Is there a reason to be here anymore now that Mika is dead?
You don’t have to stay if you don’t want to, mac.
There’s always pre-canon ending threads (open to anyone)
Canon-divergent threads (that’s mostly for Glasses and Grey though, since they’re the only ones who can save Mika from her canon ending).
And obviously AU threads are also available since there’s no relation to canon events.
All in all, we can still write. It just won’t make a difference regarding Mika’s story anymore, that’s all.

The Final Goodbye
There was just one ice-made grave. Mika’s name had been engraved on it. Unfortunately it had been out so long that it was already starting to melt. The sun wasn’t helping. Grey Fullbuster was there to keep it cool, at the very least.
He was the one who found her. When he entered the hideout, he had called her name. There was nowhere else for her to be. When he got no response he went further in with more caution. That’s when he found Mika’s body slumped over the kitchen table, blood spilling from her head faced down. The gun she used was on the floor.
He didn’t know what to do. He tried to block it out present day. He tried to ignore the emotions he was bombarded with after seeing her dead body. The one person who could truly understand him. The one who wanted to stay with him forever.
She was gone.
Eventually, Grey buried her near the lake he and Mika frequented. It was their place. A place for them to relax after a long day. It was a place of peace; a fitting place for Mika to be buried.
Even though he didn’t really want to, he informed the people Mika knew about what happened. He didn’t say how she died. He only said he found her in her hideout. He didn’t stay with them long to see if they would actually come or not. If they came, they came. If they didn’t, they didn’t. He didn’t care if it was just him alone with the grave.
In the end, Levy Mcgarden came. Lucy Heartfilia came and much to his surprise, even Sting Eucliffe of all people showed up. He knew for a fact that the two of them didn’t like each other. He didn’t kick him out, though. Sting was actually considerate.
He said: “I think it might be better this way.” His voice had a slight shake when he said it. It wasn’t long after that that he left.
Lucy didn’t stay long, almost seeming like she was distracted by something. She expressed her condolences to Grey. He didn’t care that she didn’t stay long. He supposed it could’ve had something to do with her relationship status with Mika.
Levy stayed the longest. She actually cried when she saw Mika’s grave, not having believed Grey when he said she died. Grey let her shed her tears and say her piece. Out of everyone, she seemed to care the most. Grey wondered if she knew about how emotionally drained Mika was along with her other problems. If she knew, he doubted she would cry or stay long. Or maybe she did know and thought Mika might’ve had a chance to live if she got proper help.
Grey was actually grateful Levy stayed.
An hour or so after the funeral, a very, very unwelcome guest came. Natsu Dragneel walked up from behind Grey and Levy as if it was okay. As if he had the right. Grey didn’t say anything to Natsu. He knew how badly Natsu influenced Mika’s problems, whether he meant to or not. He very much did not want Natsu here and felt a strong sense of anger at seeing him.
“Lucy told me what happened,” Natsu said when Grey gave him a questioning look. “I wanted to come say goodbye.”
Levy didn’t look at him.
Natsu shifted. “How are you doing, Grey?” he asked. “I know you and Mika were---”
“CUT THE BULLSHIT!”
Levy turned now, her tear-filled eyes wide. “Grey?”
“You leave Mika for two years and only come back after she’s killed herself?!” Grey shouted. “FUCK YOU!”
He shoulder-checked Natsu and stormed away from the area. Natsu didn’t react. He stared at Mika’s gravestone. He shrugged one shoulder in Grey’s direction.
“Can you go after him, Levy?”
Levy wiped away her tears. “You were never Mika’s true friend, Natsu.”
Natsu remained silent for a moment. Then he nodded. “Maybe you’re right.”
Before Levy could leave completely, he gently grabbed her arm. “Levy?”
“What?”
Natsu sighed. It was somewhat shaky. There was a strange look, almost one of guilt and maybe even somber. “I never hated her.”
Levy looked down. She took a deep breath. She looked back up at Natsu. “I think she knew that, Natsu.”
Natsu nodded and let go of her arm. Levy continued to walk away.
Natsu stared at Mika’s melting gravestone. This was the last time he would see anything related to Mika. Part of him wondered if things would be different if he was there with her during her time of need. He supposed it didn’t matter. It was too late.
Mika was gone but maybe, just maybe…
She was finally at peace.

that would be everything

Hey there! Yuu back at it again after a long, long break no thanks to a broken laptop! I recently got a new one so I’m just rarin’ to go and glad to be back! If y’all could do me a favor and like or reblog this post if you’re interested in interacting with an extremely detailed fandomless OC with various crossover verses and has been actively developed since 2014? My girl Reiyn is just a sad, sweet, lonely girl that struggles to truly get close to others. She loves dogs, working out, and cooking for people! She’s a bit wary at first and treats people with a polite friendliness, but will literally die for you™ after being befriended. She may be 6’1 but she’s just a big weenie, honestly. I’d love to find new people to write with, so please pass this around!

“We’re still in the middle th’ road.” Glasses said, seeing her reach out he carefully took her hands, he’s right here, in front of her, she was practically about to hug him. His spaded tail thrashed around slowly behind him letting out his anxious nerves so he would make a worried face, but the demons eyebrow still furrowed.
Tumblr media
He took her gently, pulling the child a little closer so she can hold onto hsi broader shoulders, with her stumbling maybe he should pick her up or something.
“Want me t’carry you, or need somethin’?” Maybe she needed his glasses or something since she was blocking out her eyes.
Tumblr media
Oh, he was there. Right there. She blinked a few times and tried to focus solely on him. She leaned into his touch and wrapped her arms around him. He was the real Glasses. Alive. He wasn’t going to do anything bad. Things slowly started to settle. The thunder got quieter and the lightning stopped.
MENTAL STABILITY: 84%
What did Glasses say? Did she need something? She sure as hell did need something. She needed some hardcore painkillers. It was the only thing that made the pain go away. It was the best solution---
‘Except it isn’t a ‘real’ solution, is it?’
‘I don’t care about ‘real’ solutions. I just want the pain to go away.’
But was she going to ask for them? No way. The last thing she needed was Glasses to know about her addiction. ...Or about any of this, as a matter of fact.
‘Too late, don’t you think? Tell him the truth already.’
‘No freaking way. Leave me alone.’
“It’s okay, I’m okay. I think I can walk,” she finally said. She still felt dizzy but now that she was closer to Glasses, she did feel safer.

When she stopped he stopped looking at her curiously before realizing this was a full on panic attack. His tail jolted up at each of her yelling he had absolutely no clue what to do and squatted back down to her level, holding his hands out to try and shush her calm.
Tumblr media
“H-hey t’s okay, just us okay?” He tried to ask in a quieter town then her own but it made him panic a little.
“A quiet night, just us ‘n rice.”
Tumblr media
‘Just us...and quiet...’
‘‘Quiet’, huh? Well, if this thunder keeps up it won’t be quiet.’
‘You’re not helping!’
‘Technically I’m not supposed to be ‘helping’ you. I’m supposed to be the cruel son of a bitch that makes your life worse.’
MENTAL STABILITY: 77%
Mika covered her eyes for a moment as two lightning strikes flashed. Why was it so bright? Actually, why was it getting so dark? She looked around, trying to find Glasses. Thankfully she wasn’t too far gone in her hallucination yet and could still see him. He looked so far away, though. Was he? She stumbled forward and reached her hands out. How far away was he?
“Wh-where are we? Are we safe?”

Glasses waited patiently the whole time, and squeezed her hand back it made him feel like he at least took a step in the right direction with her. The demon walked them back to his apartment at a slow pace, not wanting to over whelm her.
Tumblr media
“Think we should invite Kiku t'dinner?” Glasses asked, though he was probably gonna invite her over anyway, she had experience with being open and easy to speak too.  He instinctively side glanced to her, but realizing that was probably a bit weird he turned to see if she wanted to reply.
Tumblr media
Instant panic washed over her at the suggestion and she froze in her spot.
“NO! NO! NO!”
‘Oh, here we go.’
She pulled back from him and gripped at her head. Her heartbeat picked up and her body started shaking. Fake thunder boomed in the sky. She placed her hands over her ears. The ground shook. Not in reality, of course. She stumbled and tried to keep herself upright.
MENTAL STABILITY: 79%
“Oh god, please no! NO!”

“hmm.. ‘can only cook simple.” It was Glasses half attempt at a joke, something he wouldn’t normally do. He offered his pale hand for her to take.
“Somethin’ like rice then.” He offered, if she wouldn’t tell him what was bothering her he at least wanted her to speak of something, even the mundane. He wasn’t exactly the most open person, she knew that, he didn’t want to pry but the demon was worried, Mika was a kid and she thought she had to keep something to herself.
“Think you can handle a’ veggie or two?”
Tumblr media
She stared at his hand for a moment. She hesitantly reached forward but stopped halfway. What if this was actually fake and all this was a hallucination? No, that wasn’t right. A ‘Fake-Glasses’ wouldn’t act like this. He wouldn’t be trying to joke and offer his hand. This was the real Glasses. Alive.
Finally, she carefully took his hand and an immediate relief washed over her. She didn’t slip through him and fall to the ground. He really was real. Good. She held to his hand securely, as if he would disappear at any moment. She couldn’t lose him now.
MENTAL STABILITY: 89%
“Yes, I think I can handle it. Thanks...”

It was something more natural then simply knowing she needed help. Maybe it was something he knew from being in a low place, or something from reading about parents in books that he could see this kid was keeping something form him, something bad.
The demon squatted down and took some chocolate form his pocket, putting it in Mika’s hand. “How about a meal or somthin’” It was the least he could offer.
Tumblr media
Mika huffed a short and quiet laugh at the gesture. “Thanks...” She examined the chocolate for a moment before carefully eating it.
MENTAL STABILITY: 87%
‘Too bad it isn’t that simple.’
‘Never mind, you.’
She thought about his offer. It had been a little while since she ate something. She hadn’t been planning on eating at all, really. She hadn’t her ‘solution’ yet so she wouldn’t get sick. Maybe... She tilted her head. “If you can make something simple, sure. I can’t eat a lot right now.”

“How are you feeling? Do you need anything?” For glasses @ miku
Tumblr media
‘I feel like I shouldprobably tell you the truth.’
‘But you won’t, right?’
“I’m…fine?” Mika stuttered. There was a lot to say. There was alot to hide. It had been a long time since anyone bothered checking in. She lost any excuses she used to useregularly. But, she couldn’t say the truth yet. Not now. Not with Glasses. “Idon’t know. I don’t think you can get me anything that’ll help.”
‘Could you be more vague?’
‘Back off.’

“Normally, I would ask how you are… but I don’t want you to lie to me about being okay!”
“It’s good, really it is. How can I prove it to you?”
“There have been some things… I’ve noticed.”
“I’ll make some time. We can talk about it.”
“Has anything been going on?”
“There is just… I’m a little scared okay?”
“You’ve been doing a lot more lately… why?”
“You don’t have to pretend. I know you’ve noticed.”
“Tell me something that will pop this bubble of anxiety.”
“There’s been a bit more aggression lately…”
“Something needs to be addressed, now.”
“There’s been something wrong for days.”
“It’s been over a week now! What’s been happening?”
“How are you feeling? Do you need anything?”
“Your worry isn’t necessary. No, don’t look at me like that when I say that…”
“Everything is fine.”
“Nothing is fine.”
“People have started talking… tell me you can alleviate my worry.”
“You haven’t been yourself for a long time, so I don’t believe that. Sorry.”
“This isn’t something that I’m going to drop! I care!”
“Just leave it well enough alone. That’s how it’s always been dealt with and I’m still going.”
“You’ve been told the rumours and I’m here to tell you that it is not as bad as it sounds.”
“I came to -hopefully- confirm that everything was blown to outlandish proportions.”
“A concern was brought up and I’m concerned for it.”

                                    Into the Deep End
Mika trudged into her cabin and headed to the kitchen. She gently held a cold metallic weapon in her small hand. She sat carefully on the kitchen table chair, as if she was injured, though she was most certainly not. She placed the weapon on the table and tilted her head, staring at it with blank eyes.
Her eyes had dulled quite a bit in the past three years, however there was still some life in them. There was still some of Mika left. Now, there was nothing. The once bright, clear, sapphire eyes were now void of life. The only thing that remained of Mika was the colour, albeit it had seemed to darken.
She had slowly stopped caring for herself. She didn’t eat right, didn’t sleep right. She took drugs to try and help. Obviously that was a poor and inaccurate way to help herself and she knew that. She knew that after barely being saved from an accidental overdose. She was surprised she hadn’t died that day. She should have.
She also tried killing as an outlet. It felt nice to watch others die, to watch the life leave their eyes, to watch the fluid that helped them live leak from their bodies. At first, she did not like it, but she grew used to it. She had to because of her other half. 200. 200 was her main source for her behaviour. Her killing had originally started with her other half. Then she started killing on her own.
And she liked it. She tried to stay away from young kids and elders, but if they were around when she was in an episode, too bad for them. They would just have to fall victim. She didn’t care. She stopped caring far too long ago.
A part of her wondered how it all really started, where her downfall really started. She found it hard to believe that someone who was once so pure could turn into such a disgrace of a human being. There were people she could blame for her downfall, people who did help with it whether they actually meant to or not. She knew she was also someone to blame. She also allowed herself to turn into this, it wasn’t just other people.
Either way, it didn’t matter where it all started. There was nothing now. There was nothing keeping her going. She lost everybody who had cared for her. She lost whatever small bit of faith in humanity she had left. She had little to no real sanity now, allowing 200 to do whatever she pleased half the time. There was nothing left in this world to keep her going.
She tried to think back on the good times she had with the people she had met, people who she forged many good bonds with. It didn’t last long. Those memories were clouded by the darkness that was her being. They faded away. Once upon a time, when she saw the memories go away, she would get angry, being reminded that everybody had left her. Now, she felt nothing.
She was tired. She couldn’t bring herself to be angry anymore. She couldn’t bring herself to feel anything anymore.
She tried to fight to prevent this moment from happening. She thought she could perhaps stop it. She could stop it and start over, start over and have a better life. But she knew. She knew that it wasn’t possible anymore. She let herself go too soon. It was only a matter of time before this was to happen.
Fifteen years may seem like too young of an age to go, to succumb to this. The past three years that led up to this moment felt like an eternity with all the mental strain. She matured faster than she needed to. She felt things she should not have felt when she did. There wasn’t a choice in the end. She had to grow up faster than necessary, it was the only way she could survive.
Survive.
She could no longer survive.
During the past month she felt herself weaken. Her killings became less and less thrilling, less satisfying and not a good outlet anymore. The drugs she took didn’t take affect anymore. She had more sleepless nights. Her body was slowing down. She felt hollow.
It was time to put an end to this. It was time for her to let go.
She was not alive, not in the true sense. She wanted to leave and not come back. It was the only way she could find peace. She didn’t care if some people would consider it a cowards way out. It was the only thing she could do to help herself now.
She stared at the gun she stole.
Funny. She had almost died by a gun a few different times in the past three years. She had grown afraid of them, didn’t want to be near them. Now here she was. She was going to get rid of herself with a weapon she once feared.
Mika lifted the weapon. She had already undid it’s safety and cocked it before entering the cabin. She made sure there was one bullet. She only needed one. A part of her was almost surprised with how easily she pressed the barrel against her temple. A part of her thought that perhaps she might back out or be too afraid. The movements were so fluid, so precise.
She pulled the trigger.
