I had no idea who this guy was. Until a video called Who I smoke came along my TL with a criminal lawyer reacting to it. I had no clue who Yungeen Ace was or that he had been through something so horrible. I would not wish such ordeal on any other human being.

Friend…why do I imagine Jayce teaching his music class about the Kendrick v. Drake beef as a lesson? Like while this beef has been happening, I just thought about Jayce getting opinions from his students while also giving his and teaching them an important lesson about Rap Beef and the results that came out of it (West Coast v. East Coast, Gucci Mane v. Jeezy, King Von v. Quando Rando, Foolio v. Yungeen Ace, etc).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jayce would absolutely teach this. In fact, THIS SHOULD BE TAUGHT! Jayce would break down every entendre, he would discuss the culture of battle, he'd focus on KDots use of inflection, the switch up of his flow, the beats he chose and why he chose them, the timing of the release. This one battle would be an ENTIRE semester's worth of academia alone! THIS SHIT IS ALREADY IN SIMIPEDIA!!
We gotta get this brotha back in the lecture hall....
