bessie (my parents' cat) has been living w us for almost a year now and though she was quite a happy cat when we got her she's notably so much more at ease now and it makes me want to cry. when we first took her home she didn't want to be picked up at all and now she'll meow at me or walk inbetween my legs until I hold her. if I put her down too fast she'll start the entire process again. she was a bit scared of hands at first but now that fear is gone entirely. she even allowed me to kiss her on her head for the first time this week!!! seeing how much my parents' love has changed her even though she's an older cat (around 8 years old now) melts my heart. I love her so much

Hi! I hope you're having a good day! Can I ask what were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child? Also how easy is it to make yours ocs laugh? And what makes them laugh? (This interactive fic is making my brain happily melt)
Hmmmmm 🤔 i wonder if i answered this right. (also, ty! Glad you like!)
Marius - Stop running about in the mud, stop fidgeting and whispering in church, stop picking at the pastries when they're still hot, stop pulling up the neighbor's sunflowers, start helping your father around the farm ..... ....... that's about it. Laughs easily and often. When he's mad, he still laughs and it sounds unnerving as hell.
Jack - Stop looking at people, stop crying, stop being in the way, stop sniffling, stop giggling, stop talking to the neighbors, stop running off, stop bothering people, start praying. He finds a lot of weird things amusing, also puns, also Marius being silly. It's tough for him to actually laugh though.
Eveline - Start cooking/cleaning/laundering, stop nagging your brothers, stop being so shy, start being a lady, start singing more in front of people, stop talking so much with the village boys, start being more friendly, start telling your brothers to behave, stop coddling Marius. She used to laugh a lot, that stopped around the same time there were no parents to tell her what to do and not do.
Lottie - Stop picking up every stray animal you find in the alley, stop staring at shop windows and displays we can't afford, stop listening and interrupting men's conversations, stop wanting so much, stop staying out so late, start acting like a proper lady, start minding your parents. Loves a good joke, even a dirty one, and comedic plays. It's tough to get a belly laugh out of her.
Malwina - Stop fidgeting so much, stop running around like a boy, stop getting your clothes so dirty, start helping with chores more, stop singing so loudly, stop wrinkling your church dress, stop skipping confessional, stop talking to that man, stop dressing like some American floozy, stop writing letters to that man. Malwina laughs at a lot of things, but often belatedly finds herself the butt of jokes. Charlie Chapman sends her into hysterics.
Flynn - Stop upsetting your older brother, stop hurting the baby, stop reading so much, stop speaking blasphemy against God, start taking church more seriously, start talking your brothers out of the war, stop disobeying your father, stop smoking. Flynn finds many things amusing but doesn't give more than a wry smile. An actual laugh out of him is probably frightening.

Headcanon:
Nya will give little kisses to the bridge of her partners nose, right between their eyes. This habit came from Kai when they were younger, which came from their parents. It's a little family thing that they do, and while Nya does it the most out of love, Kai will do it when anxious or afraid.

jungkook being softly frustrated with bam, repeating his name over and over before sighing and saying "you were just at the trainer's, why are you not listening" before giving up the commands and just giving him snuggles and kisses
