When does an outfit start/stop being Menhera?

As the focus is to center around a theme, it mostly depends on how much percent of your outfit features motifs tied to it. Probably one of the reasons why oversized tops are popular as the bigger the print, the less you need to add.

Simple

The only motif is at the top but it can get away with it as it already covers more than 50% of the outfit (the shoes could be better tho).

Matching

The print of this outfit’s main piece may be big but leaves quite the amount of empty space. Thigh highs with matching motifs were added to balance everything out.

Unrelated

While the thigh highs do feature suitable motifs, they are barely visible and the top with the unicorns just makes it Fairy Kei with Yami elements mixed in.
