I would give anything for a night of cuddles with either one of them. Or both. :)

Vash

Big spoon, little spoon, it doesn't matter to him. He just wants to be near you when it's time to turn in for the night. If you want to be the big spoon and hold him during the night, go right ahead. He will love every second of it. If you want him to be the big spoon instead, he's game. He'll hold you close to his chest all night.

His favorite positions include you lying on his chest with his arm around your waist, lying on your sides with you both facing one another and holding each other close, or spooning one another. He claims all positions are his favorite, but he really loves it when you lay on his chest. It comforts him knowing you're so close to him and that he can keep you safe this way.

He snores a little, but ONLY when fully comfortable or if he's had a serious lack of sleep. Vash's snores are soft, adorable, and they are definitely something that lulls people to sleep. Vash is the type who waits for you to fall asleep before he even sleeps, however, sometimes that doesn't happen, and he'll fall asleep before you. In those moments, you can fully enjoy his relaxed expression when in deep slumber. He looks so heavenly when sleeping, and you can't help but give him a gentle kiss to the cheek or a peck to his lips, causing him to smile in his sleep.

Sleeping without you is awful. He's tossing, turning, trying every known sleeping position, yet he simply cannot fall asleep. You're like his teddy bear, someone he absolutely has to have with him when sleeping each and every night. He doesn't know if it's due to him feeling at ease with you by his side, knowing that you're safe and that he can protect you, or if you just bring him that level of solace that allows for him to fall asleep with little to no worries. Whatever the reason is, he just knows that falling asleep without you by his side is absolutely impossible.

Vash is the type to sleep either in his pants or just his boxers. Either way, he's shirtless when he sleeps because it's a lot more comfortable that way. He only ever sleeps in the nude if you had just finished a rather spicy love making session, otherwise he's clothed for the night. He has no preference in what you wear to bed, only that you're comfortable for the night.

Wolfwood

He's mostly the big spoon, however, give him those adorable puppy dog eyes and he'll be your little spoon for the night. He gives in very easily and can never say no to you with such a request. He's definitely a protector by nature, so that's why the big spoon is his go to when turning in for the night. Holding you close to him while sleeping lets him know that you're here, with him, safe and sound.

Aside from being the big spoon in the spooning position, his other favorite position when sleeping is you lying your head on his chest with his arm draped around you in a relaxed, yet protected, manner. That way, if anything were to happen, he can easily roll over and onto you and act as your shield. That, and he loves it when you snuggle up to him in said position.

Nicholas is a quiet sleeper, for the most part, however, there are a few times you will hear him make small noises. Sometimes talking, even. This is usually caused by dreams of him and his past. The people he's killed, the atrocities he's committed, the guilt that eats him up every day despite him trying to hide it from you. They're quelled by your presence when you cuddle in bed at night.

He hates the idea of sleeping without you by his side, especially since he's figured out that he has less nightmares with you by his side. If there is a time where he can't have you in bed with him, he won't even sleep. This man would rather stay up all night and endure the day sleep deprived than endure nightmares that will occur when he falls asleep. You provide such comfort for him that he really would choose to be sleep deprived than dream about his past mistakes when you can't sleep with him, and he hates that about himself.

He definitely sleeps either in his boxers or nude. It just depends on his mood and how tired he is at the end of the day. If he isn't too tired, he'll shed his clothes and practically slip into the bed and snuggle under the covers. If he's about to collapse, however, he will actually just sleep in his clothes. Nicholas is the type to enjoy being comfortable when sleeping at night, and he has no preference for what you choose to wear to bed. The comfier the better, he thinks.

Well, well, well, looks like the Humanoid Typhoon has swept up another unfortunate soul. Hope you’ve got some good cardio, because with the Vash, you’re almost always on the run.

Ever since you came into his life, keeping you safe has been Vash’s top priority. Frequently shoves you out of the way of any potential danger (and has definitely taken a bullet for you more than once). Because of his tendency to prioritize your safety (and the safety of others), Vash suffers many injuries, but always attempts to play them off as nothing.

Vash is incredibly insecure about his scars, so early in the relationship, it’s unlikely he’ll let you tend to his wounds. When he does eventually allow you to take care of him, Vash tries cracking jokes the whole time (most of them at his own expense). Be gentle and reassuring- he doesn’t trust just anyone with seeing him like this

Frequenting saloons is one of Vash’s favorite past-times. Just don’t try to keep up with him during drinking games. You will lose. Whether you’re his drinking buddy or designated sober companion, Vash just appreciates your company.

Vash is big on giving/receiving verbal and physical affection. Doesn’t need to be anything big either- ruffling his hair or a whispered “good job out there” is enough to fluster him beyond belief. On the flip side, Vash loves giving you hugs, or throwing an arm over your shoulders- he’s also very open in complimenting/praising you. He’s all about spreading the love, after all.

Bless his heart, Vash is so easily distracted. Be it someone in need, or something shiny, Vash is all over the place. Keeping up can be a struggle, but rest assured, he never leaves you behind.

Of course, his pacifist ideals, while noble, can cause tension- especially when he all-too-easily forgives someone who was just trying to hurt him or someone else. This will probably be the thing that causes the most friction in your relationship. Vash is always quick to apologize to clear the air, and does genuinely try to balance your safety with his ideals, but communication, especially in the beginning, may be a bit rocky, since he has the tendency to shut down in the face of negativity.

Vash is incredibly playful, and enjoys being able to joke around with you. In his opinon, having your own little inside jokes is top-tier intimacy. Seeing your smile and hearing your laughter are what keep Vash going most days.

Despite his cheerful demeanor, Vash's smiles are almost always hollow and.. Sad. You're one of the few able to discern his empty smiles from the genuine ones

With all the chaos and danger that follows him, Vash is painfully aware of how you could be taken from him at any moment. He makes sure to tell you every day how grateful he is that you’ve decided to stay in his life.

vash isn't used to the way you adore him, so abundantly, so openly.

he still blushes just as brightly when you so much as brush shoulders now, as he did when he first realized he had feelings for you.

and you doubt he'll ever get used to it, pray that he never does, because flustering him is your favorite pastime, though it was just an aftereffect of what you loved to do the most: show him how much you appreciate him, dote on him to the point of spoiling him with your affections. wolfwood can attest to that, with his constant disapproving grumble every time vash playfully refuses to do a trivial task until you give him a kiss (to which you sometimes turn and peck at wolfwood's cheek too, just to pester him even more, and achieve that even rarer blush).

but you know it's taken a good deal of work for vash to even have the capacity to be comfortable receiving such affection, let alone initiate it. it had taken him time to believe he was deserving of it, deserving of love, care, tenderness, the purest form of your adoration.

it hurt you to know, hurt you to see how taken aback he was when you revealed how much you truly cared for him, in every way you could imagine, how he held himself back though you could see in those big blue eyes how much he wanted, yearned for you just the same - those pretty eyes were too expressive for his own good sometimes.

and still you waited patiently for him to be ready, as long as it took to ease him into all the ways you wanted to love him, all the ways you wanted to give your heart to him, to take care of his like your life depended on it.

so, you think he deserves you spoiling him with kisses as much as he likes, and much more than he could ever imagine. you'll give it all to him, knowing he'll always do the same, without ever expecting anything in return.

"i've created a monster, truly," you murmur against his lips, softer and sweeter than you'd ever known, after his fourth? fifth? time asking for a kiss and your fourth, fifth time complying, all too happy to peck at his rapidly flushing skin, soft and warm under your touch. he's laying half in your lap and half on the ground (more on you, really), with the pretense of helping you clean and repack your bag - which he did, to his credit - for all of thirty seconds before draping himself over you and nuzzling into your warmth.

vash pouts a little, and you count yourself lucky that it isn't at its full intensity this time, because when that happens he could really get you into trouble. "you still love me, though, right?" those big blue eyes shine as his thick brows furrow, the prettiest and most expressive you've ever seen, a shade of blue as rare and unique as they are warm and lovely.

you roll your eyes without any real annoyance, leaning in to dutifully kiss his frown away. "more than you'll ever know, you big baby."

just as quickly as that pout had appeared it vanishes, and he's grinning again, wide and mischievous. he giggles, a playful, perfect little sound that never fails to warm your heart to no end. "then it's okay, isn't it?"

you brush your fingers through his hair, still unbelievably soft somehow no matter how long and tumultuous your day has been. it comforts you just as much as it does him to soothe your fingers across his scalp and rake gently through the strands.

you roll your eyes, but hum in agreement, unable to deny it. you lean in once more, and this time he doesn't have to ask, smiling into your next kiss with that intense kind of fondness that slides sweet and thick like syrup down your throat, sticks right into your heart and never eases.

you smile between kisses, too, unable to resist.

you do spoil him, but you can't think of anyone more deserving of the kind of love you have for him, overwhelming, pure, unrelenting. you lick it into his mouth until you're sure he understands, delighting at his soft sounds of pleasure that escape the seal of your lips.
