S/S1990 fashion favorites shot in cars. 

How about using our last post to start a short series on 1990s spring/summer fashion shot in cars? Yes, I've got a few examples in my thousands of archived pages and magazines! So here, some S/S 1992 by Japanese designer Irié- they were all over the French fashion magazines in the 80s-90s- with a shirt, tank top and jodphur pants worn by Spanish supermodel Celia Forner in the May 1992 issue of Marie-Claire. Thank you to all these ladies in the beginning of the 90s who made me feel so good to have curly black hair after a decade telling me that blonde and blue-eyed was the way to go! My 17/18-year-old self is forever grateful to you! This particular edit was called "la Belle Ensorceleuse". Photo credits unknown, maybe André Carrara? If you know, please credit in the comments! Focus on a particular model of Jean-Paul Gaultier’s S/S /1992 collection. So reposting the La Libertine edit picture with Veronica Webb shot by Karel Fonteyne for Marie-Claire and adding a picture of the same model worn by American supermodel Elaine Irwin in an editorial published in Elle US on February 1992, I just loved that issue and that Gaultier piece somehow linked me to home while a foreign exchange student in Wichita, Kansas... Ok a final 1990 swimsuit editorial for the day. The top model is from S\S 1990 Alaia and has been so much copied since then, I've seen many recent brands even building their image and designs around their version of this model... It is here immortalized by Cordula Reyer, in the awesome May 1990 issue of Vogue Paris.
