Arthur - Male - Lv. 62 ~ ✨ ~ Arthur was the first shiny pokemon Mathias ever found himself. Searching through the friend safari on a whim, for training and general research purposes on eevees, he ended up finding another little silver one. He treated the new baby with plenty of love and respect, and now he has a clingy sylveon that doesn't like to leave him alone. Or ends up doodling on the walls in crayon. Or puts stickers on everything everywhere. The amount of times he's had to clean that up.. Still, he adores the dorky little guy, no matter how much issue he causes at times, and loves going on walks with him. People think it's cute that the sylveon clings to his arms like a toddler with his ribbons, as well as the stickers that litter the pokemon's cheeks. Which.. isn't really the attention he wants to get, per se, but hey. Good attention is better than no attention! ~ Extra Information ~ - Always has some sort of stickers on his cheeks. (They can be drawn as practically whatever in whatever formation - Has a singular brain cell at times, though he makes up for it in optimism. - Despite being higher level, it's mainly because he was just found that way. He isn't actually that capable of battling. - He enjoys collecting trinkets and such, even if Mathias gets a bit frazzled on where to put all of them. Sometimes, they're helpful, though! Like evolution stones and pokeballs.

Esmeralda - Female - Lv. 38 ~ 💚 ~ Way back in the day, shiny pokemon were seen as taboo. Mistakes. Odd mutations that nobody wanted to collect, for fear of any bad omens. Thus, they were often sold at cheap prices, or even given away. Unbeknownst to the young eevee fanatic's parents, they got little Mathias a shiny eevee as a birthday present. He loved the small, silver fox, and treasured it dearly, taking it everywhere. On a walk one day, however, the small creature evolved, gaining a vision of something that would save them from a terrible fate. As time passed, the link between the two became even stronger, forging a psychic connection between the two of them, allowing them to check in on each other, even when not in the same area. Thus, she's often left behind or sent out to relay messages to others, since she can easily talk to him while apart. ~ Extra information ~ - A sort of motherly figure for the rest of the shiny pokemon, as well as Mathias himself. - Tends to have a bit of a sassy streak, and speaks rather bluntly at times. - When speaking, her eyes glow blue. When talking with Mathias, the gem atop her head glows. - Has a battle-ready moveset, even if not used often.

Though he may not have made much progress in his research thus far, despite working on things since he was a teen, he has quite the drive to continue in his studies. Howdy hey everyone, long time no see! It's been a rough past couple of months, and I apologize for my absence. My spark was snuffed for this blog, and I didn't have as much motivation to do art. However, with the help of some friends who have dragged me back into Pokemon, as well as a certain lovely fellow who's shown great interest in this blog, and has thus helped me flesh out more of the story, characters, etc, we are now back in business! I still have one ask to finish up, which will probably be posted today and tomorrow, and then the next big update will be underway! I also have plans to make an ask hints list, as well as a timeline of events, so people can easily follow along in the story, as well as see what questions were/should be asked! But hey, that's not all! I'll also be taking lore/story asks and answering them before the big update is finished! Got any questions about upcoming characters? Maybe you're curious about appearances by any canon folks I haven't mentioned yet? Perhaps the release of the DLCs have sparked a few inquiries?
