I do however think that they are terrible people giving us this, then giving us Riley’s story next Sunday, just to give us yet another heart wrenching episode after that.

I mean Pedro's entire heart wrenching performance when Joel was telling Tommy how he was terrified, the moments of Joel's fear taking over him, seeing who he thought was Sarah and what could've been, when he grabbed Ellie's hand when they were surrounded, the references to Part II, THE WHOLE YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT LOSS IS SCENE, Bella's performance during it, Joel teaching Ellie how to shoot/aim, Ellie laying her head against Joel's back while they're on the horse, and then her freaking out while Joel starts bleeding out, ALL OF IT

They really are just doing a phenomenal job, and I know the next few episodes are going to hit even harder.
