where is the idiot?” Frankie sighted. He looked at Benny with a look only he and a few others (the delta bois as you liked to call them) could read. “He is on a,” He made air quotes with his pointer and middle finger, “Date. He doesn’t know how he feels around her even if it’s their third date. You all know how Santi and dating is.” He snorted into your glass of beer.

You looked into your own glass. Remembering Santi’s first attempts of wooing girls. He was clumsy but he had the cute dork with locks bonus. Every girl in high school loved those damn curls. Sadly his current hairstyle doesn’t show his glorious mane of unruly curls.

Frankie went on and on about Santi’s date. He met her once and she seemed nice. “I don’t know. She seems nice but I can’t shake the feeling that there is a dark side behind that shy smile.” Frankie’s eyes flittered over to you. Santi once had a toxic relationship in forth grade. The breakup wasn’t pretty.

You smiled encouragingly at your long-time best friend, “He will not crash and burn like last time. You say she is nice. When was the last time your gut told you something wrong? And if something happens, we are there to catch him.” You had a sour taste in your mouth but you swallowed it down. Santi wasn’t interested in you. Andrew was.

You fished out your phone from your purse. You searched for the contact of Andrew and found him. Opening a new chat you began to type.

Sif leaned over as you wrote Andrew. “Is this Mr. Hot?” You only nodded and resumed writing the man in question. Sif took a swig from her drink, smirking the whole time. Benny looked over and saw you both. “Babe, what’s with the smirk? And why is she so engrossed in her phone?” He pointed at you as you replied to Andrew’s texts. “Well, seems like someone will have a date too in the near future.” You looked up and saw the gazes of your friends on you, “I am so sorry. I put it away.” Immediately your phone wandered into your purse. Benny looked at you expectedly, “And? Are you getting laid? You need it.” Your mouth opened and closed while everyone around you snickered. “I have a date. Tomorrow. We eat lunch together.” Everyone cheered and wolf whistled.

“Is that for me?” Everyone turned to the voice at the end of the table. Santi stood there with a brown-haired woman on his arm. She had kind brown eyes. On her soft pink lips laid a gentle smile. Santi took a deep breath before looking at his company, “Hey guys, meet Lory. She is my girlfriend.”
