probably i just said it but i want to say it again:
- don’t apologise if you don’t know english.
- yes, english is the most common language on the internet but you are not forced to know it perfectly.
- your own language is beautiful.
- non-english people make a huge effort to write in English everyday on this website.
- support non-english people and don’t make them feel bad if they do not know English.
- actually support all the languages.
- spread more language diversity on Tumblr.
thank you.

Rashida Tlaib is a powerhouse. Her grandmother just passed away under occupation (her words) but she’s still organizing for HEAL Palestine— an initiative providing Health, Education, Aid, and Leadership opportunities in a collective effort to help heal Gaza’s youth.
A donation to HEAL Palestine will help shelter, feed, and treat injured and sick Palestinians who have fled military violence, and who are in dire need of basic necessities including food, clean water, and medical supplies because of Israel’s cruel blockade. currently HEAL is working to open a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and a new maternity department in Rafah, plus sponsoring medical teams to go to Gaza.
In addition to funding urgent needs, a donation will support long-term solutions and projects in Palestine as well, such as mental health and mentorship for children who’ve been living with trauma their entire lives, and programs to rebuild Gaza’s education and health systems.
Here’s the link to donate.

the way you decolonise missionary work is by not doing missionary work
the way you decolonise missionaries is like this:

Maternity kits, medical threads and scissors, water testing kits, anesthetics, mobile desalination units, etc do you see the pattern? Israel is not only starving the people of Gaza but it also wants to ensure the spread of disease through contaminated water and surgical tools, as well as ensuring injured Palestinians suffer through horrendous pain.
It's beyond sickening.

"Here are your tortured poets. All from Mahmoud Darwish to Dr. Refat Alareer to Khaled Juma, these are tortured poets. Tortured by longing for a home they can never return to, tortured by the world they were born to for BEING BORN. Palestine, home to the tortured poets department." [@/folkoftheshelf on X. PRO-PALESTINE PROTESTS IN JAPAN TAKE THE FIGHT TO GOOGLE'S HEADQUARTERS IN TOKYO
📹 Scenes from Japan, where Pro-Palestine protesters target Google's headquarters in Tokyo over contracts the company holds with the Israeli occupation and military.
Protesters targeted the tech giant over the company's "Nimbus Project", a massive cloud-computing project being designed for the Israeli occupation army and the Israeli government.
Previously, employees of Amazon and Google wrote a letter of protest against the project that was published in The Guardian back in October of 2021.
In the letter, the employees described the project as a deal to "sell dangerous technology to the Israeli military and government," and wrote that the project would "make the systematic discrimination and displacement carried out by the Israeli military and government even crueler and deadlier for Palestinians."
