Definition of accountability: the quality or state of being accountable or an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions.

Some people are able to fully function in depression with symptoms of it being masked behind smiles, laughter, small talk, etc. The past few months have been very stressful for me for a number of reasons, but I've endured through them while silently suffering in private.  However, the only true & righteous God, (that I acknowledge), opened up closed doors for me to enter through & always provided the right words that I needed to hear at the right time spoken through His earthly Angels. I'm forever grateful.🤲🏾✨

With all of that being said, it's time for me to refocus & recommit to living a healthier & more productive lifestyle. I must hold myself more  accountable moving forward because my inner Fatboy Joe😳 completely hijacked Joseph's workout regimen & healthy eating with a complete relapse on sweets.😋 Fatboy Joe's overindulging in sweets caused me to gain 12 pounds in 2 months.🤦🏾‍♂️ It's bounce back time.💪🏾

Sitting on the deck with my morning coffee is so restorative. Today I listened to a Saturday Rosary as I put a deep conditioning treatment in my hair and changed my polish. It’s ok to blend taking care or your soul and your beauty treatments at the same time. Sometimes I fall into the trap of judgement of myself or others but these moments where I blend different facets of myself are my most peaceful moments. I love sipping my coffee looking at the Halloween decorations with the changing leaves in the background. I enjoy watching the families with little kids letting them jump in the puddles. The middle school age kids on their bikes and the folks walking their dogs. No lie a little sunshine would be nice but these gray moody days are ok too, sometimes.
