An picture of how Eraphie currently looks in the DnD campaign I've been playing for years now.

She used to be a high elf, but after being forcfully teleported into the Underdark by an enemy she was fighting, she was forced to disguise herself as a drow and survive in the cities of the drow until she could find a way out, all while getting dragged into all sorts of shenanigans.

Lolth found out and cursed our little elf to be a drow for real, binding Eraphie's soul to the Spider Queen's dominion (Lolth herself considers it a generous reward, though.)

Thankfully, Eraphie managed to get out of the Underdark and was promptly contacted by Eilistraee in her dreams under the full moon. Not wanting to spend an eternity with Lolth when she dies, and sympathizing with Eilistraee's goals, Eraphie pledges herself to the Dark Maiden and in return, the goddess teaches her the finer points of the Bladedancing that Eraphie spent years learning in Elf College.

So yeah, things were hard for Eraphie for a bit but now they're getting a little better.
