Hi! I hope you're doing well :)

Could I was wondering if you could write a gn!reader who is sick and refused to take their meds. So PM Dazai and Fyodor who are already fed up and annoyed with the whining about feeling sick, take the pills and water into their own mouth and kiss the reader to make them take their pills. And afterwards saying something to make the reader swallow.

━━━━━━━━━━━━ Fyodor ━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Everything felt dizzy... as you lay down the couch while you wait for Fyodor to come back. You don't know when you felt so heavy, as you heard the door unlocked and saw Fyodor.

"Welcome, baaack.." You said while he saw you completely looked sick.

Fyodor's expression falls the moment he notices the state you're in. He approaches you, careful not to disturb you too much. He looks worried. "My, my dear, you don't look well." His voice contains a slight note of concern. This is... not something Fyodor is accustomed to. "Are you alright?"

"I dunnnoo.." You said as Fyodor kneels next to you. His hands rest on your forehead to check on your temperature.

"Oh, dear. You must've caught a cold." He then looked at you sighing... he was worried about how you got cold.

"I shall return with the necessary items in merely a second." Fyodor walks off and comes back carrying medications, drink. He sits next to you on the couch and gently places you in his lap. "Now, now... I know this tastes not to your liking, but you must drink it. It'll alleviate your symptoms to a certain extent."

You kept your mouth closed, refusing to drink the medicine.. you hate the way you have to drink some bitter medicine. As you looked away and not daring to even look at what Fyodor was holding.

"Im not gonna drink that.." You said being stubborn after seeing the medicine colour just makes you feel sick.

"Be a dear and make it easier for both of us. I don't want to resort to more drastic methods. Drink it." His tone has grown colder again, a note of annoyance evident.

There were still no signs that you're going to take of you taking the medicine.

"I don't waaaant to..." You said... Fyodor sighs.. and have enough with your protest.. but he can't help to adore your vulnerable state and being stubborn. He loves the view he's viewing right now, but he has no choice but to do it.

As you feel Fyodor's hand on the back of your head, and he tilts you upward. He kisses you on the lips, sliding the cold liquid into your mouth. His tongue forces the medicine down, and just like that, he holds your mouth closed until he's sure you have swallowed everything.

You can taste the bitter aftertaste running down your throat as Fyodor pulls away. You were speechless as he still looked at you with a serious expression of him as you were so stubborn.

A blush spread on your cheek as you kept quiet on what just happened... as he smiled mischievously.

"Now.. close your eyes and rest.. you don't want me to make me use other methods for you to obey, right?" He then kissed your forehead and made sure you're comfortable. It's pretty rare to see this side of Fyodor.. as your eyelids slowly get heavy and make you fall asleep.

━━━━━━━━━━━━ PM Dazai ━━━━━━━━━━━━

"Belllaa~" Dazai won't stop cudding with you as how much you've been saying you're sick and still snuggle up to you.

"We can't cuddle right know..." You said.. slowly nudging him as you felt bad.. you wanna cuddle with him too but you don't want him to get sick.

Dazai continues leaning forward until only their noses are touching, he whispers in a voice that is barely audible. ".. How about we just spend time together until you get better..?"

Dazai's hand remains gently pressed against your cheek, his thumb occasionally gently rubbing against your skin. Dazai leans back as he continues speaking

Dazai keeps smiling and continues whispering, "... Because there'll be no shortage of opportunities to do more than just caring for you."

Dazai's hand remains gently pressed against your cheek as he leans closer once again and speaks with a soft and comforting voice. "You're mine after all.." He said, smiling at you.

You felt more dizzy as you can't really much tell what's Dazai was saying he noticed that you were starting to feel dizzy. His hand remains gently pressed against your cheek, but he leans back. His voice becomes softer, and he grabs some medicine.

He tried to be as convincing as possible as he spoke. He knows you're going to be stubborn when you have to drink medicine.

"Come on, just drink it up. It won't taste very nice, but it'll get your cold control faster so you feel better...then we cuddle you know..?"

He said as he looks at you pleading.. You didn't fall for it as you kept refusing.

"No.. im not going to drink that..!" You said and avoiding his gaze.

Dazai chuckles softly as he speaks, his tone becoming more seductive and comforting as he was slightly annoyed.. how can he cuddle you if you kept going like this..? he then leans closer towards you

"... You're really too stubborn at times, you know that? Fine.. let's do this on easy way.."

Dazai's hand firmly held your chin as it forces your jaw open just wide enough so he can pour the medicine into your mouth. Dazai keeps a firm grip of your chin the entire time so you can't spit it out.

Dazai chuckles as he feels your tongue trying to push the medicine back out of your mouth. Dazai then seals your lips with his, forcefully preventing you from pushing the medicine back out. Dazai's other hand holds you in the tight grip as he forces you to swallow the medicine.

You were surprised as you tried to push him away refusing to swallow it Dazai doesn't give you any breathing space to refuse the medicine as he keeps holding your mouth sealed shut with his. His hand keeps on firmly gripping your chin as you try to move your head away from his. He keeps trying to make you swallow the medicine.

Dazai eventually manages to make you swallow the medicine in its entirety because of how hard he pressed his lips against yours. The medicine is gradually flowing down your throat and into your stomach.

Dazai pulls away smirking as he gave you a kiss again as you clearly start to struggle to breath and a blush spread across your face. Dazai kept repeating the same loop and immediately throw a pillow at him to stopped Dazai.

"Im not done kissing you yet..!" He said.. with the look of lust on his eyes as he took a note of you blushing a smirk can be seen on his face. "Oh..?~ You liked it after all.." He said teasingly.

He then snuggled up to you feeling relief you've taken your medicine.. "Now we can cuddle now..~" You still felt flustered and felt so defeated by his kiss.. Maybe next time you'll drink your medicine with your own will.

━━━━━━━━━━━━ Chuuya ━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Chuuya came home tired.. seeing your state making him so annoyed.. he just wanted to cuddle with and sleep already and now.. he's not able to.

As he takes note of your fever. Despite that, he still wants to comfort you for a bit, even if he is going to end up getting sick.

“I know… but I can’t let you lie here alone like this.”

He sighs as he pulls you into a hug, knowing very well that there’s likely a chance he might fall ill, too. But he is willing to risk it if you could be made more comfortable, even if it’s just for a bit.

"Chuuya don't be stubborn..." He then let of you pouting as he spoke.. “Damnit, Doll… you made sure to take your medicine right?”

You then looked away, avoiding his gaze.. "Well.. uhm.." Chuuya’s eyes narrow as he raises an eyebrow when you mention you haven’t taken your meds yet. “You didn’t take your medicine..” He looks at you with a disappointed look as he sets you out of his arms and sits up in bed. “Why didn’t you take your medicine..?”

"It taste bad and im going to be fine..!" You said protesting.

“So? You still have to take them…” He grumbles as he stands up and walks to the bathroom, grabbing some medicine and a glass of water from the drawer under the sink. He walks back to you and places the water and medicine on your lips. “Just open wide…”

You covered youself with blanket and moving away from him. "I don't waaannnaaa"

Chuuya scowled at how stubborn you’re being, but he’s already made up his mind and knows he won’t stop until you take them. “I know you don’t want to, but you need to.” He tells you sternly as he holds the tablet to your mouth and waits for you to swallow. “Come on, Doll. You know I’m not kidding around.”

As much as Chuuya had felt a bit exasperated with you, he still couldn’t help but to find you adorable. Your stubbornness was always one of things he adored about you. Even when you pouted and hid away your mouth.

But once he placed the pill on your tongue, he didn’t hesitate on kissing you to get you to swallow it.

Chuuya continued to apply soft kisses on your mouth as he waited for you to swallow the medicine. Once he heard you've finally swallow it, he broke the kiss and pulled back slightly. "Alright... you took it?" He murmured as he looked at you for an answer.

You cough a little and felt embarrassed as you hid yourself with a pillow. “That wasn’t so bad, Doll, you’re fine.” He told you as he gently removed the pillow from your face. He also brought a hand up to brush back your hair, as if it was a natural reflex to do so.

“Just relax, there’s no use in being so embarrassed…” He rubbed the back of your head gently and kissed your forehead to comfort you. “It’s not like I haven’t kissed you before anyways. You don’t need to turn all red for me…” He teases and smugly about.

Well he's right.. but it was unexpected... as you lay your head to his chest and wrapped his arms around you to make you sleep comfortably.

"Rest well, Doll.." He then kissed your cheeks adoring you. The medicine wasn't taste so bad when Chuuya makes you drink it.. you wondered why...

What gets me with Vel is that we see she has a good rapport with her coworkers/friends. She may sometimes roll her eyes at the other two and their antics and of course when her direct business gets interrupted she gets frustrated, but we mostly see her on good grounds with the rest of the Vees. They respect her when it comes to serious business and in that last scene of the season they all look to be very much on the same page and in it together, smiling about their future... yet fanon (if it isn't infantalizing her as you've pointed out) is constantly projecting "angry black woman" stereotypes onto her.

It's gross and in my opinion clearly racially motivated that they see her as nothing more than a "bitchy" woman of color. While the fanon I've seen also has separate gross issues with Vox and Val they are at least allowed some nuance on occasion, but I just don't ever see that with Vel, she's just an angry woman rendered to the background in their eyes stripped completely of her professionalism, intellect, and cunning. She's one of my faves and it sucks so bad to see.

Hi. :) I wrote 5 paragraphs in response to this question and Tumblr so graciously decided to delete fucking all of it. :)

The Hazbin Hotel fandom has a serious racism problem and not enough people are talking about it. Aside from the infantilization of Velvette, other BIPOC characters are put into stupid stereotypes or treated like children because either Vivzie can’t handle writing competently or the fandom doesn’t know how to behave themselves. This is especially apparent for the women, but—and this is probably the only time I will talk about him in this way—Valentino is also suffering from this shitass issue.

Firstly about Velvette, just like how this said, Velvette used to be treated like a child in canon (now fanon) and is being portrayed as only a sassy angry black woman by the fandom. This is disgusting! I don’t think I need to say that! For some reason (misogyny) the Hazbin fandom just has this thing where they take a POC person or a woman—usually both—and decide to treat them like a child. Best examples being Niffty and Velvette being portrayed as Angel & Husk’s and Vox & Valentino’s children. Niffty is 22 and Velvette is in her 30’s. And of course they are both POC. I know there’s going to be someone accusing me of just whining about racism or being like “not everything is about race” but shut the fuck up because I’m busy talking.

I think the best scene to depict Velvette’s character—even though she hardly has any scenes. It shows that she will and can respect her colleagues but for other people, you either need to give her something she wants or her respect needs to be earned. She literally sings a whole song about it.

For other characters like Niffty I have a post for her in the works so I won’t spill it all here, but I can’t in good faith talk about the racism problem without mentioning Valentino. The fact Vivzie has made her worst character into the basic tall hot hispanic/latino man with the hot spanish accent stereotype. Honestly this sort of stereotype doesn’t bother me much, there’s a few villain characters I like with it like Alejandro from TDI, but Vivzie making this a big aggressive and dangerous POC person abusing a sad little white guy just grosses me out. It’s not like the situation would be any better if Angel wasn’t white, but it really does just leave that extra sour taste in my mouth.

Also I don’t need to explain why 90% of the POC cast being fucking grey or purple or blue is bad right.

Maybe it's silly but how do you deal with the negativity from TG stans? I'm in my twenties but this is my first time using Tumblr and they are coming for my throat. The name-calling, spamming was insane. A more followed blog shared my whole page and posts that I criticised Alicent and her followers came at me like rabid dogs. (I apologise for saying this but I literally don't know how else to describe.) Maybe I have been extremely lucky thus far but I have never been cyberbullied this mercilessly. The insults I have heard would be legitimate lawsuits if they had the guts to tell them to my face, I'm telling you. I'm genuinely sorry if this comes out baby-ish but my friends don't use Tumblr so they don't know how to deal with this. I thought about deleting my account but I don't want to stop using a platform I enjoy due to some bad people. You are blog I really like and I'd appreciate any advice.

I have faced plenty of backlash for my posts. In the past, I used to get into long debates with TG stans. Nowadays, I don’t even bother (especially since most haven’t read the book or choose to ignore it simply because Condal’s fanfic version favors their side more).

Some of the things which help me deal with all their negativity are the following: I don’t accept anon messages, I have some of the nastiest TG stans blocked, and I try to ignore any provocation.

Social media is brutal, and cyberbullying is even worse than actual bullying, because these people hide behind an account (or more) with a made-up name and have the power to target you.

People who personally target you over your perception of a fictional character, are completely insane in my book, and they are in need of serious help.

There is a pro-Alicent mania going around thanks to Condal and his obsession with Olivia Cooke. But rest assured that the GA despises Alicent. TG stans are like a 15-20% minority who tend to make a lot of noise, because they are desperate to be heard.

If you enjoy Tumblr, stay on. Maybe take some time off posting for a while until things cool down. Focus on the more positive posts, and ignore any negativity.

I would suggest you block these accounts which target you and even report them if things get serious.

Don’t give up, and don’t give these people any satisfaction. Ignore them, block them and focus on the positive part of the fandom :)

Continuing with Human!reader. I think they'd be more susceptible to illnesses than any of the hylians. A common cold for us is a simple sniffle for a hylian, so I could only imagine their cold be like our pneumonia. Their immune system is horrible against all the viruses in Hyrule since they probably don't exist where they are from, and that's not including if they have any other medical issues that further compromise their immune system. I can't imagine the boys seeing a nearly half dead reader because they tried to hide their illness since it's not a big deal for the boys whenever they catch it, and they don't want to be a burden :<

Ooooohhhhh- that makes a lot of sense. I just didn't consider that angle yet.

Which would also explain why humans would have had to have a higher level of medical advances as well.

It could also level the hylians need for constant breaks to keep up their stamina, verses Reader inability to travel much in the rain or during the night because they don't want to get sick in the middle of nowhere.

Which was something Link would have never had to have taken into consideration before if he wouldn't have gotten sick at all either.

And then when Reader does eventually get sick, everybody wants to write them off at first. (If Reader doesn't try to hide it... or maybe they do and they react this way anyway). "You can't be that sick. The weather hasn't been that bad. You don't need to complain so much, you know."

Cue to Reader eventually developing a fever- starting to lag behind the group when they would have been able to keep their pace and then some.

No one seems to think much of it until Reader gets dizzy and nearly falls flat on their face.

They finally get a hold of them and feel that their completely burning up and can't answer basic question because they've gone loopy.

Suddenly they're all hit with whiplash and dowsed with cold water.

It's far more serious than they could have imagined.

And that’s what drives you to break the stalemate, because the past couple months have been a no man’s land between the two of you. Sam shutting you out and you not pushing because you’re scared of this exact thing happening.

Well now it’s happening and it’s time for you to pull up your big girl pants and face it only Sam won’t take your calls, he doesn’t respond to your texts. So you turn up at his office.

If there’s one thing Sam doesn’t like it’s surprises so the sight of you before his desk disarms him completely.

“I don’t have time.” He tells you because the truth is he doesn’t want to deal with this, he’s not emotionally equipped to deal with this.

“Make time.” You tell him, setting the envelop down on the desk in front of him.

He doesn’t know what to say to that because you have never spoken to him but this way but then again he has never put you in this situation before.

“Do you hate me?” You ask him, shoving the divorce papers towards him. “For what I did, for keeping that secret?”

Sam sighs because this is what he’s been trying to avoid, this messiness, the emotions that come with something like this. He’s tired of feeling, he wants to go back to that numbness, to the way he was before he married you.

“No.” He tells you, his gaze focusing on his pen instead of you. “I don’t hate you.”

“Then why…”

“Because being with you has made me soft, weak.” He says as he sags back in his chair. “Before when something bad happened, it didn’t touch me but now I feel everything, the good and the awful and I don’t want that, I don’t want…”

He exhales because his heart, it hurts, it’s been hurting ever since he found out about Lucy. It feels like he’s bleeding out, like his soul is just pouring out of his chest like a river and this is the only way to stop it.

“Sam, you can’t just shut yourself off.” You say softly. “It doesn’t work like that.”

“For me it does.” He says and he sees your jaw clench because you know when you look at him, that this right here, this is the end. “Please don’t fight me on this, I don’t want to take this through the courts but I will if you force me to.”

You feel like he’s punched you, like he’s plunged a knife right into your chest. He reaches for the envelope, removing the paperwork before he turns it towards you and sets the pen down on top.

“This is really what you want?” You ask him, your voice breaking as you pick up the pen and meet his eyes.

“Yes.” He tells you, his finger sliding down to the place where your signature is required. “You need to sign here.”

Taylor's Team is aggressive with the Marketing and pushing these numbers onto us because they know outside of it she has nothing to offer. Her talent isn't marketable. Her singing and dancing isn't that impressive. The most marketable things about her career are her wealth and business success. Have they ever talked about her performance while she is on tour. What is so impressive what she does on stage? No they just keep talking about the money she makes.

No I completely get why MJ is a relevant comparison here. Swifties do keep comparing TS to him and for that alone they need to collectively get their asses beat. But you used good examples and I just want to applaud you for that

& you’re right, I can’t name a single vault track. Every time I’m exposed to her its against my will through my recommended (and its usually so out of place too because i watch really weird video essays).

I didn’t watch the Grammys this year (forgot to) but I heard about the Celine Dion incident I was SHOCKED because the audacity of this woman! Her entitlement shows in everything she does and she’s really starting to believe her commercial success makes her a better artist.

You’re right, her moniker will be chosen by the general public (probably from a viral tweet/tiktok/etc).

And she needs aggressive marketing because she really is a below average musician in all respects! She has her songwriting but she should’ve just been a hit songwriter (like Estelle Dean) not a singer. What makes her marketable is very “ordinary” image—which makes her relatable to “every girl, like me and you” 🙄 her soft voice really creates an intimate atmosphere especially with her vulnerable (but superficial) lyrics. She has to be friends with her fans for her success to work. Because there is no way you can justify her being regarded as a “god” the way people do with Beyoncé and MJ otherwise.

🎯 with the Eras Tour coverage. No one ever references or cites a particular jaw dropping vocal performance or dance number. It’s always the amount of wealth she’s generating.

there comes a beautiful time in life where i have to ask myselg th question, "did i accidentally project too hard onto the character that i only relate to a little bit and in doing so hugely missed this one entire aspect/interpretation of the characters . am i stupid"

i'm so close to finishing this rough draft i can taste it. however i can also see the ways in which it will be bad. pray for me

#i'm really bad at pacing #because the way i write is just #jotting down paragraphs or scenes completely out of order while i do something else #and then going back to try to stitch them together #so then i'm left with a lopsided mess of a draft #but i have like. i'm narrowing in on the two sections i need to finish putting everything together #connective tissue etc #the problem is that once they're connected they will need serious editing because there is no plot #just a guy wandering around #and it itches #it itches!#it feels Wrong in my brain!#and also i don't want to be done because i like this little guy and i want to explore his world more #uagh #writing is bad and no one should do it

#its crazy how much easier it is to do things when youre not completely miserable lol #this past week has been weird bc ive felt really really good and like normal in a way thats kinds unfathomable #im hoping its the medication but my mood was already on an upward tilt and i was told it would take like 6 weeks for the meds to work #property but like ive been sleeping way more than usual. and by that i literally just mean 8hrs a night lol which is weird for me #like that never ever ever happens multiple days in a row. so idk. when i feel better it makes the 0cd way easier to manage as well #and im just generally not as anxious. on the more worrisome side i kinda just give less of a fuck so like i have an exam im not ready for #Tuesday and im just kinda like hm fuck that lol. ill go thru lil fluctuations of having a lot of energy too #like: i could run around in circles rn. i dont have to but i could. like yesterday i was out with friends and i was like bouncing up and #down while standing and rocking from side to side while sitting. which i kinda do anyway while in crowds but it was more to expend energy #last night i also got like 5hrs of sleep. so like maaaaybe ive been on the bleeding edge of mood elevation but for the most part it just #feels good and not destructive. like if i felt like this all the time that would b fantastic. its like oh so this is y ppl dont long to b #put out of their misery lol. depression? who? i dont kno her. sounds fake. but as soon as i fucking say that ill b fucking slapped back #down to earth. ugh. annoying. no emotional object permanence. i hope its the meds. if this is the person i am under layers of misery then #that is fucking so insane. we shall see. im curious to hear what the psychiatrist thinks of my brain when i follow up with her #i gave her my full dys1exia assessment which gives a pretty good picture of how my head functions. oh fuck i bet i would do waaaayyy better #on thise test if i took it in this state of mind. but anyway she has that on top of like 3 assessment sheets i filled out #dispite everything i still want someone to categorize me into a discreet box. tell me doc. am i really bip0lar? really really?#ur sure??? like 1000% sure bc my brain wont let me accept that unless its beyond a reasonable doubt. i just doesn't seem that serious.#i mean. it is but like ya kno. its not that bad. ay. this glob of mush behind my eyes runs me in circles #but for now thats ok bc i feel like i could run up a mountain or punch someone in the face lol #unrelated

the other day my coworker said something along the lines how its so unfair that her classmates from high school who already had everything going for them even when they were teenagers, are still so successful in every part of their lives like they have a family and a good career while she didnt have anything back then and still doesnt now. and not to sound like a bitter old hag but thats so real actually. why do i still have nothing while my old classmates are living their perfect lives 😐

#i dont want them to suffer lol i just feel like its so fucking unfair. well not me not having a career because thats completely my #fault for being a bad student and not having a passion for anything or caring about any career paths lol #but not having a big friend group not dating anyone or ever being in a serious relationship etc even though i DID try its just that #nobody liked me and nobody was interested in me the slightest ever. that is what feels unfair because i actually put effort #into that. and all it did for me make me anxious bc i always had to carry the conversation on my back EVERY single time #irl and online both. im never doing that ever again.

#the surprise call I had with HR yesterday was about as pleasant as a tag team rectal exam #and it was right at the tail end of my day and just completely fucked my evening #and the vagueness of the purpose of the call was just hilarious #when I asked why I couldn’t have known in advance about the call #why was I ambushed basically #thinking I’m going into a typical one on one meeting with my manager only to be completely blindsided #and at the end of the call when they’ve basically good cop bad copped me into a corner I asked them why I wasn’t made aware of this meeting #in advance #and they said oh we didn’t want to cause any stress by letting you know about this meeting in advance #and it would hinder our investigation #and I’m like right so you could come to this meeting prepared with a whole list of examples of my conduct but I couldn’t come prepared #to defend myself???#are you fucking serious #anyways I’m genuinely concerned about not having a job here soon #and my daycare just increased their rates #and my job is who we have insurance through #so #yeah #I’m goddamn stressed out

In a lead-in to the 2003 series whose existence I prefer to ignore, we get a glimpse of Bart now living with the Garricks, which is where the end of Impulse left him after Max's disappearance.

He has a new bedroom in a new city, but it looks oddly familiar.

Bart's bedroom at the Garricks' house is set up almost exactly like his room at Helen's house in Manchester, including the loft bed. Even details like the baseball beanbag chair and the small trampoline are included (not pictured below, but you can see them in other panels in my post about the YJ boys' rooms)

The Doylist explanation is that the artist for the later story was just recycling old material to avoid having to completely design a new setting, or else wasn't bothering to recognize that the character is living in a different house now. But in-universe? It looks like the Garricks are going out of their way to make Bart feel as at home as possible with them by keeping his room very similar to what he's used to--or perhaps Bart himself, still dealing with the loss of the family and home he had in Manchester, has chosen to try to recreate his old room. One less change in his life. One thing he can control.

#comicsposting again #BA: fastest attitude alive #I found this today by accident #the story that goes along with it is frustrating - meant to lead up to the 2003's characterization of Bart #as someone whose flaw is his need to get serious especially about his education #very judgmental tone like 'look at this Bad kid who doesn't want to learn from books! shame on him!'#...which is a weirdly random direction to take him?#especially after the closing issue of Impulse makes such a point of emphasizing how much he's matured since the start of the series #he does not need to go back to square one #and if he IS reverting then there might be some worrying reasons for that!#he just lost his mentor/father-figure and his entire life has been uprooted AGAIN #he feels like everyone in his life eventually leaves him #and he's given almost no say in what happens to him #that's something that could have been meaningfully explored #but no - editorial interference apparently wanted to completely derail the character so this is what they gave us
