I just realised that on Memory Alpha is a site about the undeveloped ideas for a season 5 for Star Trek: Enterprise and now I'm even more mad, that it never happened. I mean:

Shran. They wanted to put Shran as an advisor permanently on the show. Not only would it finally have been justice for Jeffrey Combs but we would have finally gotten more information about Andorians or Andor which is always nice.

More mirror universe. I mean, come on guys, you can't tell me you wouldn't have loved more of Empress Hoshi Sato!!

T'Pol's father was supposed to make an appearance. And rumor has it that he was supposed to be an undercover romulan spy?! I mean, think of that what you want but it would've been nice to find out new things about her.

Borg Queen Origin Story. Need I say more?

Apparently the producer Manny Coton wanted the Enterprise to visit Denobula! Maybe it's because I love Phlox and think Denobulans are very interesting but I am so mad that they never showed us the planet. Maybe they did it in one of the newer shows I don't know, but Enterprise had a Denobulan as a Character in the main crew. Come on! (Also, it would have maye answered my questions in this post)

The Romulan War. The Romulans were supposed to become the main antagonists in the comming fifth season and the romulan warwould have FINALLY be addressed and shown but NO. They had to cancel the show!!!!

I am so mad right now. I am aware that maybe Enterprise wasn't the best show of Star Trek but it was by far not the worst and deserves more love and attention. No, I will not take criticism on that.

Ok, guys. I've just finished watching Enterprise (I'll write a post about it a bit later) and went to Memory Alpha to search for possible Season 5 episode plots. And then... then I found out that there are also possible plots for DS9 (undeveloped episodes). And you know what.

THEY WANTED TO MAKE AN EPISODE WHERE A CIRCUS ARRIVES AT THE STATION

I think Byler is gonna happen. One way or another. I think the Duffers can't risk pulling that bury your gays card in 2023 or whatever year they're planning on releasing S5. They're already being heavily criticized on every major social media platform. And it's seems like it's not only the LGBTQ community. Even the general audience is giving them a hard time.

People are starting to wonder what the Duffers are doing, but I don't know that it's as heavy as you're making it out to be.

One thing is for sure: they have to have something planned for Will in season 5. If they really just left it here, then that would be the biggest crime of all.

It can still be an unsatisfying, and even insulting, resolution, though, even if Will doesn't get killed off. They could have him "grow" into moving on from Mike with little explanation. They could give him an undeveloped love interest, like they did with Robin. They could just have him come out to Mike, and have Mike accept him without returning his feelings, just leaving it at that.

I don't want to say that the only satisfying resolution is Mike returning Will's feelings, but, at this point, they haven't really left many other options. They're going into the final season with Will's personal arc still being about him loving Mike.

They chose this, not me.

I already knew you were strong for those times you faced harmful critics, abusive authoritarianism, toxic environments, insufficient team work, etc. but the inner strength that takes to quit such a thing like you just did, is bold.

You leave behind the hopes a team gave you and quickly took back. You are the type of guy to race to win, everything you touch turns into gold, you don’t fit limits, you can go wheel to wheel, you’re smart and you have knowledge to corporate a team. You were what the other teams had disadvantage: they could have a faster car, but none of those cars were driven by number 5.

I’m sorry that, after all that you built with talent and passion, the closing of your career is coming as an unpleasant ending where you leave in a position we all wish it was better.

You’ve said it yourself that, after being spoiled with victories, championships and other kind of privileges, there was not place for excitement in the midfield. And you were right. Such as for you as for the fans. Seeing you in such a situation of undeveloped cars, being sure you were capable of so much more, used to hurt a lot. Then why does it hurt even more to let you go?

Sebastian, I didn’t want to let you go. In fact, I wanted to see you win again. To be a fifth times world champion. You were the first to dream of it now you got tons of people dreaming of it too. If I may get personal, all inside me got so emotional with your intimate published video. You are a father and a husband, you like fresh bread and chocolate, your favourite colour is blue, you believe people are good, spending time in nature is recharging to you, you smile with your eyes, you’re from a town called Heppenheim, you have a strong personality and you can name 71 f1 world champions, one of them being yourself.

I once met you Sebastian, we met in a sunny day, you were biking my way and stopped for autographs and photos. I look at your picture together everyday. I’m proud of it, I show people, I feel so lucky. You are nice, polite, kind. You’re the type of guy to build standards, someone so unique. You smiled when I told you I left when you got knocked out in qualifying, because as your supporter, I couldn’t stand that disgrace.

World Heroes Mission Review

On a much meaner note, WHM was NOT worth destroying My Villain Academia and making season 5 into a confusing mess. For starters, the fact that they're Endeavor's interns is completely irrelevant to the plot as many other students were paired with random heroes. Speaking of heroes, we saw some cool designs but none of the foreign heroes are developed at all, just stuffing more faces into an already bloated movie.

The plot was borderline incoherent and jumped from plot point to plot point without logic. For example, they open with the Humanise cult committing genocide, introduce the mission, raid a base, introduce Rody Soul and his problems, go grocery shopping, have a LONG chase scene, and Deku is accused of mass murder ALL WITHIN THE FIRST 20 MINUTES OF THE MOVIE INCLUDING THE OPENING SONG.

That is way too much plot for such a short time and the rest of the film's pacing is also awful. The middle drags, badly, with various unimportant minor skirmishes with undeveloped goons and an extended road trip sequence, and then the end just sort of... happens. Oh boy, Deku punched a guy really hard again. Smash or whatever. Yawn.

The original villain was so unremarkable that I had to look up his name to even write this (Flect Turn). To be honest, most of Humarise's philosophy and this character's personality felt like a less developed/memorable rehash of Overhaul. Also, I feel like you really shouldn't make a villain whose motivation is "my Quirk is traumatizingly dangerous and society rejected me" when that obviously leads to a direct comparison with the most well-developed character in the whole series (Shigaraki). If we're talking about "my parents were scared of my Quirk," well, we already have Toga's backstory for that, don't we? To be honest, the only villain in the movie that I found truly memorable were those freaky snake twins that Katsuki fought in the best scene in the movie, though the big guy Shouto fought was okay too (even though tbh, he's just Rappa/Muscular/Chimera/etc. all over again. Tbh, he seems like a rip-off of Lobo from DC comics).

I liked Rody well enough. His care for his younger siblings is admirable and I liked his chemistry with Deku. I think his Quirk is dumb though, like it's just The Golden Compass' soul animals or whatever. Having seen the movie, I heavily disagree with the take that it's a sentient separate being like Dark Shadow.

Finally, trying to fit this movie into the canon story is nonsensical. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME that all of the top heroes in Japan and most hero students were literally out of the country for a solid week or two and the League of Villains did NOTHING but vibe? And before you say "oh that was when they were still busy fighting Machia in the woods," that's impossible because Endeavor already has his scar and Dabi was warped directly to Deika the morning after the High-End Fight and his meeting with Hawks to meet up with the rest of the League. Even beyond that, surely SOMEONE at the Quirk-supremacist PLF mansion would know and be concerned about the Trigger attacks by a well-publicized Quirk-eradication international doomsday cult. Like, doesn't Skeptic have eyes on the entire world? I feel like forced Trigger attacks would be a huge issue to them! The existence of Trigger in general should be a way bigger deal than it is in the series.

So, in summary, the movie was a total waste of the $3.99 I spent to rent it. Don't waste your time or money, just watch a Youtube compilation of Bakugou and Todoroki's scenes and you'll have seen everything worth watching in the movie. ⭐️⭐️/5

Now this one will probably ruffle some feathers but I was thinking about this earlier and my thoughts are scattered at the moment so bear with me as i try to get this down.

I have seen a LOT of people complain that Helluva Boss's Millie isn't as developed as a character as Blitz⌀ or Moxxie and.... I just... don't see it that way?

She doesn't have the trauma Moxxie has or the various ended friendships that Blitz⌀ has. From what i can gather, Millie has a stable and loving (If violent) family, a possibly sibling rivalry with Sallie May, kicks ass on the regular, and loves her husband. The only thing we don't really know with Millie is how she got with Chaz or how things ended between them. In fact, if they HAD told us, chances are it would have felt forced and unneeded. This doesn't make her underdeveloped, it just makes it so you can add on without shoving things down your throat.

Blitz⌀'s and Moxxie's characters are dependent on past trauma that needs to be explained in flashbacks or conversation.

Blitz⌀ seems to be trying to speedrun his development with all the shit going on between him and Stolas tbh and developing too fast for only 11 episodes.

I would say Moxxie is going at a decent pace but he's got a fatal flaw still going from episode one! MOXXIE CONTINUOUSLY UNDERESTIMATES HIS OPPONENTS!!! The family from episode one? Underestimated, fucked up the mission, got captured. Striker from episode 5? Let himself be overpowered instead of calling for help or going out the window, talking to his enemy like a DUMBASS while Striker approached, got captured. D.H.O.R.K.S in episode 6? Tried taking on two people at once while surrounded instead of taking cover with Blitz⌀ resulting in capture. Season 2 Episode 3, the latest one? Sat there telling off his father, WATCHED HIM GIVE HIS HENCHMAN A SIGNAL AND GOT HIS ASS TASED AND FUCKING CAPTURED!!!! THIS MAN HE'S KNOWN HIS WHOLE DAMN LIFE AND KNOW'S WHAT HE'S CAPABLE OF!!!!

And people think MILLIE is undeveloped?! She's probably going at the most decent pace out of all of them considering there's only been ELEVEN EPISODES!!!

In fact, now that Crimson was dealt with, there's a very good chance it could lead to some development for her! Please take this next bit as wishful thinking on my part. I don't follow anything on twitter and i don't know what Vivzie has planned or what's going on. Purely personal thoughts.

Crimson is PISSED at Moxxie and Millie. Moxxie for his defiance, and Millie for practically humiliating him at the wedding. The mob doesn't always take a direct route, they sometimes go after friends and family. With Millie not having much in the way of backstory (again, NOT a bad thing) this leaves her open for some ACTUAL development possibly dealing with a situation like that, especially if it puts strain on her marriage.

TL;DR: Millie is not underdeveloped. Blitz⌀ is overdeveloped and Moxxie is probably considered half developed because as much shit as i gave him, he is getting better in other areas.

It's only been 11 episodes. That isn't much for decent development room.

And i mean, i absolutely understand being annoyed at first bc it really wouldn‘t be the first time a undeveloped and frankly incompatible couple got to be endgame, but when has 911 ever done that? You can’t just project the negative experiences you had with other shows on this completely unrelated one. And by 4x08 it was already clear that this was going nowhere? Like, „it was nice, she taught me math“???💀

omg right?? i swear with how some of these people act, they don't actually watch the show or maybe just don't pay attention? it's under the same line of half of the fandom claiming that the first half of season 5 was bad writing and just generally the worst season they've ever had but just .. if people would sit back and look at the way the writers create this show and the way they do their storytelling then maybe it would all make sense and people could calm tf down lmao and as for buck and eddie with other women it's almost like the writers are creating character development and using their relationship experiences and furthering their storyline from their experiences in life and learning what they want in the future from their failures

this whole season got me thinking that it's so fucking stupid. like c'mon, amber and Wilson's relationships appeared only in like 5 eps or smth, that's nothing compared to all the 4 season that wilson was always randomly chatting with house. mostly all of the screeen time amber was terrorising wilsons relationship w house. and still they made a one touching moment witg mattresses when amber insisted on wilson choosing the mattress he wanted and here we go all so sad and with tears in our eyes. yeah that's stupid. also amber's actions, her emotions made me question her character overall. indeed, she couldn't have changed when she was with wilson, but then she'd put a mask of a bitch on when she was trying to get a job at houses department. which led me to a conclusion that I'd like to know her story but the thing is she is undeveloped. just a background girl who becomes wilsons gf just to screw with the audience. her motives, her background aren't conclusive and she's really really blurry and that's why she feels so out off character when she starts dating Wilson. because she's never intended to get audiences sympathy, she's there just to provocate audience. I didn't come to a conclusion but that's what I was thinking

Fish that is fresh out of the sea, with a crispy crust, and the chips aren't your typical burger fries but more like fried potatoes. I feel like she'd also enjoy sweet potato fries

Inari: Inarizushi, which is a pouch of fried tofu filled with sushi rice. She loves it because it has the same name as her and because it has little fox ears. Sanji usually decorates it with a fox face to match

Lily: Omelette. Why? Because fennec foxes love eggs. Generally, preparing her an egg is good enough, whether you cook it or fry it, she loves eggs, but she especially adores omelettes because they look cool and because of the way Sanji makes them

Luna: Yoghurt, preferably with honey. She also loves elderberries, or yoghurt with elderberry jam

Lux: I feel like he'd like turkey hen? Generally, some sort of poultry. Also chicken (which is a poultry, I know)

Betta fish: Oysters, seaweed

Flying Squirrel: Daifuku (the food, not the character), udon

Least Favourite Food

Aurelia: Chips as in crisps, specifically she doesn't like salted ones. ESPECIALLY not salt and vinegar ones

Cora: I feel like she's not a fan of bitter foods in general and she hates it when food gets burned and she has to eat that charred black stuff. Luckily, that doesn't happen to Sanji. For somewhat obvious reasons, I feel like she also doesn't like oregano

Inari: Funnily enough, she doesn't like fried tofu. Her favourite food is inarizushi but she doesn't like fried tofu. That's because it takes the correct tofu, the proper frying technique and enough rice for her to like inarizushi. She doesn't like the taste of just fried tofu on its own

Lily: I'd say she doesn't like dried, salted fish. It's a common preserve on sea travels and she probably had to eat it a few too many times. Poor girl. She may also be slightly allergic against high amounts of salt

Luna: I don't know. Honestly, she might not be a fan of alcohol? Or at least drinks where you can taste the alcohol, so anything spiked probably isn't for her. There's this dish called Herrencreme in Germany - she wouldn't like it

Lux: Lux isn't exactly a picky eater, but I feel like he has a personal vendetta against cooked meat, especially if it's overcooked

Betta fish: Easy, mermaids don't eat meat and they don't eat fish. A certain group of people tricked her into eating fish at some point and, when she learned what she ate, she immediately had to throw up and felt bad about it for years after

Flying squirrel: I feel like she wouldn't like typical American™ fast food. Too greasy and weird

As a Family

Aurelia is normally the mother but, in the case of the Straw Hats, she might as well be the rich aunt

Cora has middle child vibes (says I, the person with no siblings). She's younger than Nami, vibes-wise. Then again, she's Sanji and Zoro's boyfriend, so... She's the girlfriend that's already part of the family

Inari: The youngest daughter, but only because her and Lily don't exist in the same universe. Technically, she'd be a cousin though? Or a half-sister? Yeah, she's a half-sister!

Lily: Well, you got me there. Youngest daughter, but she's also Sanji's daughter, which would mess up all the generations, so let's say she's the baby daughter that Sanji mainly takes care of

Luna: She's the oldest sister, or, because she's Sanji's girlfriend, she's the girlfriend who the parents like more than their actual child because she's so responsible

Lux: Technically not a Straw Hat, so let's say he's either a cousin or the kid living next door who's always playing soccer with the Straw Hat kids and comes over so often that he practically already lives with them

Betta fish: I can't give too much away without spoilers, but she's the other mother. She's the dad's girlfriend. We're doing a patchwork family here, people. Two moms, two dads.

Flying Squirrel: Neighbour kid who helped the Straw Hats get their ball out of a tree that one time and now they love her. Her and dad no. 1 bond over woodworking

Real-World Nationalities

Aurelia is Mexican, no doubt about it

Cora is English

See, this is where "nationality" becomes the deciding factor because, nationality-wise, Inari is English. As for her heritage, she's probably not just white. I see her as being part Japanese

Lily doesn't really have a nationality because she grew up on a ship, but she eventually moved in with Kaya, who is English

Lux, I'd say, is Russian

Betta fish lady is Thai, because betta fish are also known as Siamese fighting fish and Siam is the historical name of Thailand

Flying Squirrel person is Japanese and of Chinese and Japanese descent

Inner Brain

Aurelia: It depends! Her inner brain is either fully on danger mode or fawning over Mihawk 24/7

Cora: Mostly sewing-related. The other half belongs to her boys <3

Inari: Sweets and chaos.

Lily: There's no way to pin it down. Her mind is 100% childlike whimy and chaos

Lux: Is Zoro around? If so, he's 100% in love. Otherwise, he's honestly either about training or repairing the Tang - or a no thoughts head empty sort of person. He loves his naps

Betta fish lady I honestly don't know too much about yet. Further in the story, she's thinking about her partners for sure (and trying to babysit the Straw Hats, probably), but before that...? I dunno. Let's say she's thinking about tea.

Flying squirrel person is thinking about archery, revenge, stealing, honor and the occasional woodworking project

Aurelia: Aster flower

Cora: Somehow, I'd say it's a poppy. Because poppies make you fall asleep, which is something that Cora is notoriously bad at lol - and it's red!

Quite simply, we deluded ourselves. We made assumptions about the writing that don't align with what the Duffers are actually trying to do. I, for example, tried to apply psychology to the situation, but it was ridiculous in retrospect considering the Duffers have no background in psychology. These characters aren't intricately developed, except maybe El. A ton of it is made up as they go along in the process of creating the story they want. This is why characterizations can seem so inconsistent. What worked one season doesn't necessarily work the next.

We also based a lot of theories off of things that were essentially marketing gimmicks and merchandise. The Duffers have absolutely no input into any of this. We never should have put any stock into any of it. The fact that we did is just testament to how desperate we were.

Mike having Smalltown Boy on his "official" soundtrack? It's because he's literally a small town boy, nothing more. The people making those playlists weren't doing deep dives into the lyrics and themes of songs to make matches, and they certainly didn't know about future story arcs.

StrangerWriters saying that they don't believe in love at first sight? Just the opinion of the person running the account as they try to engage with fans.

"Let's start a new party, you and me"? Same situation, it was just the account engaging with fans.

When all is said and done, we can really only trust what the show portrays. Unfortunately, they've decided to go with Mike and El being in love. We see it as a relationship with terrible development, but most people don't agree with that, unfortunately. Will's love, meanwhile, is being used to not only benefit El's story, but also set up his own. Will is going to likely be victimized by Vecna, and his rejection by Mike is likely going to be how he succeeds. Will is going to lose all his fight when Vecna exploits those feelings.

Right now the biggest hope I see people clinging to is how horrible of an ending it would be for Will if he doesn't end up with Mike. I agree. However, the Duffers, and the majority of the audience, don't.

I also see people bringing up the fact that there won't be any new characters introduced. People are assuming this must mean that Will gets with Mike because the Duffers wouldn't just let him be the only character without a relationship. Again, another assumption based on something only this small part of the fandom even thinks. The best thing we could hope for with Will is that he gets a shallow, undeveloped love interest. That's what they're doing with Robin, after all. Do you guys really expect to see much of Vickie in season 5? I don't expect her to even be there.

Will is being set up to be yet another addition to the tragic gay character trope. His journey exists to allow a mostly straight audience to sympathize with him because of his pain, but without risk of alienating that audience by giving him what he wants. Honestly? I'd be surprised if he even survives.
