Eg. Specter x Goth, Beaker x Caliente. He have such a talent!!! Im converting sims from Pleasantview to Strangeview, creating memories, upgrading DNA... “Social Class” Dormitory (The Sims 2: University Lot)

Social class dormitory with 5 dorms, 1 for every social class. The Gearheads have an RC in their dorm. with a stereo. The bohemians have easels and a pottery wheel in their dorm room. The techies have a pinball machine in their dorm room, with a bookshelf. The Jocks have a stereo with an exercise bike. The Socialites have the most finest and expensive furniture available.

How i came up with the name: So, i wanted to make a name. I decided to put the first letter of all social classes in one title. (GBJTS). Then i typed in something random, so i got GerBJTS. And then i remembered “hey thats the thing that the llama mascot says a lot” so i decided to make it more resemble what the mascot says.

You get a pool! You get a pool! You get a pool!

So, I thought I would share couple of above ground pools I made. There are several things to keep in mind.

I test played these lots and they work in my game. All I can say is results may vary. I suggest testing the pool out first before building the house to make sure your sims can swim. It feels so horrible to spend hours building a lot only to find out the pool doesn't work.

These pools are something that the game does not do easily so if you try to modify it, it may cause irreparable damage to your lot that may cause you to start over on your build so make sure that you work on the pool first, test it to make sure the sims can still swim in it and then build the rest of your lot.

This is my first time posting something like this. Please provide feedback and let me know how it worked out for you.

Most importantly, enjoy, and take lots of great pictures.

Always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.

I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. This lot is CC free. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.

WIP: Utopia Cityscape Blocks 001

Published: 9-22-2023 | Updated: N/A Still workin’ on that MORE-futuristic, MORE-sci-fi-funky skyline. I’ll be using Stonemason’s Utopia Cityscape Blocks and related sets to make my hood more vibrant.

As is my style, there will be hood deco and matching “lot lamps” – the latter are for making specific lots look bigger/more vibrant. You’ll simply place the object on the lot and build in/around it.

This is “Block 10.” On the far left, is the hood deco version. The two lot-deco versions are placed on the right. The smaller one is sitting on a 2-story building.

This is “Block 13.” There is a hood deco building and a 6-story high lot version. I want to redo these so the antennas blink.

One thing I need more of? Glass/Skyscraper window textures. However, I’ve been playing with these, and I like (most of) ‘em so far.

This is “Block 08” – aka “The Big Mama” – even though it’s way too big, I think a few “too tall” buildings fit my futuristic save well enough. We’ll see….

I still have a fair amount of editing to do, but this set is 80% done. Tips from friends in the community have made that work easier. Shout out to Rachums/@ch4rmsing for teaching folks in the community how to make light-up hood deco and helping me troubleshoot. She graciously tested “Block 10” in one of her subhoods. It’s the biggest building there (which is how I realized I need to scale some of these objects down). An additional shout out is due to @lordcrumps for teaching me the L/Subset selection trick in Blender (I just wish I had known about it before I spent all of last year’s Christmas season selecting every face manually - *hangs head in shame**throws shoes*). This is “Ringford Residential” located in the suburbs area of Euroville, I made this building inspired by an random building I saw in London years ago that I believe the street have the same name, “Ringford”.This building has 6 apartments and the rent price is between $2028 and $2537 simoleons

This building have 2 apartments per floor. The apartments all look the same and have 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. (depending of the side you choose)

A fabulous empty building for you to build an apartment tower, a Community lot or a Hotel.

Details and facade It's amazing what you can do with windows, sculptures and a couple of tricks(and cheats).

so, the other day I was building a lot for movies or for nightclubs and I thought about saving the template which would be awesome for creating both things. so I decided to saving the template and upload it here so everyone will speed up the workflow involved in created a decorated facade and setting up a building such a skyscraper for big cities Urban spaces.

-The building that I present here is empty. -I built it with a facade clearly inspired by art DECO(and a bit from art nouveau). To fit in with that classic metropolitan city style. -I set up two elevators to avoid traffic issues with sims and setted up a balcony on the last floor. -also to avoid rooftop from dissapearing in neighborhood view added awnings over the rooftop.

I kinda made one more NYc inspired lot 🌆

It’s huge, bigger then the last one, and it’s the most complicated thing I did so far. Fire-escapes are everywhere because I’m crazy about them. In my game it gives 22-25 fraps and runs smoothly for a lot that huge, it can freeze for a sec when it’s 19.00 and all the lights turnes on. Houses are unfurnished, I didn’t want to overload it, but coffee house is fully equiped for screenshots. 300 mb. I truly hope you like it. Download, enjoy, stay safe&happy simming.

Steef’s Diner and Simis Office, Co.

“Have you ever felt hungry maybe? Wanted to hangout with your gearheaded buddies at the diner? Or are you just looking for a job at the office? Well, come to this small little building.” (note: not in-game lot description.)

This is a lot for the sims 2. It has a diner at the bottom floor and an office on the second. This lot features a diner with gear-head esque furnishings, and a plain ordinary office. This lot may require Argon LS Build Conversion at More Awesome Than You.

Here are some pictures, and info on the lot.

This is the Office area. It has 5 “cubicles”, an kitchenette with a coffeemaker, minifridge, and table with 2 seats, a break area with a console, bookshelf, and a TV, and a grey desk which is oriented for the boss. It should fullfill all their needs, and since this is an office area, employees’ social needs will fill quite quickly since employees will autonomously start chatting with each other. Although i suggest you layoff/fire the grouchy ones when they start causing trouble, grouchy sims are more likely to autonomously perform negative social interactions.

This is the diner area. It has, well, a diner, which can seat a couple of sims, all the NL restaurant essentialls, and a little bit of deco. There is a sellafone gadget kiosk aswell. The office is here to help with the expenses of running a restaurant as well as some easy cash.

Heres a notable picture: sims working in the office and using Monique’s Hacked Computer to write articles on a snowy day in Riverblossom Hills. The red shirt guy is the owner of the lot. The guy playing on the console isnt an employee so i used moveobjects to place him outside of the lot.
