the idea that they’re writing the season as they go so they’re seeing the reaction the audience has and that it (even in the smallest way possible) could have an impact on what happens this season (and in future seasons) is so wild to me. not saying that they’re seeing our response and saying “oh that sounds good, totally writing that in,” but it’s not impossible to say that they will see what the people want, realize the best way to generate buzz and excitement and increased viewership is to keep your fans happy, and then actually do something about it instead of killing characters/storylines just for kicks

rafe is kinda shitty at french but he can speak it enough to be able to say he speaks it to impress people yk? the piano skill never went away though. he’s the type to just be casually super good at something without trying too n it pisses u off. the two of you will be cruising round an event ward had dragged the two of you along to network and he’ll sit down at the piano in the middle of the room n just start playing and you’re like ??

i do definitely think jj is good at making cocktails. comes up with his own mixtures you’ve never heard of before. he’s the guy that approaches you eagerly at every party holding a red solo cup saying “nah, trust me okay. my special blend. tastes like juice, try it.” when it does infact taste like alcohol— but it’s still yummy n gets you fucked up. i also believe for some reason jj has a special skill for making bombs (think hazel from bottoms) he learnt how to do it as a kid n then kept implementing the skill in his life to the point where the pogues have to be like “dude. no bombs.” before each lil mission. he says fine but next thing you know somethings blowing up and everyone’s running 🙄

Hm, interesting question. I think that Silas would be able to find the USB one way or another, either through a tracker on it or hacking into surveillance cameras to follow her. He would most likely not be too interested in getting her, but would think of her when he leaves ... which means that he'll be back for her.

Unpopular opinion,but I would have loved to see Travis or Connor as one of the seven instead that a new character.I love the seven though,but i still remember how off I felt when i first opened the new book and saw these three new kids.Having Travis or Connor as one of the seven would had been a nice way to explore a character that we already knew and loved and also to clear the name of the Hermes kids after what Luke did,especially after what the Hermes cabin went through because of him(being called traitors and spies)and also because I wanted to see more of them.

I stopped being a timothee fan after he made that tasteless joke a few months ago (I was slowly losing interest in him anyways but that was the icing on the cake), and I don’t really care to see anything with him in it. Also, I’ve been VERY vocal about Palestine and the genocide going on is Gaza/Rafah, so I’m very much pro-Palestine. However, between my love for zendaya/florence (& lowkey infatuation with Austin) and all the flodaya press interviews/outfits, I’ve been interested in maybe giving dune 2 a chance. I’ve been seeing thousands of people for months on twitter saying they’re boycotting dune 2 given its appropriating nature and timothee’s lowkey zionistic antics, and I do agree those are valid points. But I’m starting to get an itch to get a dune 2 ticket 😭 internally I feel heavily conflicted and also kind of fraudulent because I’ve been a heavy boycott advocate but now I’m starting to reflect and questioning whether boycotting the movie is even the correct route. I know it’ll ultimately be up to me, but I’d love to hear your thoughts cause I’m fighting a battle with myself on this.

My Honest Opinion?

Like I've said before, people are FREE to do whatever they want with regards to this "Dune: Part 2" movie (and ANY movie for that matter). What bothers one person might not bother another. Ykwim? I just feel like no matter what decision a person makes, they shouldn't be judged for it either way. It's THEIR choice.

Spare yourself the inner turmoil Anon lol. It's JUST a movie. It's not like it's a Governmental declaration, or a formal political statement. As much as Timothee was insensitive and messed up with that SNL skit.... I'm sorry, but he is NOT the only cast member in this film. Nor is he the only individual that worked on it (cast, crew, director, stunt people, etc) And if you have a genuine interest in, or are a fan of some of the OTHER cast members in the film (i.e. Zendaya, Florence, Austin, Rebecca, Christopher Walken, etc.) then why should the rest of the cast be punished just because of the stupid/silly insensitive actions of their ONE cast member?? 🥴

Is that really fair to the rest of the cast, crew, and others who worked tirelessly HARD on this movie? 🤔 I don't care for what Jonathan Majors did to his gf, but that doesn't mean that I'm personally never going to watch the movie "Creed 3" again. That movie was hard work, and Michael B. Jordan's directorial debut. It was a GOOD film. Why should Michael be punished just cuz his co-star is an a**hole?? 🥴

Another thing.... This movie is going to make BANK regardless of if you or others decide to see it or NOT. 👀

I think if the FILM itself were preaching anti-Palestine rhetoric, or it was a formal declaration of political views on the Gaza/Palestine and Israel conflict, then I think I would feel very differently about this film.

Another thing I wonder: Has Timmy himself come out and said that he is against Gaza/Palestine?? 🤔 (Serious question) Has he provided his stance on the conflict? His "Hamas" skit (which wasn't the entire joke btw) was insensitive, yes, but do we REALLY know his real stance on this issue? Or, did he just underestimate how insensitive that skit was (that he didn't even write btw)?

I also look at how the cast has treated him. The cast KNOWS him personally. If they really had an issue with him, we would know it. You can only hide your disgust for a person for so long....no matter if you're an "actor" or not. It will come out in small ways eventually (i.e. body language, little glances, facial expressions, etc). The fact that the cast seems not only fine with Timmy, but genuinely HAPPY with him is pretty telling to ME.

Like I said, they know him way better than we do. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Lastly, The film is being praised as one of the best films of all time (kind of a stretch if you ask me, but hey, WB loves this type of marketing lol).... It actually seems like it's going to be GOOD film. Are you going to skip it just because of one person? That's just a question for inner reflection. I could see if the movie SUCKED or is getting horrid reviews lol, but it actually seems like the film is being enjoyed tremendously by most people. Many are saying it's even better than Part 1. 👀

With all of that said.....

If it really bothers your conscience that you support Gaza but might want to see this movie that stars Timothee in the lead role, then just do whatever YOU feel is best for YOU Anon. 😊 Imo, nobody should judge you either way, and people online (who don't even know you personally btw) shouldn't have a say on YOUR life. But if it bothers you that deeply, then simply don't watch! It's just as simple as that lol. 😊 Nobody is forcing you to watch, just like nobody should be forcing you to NOT watch.

I don’t think it’s stressful actually! I think it’s good to give characters time to simmer and have time apart and with other non yn characters! The only thing that’s stressful about it is the reception, I don’t think we forget anyone or anything but gettinf asks or comments like “oh where’s Tim?” “Why so much Helen?” “Why no Natalie?” Have already started lol. Like guys there are 9 love interests you gotta wait or just don’t read the chapter ! I also miss characters but we have character beats planned out and not all the characters want to immediatelt be with yn. They need to simmer !!!

id say probably my fav quality in myself is being able to create things that entertain me. like if we're talking objectively in terms of what joy i get from myself, it has to be when i am able to satisfy my own creative cravings. like in terms of writing and visual art and even stuff like cooking or makeup

#this is funny because i have so little of their relationship defined in comparison to Gioia and Benedictus #but 🥺🤌🏻 thinking about isaac losing his whole family and fighting like hell to get his sister back.. it's so 😭 #but once he gets her back she's painfully quiet. always looking over her shoulder. and simmering with anger! #i think he struggles to reconcile the past version of her + her present self. and how to connect with her through all the muck 🤔 #OH.... WAIT i figured it out! just like regular bennie and gioi (fun fact. i realized her name doesn't really shorten nicely just now lol) #i think they build that strong underlying connection because isaac invests attention and care into maggie's music. he shows up to all her #recitals ykwim!.. it's a little different from B+G because isaac isn't maggie's stand-in parent for their neglectful parents. #he functionally Is maggie's parent. but I think Maggie still takes away the same love from it as gioia‚ for different but similar reasons. #I think this is so important for her too because it is. Very Difficult for Maggie to make friends because she's so shaken up.. #i feel like bennie would try to get her to go therapy but she'd either refuse on the basis of not trusting authority anymore? OR‚ just like #kat‚ they'd tell her her experiences weren't real... in any case‚ music is maggie's Only outlet. so isaac taking interest and supporting #her in that endeavor‚ when she has very little else‚ would mean a lot to her. i think this all adds a level of 😢 to isaac and vergil's #relationship too because. originally isaac just didn't like vergil due to the whole underground rebellion schtick. that's what got his and #maggie's parents killed. BUT since Magdalena literally had no friends once she came home‚ I think Isaac is really overjoyed when she and #vergil strike up a friendship‚ since this is before Vergil's realized his true nature- the order is a collaborative thing between the two #of them after all. so at first Isaac is glad that his sister finally has a friend. and‚ just like in their future‚ Vergil helps Magdalena #grow into herself and come out of her shell. so isaac likes Vergil in the beginning‚ is grateful for him! plus V's his bosses/sponsor's kid #so there's a nice little 😊 there too. BUT THEN magdalena starts helping vergil remember things - dante - and they start #creating the Order‚ and i think Isaac feels this Great Dread. because vergil is maggie's only friend. vergil saved her! #but the things magdalena gets up to with vergil will get them killed in the future. (and it does lol!) #i think this is where the great split happens between B+G and I+M‚ because Benedictus disappeared before he had to make any Tough Parenting #Choices with Gioia. he was functionally a parent to her‚ but she just saw him as her Super Cool Older Brother. #Isaac is magdalena's older brother but he's also her Guardian (derogatory) ykwim? so. i think when he puts his foot down and tries to #forbid Magdalena from doing anti-demon stuff‚ which evolves into her not being allowed to see Vergil‚ it causes a rift between them. #i'm not sure how severe i want the rift to be... 🙁 by the start of the game it can't be super deep because kat has to be familiar with #isaac 🤪 but then ig he doesn't need to know Magdalena knows her Because of the Order? kat could just be... a friend... 😳🤫 #although this then begs the question of whether or not he even knows Magdalena was still involved with the Order all this time? because on #the surface Maggie's schedule really is just work work work. he doesn't have to know What her work is... #that also adds a ☹️ when Magdalena goesmissingdies and then comes back possessed by a demon because it's like groundhog day for him- again‚ #he could do nothing to protect his sister from the demons BUT this time it was him raising and watching her‚ not their parents

also like.... everyone can Feel the emotions that taylor is feeling in the memories including taylor but it is affecting him so much more because these are his memories and he's practically reliving them and i just love the idea of like. at first it's like the happy memories of his life and being a fucking cool badass and taylor is like this is gonna be a piece of cake my life is great and then as they keep going it gets worse and taylor is like ummm that's weird 🤔🤔🤔 and then it goes to the memories of him getting bullied and such and everyone is like. feeling sad for taylor and he doesn't even know how to react or what to say because he's perfectly fine nowadays and this isn't even relevant... and then because everyone is feeling the feelings of the memories then taylor starts to lose his composure a little but he still believes that he's fine right

and then like. the memories get worse and taylor starts getting shakier and more frantic and starts suggesting that they just go and then it gets to his fear of abandonment stuff... like scary's comment about nicky and then EVERYONE can physically feel their stomachs drop and the really intense feeling of fear and sadness and heartbreak

and then fuckinggg fucucufjfjgvguciking taylor is trying to get them to just go because this is pointless and they shouldnt even pay any attention to these memories and then it flashes to the memory of nicky getting sliced and presumably dying even though he didn't and that. that is the one thing that actually broke taylor before like he was sobbing. and everyone can feel the emotions of this memory right and . during that episode everyone was focuser on scary and not on taylor but right now they can feel it all. the fear, the despair, the sadness of being abandoned, the love, and the anger at having not been able to spend more time with nicky because he wasn't there. scary can relate

so anyways taylor having a panic attack inside of his own mindscape 👍 but denying that anything is wrong while everyone is really concerned because he is VERY VISIBLY FREAKING OUT and again. scary can relate because she also likes to repress <3 except like. she knows she's doing it. taylor doesn't. <3 like he doesn't believe that there's anything wrong with him ykwim. <3
