I think Dorian would either go with Ranni’s ending or Fia’s, I can’t decide which. To really switch gears.

I don’t know that he’d stand by Ranni abandoning the earth as she does, or that he’s willing to brave the stars, or that he’s truly ever bold enough to completely burn away everything that came before. He may brandish the Elden Ring, with Death restored to the golden order, instead. Much to think about.

Also trying to think. Elden Ring doesn’t really have a hunky Solaire type for him to fixate on other than...Blaidd...who you have to mercy kill...hm...

The Feathered Throne: Background

So uhhhhh I was encouraged to put up what’s been happening in our campaign on here so I guess here we go!

This is a homebrew campaign based on my brother’s own world so none of the races will be recognizable to others. I don’t remember all of the history that’s the context for this but suffice it to say that the world’s been turned upside down by an evil dude named Trogoth and his shadow creatures (trogothians). Everyone had to move onto an island rife with drakons (not dragons, tho I forget the difference besides the fact that drakons are like dog-sized and intensely aggressive) that was previously used as a place of exile. The people who came there had to team up with the exiled ones that survived and made the drakons respect them, on the condition that all the slaves were freed. Our group is one of the patrol groups, keeping a lookout for trogothians.

The main species that everyone is playing as are basically magic humans with feather wings that match the color of their hair. There’s a couple different races, one of which is the elementals, and the other, who act as the slaves of the elementals, is the crystallines.

My character is Magnetite. She’s a crystalline and therefore ex-slave with the ability to shapeshift into animals, tho currently she’s only able to change into the form of a loxling, which is basically a cross between a fox and a wolf. She’s relatively shy and usually fades to the back of conversations.

@lemmesleepallday‘s character is Feldspar. He’s kind of a quiet emo dude who has definitely said the quiet, deep, apathetic “whatever” before. Also a crystalline, but with solar magic. His girlfriend died some time ago and he still hasn’t entirely recovered from it.

My little sister’s is Ivy. She’s an elemental with a bubbly personality and wants to help people to a fault. If I remember correctly her current goal is to make friends with Feldspar and get him to open up to her. She can make structures out of ice.

My sister-in-law’s is Lushine, an elemental who used to work as a palace guard. She’s the leader of the group and can make illusions out of light.

And my brother is the dm.

So let’s get this story started, hm?
