It’s finally working I am consistently losing a pound a day (I get that this is initial water weight loss)
I have been tracking on MyFitnessPal with Phil accountability every morsel that I eat down to a single jellybean I know how many calories I’m eating at the end of the day I round up to the nearest hundred With exercise round down to the next hundred (Because it’s not hundred percent accurate it’s good to have a buffer)
I’m eating anywhere from 1200 to 1900 Calories per day where we stand for when I’m not doing anything higher end for when I’m lifting weights usually 1600 as my average on active recovery days eg long walks/hikes/.
I forget the specific day that I started eating this way but it was the tail end of July. I was 14st 2lbs i’m just wasn’t happy about it I wasn’t upset I wasn’t angry I just knew I could be better. I started watching the habits of the thin people in my work and realised they are quite obsessive about your food intake. The only drank water or one caffeine drink per day without a coffee or a sugarfree red bull. They were Eating the same small thing every day and working out
I had never realise just how hard they worked to stay in shape. I drastically decreased what I ate at lunch sticking to healthy and filling foods. No on the 4th of August I weigh 13st 7lbs. 9lbs off my 5’4 frame looks like more. My system is working.
The system used stone and pounds to work (FYI there are 14lbs in a stone)
First part of the system is to ignore the stones on the scale focusing pounds only.
First the pounds can’t be a double-digit work to get it to a single.
Then it has to be less than five
Last step to take down to 0 and back to double digits
Repeat
Eg I got myself to 13 stone 13lbs Next goal to get myself to 13 stone 9lbs Current goal is to get myself to 13 stone 4lbs And then after that is to get myself to 12 stone 13lbs then Repeat until I reach my goal weight of 9st 3lbs
Reason I believe this is working it’s because I’m never trying to lose more than 4-5 lbs at time It’s bite-size weight loss but accumulates over time and before you know what you’ve lost all the weight you want to lose.

Habits I need to get back into
Only drinking coffee black
No eating after 7pm
30 minutes of exercise minimum every day.
only eat a meal if you are actually hungry and don't “make up” for missing a meal
eat as clean as possible ( avoid processed foods)

Im Back !!
With the same goal I have 30kg to lose and I want to do it a quickly as possible. I have just 8 weeks left of Uni and I could not be more happy about it! I've felt trapped for the late year I'm ready to leave all that stress and anxiety behind and focus on getting myself back to myself. 
5  1-hour workouts per week 
6 meal a day diet system no more than 1400 calories 
blog my progress- current weight is 84KG 
first goal is 79kg

😮 wow this so much. I want to be as strong and as capable as I can be. Why would I Intentionally limit myself when I don’t have to. Strength is my goal

Three challenges
Hot for Halloween 8 weeks 16 pounds
New year new body 8 weeks 16 pounds
Gorgeous Valentine 7 weeks 14 pounds
Each new challenge starts after the last. Goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for healthy controlled weight loss to produce a sustainable new lifestyle. I want to be effortlessly beautiful and happy to walk into any store and know my size will fit me. To be seen as Elegant and graceful. To be Desirable and confident. To not have to worry about pictures and angles. Classically beautiful.
All you have to do is lose 2 pounds every week how easy is that :)

As of today I am 186.4lbs down from my highest ever recorded weight of 198.9lbs
Slow and steady has been My success. Yes I want to be between 125-130lbs and yes that’s over 60 pounds to lose still But this has been so easy. It is true what they say your weight starts in the kitchen
You are what you eat and if you look like trash you’re eating trash
Eat clean staying lean

188.0 lbs
I’m finally in the 180’s going to the gym everyday has helped Tremendously. I have overhauled my diet (some slips are ok) but I have gotten into the habit of making breakfast for myself and drinking enough water.
Moving forward
Cut soda water only
One diet energy drink of coffee per day
Ginger tea and lemon before bed
Breakfast of toast and egg or porridge
Avoid dairy where possible
Salad for lunch with chicken and light dressing
Light dinner of soup on late shifts
DRINK WATER GET ENOUGH!
Workout every day but don’t over strain yourself! Listen to your body.

“Why can’t you just lose weight like you did last time?”
Because last time I was Incredibly unhealthy. I took tips from pro ana I drank black coffee and green tea before and after everything I ate and most hurtful is I made a pact with myself. Since I lived at home at the time and I have a mother who just could not stop interfering with my life as if I was an extension of her. I was clawing at the walls to get away from her daily Persecutions. I made a pact to control a tiny part of my own life. Every single time she made a comment about what I was eating or the fact that I was eating be that Positive or negative I would Either stop making what I was cooking or throw out what I had left. I was also Doing the 30 day shred every night. She made so many comments that I went from 175 lbs to 133 lbs in the space of 6 months. The only reason I’ve started putting weight on was because I met a man and was truly happy for the first time in years. That’s over now and I need to find a healthy way to lose weight

I smashed my target
I went to Aldi and bought only the items on the buzzfeed one trip week of vegan meals shopping trip and it’s worked out 11$ cheaper than my goal 😊😊😊
And what’s even better is I have lost so much weight in such a short time people are taking notice and complimenting me 😭😊😭😊😭 I’m 191 currently but I thing the removal of all animal products has make me less puffy and with cycling to work I have toned slightly.
