Thank you for the kind words! It was actually my first time making flatbread so I wouldn’t consider myself a god among breadsmen by any means.

I followed the recipe in the post pretty much exactly. It really is that simple! The only change I made was adding a little olive oil into the dough.

I used Fage brand 5% milkfat Greek yogurt. I love this brand.

I also believe measuring by weight is the key to getting a perfect dough. Invest in a kitchen scale!

hey love, as someone with a lot of religious trauma, auden's mindset is feeling a little familiar here... idk if you're writing this purely for fun or for catharsis (i've always been into whump, but i got into writing to vent out all the shitty trauma feelings) but if u need to talk my dms are open <333 can't wait to see what happens next in the series

💢 ANGER - what are some habits they have that will take some getting used to?

For Leo!

leo has a habit of letting himself being taken advantage of, especially in the workplace. it’s annoying for other people, because leo knows that his boss overworks him and uses him to get him his lunch, and coffee, and do his mediocre tasks, but he doesn’t seem to put his foot down and make a change.

he isn’t afraid of being fired; leo just lets it slide. he’s overworked enough as it is, but taking on other people’s workloads and bouncing back and forth at his bosses beck and call is something he has a bad habit of doing.

his workplace friends that don’t take advantage of it, definitely feel frustration when they see him flying from once place to another with his arms full of papers with a coffee cup and sandwich from the bar balancing ontop. it would be no different outside the workplace, too. don’t have time to pick up your laundry? leo will offer to get it. can’t make it to the meeting? leo will offer them a lift.

but that’s just leo. he can’t change that, unfortunately. he needs to be on his toes to feel productive.

also - he plays violin! if you’re his roommate, be prepared to listen to him get stuck in his mind and play endless symphonies until the sun goes down.

hey friend do you have any tips surrounding being physically disabled in college, getting around campus, etc? - chronicles-of-illness

Biggest for me would be to be upfront with your teachers and to register with accessibility services ASAP. I am a cane user (as opposed to using a larger aid such as a wheelchair or rollator) and can still go up stairs and I live very close to campus, so I will say that I haven’t encountered many issues on this front. I do have chronic fatigue issues, though, so the main thing for me is getting across campus if I have classes back-to-back, and what I do is just let the prof know on the first day so that if I’m late they know why. Or letting them know why I might seem tired in class/letting them know I’m disabled and may need extensions on some assignments. Or why you are absent if have any doctor’s appointments during class time.

I do tend to leave the house earlier than my roommate m, too. Just in case, y’know?

Also, for me, recorded lectures and online courses have been a bit of a godsend when it comes to days I’m too tired to leave the house.

Overall though I would make sure to contact your college or university—though many places are riddled with accessibility issues even when you are registered, it’s still helpful to accept all the help you get get, even if you never end up using your accommodations or just so happen to not be late for class more than average (in my case).

headcanon that anakins first time getting drunk is with obi wan….

definitely!!!! i see Anakin as NOT a big drinker at all. he doesn't really drink, he doesn't like gambling (after growing up on Tatooine as a slave amongst a crime family).

Obi-wan on the other hand has an entire liquor cabinet of spirits from all over the galaxy and makes these incredible cocktails from everywhere - his fancy, uppity ✨Collection✨

whenever Rex wants to get Anakin drunk with the other clones they take him to 79's to get him sloshed on piss poor space beer or Anakin steals smth from Obi-wan's cabinet that he can't pronounce and they make fools of themselves

and in any of the 3 scenarios he ends up throwing up all night lmao, and Obi-wan, drunk himself, is holding Anakin's hair back lmao
