Did I just come up but the world's worst name for ErrInk kids? Yes I did.

Did I have to draw this on paper because of an unannounced family trip? Yes I did.

So now, behold...

The world's worst picture of the world's worst Inking job of the world's favorite children. I did all of this in the car btw. I simplified their designs just a little to make them easier to draw while in the car.

Speckle

My errink ship child!

I've had Speckle before I even started posting on here honestly,they kind of just crawled out of a puddle mixed with peices of shards from Error's bones. They weren't exactly a baby either,born with a body that of a 10 year old's roughly,and automatically had this mindset of survival.

He's been alive for 5 years at this point,his soul is constantly stuck in this loading phase,and isn't building a stable amount of magic.So he has little to no feelings,and has to take apart code in universes and turn that code into a inky ball of string that he consumes for more magic.

There are different types of ink he can get only based in certain locations and aus,he usually stores them in small glass vials he keeps inside his coat to drink for later when he needs magic. Though his soul usually isn't visible,there are rare occasions where you'll faintly see it.

He's extremely curious about everything, he'll go extreme levels to find things out,for example.

"How much blood do humans have?"

Or

"What do they taste like?"

He doesn't even know who his parents are either,he kind of just lives,does his own thing,but if he met his parents or a possible sibling/half sibling.

Someone related at all,he'd stalk them.

He's a weirdly creepy child who wasn't been told the wrongs from the rights since he had no one to exactly take care of him,from "birth".

His Ink and Error.

His Ink and Error aren't together really,so technically he isn't exactly an Errink ship kid,but he has both their genes.

Does his tail do anything, like could he use it for attacks? -🍦

It does!

He can make all the bristles on it flatten down so the tip is sharp enough to stab enemies. Or people in general who did nothing to him because he's curious of what their reaction is.

He can also throw a blob of ink at enemies,but he doesn't do this often because the ink is his source of magic and he can't produce any stably. So most often it's either stabbing or using other objects for self defense,or he doesn't defend himself and looses an arm,which he can fix.

Eventually at least.

He can also sit on his tail kind of like a kangaroo! He does it to relax when he can,but occasionally when he does feel... he draws.

Maybe at some point he'll finally be able to fix his constantly loading soul?

Who knows.

Talk To Speckle.

This is a small extra series I want to add to the bunch of things I'm doing.

It'll kind of just be here for you guys to have more things to interact with,but the drawing won't be fully finished peices they'll basically be black and white sketches with color only to signify something important :)

So,quicker to be able to respond to :)

Ask my son questions if you really have any or just...talk to him about your day if you want.

He's a good listener...uh...when he wants to be at least.

What gave you the idea to make Speckle?

Well originally Speckle wasn't a errink ship child.

This was originally going to be a universe where ink is kind of like Error,I even had a comic planned out and everything, along with a possible ask series. This was originally supposed to be my first undertale series,but it got scrapped because I didn't like it too much.

Below is extra old stuff.

So this was the old idea for the opening of the ask series which was terribly rushed and purely mess.

Ew.

And then I changed the idea again to a comic called a "Speckle Of Color".

Here it is :)

Then I changed it AGA IN-

But with a new character named Shade.

This is basically how Midnight was created,he was made long before the variants were created just not exactly the same,in this place all the Au sanses including other characters lived normally in this town.

And the Dream of this place is the ruler and all holy powerful god you definitely shouldn't mess with,he was very inspired by DreamSwap I'll tell you that. The Nightmare of this universe got sent away to Limbo/a shadow realm where he soon escaped as this shadow type god/kind,sounds familiar right?

Because Midnight is basically Shade just rewritten and reworked.

And when he escapes he latches himself onto Speckle's soul,at this time Speckle is a kid,and Midnight walks with him everywhere in his shadow. Kids think he's weird for talking to his "imaginary friend" who never would even talk to him just once in a blue moon whisper something in the wind,so he had no friends except for Blade.

That must sound familiar too yeah? That was the Killer of this universe,he had only a sketch for a design.

Eventually when Speckle's older Shade actually talks to him,and how he wants to overthrow his brother's throne and stuff,and I had this whole big story planned out.

Maybe if you guys would like,recently I made a A03 account, so maybe I can take the whole story and make it a series?

Anyways onto the doodles :)

The bottom drawing, Speckle is the one waving,the middle character was a simple sketch of the Killer,and Shade off to the side.

So yeah.

I had way more plans,if you guys want I can talk about other old plans in the future too.

At some point I just looked at him and said fuck it he's a errink kid now,I don't remember why or how but it happened.

But yeah.

Okay maybe I lied about working on the comic,I really badly wanted to draw fanart of this beautiful boy.

He's Airbrush,a Errink ship child who belongs to @adorablemew !

I really love his outfit, and his color pallet! They are a blast to just draw and color in,so I may have drawn him multiple times.

I even drew him and my own Errink ship child,Speckle.I haven't drawn Speckle in a good bit so this was kind of a nice refresher,but I hope you enjoy the fanart I've created. :]

I should probably work on that comic now.
