se você quiser fazer uma sugestão, por favor, especifique se você quer papel de parede para celular ou tablet!!

papéis de parede para tablets serão sempre na horizontal (em formato paisagem, ou seja, deitado)! se você quiser algum papel de parede para tablet no modo vertical, é só pedir que eu farei.

por favor, não mande a mesma sugestão mais de uma vez, caso contrário, vou perder a vontade de fazer.

i take suggestions only! it means i may or may not make yours! (but don't worry, i do most of them when i have the time to).

i only make random lockscreens: art, landscapes and aesthetic photography in general! (i will not take suggestions for movies, tv shows and celebrities wallpapers, sorry!)

if you're going to suggest anything, please specify if you want phone or tablet lockscreens!!

tablet lockscreens are always horizontal (landscape mode), but if you want a version of it vertically, just tell me and i'll do it!

please don't send the same suggestion more than once, or else i'm not going to do it!

first off , hi , i’m mal.      i’m 29 years old , she / her , in the cst timezone.      i have been writing on tumblr on and off for close to ten years now with a variety of muses.      this blog is my personal take on stranger thing’s max mayfield.      this is a mutually exclusive blog meaning that i will not write with those who i do not follow back for my own comfort and time management.      i work full time and this is just a hobby and i intend to keep it as stress and drama free as i possibly can.      please read the rules below before interacting following as to know what to expect on this blog.      as well as i will not tolerate homophobia / transphobia / racism / and so on. and will unfollow if i see that content on my dash.

1 ]      STEALING/GODMODDING,      just don't do it.      like i said above , this is my personal portrayal of max and i will not abide by people stealing my heacanon's or ideas.      that also goes for do not reblog my edits or posts if we are not mutuals / given permission.     if you do , i know where the block and unfollow button is. and that goes go godmodding , which should go without saying.      just be respectful to my blog and i will be to yours.

4 ]      FOLLOWING      there will be no follow for follow here.      reason being that i have just like to keep my feed clean for my own sanity.      however i do look over every blog that follows me.      please give me at least 48 hours to determine if i will follow back as i do work full time , and have a life outside of tumblr.      if i do not , it's nothing personal , usually the reason being is just that i don't see our writing/characters meshing together well.

content creator tag! before → after coloring

I started making gifs 6 months ago and I've come a long way! It can be very complex and difficult at times but I've been learning a lot with the help of the createskz network members! Honestly I love making gifs, it's addictive! Here are some of my favorites, and #4 is when I first started to settle on a coloring style / psd so I used it as a base on many other sets that came afterwards. Usually for my gifs I like to make them super clean and bright, vibrant and with a tint of blue. I also like to experiment a lot with effects, textures and typography!

I think you’re talking about this one, if you use it you will have to tinker with it (especially the selective color) slightly depending on the scene because there wasn’t a one universal for all the scenes. I hope you like it and that it’s helpful to you.

where do I even begin?? i love your blog and i love you, you are SO kind and sweet and supportive (especially when it comes to your fandom family, i think you like all the posts even if it’s not your fandoms?? like how amazing are you??) you posts are perfection and your edits even more so (i’ll get to that in a minute), and this is someone who didn’t watch star wars talking about a star wars (well mainly) blog, go figure. 

#5 FOR MY TOP FAVORITE EDITS OF YOURS

this was so hard to choose, but here’s my top five:

your sylvia plath edit: i love that you put original sketches as a background for the quote! i don’t even know how you manage to do it like you do (i’m going to call this your signature style), but the white outlines on the soft background is just beautiful, and the quote just fits perfectly into the design. 

your avengers aesthetic: this is so simple yet so beautiful!! again with the white logos on soft background, plus extra points for the sparkle. i love how minimalist it is, yet you know exactly which characters you are referring to. i love it!

your vincent and the doctor edit: this is the only episode of doctor who i properly remember and really, really loved, and i’m getting very emotional just looking at it. the psd is absolutely beautiful (and feels very coherent along all 8 gifs), and the choice of scenery you used for most of them really brings out the melancholy of the episode. god, both the episode and your edit are absolutely beautiful. 

your bucky aesthetic: okay i love this. love, love, love this!! i could stare at it all day. the jacket and the arm?? beautiful! the flashing quote? very fitting! the colors?? perfection. i wish there was an option to queue one post once a day for the rest of time, because i would!

your kylo ren birthday edit: did i mention i don’t watch star wars? yet here we are, me listing one of your star wars edit as my favorite edit of yours. i mean..just look at it! the dark, bright, dark scheme is perfect! the image at the bottom is perfection, especially with the mirrored helmets sry if i’m getting star wars terms wrong here and the flashing strokes. the top one with the static picture and the flashing lines behind?? i could talk about this all day, i’m genuinely so impressed. how the hell did you get the idea for that?? it’s amazing and beautiful and you are so talented!

heyyyy y’alll!! it’s been awhile since i did one of these and ZOOWEE i have definitely been in the kitchen. i will try to not make this too long but i do not guarantee </3

above are unused gifs for day two of p.son week where i was unsure if i wanted to have the text be in the middle or not have text at all. i was actually gonna go with the one with no text put i was like NO let’s push outside the box and challenge myself. i ended up with the one y’all see on my main and i really like how it turned out! the second gif is a mistake i made for my loki gifset. instead of the yellow text meant for casey and his fish crisis, i used white. but luckily i caught that mistake in time before i published the gifset <33

day one of p/son week was fave male character and i had to go with my mans malcolm <3 i had written the idea down (i wrote SOOO many notes for this week) because when gil said that i was like this will come in handy one day...and it sure did! i was unsure what concept i wanted to go with so i fiddled around with the color gradient and settled with the one i have. the top gif gave me SUCH fucking problems in terms of coloring and mobile disrespects me so badly -_- i really couldn’t understand why it was so yellow and i tried to like...make it not as yellowy but everything i was doing was just...not coming out great so i was like WHATEVER IT’S FINE...but in the end, the gifset is awesome and i enjoy it :) first time using difference/exclusion, too!

i didn’t have anything for day three because, once again, i was doing this before the deadline and i didn’t want to sift through all these episodes to find out which one is my fave but honestly all of them are :) same with the last day/seventh day. it was a free space/choice and i had an idea but i couldn’t download the episode at the hotel for some reason. when i got back and tried to download it...it worked...like c’mon now. i knew i should’ve downloaded the ep before i left but it was getting late and i told myself that the hotel wifi is pretty good asjdkajkldsa GOSH i really should’ve just...downloaded it before i left. anyways...

day four was fave relationship/dynamic and i chose gil and mal :)) love their father/son relationship and it was fun to make their gifs. the coloring in some of them was...gosh, a bit difficult because this show can be tough to color but i pushed through. for almost all my gifs, i used a vibrant psd because i wanted to really showcase that i can pull that off. i love working with vibrant coloring so weeee!! and before i settled with the bobby singer quote, i actually was looking for a song that described a father/son relationship to use instead. i wasn;t having that much luck so i was like wait a minute...what about...what about THEE bobby quote?? so...yeah, i had to y’all </3 IT WAS TOO EASY

day five was fave killer and i actually wrote down martin/the surgeon but i was like...i don’t know what made me switch to ainsley but i did. i think i had a vision of what i wanted to do so i was like let’s go. i found this song on a playlist that’s like “you’re the scorn queen blah blah blah” you know the type and i really liked the lyrics on that song bc it was so her. had a lot of fun with the fonts which was also proving a challenge bc at first i was gonna use bebas neu but i thought it was gonna be a bit much...so i found the font i did on my computer and was like hmm. then i was just experimenting with different fonts to use for the highlighted words. really like how it all came together!

day six was fave quote and i....have a confession to make. i actually had to search up prodigal son quotes because i was kinda running out of fuel. when i saw a post on pinterest with this quote, i was like ALRIGHT this is a great quote and i genuinely think it’s one of the best quotes! the coloring here was rather simple like everything about this gifset is super simple. it’s a typical set for me and it was comforting. back to the coloring, i was also trying to get it to be vibrant as well but i guess i either forget to grab the vibrant psds or they ended up not working out...either way, it’s pretty vibrant in a sense and i really like how it came out :)

this past week was filled with firsts and i am happy that i was able to push and challenge myself to think outside the box and really expand my horizons on what my abilities can be. though i still have a lot to learn and perfect, it was a great first start! thanks for reading!!
